The salesman couldn't seem to get off of his phone while we were there. His excuse when I asked about it was "I'm ordering lunch" We bought an electric vehicle from this place, and when it came time for them to provide the appropriate tax forms, it took over 2 months for someone to finally reply and say "I can't figure out how to download this form, sorry" We lost over $2000 in our tax return because these people refused to do their part. They refused to communicate properly, they refused to lift a finger. Almost a year since we've purchased our vehicle and we still can't seem to find someone there who cares about anything.
Very poor experience with the parts department. Overcharging, never calling back. I had to reorder parts and constantly check to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Not a fun or easy experience.
My transmission blew for a second time. This was after a rebuilt one was put in just a few weeks previously. Of course I was upset. Luckily my advisor, Matt Dayton took care of my problem. The dealership sent over the tow truck, my Jeep Grand Cherokee L was repaired with a brand new transmission along with some other mechanical issues ( AC related ) caused by the faulty rebuilt. I was given a brand new Altitude X as a loaner and my car was fixed in a short period of time. Matt was very good as an advisor. He kept me informed and arranged for the loaner so that I would not be inconvenienced. I am very pleased in every way. BTW all of these repairs were covered under drivetrain warranty so my cost was 0. Thanks Matt for your help. I remain a loyal Jeep customer and will return to this dealership for service and future purchases.
Brought my jeep renegade in for a recall. First time using this dealership. I was greeted immediately and my appointment verified in a few minutes. I had asked for a ride home and return ride which was provided. The driver Matt was very nice, as well as professional. All in all a good 1st time experience . I will bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation when due. I asked cost of each and given a straight forward answer. The dealership where I purchased my car in Albany NY was the worst for no upfront information and waiting 3hrs (with appointment) for oil change and tire rotation. I am hopefully confident that this won't be the case here. Thank you to everyone at Cifton Park Chrysler Jeep.
Tyler was Very nice and kind. He told me everything I needed to know. I do have to bring my vehicle back to get the work done because I won’t have a vehicle to use to get back-and-forth to work. so we changed the time and day to have the work done, but Tyler was very nice and helpful
This dealer is always a positive visit. They take very good care of me and my car. When I arrived Matt Dayton immediately greeted me, knew why I was there and did exactly what I requested. (Oil change and tire rotation). The entire staff has always been pleasant , respectful and helpful!
I’ve taken my 2015 Jeep here twice for repairs and both experiences were excellent. I’ve had my car back within a day- and the repairs were communicated to me effectively to understand the process and why they needed to be done. I’ll continue to use the service center for the remaining life of my Jeep!

I had an excellent experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Clifton Park yesterday, as is typical. They do excellent work and are always courteous and helpful. It has also been my experience that their repair prices are competitive with independent auto repair shops.

State Inspection & tire rotation went fine. However, they didn t have a part for a needed recall, even though the recall was part of the planned work. I d think they should have a supply of parts like this on hand, or have ordered it once I made my appointment.
Honestly deserves 0 Stars they didn t properly fix my car but still took $1,350 from me when I tried to still work out the situation Jeff the person that works in the service department tells me I should sell my car . Instead of trying to help fix the situation .. I m very disappointed in the services
Always a super smooth and quick process when going in for an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room is large and comfortable which making waiting for the service to be done even easier.

Other than a wait to get an appointment, I waited the 2-3 weeks to get my truck in. Both times I dealt with Tony, who is very much a customer service guy and a pleasure to deal with. Overall I am pleased with my recent service experience.

I am quite surprised that I even received this after a thoroughly negative experience. Cant give 0 stars apparently. Scheduled an appt and brought the vehicle in for a replacement of the serpentine and heater fan belts. Dropped vehicle off at 1 pm and by 4:30 there was still no communication from them regarding the status of the repair. Returned to the shop at 5 pm to be told that they took a quick look at the belts but didnt have the parts. Apparently they overbooked their schedule. I was told I could bring it back in the next day if I wanted to. This is the second negative experience with this dealership but I returned because it was where I purchased the vehicle. As they say-fool me once...I dont typically write reviews but this experience was an outlier. Never again. Avoid this repair shop if at all possible. 4+ hours of having my vehicle with no communication/updates and no work done. No respect for the customers time. Jiffy Lube offered to do the repair at the time of my recent oil change but I took a flier as I had more confidence in having the dealership address the issues but I will be first in line on Saturday to have the repair done by a more qualified crew who will surely provide a higher level of customer satisfaction. I brought my vehicle here for a steering issue. I was able to get my vehicle in the shop within a day of the start of the issue. The technician was able to diagnose the cause and complete the repair later the same day. Very please with the friendly and knowledgeable people here and the great service and quick turn around time. All are much appreciated.

We will never buy another jeep from jeep of Clifton park. We were never given the cost of the jeep upon purchasing . When we met with the person in finance, he gave us more charges to the cost. Also, we couldn t understand him and he didn t explain the extra charges that were added to the cost of the jeep. On the other side of this, your service department gets a little better grade.
Helpful staff was able to complete my service ahead of expected time. Communication was good and timely.

Had an appointment scheduled for weeks for an 11:30 time slot. At 3:30pm my Jeep still had not even been brought into the shop. It was suggested to schedule an appointment for another day. Pretty poor planning and scheduling on the dealership, I wasted time off from work to have no resolve to my vehicles issues.

When the new owners took over last year I was greeted with a very sterile and non inviting atmosphere. This year when I dropped off my car I was greeted by a gentleman in service who was very personable and asked all the questions needed to service my vehicle. It went downhill after that. I was called at 4:49pm told my car was finished and that I had 11 mins to get there as they close at 5 on Saturday or I would have to wait until Monday to retrieve my vehicle. Told them I was coming right up. I had to race (with another vehicle)from my own job where I left a customer to get up to get my vehicle. I arrived at 5:01pm the service area was locked and completely dark. Gratefully, a salesperson was showing someone a vehicle and I ran in the showroom and back to where the office is and the person was closing up and trying to go home but was willing to let me pay for the service and grab my keys. I had to go back to work and arrange for someone to run me up and drop me off to pick up my car. When I returned 1/2 an hour later someone had parked a vehicle right across the nose of my car impeding me from picking it up. Thankfully, I was able to make my way out. Im disappointed and will be looking for another location to do business. Two strikes and you are out.

I got an inspection, oil change, and a recall done for my 22 Wrangler 4XE. Theyre very easy to deal with and got the work done quickly. This was my 3 visit and every time things have gone smooth. I definitely recommend!

My jeep needed an inspection. I also mentioned my Jeep wasn t shifting right. They checked put on the computer and realized it need an update. They did the update and my Jeep is perfect.

I d like to mention one of their mechanics, Russ, who was so helpful when I was picking up my vehicle right at closing. He stayed and made sure the tire pressure was sufficient in all my tires. Outstanding customer service!
Service at CDJR of Clifton Park is the best. Matt and Jeff have a great team. Always timely, quality service and unlike some other shops in the area, you know the work being done is done well and without unnecessary up charges or services.
Went there for a clunking sound in the front end. They didn t find anything wrong which was a good thing but still have the clunking sound.
