I'm a monthly wash subscription holder. I have been the last 2 years my jeep wrangler allways comes out looking like new.
Paid $13 for a car wash that left a layer of dirt on my car. You could still see the marks of my windshield wipers after the was was complete. Had to use some napkins I had in my car to get the layer off of my windows.
The one place around with a self serve power wash I can take my Jeep to clean myself. These stalls are very rare to find anymore. Then, there's the overpriced Hoffman that has a monopoly on car washes around the Saratoga county area.
This is the only car wash in the area that has a self serve bay tall enough for me to bring my job trailer in for a cleanup. My trailer is 9'-6" tall and their bay is 9'-8", so it's tight, but it works! Love this place!
Over priced you will pay $4 for 3 min and 10 cent for every quarter after. Which means if you spend $10 you are only getting 4 and seconds. Ridiculous I had to go to another car wash to finish. This is at the self serve area.
Josh was great I had purchased a monthly membership but then put a front lip on my car which made it so I couldn’t go through the wash anymore. Joshed hooked me up with a wash through the touch-less system instead and promptly cancelled my membership for me. I wish yall would put a monthly membership for the touchless wash!!
12/14/2023 worst experience ever at this place !! While traveling my litter of 16 week old puppies had a accident in the crate in my car. I had pulled into this place quick to only rinse the floor board and puppies feet off until bath and be on my way , these ppl harassed me to the fullest and were extremely rude to me threatening me to not return 😑 standing over me at wash supervising me the entire time, I spend a lot of money at this place. After being harrased by old man the owner Steve came to speak with me not only kept physically touching me but was being threatening about me and the puppies being there only using water. Horrible horrible experience worst ever and I'm not spending anymore money at place. Very unprofessional they didn't have to be the way they were old man was cursing at me and also being threatening not to mention I have service dog stickers all over my car POS people owning businesses.....
During my second membership visit, the dryer blew out and shattered my side mirror. After they tried the "has this ever been replaced before" (which it hadn't been), they resorted to "it must've been loose." When I asked how they intended to rectify the situation, they were gracious enough to waive 1 month of my membership ($35). What a complete joke. Worst customer service. Will NEVER go back.

I bought an unlimited package for the first time about 8 months ago. I go almost daily now and I love it. The people working are always very friendly and move any lines along quickly. Highly recommend.

The wash itself is about as good as your going to get for touch less car washes excellent for touch less car washes ( not the same as a cheap gas station touch less car wash). The upside is no scratches and typically no damage to wraps, accessories and protective films. The screen used to purchase washes is not good. It is glitchy and not intuitive. The customer service is excellent . I suspect this will be remedied eventually. To avoid the issue of using the touch screen at the sight simply go online and purchase washes there. Best touch less in area.

Incredibly rude staff with an unprofessional approach. If a customer has a question the word dude should never enter the conversation. I live and work two minutes away, but Ill be washing elsewhere.

You can do self service car wash, select a type of automatic wash, or buy a frequent wash plan. Their vacuums work. It is a great place to wash your car.

Helpful tip that members aka those who buy wash codes can use at any of their locations. So the best value ones are really worth it if you are going to wash your car and not want to be nailed down to just one car wash
This is an amazing locally-run business. They were especially helpful when I was involved in a car accident in which my vehicle was totaled. They gave me credit for the time that I could not use my vehicle and assisted with setting up membership for my new vehicle. I called them today with a different issue and was treated with the same high-quality customer service that you dont see very often these days. I highly recommend supporting them.
Just went through the car wash and spent $15 and the back window and the back of my car are not clean at all.

i really like this car wash a lot. it s my go to in the area because they have a touch free wash and a self serve. coming from downstate we had a lot of state of the art self serve car washes and this one is good. My only complaint is there s no wax or triple foam polish at the self serve wash. Having a black car i have to wash it myself and then go through the touchless to get the foam/wax for protection. If they added this in to the self serve it would be absolutely perfect and less expensive for me. Still one of the best car washes in the area!!

The facilities are very nice but the self service option is expensive. $4 for 3 minutes is a terrible deal. I used to go to a car wash in Troy for the self service and it was $5 for 8 minutes.
Always do a good job and to me its reasonable so if you dont want your car or Truck rusting quicker than it should it its worth it.
Stole $20 from us. We called left a message never hear anything back. Yea thanks. Put 20 in the machine and nothing happened.

Great touch less car wash, the only reason for not giving five stars is because the car drying cycle isnt strong or long enough. I dont expect a totally dry car but would like it dryer then it gets. I will still go there on a bi weekly to 3 times a week to keep my Octane Red Challenger looking great.

Relatively ineffective touch free car wash. I chose the $11 basic wash to give it a try and my car was still pretty dirty afterwards. The water dried spotty, so spot free rinse was not effective either.

I dont know about the full service but the self service bays were fine and everything worked well. The only thing that bugged me was there are only a couple bays and they are 2 cars deep. Last week it was windy. The guy in front of me kept spraying his cars soapy water on me and my car due to the wind. No ones fault really, just a design flaw that really is not enjoyable on a windy day.

The self wash doesn t give you enough time to wash your car. Your spending more time watching the timer then cleaning your car. After you finally finish power washing your car, using the soap, and rushing to rinse it all off, you realize that they re using dirty water to rinse your car. I noticed this as I was drying off my car straight after pulling out. I only go to this one because it s closer but I d rather travel the extra miles to Latham to do it myself at Hoffman s now. And you pay over a dollar a minute

There is a rude older employee at this location, who stands by the entrance and harasses customers as he takes over wash selection. I have only seen him do this on the Wednesday wash day special. That s what I get for not driving to Hoffman s. Avoid this location and drive the extra few minutes to Hoffman s on Rte 9 it s well worth it!
Fantastic locally owned car wash that will keep your vehicle salt-free through the winter months. They have a monthly all you can wash option that is very convenient - they put an RFID tag on your windshield and you breeze right through. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you always get a good clean car out of it. You can manage your account online if you would like, and you can always upgrade your service at the time you would get your car wash. I highly recommend this location.

Your Clifton Park location is amazing.. Rte 50 Glenville not so much.. I went through the touch free bay 4 and had spots everywhere.. Bought your 16 dollar wash.. Ill definitely go back to your Clifton Park location but not Rte 50..
Discounts on Wednesdays. Otherwise its a car wash. My car went in dirty and came out clean and undamaged.

Good car wash however the dryer component at the end of the wash does not nearly dry the car enough leading to spots everytime! They do have a great $20 a month unlimited wash option which I highly recommend considering a regular wash is $10! Wild Wednesdays regular was is $6 all day.

This is now Spritz Carwash. Fully automated, banks of vacuums, there is a soft touch tunnel, and self service bays. The attendants spray down your vehicle as you enter the tunnel to get any hard caked debris off... I would definitely recommend this car wash... They even have a subscription for unlimited washes!

Glad the Spritz Group purchased this old wash location and renovated it. Very convenient location with multiple entrances, (main on 146 and optional from Price Chopper lot). Staff is very friendly and attentive, they take care when prepping your vehicle for the wash, treat as their own. Since the tunnel is new everything is super clean, spinners are all microfiber-like material so they leave no scratches and go a great job of cleaning all areas of your vehicle. I assume they clean or change them frequently as Ive never noticed they are dirty with built up grime. Tire shine is a nice touch and complete the wash process leaving your vehicle with that extra clean look. The unlimited packages are the way to go and are priced right.

No Tunnel Wash Anymore. Pot Hole Entrances, and touch free has been offline for years. Self Service Bays suck, water pressure insufficient. Someone needs to put in Tunnel Wash and do major upgrades. What pos.
