Great at selling you parts that do not fit your vehicle and then not accepting returns even with original packaging. Plenty of other dealers to buy from. AND! I am a long term customer!!!! Really disappointing customer relations.
I own a 1987 Range Rover Classic and this is the only place I buy parts.
The part I ordered from them was faulty, I paid $250 in labor for it to be installed which then had issues, the labor associated.. Atlantic British did not help compensate for. Not only did I have to order a new part but also had to pay for new labor costs associated with the new part which in all was a huge net negative. Huge bummer.
These guys are great! The only people I order Range Rover parts from! I honestly don't know how they do it! The last few orders I've placed arrived in less than 24 hours!

The best of the best in Rover parts. I hear they offer other British parts too but I go visit and donate hard-earned money quite frequently on the Rover parts. Recently ordered Clearview tow mirrors for my LR3. Wiring harness was wrong but they did big things to send me the right adapters quickly and from the manufacturer. Excellent service.

A great place to get LR parts for good quality and much cheaper than anywhere else. They also have fantastic customer service and can help with any questions you have about fixing your vehicle and have great "how to" videos for most of the products they sell

I have been dealing with Atlantic British for over 7 years now and their knowledge and friendly staff seam to always be available whenever I call with questions and how to instructions. I would not shop anywhere else for my rover parts. Can t forget about the record fast shipping. I made a mistake ordering the wrong part they exchanged it through shipping no problem.
This company has lost its core values. Used to order parts from them but now they got punks working there, who are rude. Ordered a starter from them, they sent the wrong part and would not accept the return because it have dirty handprints on them. Someone explain to them that hands are not clean when you are underneath the car. So now they have my money and the part. Buyer beware. It s all good till it s all bad. I use Miami and Utah rover. Better quality parts too at better prices.
Nice staff, but seemed a little disorganized. Would not ship to an address different than billing address. Also they called my after my order shipped to tell me that some bolts were actually not in stock. Edit: Added a star because since my initial experience they have reliably provided me with parts and fast shipping to the address I choose. I would still call to verify parts are in stock before ordering.

Not a good buying experience in anyway; I was bounced around on the phone lines , then promised same day shipping for a part I needed asap. Nah, didn t happen , in fact nothing happened as promised and my follow ups were less than stellar. A disorganized and unprofessional company and not the image they try so hard to portray.
Bought the LR3 transmission filter conversion kit. Started leaking right after installation. Ended up replacing it with the Ford pan and Felpro gasket. Much better, no leaks. Shouldve researched more before ordering.

Very bad customer service. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering a part on the Internet as they have a history of sending the wrong p art. They did indeed send me the wrong part and refused to acknowledge the fact, asserted it was not their fault. They eventually refunded but refused to pay the return shipping fees. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Not true unfortunately. They made the mistake and I had to pay for it.

Prices are excellent, shipping is quick. Initially thought the sales reps were not so friendly, but has turned out to be just an anomaly.

Nathan one of the sales reps was really helpful with consolidating the shipping and their responses were actually quick and it was a great experience online. The shipping got held up at customs and the FedEx was brutal with communication but I got my items and my Rover is rocking.

Completely disappointed in the condition of my products. Your prices are too expensive not to take care in how your product come to your customers. My upper control arm already has rust on it and it looks used. My wiper blade packaging was bent to fit into this box. I vow to never order from them again and I will no longer recommend them.
After getting the run around from another employee with a warranty claim I finally got to speak with Eric who was great to deal with. He is the reason this review is 5 stars and not 1 star. Highly recommend asking for him in the retail sales department when ordering.
I ordered 4 TPMS for my new wheels, I specifically called to make sure I would get it by the end of the week and they confirmed. I processed the order and then get an email that states my order has been packaged and ready to ship. Exciting stuff, yeah think again.... Later that night another email stating the order shipped. I did not look at the details of the email, just excited the order shipped. Down at the bottom the email states one 1 TPMS shipped and other 3 on backorder. Today I received the package and was ready to go to the wheel shop to install, luckily I opened the package because there was one 1 in there. My point here is that there was poor communication to the customer. I ordered 4 because I need 4, my vehicle and every vehicle have 4 wheels. If I would have know when I called or placed the order that there was only 1 in stock I would have purchased elsewhere. Here I am now have to wait until next Tuesday until I can receive these sensors. I ordered from a different website no longer doing business with this company. When I called to discuss my frustration the sales rep was like our system is automated. I mean don t you all review the order and stock of that item? Offered me nothing to compensate for my frustration. Terrible customer service. Stay away
Update - ( from one star to two) - After a bit of hassle, and multiple emails back and forth - they finally agreed to warranty the part. It was super frustrating listening to them insist once they shipped it it was out of their hands. I appreciate that they finally did the right thing. But I probably wont shop with them again. Ordered a compressor, it arrived snapped in two. Called Atlantic British customer service, they told me it was the shippers fault and that as far as they were concerned it was not their problem. I asked if there was anything they could do to help and I was rudely told that if I wanted reimbursement I had to deal with UPS. I ordered $1,000 worth of parts from Atlantic British and now after almost a month I have had no contact from either the shipper, or the parts store, no compressor, and have still not been repaid. Extremely unsatisfied.
Hope you dont have to return anything... I made the mistake of buying the wrong part, after returning the part (you pay shipping on the return BTW) I had called to inquire about the time itll take for the actual refund, I was told by Eric it was processed and it will take 3-4 business days to get the funds back in my acct. No problem, I mean were only talking a couple hundred dollars right? Well its now been over a weeks worth of business days and no one can even tell me if the return process has actually been started or not. Still waiting to hear back, spoke with both Eric and Dave about this return. It seems the left hand doesnt talk to the right hand in this office. I will be taking my business to Rovers North.
Awesome to deal with. I cant believe how fast they got the parts from NY to Toronto/Canada. It was less than 24hrs. Price of parts were amazing and even with the dollar difference I ended up saving a ton. I havent installed the injectors yet and when that is done I will post another review. I am shocked as a huge fan and customer!!! Beyond disappointed! I had purchased a rear drive shaft and UPS lost this package as they attempted to deliver to my home. Previously ordered through Pro Car Mechanics (New Motor, Suspension, bumpers, etc...) Spoke to Debbie Evans and I waited a week to get a call back. She said that they will issue me a refund for the part that was confirmed to be lost by UPS and I assumed this was handled professionally and I would receive a refund and confirmation. None of this was handled. I previously checked my account and noticed I never seen anything from ABL for my refund. This goes to show you that when you THINK you are working with a stand up company you are NOT. I called several times to follow up on my refund and I never heard back or would be given the runaround.

Great people to deal with. Huge selection of parts in stock, and they know what theyre talking about. Unlike most auto parts stores, these guys dont work here because Atlantic British called them for an interview before the local gas station did. Theyre pros.
Relatively expensive compared to ebay/Amazon. Service is decent.
