Got an inspection, who I assume is the owner was very friendly. Pricing was fair and it was done quickly. I recommend!
It's just like really mean. I wanted to get my Tyrone, suggested for a rotation and alignment. Instead, my front tire beadlake. Now it's rolling on the rim, but it disintegrated.You marked it up.Turner around I really can't tell what i'm going to do My windshield wiper has become very aggressive. Don't know my wife is telling me what to do now.
Rodney & his experienced team were extremely helpful. He pointed out what went wrong, different solutions to the problem, and clearly labeled what his price was and why. I would, and have, recommended him to anyone else that needs a car repair.
Called in for an emergency brake job and got a next day am appt. Finished quickly same day. Fair price. Will return. Update: After 5 stars.. down grade to no. Realized later why they had an opening. After installing new front brakes... they missed installing a screw, a clip and effed another thread in a new set ... Ended up with my calipers flapping around. Went back to them a few days later after hearing a bunch of noise...and they were closed. Out of business and empty. Nothing there. Went to Firestone. Firestone charged me 150 to fix their mistake. Laughed at the mistake, caliber effed my rim and techs said these clowns shouldn't turn a wrench again in their lives. Beware
Visited the store and took the quote, they said come whenever you want and will do right away. But scheduled an appointment by visiting store again and they confirmed the appointment/asked me to drop the car but when I went there, they were like we don’t have parts and we need to order now, and it seems not available, come some other day. After appointment confirmation also, still you didn’t have parts ready
Rodney at One Town Tire & Auto is the best around, I have been bringing my work trucks to him for years and have no complaints at all. Prices and customer services are unbeatbable!
I’ve had so many experiences where I’ve been taken advantage of as a woman that has no knowledge about cars. I genuinely have found the place I will continue to go to for everything! The staff was friendly, transparent, and knowledgeable. The prices were more than reasonable and it’s a great location. So happy I found this place!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told all 4 brakes (pads and rotors) were shot. I told the person at the desk that the rear brakes were done recently at my dealership. He said I could get a second opinion. I went back to my dealership and was told the rear brakes were fine. They also stripped two lug nuts, did not give me an itemized receipt, and did not put a sticker for my next oil change. Update-passed inspection. Blatant rip-off. Was a customer of Clifton Park Auto for over 20 years and received great service. Avoid this business!!
I found them through Groupon and attempted to call for an appointment. No answer. It said they were open online. I showed up to physically schedule one; the open sign was up. Door was locked. Door was opened told i couldnt schedule an appointment then relocked. Dont say youre open if you are not. Furthermore, was kind of a rude interaction. Why would you turn away a customer?
Rodney went out of his way to make sure I got my oil change completed in a timely fashion. Normally when I go to get my oil change, Im hassled by the mechanic with you need this or you need that. Im so happy that was not Rodney! Thank you Rodney! Lisa

Stop in to change tires not knowing this was a new shop and I must say not only did Rodney help me out and make sure my vehicle was safe and good to go they fixed my exhaust due to a snapped bolt on my exhaust I must say these guys rock and I will recommend to family and friends
I had a very stressful experience with mavis with tire purchasing, with the prices but one of my friends told me about a new location near 146 vischer ferry road by stewarts. They honestly give me the best price for my tires with installation. thank you rodney so much i can t wait to recommend this to my friends and family.

I kept hearing a squeaky noise in my rear Lexus. Come to find out that it was my shocks and they were leaking really badly. I went to one town tire and auto and they helped me out and they also gave me a really reasonable price. I highly recommend one town tire and auto, thank you soo much!
