I called my dealer who referred me to Coles Collision. Spoke to someone with a pleasant voice who arranged an appointment. Matt Westcott assistant manager greeted me with a smile on time. He look at my scuff marks from someone side swipting me with a minor scratch . Matt asked if it is ok to try something on scuff mark. I agreed. He came back out with a magic wand. Used some elbow grease. I was so pleased it was magic!! I will use this company for any future repairs with no questions asked.

Coles Collision did an excellent job repairing my Toyota Camry. They went above and beyond from the office staff to the repair shop, they were exceptional.

So yesterday afternoon, I wasn t thinking, and backed into my neighbors, plastic mailbox, which unfortunately left the back light lens scratched, and damaged along with a small section of paint on my car. I ve been at Kohl s many times and they ve helped me tremendously. Gentleman told me to go inside and wait, which I did and within a few minutes it came out and got me and started talking about my car having been fixed and I was flabbergasted. Looking at the car I couldn t tell that there was any damage. How they buffed that out and how they fix that up in under five minutes I can t tell you. So when I say five stars, I mean, five stars, thank you Cole s collision.

Coles scheduled my car quickly for estimate and repairs. During the process, my technician pointed out that the replacement bumper would look different and said he could repair my existing one. The work was flawless and on time. I highly recommend the team at Coles in Clifton Park. A++++!

Minor damage to lower front bumper. To repair would be disassembly, paint, recalibrate the radar, etc. Before we went that route, the estimator popped the items back in place, for no charge.. You can hardly notice. I will live with it. Coles is the best!

Ten minutes later, the job was beautifully done! I asked what I owed and was told that the charge was . nothing!!! Excellent workmanship!

Incredible job done. You literally would never know it was in an accident. Wish I could say the same for Keeler Collison. They damaged my vehicle to the tune of 6000 dollars over the cost of the initial damage by over spraying the interior of car with 2600 miles on it. Mismatched paint quarter panel not attached correctly damaged rim and tire. Stay clear. I didn t trust the work and they wanted a third try. I sold the car and lost money but it was worth it not to deal with them anymore. I m so bummed I didn t go to Coles Collision but I thought BMW dealer would know how to fix a BMW being they are BMW certified to repair vehicles.

I dropped off a car for body work at Coles. Although the car was eventually assessed as totaled, their customer service was efficient and helpful. They readily updated me on the cars status. They were also helpful if I needed to retrieve an item, or documents, from the car.

Coles is the only body shop our family uses, always professional and can count on the work being done right the first time!

Excellent service from the time of scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle after it was repaired.

I had an appointment for an estimate to have a section of my front bumper repaired. I had just purchased the car used and the previous owner had tapped a curb doing some minor damage, scuffing the bottom of the bumper and part of the lower grill had come unclipped. Not that noticeable to begin with, but you know how it is when the car is new (to you, anyway!). When I arrived, I asked Rebecca if there was a way to make it look better without replacing and repainting the whole front part of the car, as other shops had suggested. She looked it over and told me if I brought it back the next week, they could reclip the grill in place and mix up some paint to touch up the couple of scuffs that showed. I returned the next week, in about 1/2 hour they reattached the lower grill, touched up a couple spots, and provided me a small container of paint for future use. It now looks much better. And they didnt charge me anything, which was even nicer! I am so grateful that they did that. I most highly recommend them and will return in the future if I ever need more repairs!

The front end of my Murano got crunched by a tree during a thunderstorm and my insurance company recommended Coles and a few other local places for the repairs. Im SO GLAD I chose Coles! The staff arranged for me to pick up my rental car right there at the time of drop off, and I was able to return it there too. Everyone I spoke to, from the front desk to the technician who told me what needed to be done to my vehicle, was friendly and helpful. I expected the job to take about three weeks but it only took two! Every couple of days while my vehicle was being repaired, I got a text with progress updates, which definitely helped ease my mind. When I picked my vehicle up, it looked brand new! At pickup, I was walked around the whole vehicle and all the work that was done was pointed out. Honestly it looks better than the day I bought it! They even vacuumed the interior and cleaned the floor mats. They guarantee their work, so if I ever have any problems theyll take care of it...its comforting to know they stand by the job they do. Definitely not a fly-by-night shady business. Hopefully I never have to get this type of work done again but if I do, Im going straight to Coles in CP! My car being smashed by a tree sucked but they made the repair process painless. Thank you!!

Brought my truck in for a bumper and headlight replacement the night before it was supposed to go in. Drop box was easy, I got a phone call the next day and I explained not to worry about the door handle as it was unrelated to the accident. Coles called with an update on the vehicle every couple of days. Parts were late, and they apologized multiple times about that which is totally understandable. I picked up my truck, they did a minor paint touch up unrelated to the accident as i asked, no charge, and fixed the door handle for free. The work they did to the bumper and headlight was impeccable, and my truck came back to me fully detailed (I work construction so it was covered in mud inside and out)they also waxed it for me too. I will continue to use their service and recommend them to anyone in need of any body work. This is the first good review I ve ever written. Stand up job Coles!

I had an appointment for an estimate to have a section of my bumper fixed. When I arrived, the guy at the desk took a look and said lets see if this will buff out first and went and got the tool and buffed it out, and it worked! My insurance authorized an aftermarket replacement rear windshield which happens to have been defective and when I brought it to theirs and Liberty Mutuals attention a new windshield was ordered from the dealer and installed a few days later. I brought my car into Coles and although they did not end up working on it because it was declared a total loss, the staff here have been nothing but kind and professional during an extremely stressful time in my life. The nature of the crash took out my passenger side window right around the time of a huge snowstorm and Coles was courteous enough to store my vehicle for me at no charge, even after it was considered a total loss. Anthony was very thorough with explaining the process following a totaled vehicle and did his best to mitigate all of my anxiety and stress around the whole thing. While I obviously hope I wont require their services in the future, Coles will definitely be my go-to for all of my body shop needs.

Recently had my silverado worked on at Clifton park location after an accident in early December. A few of the parts needed to complete the repairs unfortunately were on backorder from chevrolet and very difficult to track down, but Anthony and the team at Coles were great about updating me every few days with info about the repairs and any new leads on finding the needed parts. Seems like they went above and beyond trying to help source the parts and get my truck back together. From the warm and friendly receptionists to the top notch Body Shop Technicians, this place is a cut above the rest!

Disappointed overall. Charged 15% more than estimated. Told repair would take 3 days and no more than 4, but it took 7 days. I had to contact them 2-3 times to get a status on when repairs would be done. Online status never was updated until the job was done and paid for. Work done on the car looks good.

I stood waiting at the counter for over five minutes waiting for the girl behind the counter to acknowledge me or greet me something but nothing. All she did was shuffle back and fourth from the front counter to the rear counter ignoring me completely. A man walks in, just as the young man working the counter as well came in from his smoke out front with his buddy, and he finally asks me if Ive been helped as the same girl whom just stood there ignoring me says hello how can I help you today before the man walking in was even all the way in the door. Huge slap in the face! They will never get my business again and they missed out on a $5500.00 job I needed done due to an accident with a deer. Shame on your poor customer service!

Unfortunately I have had to use Coles Collision Center twice in one year. Because of other idiots. This time I was a parked car and a complex. But regardless on how you end up at Kohls they always are very prompt courteous and the work is fantastic. Definitely recommend :-)

I drove my car off the road into muddy waters. Bumper dislodged and a plastic cover was dragging. I brought it in and they quickly figured there was nothing wrong mechanically just a shield on the bottom that was only $99 to take care off. They ordered the part and in two days my car was back as new!

The staff at the Clifton Park, NY Coles Collision are highly trained professionals. They use all of the latest technology to communicate with you through out the process but also provide a very personal touch. I was very satisfied with the work done at Coles collision on my Mitsubishi Lancer. All staff members were helpful cooperative and communicative with me, I dont plan to have my car repaired again in the near future but if I do I plan on going back to coles.

Dont go here!!! They have had my car for SIX days and I still cant even get a straight answer from them if they are going to fix it or not! Jessica has made absolutely no effort to keep me informed and updated as to the status of my vehicle. If I want to know whats going on I have to call them and try to get someone on the line. Sometimes you can, sometimes you cant, whether they are open or not. Jessica does not answer the phone in a professional manner. She just picks up and says hello like Im bothering her at her house. The communication between the reception and service is also bad. Shawn told me the car might be totaled, then Jessica told me he might be ordering parts. This does not inspire confidence but it does tell me that they have no idea what they are doing. Currently my insurance company said it will be repaired, but I cant get in touch with these guys to confirm, so its a mystery to me! They dont apologize, they try to pass the blame to my insurance company, but its their own inefficiencies that began the delay in the first place. My insurance company actually moved pretty quickly. I got rear-ended on a Tuesday afternoon, and I called the shop to give them a heads up that I would be using the overnight drop off. They neglected to put the necessary forms in the drop off box that needed my signature to begin work, creating an immediate delay and enhancing my nightmare. When you have an accident, you want life to return to normal as quick as possible, and when your car is in someone elses hands, you want to know whats going on with it. These guys dont understand that AT ALL. I look forward to getting back on the road possibly in late 2025.

Had a great experience working with Shawn Flemming at the Clifton Park Coles Collision. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality of the work was outstanding. Once we picked up our vehicle it was a delightful surprise to see that our interior/exterior was washed, they even vacuumed the trunk area. All staff members were friendly, professional and responsive to my particular issues throughout the entire process.

Had to have my appraisal done here for an accident I was in. The state farm agent was really nice.

I was forced to go here by the insurance company of the driver who hit my car. The estimate was low compared to other body shops. On the other hand, the services was extremely quick. Staff were very friendly.

Great experience at Coles. Towed my car there after hitting a deer, which left it undriveable. Coles worked directly with my insurance company which was very easy, no waiting for adjusters, waiting for checks, etc. Anthony was very friendly and answered my many calls and questions patiently. Very happy with the repairs and customer service, everything looks great, all evidence of damage erased and it was nicely detailed when I picked it up. There were some delays on parts that were out of Coles control, but overall very happy with my experience there and would recommend it to others. Very honest and great quality which is hard to find.

Excellent repairs. Pricy, but free due to insurance

We went with Coles when Josh said he would include fixing a small hole in bumper free of charges when he did an insurance job on the same bumper. When we brought it over they all looked like they never heard of what Josh said and told us he was not on the premises. They acted like they would fix it anyway even circling the small damage - we said thank you, but when we picked it up- damaged not fixed- They told us they said we would have to pay an additional $150- which was a lie. I want a place where they stick to what they promise- will never use them again. Dont go there it just mass confusion where you end up getting screwed.

I couldnt be more impressed with the exceptional service I received from these folks. Amanda was amazing and helped me thoroughly throughout the entire process. Even better was the fact that my car was done early. I couldnt help but notice all the attention they gave to my backside. My read had been left all banged up and damaged due to previous encounters, but they gave it extra tender, love, and care.

I went here yesterday with a scatch on my car. I was given 2 alternatives one was to get it completely repaired the other was to try and buff it out. Obviously since the latter was cheaper I chose this. My car was taken to the back immediately and the majority of the scratch was buffed out. Did I mention they did this for free! I hope I never have any damage to my car again but I would recommend Cole Collision if you encounter an issue with your vehicle. They are friendly nice and competent! 5 Star operation!!!
