Quality car wash for good price. Midwest has better car wash prices bit here Hoffman is competitive. I have been using Hoffman for decades and continue to use them.

Used their Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I am used to their pressure upsell techniques and thought I had covered of by telling them that the tires are good, the air filter is good and that I only wanted an oil change. Say in line for over an hour. Still got the pressure upsell. And they reduced the pressure in my tires below where I wanted. Very expensive, slow and annoying. Never again

My friend took me to have my car cleaned for my birthday. I never been so disappointed, they never cleaned the windows did a lousy job vacuuming,was a waste of time and money, someone told us they were no good!!!

Under new management and I am very impressed. The location manager for Clifton Park name is Jon; it is clear to see exactly why he s the manager! He smiles, he s humble and understanding and he lead by serving. On a 95 degree day he left his office, brought me to the front of the line and made sure the front of my car was perfectly clean from Adirondack bug guts. By doing so he clearly showed his employees how to lead by serving. I was and am extremely impressed. Great job Jon!!

Great place for car wash!

It s ridiculous that you have to wait almost 45 minutes for a full service car wash. It never fails.

Just had a $47 interior/exterior wash at this Hoffmans location this morning. When I got home, I noticed just how bad of a job they did. I had to re-clean the dashboard, back window and interior back floor. The mats I have are still dirty. Ridiculous! Can t believe I tipped my usual 5 bucks also. Not going back. I was a long time customer too.

Hate to say BUT the $25 interior cleaning add on wasn t worth it seemed they forgot to turn on the vacuum

The person I spoke with to pay tried to upsell me from the basic 14.99 wash to a 20 dollar on the premises that soap and water alone won t get the dirt off my car . I m not sure what else you use to clean a car?? He told me the $20 wash is better bc it has waxing .. if soap and water which is still what would be washing my car for $20 won t wash dirt off, I m not sure why I d want to apply wax over the dirt the soap and water won t be able to wash off . If you want to upsell at least do it logically and upsell on the fact that the next up wash would wash my undercarriage which is clearly dirty if the rest of my car is. 2 stars bc while customer service was poor the soap and water did come through and wash the dust off my car as I had predicted it would.

This wash was free due to the poor job done last time. This wash was much better a job. Glad to see the manager was willing to make good on the first one.

A couple of minor things were missed. Instead of just fixing them, the manager Jim had the crew totally redo the car inside and out. Above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service.

I had the exterior complete detail done today for my daughter s car. It came with a car wash, nano skin surface cleaner, and hand wax. The result was incredible. It got rid of all the surface dirt and scuffs that multiple car washes did not. The car looks new. So impressed. I was there about 2 hours and it was $129 and worth every penny. I highly recommend this service!!

I bought the most expensive inside and outside wash they offered me for $50, yet they don t know how to remove the bugs on my front bumper nor can they clean the windshield and rear window properly. This has happened twice now.

Not worth the price. Had a ton if bugs from road trip and they didnt use the bug spray , can hardly smell the air freshener, no tire shine. Not as good as the price or what I get at the other places...

Stopped at Hoffmans Car Wash today for the works. Undercarriage, wax etc. $50. later my car still had mud caked in the wheel wells. Bugs on the front end. Overspray from wax. My wheels were still dirty and a scuff mark on the side where something rubbed. Very disappointed. All of the staff was very friendly and polite. Something needs to be done to improve their washes....

Today was the 1st time I have been to a Hoffman Car Wash in a decade. It will also be another decade before I return. The interior was awesome. The exterior was not. There were at least 4 guys wiping down a pickup truck while only 1 taking care of mine. The car was still wet, bugs still squished on my front end, and the top of my car wasnt touched. I spent the same $50 that the other driver paid. The young man that had my car did ok, but there should be 2-3 employees working on each vehicle. Kudos to the interior guys!!

47 dollars for a car wash and clean. Youve got to be joking. No receipt in the line to tell you what you just spent, and the kid said 34! I NEVER would have paid 47 and change for this service. No extras...47 and change...fn ridiculous.

Always a good experience at Hoffmans and today is no exception. I had my vehicle inspected at the Jiffy Lube side. They were clearly very shortstaffed but the employees all still had smiles and were very polite. They dud not have staff to operate all 3 bays so they had to reduce to two. That is my impression today. The business is always clean and neat!

Hoffman Car Wash in Clifton Park is my go to place for a quick exterior wash. Easy in and out and I am off on the road quickly and easily.

Went to Hoffmans in Clifton Park to get detail cleaning. Went there a year ago and nothings changed, still extremely poor detail. They clearly have not resolved the issue of getting workers who clean it thoroughly and do what you pay for. I would not recommend this to anyone biggest waste of money. I couldve used the $47 and bought a little bit of Armour All and cleaned it myself.

Excellent car wash inside and out. It was a little bit cold, so the team that dried the car at the end and did the windows were a little quicker than usual. But a good job.

Went through the exterior wash twice. First time my jeep was still dirty told a young kid and he said that is dirt under wax The wax was applied by them after the wash. Went through a second time and same dirty result told by manager same wax excuse. The dirt comes off when I rub it with just my finger. Never again

Y all did a great job of my interior detail, but didn t put my nice ice scraper and brush back, and now I m without a scraper.

They made me get a touch less wash because of my roof racks - they promised my car would be clean. Nope, might as well have lit $14 on fire and hoped for rain. Garbage wash.

I m not a huge fan of this particular Hoffman s at this location. First, there s no access automation or designated lanes. Second, it s hard as hell turning into the side entrance for the actual car wash. Just find myself going to another carwash or a better Hoffman s.

Dont go here! If this was my normal Hoffmans, Id cancel my subscription after the first wash. This place has you zig zag into the wash, when you could just drive straight in and then has you zig zag out instead of allowing you to drive straight out. Even had some young punk stand in the way of driving straight out with his pressure washer wand sticking out of a hole in the ground and him behind it with his tough guy arm crossed as they watch people try to make the maneuver to the door thay want you to drive out of. Its a joke. Why they make you grind your vehicles wheels on the guide bars is beyond me.

I highly prefer the Latham location when getting an interior clean/wash. The Clifton Park location falls far short of expectations, a bit surprising coming from a very reputable local company.

The new Hoffman s Car Wash a mile down the road was offering a free car wash, but when I called, this one promised to honor it also. So we came here and were told they d only honor it if we bought the $19.95 special. I called back and was told she d check, said we had misunderstood. Oh no we did not.

Not worth the money. We had to clean the interior again when we returned home. Trash still on the floor and dash board was not cleaned well at all. How can they vacuum well but still leave paper trash on the rug? Can t tell if rear window inside the car was washed. not going back .

Assistant manager Joe and his crew run a very tight ship and it shows in the results. All of my larger vehicles interiors are done as well, they always come out quickly and they always do the best job.

Not worth doing full car wash here. They changed me 50 dollars for full car wash. But trunk is not cleaned and mats are wet. Dust on dashboard. Why the hell it s called full wash. Avoid this place.

I love this place!! Theyre so nice and theyre always smiling!! OMG. LOVE IT!!!! My car looks awesome. The young people are an example to all!!! POLITE and RESPECTFUL. Cant say enough about the employees.

Not exactly sure why I paid an extra $25 to upgrade my monthly subscription to have the interior cleaned. Cup holder wasnt even touched. Sides of the passenger seats werent touched. Dashboard is barely wiped and the windshield is so foggy I had to pull over and wipe it down with water myself. If it werent so busy Id go back and have them do it again. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone needing interior done. At least the vacuuming is decent.

I did the ultimate interior and exterior cleaning, and I wasnt thrilled about the results. I did bring it up to Mikaela, and she was extremely receptive, and immediately began to help out. Jim was alerted and responded as well and washed it inside and out again himself. I found that they went above and beyond to do right by the customer, and that really makes the difference.

2 stars for the free exterior wash .but it s crazy that My car isn t worthy of being wiped down afterwards because it s not an ultimate wash .like what?! Also I asked a employee for some of those dirty red towels they use to wipe it down myself and couldn t because he said he would get yelled at LMAO OH OK ..not worthy of a clean, DRY, vehicle. The fact that people have to ask to get their rims wiped down who pay for ultimate washes is absurd as well

This place has totally gone downhill this past year and I will be canceling my membership. Rude service, they don t wipe down your car after exterior washes anymore, and not under any circumstance will they even let customers use one of their towels to wipe down their own car. On top of that the attendant told me that for the first 30 days of my membership I could try any of the packages so I could decide if I wanted to upgrade but the 2nd time I went I was told that was never a policy. Rude liars and poor service - very disappointed!!! Wish there were better options this place is a rip off!

I am always blown away by the respectful and friendly service from all of the staff. They are also diligent about their cleaning and I always feel that I get my moneys worth. I ask for Hoffmans Carwash gift cards for birthday and Christmas!

I paid $52.00 for interior exterior cleaning. I asked for vanilla scent for interior. Did a terrible job inside. Didn t get the scent. A bit disappointed about the price doubling with less quality, the NEW American way. I ll do it myself next time.

Its a chain car wash, the finish on the car really depends on how busy they are and how much care the crew of teenagers feels like putting into it. Sometimes its fantastic, sometimes you have to go home and re-wipe down the interior.

Don t bring your manual transmission vehicle here! Bunch of goofballs working this joke of a car wash almost let my brand new car get smashed into by the car behind it on the tracks cause no one could drive stick. And they stand there giggling like its funny. Never going here again. Paid $46 for inside and out and spots remained that should not for just about $50. Beware. Terrible business who hires careless teens!

I have read the negative reviews, but my experiences have been positive. I received a 3 month pass for Christmas and have been using the drive through wash to keep the road salt off my vehicle and have been pleased so far. Staff encounters have been positive. Well, sorry to say I needed to update this review. Its been a few months and although my bad, I just discovered that they have been taking $38.51 out of my account monthly since July 12 (4 months now!) $154.04 in charges I did not authorize nor have I been back for a vehicle wash! I tried calling to resolve this and the facility referred me to their administrative offices (different #). I called at 8:15am and a recording said the office was closed and to call back during business hours 8am to 5pm, what, its past that time. I called back at 8:30am, same thing, called at 9:15am same thing. Now this is frustrating. I will post anothe update after speaking with someone. Well, 9:30am and I just spoke to Brie and she stated I purchased a lifetime wash during their $99.00 promotion, I explained to her that was not communicated to me or I would not have purchased it, when purchased it was for 3 months only. She said all she could do was to offer a gift card for the amount but I prefer a refund. She said she could not do that so I told her I would be contacting my bank to have all charges reversed and her tone became quite curt, said that was my decision and terminated the call.....REALLY! I will NOT be using their car wash ever again, there are many others providing the same service!

They should have more employees or make the managers that are just walking around to help move lines along faster. Waiting 45 minutes to get your car cleaned is a bit much

Great service but heads up the driving path for the exterior cleaning of your car is very weird and winding through their facility.

Sometimes the kids do a great job on the inside, Sometimes its just a good job. Do wish they would pre-hose the grill always for those pesky bugs, as well as the tailgate section. On the bigger cars those areas need a bit of added help.

As a monthly subscriber Im happy with the washes but frustrated that, if I want my car dry to avoid a lot of water spots, I have to get out and do it myself, which is not fun in the winter months.

Latham...Paid to cleaning inside with air freshener. Inside was NOT clean; windows were smeared and no air freshener! I tipped before I got back into the car. Should have had them redo it; but had an appointment to get to. Second time bad service at this location!! Wont go back. I dont recommend it!!

Over 900 Washes on my current car. They cracked my rear light. Solution was to offer free car washes. They wanted Me To buy the part and they would Install it. Left messages for the owner and no Return call. Been going there Since they opened. So Very dis appointed as I have been a client who Spend thousands of dollars on at least eight different cars. It is the principle of it that a local multi millionaire would not fix it. I am Hoping someone else comes along as I am Sure I am not the only one this has happened to.

Ive never had a bad experience at Hoffmans. My car was beautifully clean inside and out. They must hire people with a caring attitude and people skills as they are very polite, smiling and accommodating. The price has increased substantially in the last 3 years, but who hasnt increased pricing?

The monthly payment is great. My car stays clean, and the shine is great. The best feature is that you may have washed it twice or more. Their is no charge if you get the unlimited wash

WOW!! What service! Young people running this place with great attitudes! Needed a cleaning for a car that had a smoker for a previous owner. They cleaned it, and suggested their air and vent purification system for under $100. Got jiffy lube to put in a new cabin filter...car is like new!

Always a good experience & wash at any Hoffman car wash. And most have free self serve vacuuming as well. We dont go anywhere else and we have the unlimited wash plan.. good price and well worth it. Not that I would, but I could wash my truck all day every day if I wanted.

Amazing job on my car. It was a mess when I brought it in. It looked like it did the day I bought it from the dealer when I picked it up. Jim walked me through everything that was done. I still cant believe my 10 year old car looks so good.

We saw a scratch on our car after going through the wash. I emailed an inquiry through the website to see our options. Nick was very responsive and asked us to stop by so he can take a look. After going through footage, he did not see anything as we went through the wash. Even though there was no way to prove fault, he was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure we left as happy customers. He took time out of his day to buff out the scratch that they may not have even caused and it is now hardly visible. Thank you for the great customer service!

They dont do too good of a job on the Windows always Streak and missed spots when you drive away they need to use dry towels

I paid 46 dollars for a basic cleaning, they didnt clean the trunk, as it was, it still is (there were only 2 empty bags there) The glass was fogged up after drying it was not cleaned well, there was still dust on the cars dashboard, there was a bottle of water in the cup holder, the bottle was not removed for cleaning ie it was still dirty. First and last time I go there, unfortunately.

Excellent carwash except some how they always make in inside of the windows worse than when I went in. They just smudge them all over.

I went to Hoffmans Car Wash for an inside-out service as my car was quite dirty. The car actually had to be washed twice as there was a lot of dirt. The workers were very nice and explained various ways to keep the car cleaner. My only complaint is the price. The last time I had a service the price was $26.00. The price now is $46.00. When I expressed my surprise, the cashier said that the price went up during the pandemic and never went back. I will definitely look around for a less expensive way to clean my car.

New bumper guards were not installed properly at Clifton Park location, my stock ride height mustang (which Ill be happy to prove) bottomed out and a stud or bolt that was not properly secured and left visibly sticking up way told my car was the fifth car this has happened to, hey maintenance maybe fix the problem the first time!

Was in yesterday afternoon for a full service and very pleased. My car had not been cleaned since our beach vacation in August, both young men cleaning the interior did a great job. Outside looked excellent too. A+++

They have gone way down hill ... had a normal car wash done and the doors dont look they they were even touched, the lower panels under the doors wasnt touched and none of the bug splits came off .... Colonial car wash use to spray thus excellent stuff that git the bug splits off...meanwhile no prespraying as they use to do ... would write more but I am washing my car ...by hand

Love love love what they do for my car, trucks. The staff are friendly in person or on the phone, they work very hard to please. Equipment and accommodations are top notch, clean and fast service. Love the holiday promos. Great for yourself or gifts. I started bringing my vehicles to Hoffman s because I couldn t find a great car wash that really cleaned my car/truck. This place is the only one I know that takes you to a secluded space with a computer to discuss car repairs. Thats unique and professional. Them cleaning your inside of the car needs a good amount of improvement. There is lack of care.

You pay $40.00 for wash, windows cleaned and vacuumed. The last 2 times my windows had HORRIBLE sun blinding streaks and not totally vacuumed. Very disappointed for the price.

I have a membership to keep all this salt off of my car to help with rust I go to the Ballston Spa the most the brushes are dirty and they never spray it down when you 1st go in I only had my car sprayed 4 times In a 1 & 1/2 sometimes I have to go through it 2x just to get it clean and its not that dirty the kids that work there seem like they dont want to be there Ive only had a good experience with 3 kids and the manager dont seem to care whats going on

Took my car to the Clifton Park, NY Location to get to the salt and dirt off my car inside and out! The Ultimate Wash is what they label it! Because it was a earn sunny day in n February I went early because I knew it would be crowded with everyone having the same idea wanting to take advantage of the weather and get there car cleaned. Well, they did not disappoint. They did a GREAT job with getting the winter salt and grime from the inside and a fantastic job with the undercarriage as well as cleaning and shining up the outside. I was very pleased with my Ultimate results!

I ve been here multiple times and have noticed scratches on my interior after an inside detail . Not only that, at a certain point when I had them vacuum my interior my cup holders went missing and they checked the cameras and couldn t see anyone take them Literally no one else uses my car but me, I don t go anywhere, no one goes in my car, I take care of my stuff they were there when I went in lol So at this point, I m pretty upset that I pay so much for a package and this is what happens to my car while going to this place. Maybe you should hire older help or have someone who can actually take care of the cars that costumers bring in for service. This is super frustrating. I will no longer be getting any kind of interior service from this place once this package expires. Otherwise, the wash is really good! Car comes out super clean looking brand new. I ll try a different location but each time I go to the one in Clifton park something happens I paid for an exterior and interior package and don t even want to use the interior because you guys scratch my steering wheel or do a halfway job on the interior anyways. Don t recommend the Clifton park location.

Went to there this morning to get my car clean since my toddler spill juice and foods everywhere. Had the ultimate car wash beside vacuum and exterior wash nothing much was done. Waste of money. Don t understand why are they opening another location here when they can t hardly clean your car for the price you paid. We really another competition over here like yesterday. It s unacceptable the amount of money you spent for the bare minimum service you receive.

This is the second time that I ve been disappointed with the service that I paid for at the Clifton Park location. I paid for interior and exterior cleaning along with wheel cleaning and under carriage cleaning. The vacuuming was poor, the wheels definitely were not done and wiping out of other surfaces were not done either. So I m sure the under carriage was not done either. I also noticed a scratch on the front bumper that I never noticed before. I most definitely will not be going back there ever again.

Terrible service, rude employees, spent $20+ on a car wash and they wouldnt even dry my car off, they said I would have to spend atleast $40+ to get my car dried. Thats ridiculous to me minimum wage is what $13? So a person who makes minimum wage would have to work nearly 5 hours just to get there car cleaned. Thats ridiculous im sorry. I got the regular wash and my car came out looking nearly just as bad as it did before I went through. Not sure what kind of business they are running there but I wasnt the only person online complaining that day. I dont like being treated badly whenever spend my hard earned money at a business. paid to have the most expensive car wash inside and out and they didn t even clean the inside of my car. they vacuumed the mats and the seats but they didn t even wipe down the front console or anything like that. why am i paying for a service when i m not even getting what i paid for? i can understand if a car is EXTREMELY dirty but this was not the case. waste of time and money will not be coming back

Went for a NYS Inspection for my 1 year old car. Grease stained the fabric interior and left sticker residue all over my dash.
