my sister was visiting me in Clifton park. she discovered she had a screw lodged in her tire. Adirondack tire took her car in right away on a busy Saturday. extracted the impaled screw and inspected the tire for damage. These guys are rockstars. At the last moment I needed a tire repair. They got me in and found that I needed a replacement tire. I was planning on 4 new tires next month, but had them do it while they had the car to avoid any further problems with mismatched tires. Next morning I had another problem with a molding around one tire had come apart. They were closing early for parking lot sealing but had me come in and fixed it up right away even though it wasnt something caused by them. They went above and beyond with service. I cant give them enough props. Thanks guys...Im so appreciative!

As per their suggestion on their webpage, I requested a quote for tire replacements. Their webpage mentioned that theyll respond within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever got back to me so I reached out again a few days later and still no response after a week. I guess theyre not interested in my business after all.

ADK Tire in Clifton Park has been very trustworthy when Ive needed somewhere to bring my car. A lot of automotive places can be really shady and cheat people out of thousands of dollars claiming that theres this that and the third thing wrong with their car when it was simply brought in for an oil change. Here, that has not been my experience. Robert and Mike (manager) as well as the members of the team there have been reliable, and honest when helping to fix any issues Ive had with my vehicle. One of the few places I trust to bring my car!

I went to Adirondack tires to have my tires rotated. I asked Mike if he would look at my front tires tha seemed more worn than the back. Mike pointed out to me that the tires were cracked in between the threads. dry rot he called it. I bought new tires at a great price. Mike saved me a possible accident with unsafe tires. The guys here have always taken great care of me. I called to order tires one day and they mistakenly had quoted me a price that was lower than it should have been. when I came in to pick up the tires, they honored the lower price even though they didnt have to. Theyve always been great to work with and I take my car there for any work I cant do myself.

Mike Farrel put a lot of effort into finding the right tires for my situation, offering his knowledge and experience to help me with my decision. I showed up early for my appointment with concerns about my brakes and he managed to take me in early. He and his staff found serious issues with my brakes and rear brake lines , aside from the obvious ruptured brake line that drained all the brake fluid . Knowing I was due to leave for Texas the next morning , he had me call my wife at our hotel to pick me up and have our dinner while he and his staff stayed past closing to fully repair my brake lines which include their custom copper tubing. He called me when the car was ready. Through the entire process Mike was very personable and professional , more like a friend than a stranger doing a service. He took me out to my vehicle and showed me a problem and explained it all to me until I understood. In the end ,When I tried to express my appreciation for likely saving the lives of myself and my dog , he very humbly said, I couldn t have you driving out of here like that. ...The brakes would have failed . ...good luck and have a safe trip to Texas Also I ve paid more , for far less at other shops, while catching experts trying to sell me on unnecessary work and parts. Mike didn t do that to me. He showed sincere concern for my satisfaction AND safety . Staying late to finish my vehicle so I could get on safely and as scheduled to Texas the following day, was just sincere compassion. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude to Mike Farrell and his staff at Adirondack Tires in Clifton Park. Big kudos to the team at Adirondack Tire on Route 9 in Clifton Park!! While visiting from out of town, I made some mistakes changing my own tires and ended up stripping/snapping a few of my wheel studs and lug nuts on a Sunday afternoon. Mike got my car in first thing Monday morning, and arranged for a ride home while they worked and back to the shop when it was ready. I was back on the road a couple hours later and paid well under what I expected to. Mike and Louis provided some of the highest quality and friendliest service Ive had in any service transaction. My car was due for an inspection, and being relatively new to the area, I wasnt sure where to take it. I did a Google search and came up with ADK tire. I called and made an appointment, as I was advised this might be a better way to go than walking in to avoid a long wait. I was there about a half hour beginning to end. The staff was very courteous. The waiting area was nicer than most. I will be back!

This place is awesome - Mike explained all of the snow tire options for my SUV and then helped me find the highest quality tires within my budget. He got me in right away, and actually had me out within an hour as promised. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and I received GREAT service. It snowed today and the roads were not good but I noticed the difference with the snow tires. I am very happy and will definitely be back!!

My first time visiting this location (I usually go to a different branch). Like always they were great. They got me checked in very quickly and my car was ready in half an hour. The wait area was relatively spacious and also very clean. There seemed to be a few toys for the little ones, so I guess one could consider this place as kid friendly.

I m a field service technician and drive a fleet service truck. Got a flat in Clifton Park, tried a couple other places around, too long of a wait, got to Adirondack Tire and they plugged it up quick with no hassle at all. Definitely recommend. Super nice, professional, and fast.

Nice mechanics, quality work, honest results, good prices

On one of the hottest days of the year, I showed up 15 minutes before closing with a flat tire. I asked the man at the front desk if he could help. He mentioned that all of his help a gone home for the day. None-the-less with his button-down shirt on, and his khaki pants, he attempted to fix the flat tire. I mean, he went above and beyond what I expected! Come to find out, Mike has 30 years of experience working on cars and is a Master Mechanic. Unfortunately the hole in my tire was too big so the fix didnt work. Rather than trying to sell me four new tires, Mike didnt pressure me at all. I ended up buying two tires from them for a total of just over $300. He didnt charge me for the attempted fix of the tire. I recommend checking these guys out!

Brought in my lawn mower tires thinking they may need to be replaced, but instead of charging me $95 / tire to replace (the quote) they were able to put in tubes and saved me about $150 in total. Great to work with!

These guys are awesome. The manager is so accommodating, honest and polite it s almost like your waiting for him to act like other service shops in the area. They did the job I needed and there were no issues, no need for a return trip. I would definitely bring my vehicle back here should I need more work done.

This place is the best place to get any repairs for your car done. Mike helped me out tremendously with getting me in and out with brake replacements and a rotor. He has amazing customer service skills and is always looking out for your best interest. Mike was extremely helpful and a true life saver with make sure I would be driving safely. Did I mention it was done in the same day! I called and he was educated in automotive engineering. I came in within an hour and was done within an hour. He even stayed open for me because my chaotic work schedule. Highly recommend!
