I've been getting my scheduled oil changes and state inspections done here for a few years. Always polite, professional and on schedule. They do what you request very well and never hit you with any surprises. The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with complementary hot and cold drinks, tv and computer. AAA travel services are available too. I highly recommend this shop although I would like to keep it quiet so I don't have to battle for an appointment time.😂
Friendly and professional staff. Clean waiting and rest room.. Was there for about an hour. State inspection and tire repair. Wanted to try this place out, glad I did! I will return for vehicle service.
This is a great place to get work done on your vehicles. They are always very fair with pricing and the turnaround times are reasonable. You never get the feeling that they are trying to sell you services that you don't need.
Once again....i must say i feel that this is an overall honest shop. I take into account all shops need to make money. But overall, i am not getting the impression that taking advantage of the customer is their goal. I just left another HUGE local garage for doing that exact thing. I feel AAA garage is attempting to keep up the reputation that AAA has achieved for its roadside service over the decades. I do appreciate EVERYONE!! From the service desk.. to the mechanics who seem very knowledged in their craft. Hoping to keep this as my priority garage for our families 4 vehicles. Please keep up the standards for customers that seems to be a dying trend. " customers are struggling too to stay above the economy curve also. A reputation is built over time. Keep up the honest standards.!!" After 3 weeks, im returning since problem was not resolved. A pretty minor issue.... lets see how this spins out.....
Mark is great to work with and front desk gentleman, forgot name is just wonderful. I know that parts are costly these days in labor isn't cheap but this place has been consistent no matter the turnaround time is short and that's what I need, so ty to AAA once again
Went in to sign up for AAA and have my daughter added on with me. The process was quite easy the woman Robin explained everything very well she was a very very nice person and she made the whole process Pleasant and very easy. If you stopped in to applysee robin tell her I said hello
staff was very courteous and understanding. I broke down in Saratoga Springs. They towed my car and repaired it in two days when they were very busy. Very professional and good service. Good place for car maintenance and repair.
Long story short, sure it is great to be a membre but when you are far from home and your car makes a noise you can not identify where do you go? AAA car care center where we found good people who took time to search what was the problem. In our case there was nothing to find because the sound was coming from our winter tires friction against the painted surface of the parking at our hotel. The people at the center took the Time to look and confirme that it was safe to continue our journey! We can not thank them enough.
Got the yearly inspection done in about 1/2 an hour!

Not pleasant. Waited over 15 minutes after appointment time to meet with the travel consultant. The consultant saw me enter and proceeded to initiate and receive phone calls while I waited.

New to the area so its always tough finding reliable honest mechanics. They did an amazing job and was accurate on how much everything would cost when all was said and done. I will be back for future repair needs.
After struggling to have a local mechanic figure out the issue I tried this place. Even having to get parts and all they figured it out and had it sorted in DAYS which is huge after WEEKS of the prior. They aint cheap by any stretch (even for my buick which lacks a need for import parts) but wow they are effective.

So far so good. I have been taking my car to Goodyear on Wolf road for years but the last time I was so disappointed that I decided to switch to this shop. They are honest and do good work.
They assessed my vehicle quickly and have been very kind to let Mt poor dead cr sit there while I arrange removal.

Not a happy customer. When stranded in NM they sold me a new battery that several repair shops, DIRECTLY after-the-fact, told me needed replacement, as wasnt up to their standards (unsolicited). Back in NY, I had to drive 240 miles (roundtrip) to replace it. But AAA Andrew tested it and claimed it DID meet AAA tolerances (imagine that?) so would not replace it. His attitude was defensive--like he had already decided the outcome-- unfriendly and combative....up until I caved from his brow-beating ...THEN, having won, with his constant barrage of facts and tolerance stats mumbo-jumbo, he smiled some (actually a sneer I thought) and sent me on my way, thinking he had done well... NOT. Fasts and stats, yes, had remained supreme...but customer satisfaction (for over ten yrs) crashed and burned. Im paid up for a year, but then...well blame it on Andrew and AAA who have forsaken customer satisfaction for cheap thrills. NOT DOING The AMERICAN WAY ANYMORE. PITY
They always treat me like a customer should be treated. Always ask for Mark. He knows how to treat a customer.

I stopped in at around lunchtime(for the garage side of things) and the man was really nice, he went to check if there were any guys not on lunch available to do my inspection, and there was!!! He told me they dont usually take walkins(but the big sign out front says walkins welcome.) They had my car in bay within 5 mins of me getting there!! My service was done within 20 mins! This may be my new shop!!
Wasnt open. Made an appointment online. Got a call back the next day saying my appointment was cancelled. Not sure why. Ended up getting my car inspected across the street at Manginos Mitsubishi where I got great service.
