Did an excellent job, stayed in the time frame and what a nice surprise...car was detailed when I picked it up. Used them a few times years ago, dealt with Kevin --loved him and them then and I hope i dont get to know any names now but highly recommend.

They are my go to garage for all my car needs for over 30 years now. Never overcharge, they keep you informed & I know they will do whats needed with up selling things you dont. Honest & reasonable

This is the second time I have used Lussier Autobody and Repairs. Both times I was totally happy with the service I received. They were easy to work with. They kept me informed of the progress. They dealt with the insurance company. I only spoke to the insurance company after my collision with the deer. I can only give the highest recommendation for Lussiers. If you need repairs see the people at Lussiers.

Absolutely the best, most honest, transparent Autobody shop I have ever been too . My truck looked better then when I brought it... Three years ago.. every detail was taken care of. They gave me a booklet at the end of the project with pictures from being to end.. plus every nut and bolt they replaced.. and when I saw my girl it was just amazingly beautiful.. thanks so much to there talented team... They even took care of my inspection.. no charge!!! Thanks again to the team

The staff was extremely helpful, making the repair process and dealing with the insurance company less stressful. The repairs to my vehicle were on par with the OEM manufacture and I m extremely pleased with the end product.

I have brought my car to Lussier s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier s far exceeds others level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!

For anybody, especially a woman like myself, having auto-work done can be stressful and sometimes feels like you may be taken advantage of for not having a strong knowledge about cars my experience with Lussier s was the exact OPPOSITE to this it was easy and painless. They are professional, kind, and patient and took the time to answer any questions I had. Their rates are VERY fair and their services were performed meticulously. Even though my appointment wasn t until the following week, they were able to get me right in after I woke up to a completely flat tire. They were so so kind and everything was seamless. Lussier s did a fantastic job fixing scratches to back bumper of my HR-V. Gave me a quote that was spot on and walked me through all the things that they might have to deal with (blind spot sensor). They handled all the insurance questions. And it came back to me cleaner than when it went in! These guys are highly professional and I would recommend the to anyone.

One of our work trucks needed to be repaired after being hit. Lussiers went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. They told us to drop it off and they will handle everything, from the insurance company to the repair. They called two weeks later as they said and told us it was finished. Had to get my rear bumper fixed because of an accident, so I brought it to Lussiers. The insurance wasnt mine, but the other car, so I was worried about getting the full repair paid. The initial estimate was low, but Lussiers took my car and said theyd work with them. The repair was completed and returned in 5 days. The work was excellent, and the vehicle was immaculate, washed outside, and vacuumed inside. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend using them for all your repairs.

I was referred to Lussiers by people who know cars and body shops. They will only use Lussiers. They did a great job with my truck - looks like new. I give them a 10 for attention to detail and customer service.

Brought my truck in for check engine light and reverse light out they were supposed to fix on previous visit. They tried to sell me tires and replace tie rods that I didnt need and glossed over trying to overcharge me for a thermostat ($840). Check engine light still on reverse light still out. And now both rear directional lights are not working. Wish I could leave 0 star

I sustained rear bumper damage to my Honda May 15th and initially took it to my Honda dealers body shop for a consult. I was directed pull my car into the body shop garage and park it. I then sat across a desk from the gentleman who seemed put out by my appointment with him. He took my car info and my info and said we can get you in mid-July. He took no pictures and just looked at my bumper. I decided to do my research and 2 people suggested Lussiers Autobody. I called and brought my vehicle in and from my initial contact I received excellent, friendly service-from the initial estimate to the completion of repairs. Great communication throughout the process. They handled all of the insurance paperwork, kept me updated on the process, and provided before and after photos, documentation of the thorough work done to repair my vehicle, using all Honda parts. My car looks like new. Ben and everyone I came into contact with were just great.

Lussier s is the best auto body repair shop in the capital region! They are extremely professional and do a thorough inspection of the damage to provide the most accurate estimate (not a 15-minute guesstimate!)! Not only did they do a perfect job on my repairs, they went above and beyond dealing with the insurance company extensively, fighting for the best possible outcome for me with very detailed explanations and proof. I made an appointment to get some minor paint bubbling and a front bumper that wasnt quite on right any longer. They spent 30 minutes looking at the car and fixed the bumper for no cost. Good customer service so Id come back again!

We broke down on our way back from vacation and thank goodness we were near Lussier s. A state police officer called them and they quickly arrived on the highway although it was Sunday. By Monday they had diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and had us on our way home. Could not have asked for a more professional and friendly experience, especially given the circumstances. Lussiers s Auto is amazing. They are professional, helpful and make sure your vehicle looks like it just came off the showroom floor when they are done. Lussiers repaired some front end body damage. They ensured that only OEM parts were used and that all manufacturer specs were verified through module scans. The work was so well done that I was unable to determine where any of it was done. Their care of my car while it was in the shop was excellent. I have been going to Lussiers for many years and have never been unpleased with the quality of the work.

Lussiers is the best. Ive been there several times now, and each time has been extremely positive. The people who work here and who own Lussiers are honest, genuine people who really care, who are skillful, who are intelligent, who are prompt, and who are not trying to cheat you or sell more than you need. Their work is top notch, both mechanical work and body repair and towing. They are right by the river and in easy walking distance of benches by the river, if you choose to wait. They are easy to communicate with, they go out of their way to fit you in even on busy days, they go out of their way to help you, and then - after going all out of the way - they charge you less than you expect. These people really care about you, and they make your life better! I recommend them highly.

Ben and the staff are excellent. I brought my car in for body work after hitting a deer. Ben was up front about the car possibly being totaled but thankfully it wasnt. They did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle and it looks great. I recently got into a pretty devastating car accident that crushed the entire front of my brand new 2021 RAV4. Not only was it repaired beautifully, but Ben mediated all of the issues I was having with my insurance company, getting them to cover part replacements that they originally denied. All in all, the customer service was unmatched: Ben communicated with me consistently, explained the process to me clearly, and documented everything meticulously. Elliot poured his blood, sweat, and tears into his work, staying up until ungodly hours to get my car back to better than it was before (and in the exact time frame they told me). Whereas my insurance company is losing a customer, Lussier s has gained one for life! Anyone who has asked about my accident has gotten a referral from me to Lussier s. The folks at Lussiers were awesome. While at a red light, I was slammed. It was unclear if I would get my car back, but Ben made it happen. He worked with the insurance and I got my vehicle back! He was very patient with all my calls and questions. Elliot was terrific in towing the car. Kept reassuring me as I was shaking so bad. I would highly recommend and trust them.

The paint workmanship was so perfect! Ben is truly an artist and perfectionist. We live in the Carolinas and have previously had work done through the dealership. The color didnt even match!! We will only have Ben work on our vehicles from now on. We were on a short stay until we had to get back. Ben squeezed us in to what little time he had to himself to get our vehicle done. Recently I had some body work done on my car. I was very pleased with the quality of work. Since I was paying out of pocket, Ben made every effort to keep my cost as low as possible. I highly recommend Lussiers if you need any work done on your car.

I bashed up my side mirror. I called in the morning and drove up at lunch time. My mirror was ordered and replaced in less than a week. Ben and his team treated me a king. I have a large family of older children and often have need of a body shop (surprised?). I used to bother to get estimates as I pay out of pocket when I can. I have found Lussiers is always a little less than the others. Their GREAT service and fair price makes them my automatic choice for body work!

After experiencing a few dings on my new Highlander I decided to drop by Lussiers Auto to get an estimate. I was paying out of pocket rather than going through insurance. I was a first time customer who decided to drop by due to the number of great reviews posted on Google. Ben was at his desk eating lunch. They were booking out about 8 weeks at the time but I was in no rush so he interrupted his meal to come out and take a look. He gave me an estimate in no time, I booked my appt and was on my way. Then along came COVID-19. The weekend before I was supposed to drop my vehicle off for repair I was tied up all weekend trying to arrange for the majority of our staff to switch to working from home. I completely forgot about my appt. Later that evening it just popped into my head. I called Ben the next morning to apologize. He was very gracious and understanding. He was able to get me in later in the week. The repair cost ended up being a bit less that the estimate (excellent work - youd never know the damage had occurred) and Ben was honest enough to pass along the savings to me. You know, when people try to take advantage of a knowledge difference between the parties to a transaction it usually comes out eventually and it damages trust. Ben was honest and gained my trust, Lussier will be my go to for future auto service. Thank you Ben!

I can t say enough good things about Lussier s Autobody & Repairs. I needed some body work on my Buick, oil chance, and inspection. I received a fair quote for the body work and when completed, my car looks brand new. They also sanitized the car. Very impressed with their customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. I recently took my BMW to get my lower bumper replaced and was very impressed with the results. From the first day I went in to get a quote, I was greeted with great customer service by Ben and he very quickly got my quote. I had wonderful experiences with Ben and his team. I was unable to open up my bmw x1 hood , something was wrong with the cable. First I brought it to my regular mechanic who specializes in german cars ( Malta NY ), he was unsuccessful and referred me to body shop. I took it to Cohoes body shop I used in the past......they couldnt do it and told me to go to a dealer....... Than I read about Lusier and I decided to give them a shoot.... Well it took them ONLY 2 hours and my problem was solved!!! Very good price and great communication. LOVE them. Highly recommended!!! Best in update NY!!

Lussiere s performed outstanding paintless dent removal on my right front wheel fender making it impossible to tell the fender ever had any damage. They took the car in quickly and repaired it the same day I brought it in. The cost was very reasonable, and I won t hesitate to return.

After the windshield and body of my vehicle was damaged extensively by falling ice, the work and effort put in my the Lussier s team had it looking good as new. From the start they were honest about the timeline for repairs and how the process would work. The repairs were impressive. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

I have had great service experiences at Lussiers for over 20 years. My most recent experience may have been the best service Ive received anywhere, for anything. I had just switched car insurance companies and they were very difficult to work with. Ben Lussier could not have done more to make sure my brand new car was going to be back to normal after the repairs. He went above and beyond expected advocacy for me and my car. With his help we were able to get the insurance to agree to what rightfully should be done for my car. Through 3 weeks of back and forth with the insurance company, Ben was always professional and courteous with my interests always his priority. My car looks brand new again and Im ever so grateful to all at Lussiers for their exceptional customer service and consistently outstanding work!

My 2016 Honda Civic AC was blowing hot air recently, I called Lia Honda and was quoted $2000 to fix it. I called Lussier s and spoke to Keyman who fixed my AC for half the price!

Absolutely phenomenal place. I bought a 2007 BMW 335xi on Craigslist for $3800, brought it over to have them look at it after I bought it (should have brought it over before I bought it but Im too impulsive) and it needed $8000 worth of repairs. They put it up on the jack and showed me everything wrong with it. Not knowing anything about cars they explained it very well to me. They didnt charge me a dime even though they spent 2 hours of labor looking at it. Just brought over a my new Lancer to have them check out while its still under warranty, and they called me back 4 hours later with good news and again didnt charge me a thing. So what should have been about $300 dollars in labor costs for both vehicles they never charged me for. For the love of God, dont go anywhere else these guys are amazing. TLDR: Fantastic and honest people (especially Ben and Cameron)with quick and great service. As long as I live in the capitol region I will ALWAYS go to Lussiers.

My car side door was scratched. Other body shop guys tried to overplay the damage and convince me that a major repair and paint job was necessary. They were charging over 1000 dollar to fix the damage. My experiences with Lussiers was completely different. They were honest with the extent of damage and correctly pointed out that in most places the paint was not even broken and the few remaining scratches could be filled in. They fixed the damage to my satisfaction at a fraction of the cost as the other dealers. Thank you for your honesty ! I highly recommend this place

I ve been to Lussier s twice for auto body work in the past 18 months on my newish BMW. Both times, I found them to provide superior value and workmanship. The cost was about a third of the local dealer and less than several local body shops I got estimates from. The work was done when promised both times. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Can t say enough about this place. I hope I don t need them again, but if I do, I ll go back in a heartbeat.

I cant recommend Lussiers enough. They fixed a trailer wiring problem that was installed incorrectly by another shop 3 years ago. It took then a day to figure out what the other shop did and then made recommendations to replace it they estimated a fair price and didn t charge me for the time spent figuring it out. Everything looks and works great now.

Ben and Kevin at Lussiers have helped me out tremendously. A few months ago, my seatbelt broke and Kevin priced me quite fairly and had me come in on my lunch break and was finished within a half hour. Ben took care of my car for brakes and rotors with an oil change and inspection. I was in the hospital after I dropped my car off, and they priced all the work the car needed and my inspection at a reasonable price and then went the extra mile knowing I couldnt drive for a bit and dropped my car off at home for me. I will go to them for any other services my car needs.

Ive been a loyal customer of Lussiers for years. Cant recommend them enough. They do great work, very reasonable prices and they never rip you off by finding unnecessary things to fix like other places do. They replaced the hybrid battery in my prius and it ran great for another two and a half years until I sold it. Theyre super accommodating, so friendly, and go above and beyond to do right with the customer. You cant go wrong with them.

Between our 1998 VW Beetle, 2005 Durango and 2008 Scion Ben and his crew have had their hands full! But, no matter when or where we need help, Ben is always a sea of calm and talks us through the process. There is no one else we would trust with our cars other than Lussiers. They will always call you before any work is done and quote you an unbelievably low price. They will also tell you what you dont need to get done. That is what separates Lussiers from everyone else. They will never charge you or perform work that does not need to be done. Ben and Mike have been nothing but professional and courteous to us through the years and I highly recommend bringing your cars to them. It is truly an old fashioned, throwback garage where common sense and customer service resides.

I ran out of stars! I need about 50+ more! Ben is the best place in town to get your car fixed! He is honest and thorough and the mechanics are fast and efficient. He is the only mechanic in town as far as I am concerned. I know my car(s) is in good hands and I dont have to worry that he will invent a creative and expensive thing wrong with the car just to get more money. A lot of people flock to Ben, so he makes out better for the honest assessments. Ben and his crew are the best and will go far with the business. If you are in Albany or farther south or even Glens Falls, he is definitely worth the trip.

I recently got my rear shocks and shock mounts replaced from Lussiers. I was rather impressed with the service that I received while my car was in the shop. The price that they had quoted me when I brought it in was much cheaper than other shops in the area, and it was done exactly when they said it would be at the cost that they had quoted me. This is an old school no BS shop, and that is uncommon these days. I would definitely go there again.
