Mr Windshield did a great job replacing my windshield. Susie was on it and was great coordinating with me the insurance company and the tech. Rocco called me immediately for my questions regarding dashboard indicators and the re-calibration report.
Had my windshield replaced and the process was very easy. The woman who answered the phone and was at the front desk was very nice and helped me with my appointment. The price of the windshield was very reasonable, did NOT have to go through insurance. The glass was replaced with Pilkington brand, I'm not an auto glass expert but I've read it's very high quality which puts my mind at ease. So it was great fast service, high quality windshield and the customer service was excellent. Definitely will go back if I ever get a chip or anything.

I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Mr. Windshield of Clifton Park! My old 1995 Chevy truck windshield broke after being hit with a giant rock. Safelite refused to even touch the truck because of the possibility of rust in the pinch weld and some silicone that was in the gap because the windshield already leaked (my insurance company sent me to Safelite and after a 10 day wait to get an appointment I dropped my truck off the night before, only to be told 4 hours after my appointment was scheduled that they couldn't repair it and maybe someone else can repair it, good luck) I literally called Mr. Windshield on my way to grab my truck Saturday, Susie answered and told me not to worry that they could take care of it. I took a photo of the VIN and emailed it around noon and had an appointment for Tuesday to get it replaced. The technicians here are top notch and they went in and cleaned up the rust and silicone across the pinch weld and put the new glass in. They were able to put my reg and inspection back on windshield and it looks great. I forgot to mention to them that I had a new rearview mirror in the backseat I wanted to install. When I emailed my signed repair order back to them I mentioned it and the technician called me back within 20 minutes to walk me through how to replace it! I will never go to Safelite again, not only is Mr Windshield right around the corner from my house, they have great customer service! I highly recommend them.
Not only was the service quick, professional, and perfect, but Susie and the technician were extremely kind. I would have paid much more for customer service like this, but it was the most inexpensive windshield replacement I could find. I drove away happy. I’ve never had such a positive experience getting my car serviced before.
I was driving home on the highway on Black Friday when ice and snow flew off from a vehicle and completely smashed my windshield. Mr Windshield was the first call that my partner and I made and they were so incredibly helpful through and through! They gave me all the info that I needed to give to my insurance company and had me in the following Monday morning, with it being replaced and ready to go just a few hours later. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so easy and seamless, it didn’t even feel like I was inconvenienced by the windshield. I put a claim in with my insurance about my windshield the other day, the next morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Suzie over the phone and she was really great, super friendly. Immediately got a tech to come to my address at my earliest convenience. I can't remember the name of the older gentleman that came to replace the windshield but he was also really great. Took him maybe an hour and a half or two to get the job done. Windshield looks good!! Mr. Windshield will definitely be my go to!

Developed a large crack in my windshield during a trip from Florida to Upstate NY. Call Mr. Windshield in Clifton Park, and they were great from start to finish. Ordered the glass, installed it, and recalibrated the camera/sensor to perfection. I would definitely use these folks again!

Great Experience overall. The turn around once I got an appointment on the books was quick, my car was done before noon on the day I dropped it off. They even went above and beyond to pick me up when the car was ready as I didnt have a ride back until after they were closed. Would recommend to others.

Excellent Service. My windshield was completely shattered on Sunday. Monday morning I spoke to Mr. Windshield to setup an appointment to get it fixed. They said Wednesday, but maybe sooner if they can get the glass. A couple hours later they asked if they could come out to my home and make the repair (Same Day repair) They stayed late to make it happen that day. We had a slight problem with a wiper sensor (Not their fault), however they made arrangements to come back and fix it the next day. I highly recommend Mr. Windshield!
The staff was very friendly and prompt. They were at my apartment within under 24 hours of my discovering a crack in my windshield, and replaced my entire windshield which I am so grateful for I m in graduate school and so busy. The call staff and technician were all terrific and very professional. I wish I was better with names and could recall the name of the gentleman who replaced the windshield so I could shout him out. 100% recommend.

My husbands car was hit by a tree branch during a recent storm and the back glass shattered. After calling multiple body shops and being told there were no appointments available for at least a month, we decided to give Mr. Windshield a call, hoping to at least get the window in so he could drive the car until we can get in for the rest of the repair. I called and spoke to Susie in the office and she was amazing. She took all of our info and promised she would track down the replacement window and call back asap. The very next day, she called and said she found the glass and would be able to have her tech out to us later in the week. Rocco showed up first thing this morning and, less than an hour later, he had everything cleaned up and the new glass installed. He was super friendly and did a great job. I cant thank them enough!! Highly recommend them for their fast, professional service but even more so for the friendly, customer-centric team they have there. A big thank you to Susie and Rocco!!

Recommend - glad I have chosen MrWindshield for replacement of my cracked windshield - very happy with the new glass which seems to be a better quality than my original OEM Toyota Pilkington and very professional installation done by tech Rocco. Rocco even pointed me out a problem and fixed an issue which was caused by New Country Toyota of Clifton Park dealership many years ago when they did warranty repair and screwed up cowl panel re-install. Mr Windshields service has been utilized in the past by myself. Once again I found that I needed their service, and they were all very polite, professional and courteous. The office personnel, and the installer were very friendly. Amazing company I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. After getting the run around from Safelite for almost 2 weeks I called Mr. Windshield and not only were they able to get the glass I needed that day, after I was told by multiple other places it would be a week or more, they came the next morning and installed it. They were on time, did an awesome job and took such care with my new Jeep treating it like it was their own car. They even vacuumed out the glass that was still on the floor inside. I will never go anywhere else for glass, it s good to know there are still good, honest people who will go out of their way to help others.

put old gasket back on that was 20 Years old caught in a lie about having the gasket and made my truck smell like booze when i asked for change he expected a tip lol, i cant find a corporate number

Very pleased with the quick response and quality of the windshield being replaced. My only recommendation would be that the repair technician should take a photo of the inside of the damaged windshields mounted devices (EZ-Pass, remote starter antenna, etc.) before replacing the glass so they can be mounted in the same orientation and approximate location on the new glass.
