Shop your local Walmart for a wide selection of items in electronics, home furniture & appliances, toys, clothing, baby gear, video games, and more - helping you save money and live better.
I love Walmart prices but I hate that the cashiers do not bag the groceries. I have to hurry and put all the groceries on the counter then hurry to try to bag, then make payment. All this while the cashiers just stands there looking at me. It’s Rude and makes the transaction take 2x as long. I do not understand it and absolutely hate that they stopped opening the self serve registers suitable for a large order. At least then I could go at my own pace. Why is Walmart making these stupid changes. I only shop online when possible. I hate going to the store.
Most of the staff is very unhelpful and useless. Any time you ask someone where something is they respond with “oh, that’s not my department.” The self checkout is absolutely ridiculous. You have 4 people watching over you and not doing a damn thing and acting like you’re stealing something. Walmart should consider opening another register or two and putting them people to work. I’m done shopping at Walmart and will take my business to Aldi's and target.
This particular store actually renewed my faith in having a great experience in a Walmart. The employees actually help you with finding a particular item if can't find it. The employees didn't turn around and run to avoid me asking for help. It's a damn shame I had to be in another Walmart store,in a another state, to experience what customer service truly is again in Walmart. I believe this store itself, should be the training model, for the Walmart stores, nation wide
This used to be my favorite Walmart. They changed their self checkout to limit 15 items. So of course I took my almost $500 dollar order to a cashier. I realized after I looked at my receipt that he had double scanned several items. I tried showing the receipt and the items to the cashier spoke very little English. But he could call me a liar. I asked for a Manager and We went to Customer Service. The So Called Management made me take almost $500 worth of merchandise out of my bags and rescan every dam item. The Cashier made a mistake on ringing up a 2 piece sweat suit that should have been rung separate and She had the nerve to accuse me of stealing when I in fact did not do the scanning. They both humiliated me in front of other customers. If I hadn't spent hours shopping for Christmas I would have asked for a refund and left it all. I should have Sued them for defamation of character. I'm taking my Business from now on to Target !!
I go to this store every other day. My favorite store by far . I've been a customer for over 20 years, I have seen many people come and go. Just today I was at customer service and some rude customer was cursing at the front desk clerk. She handled herself professionally . The manager the same way very polite I wish I would've gotten both their names because the should be in this review. The store is understaffed for the volume they have. It happens because people like that gentleman mess it up for us. Nobody wants to work in a place where their constantly being cursed at and yelled at. I don't blame the employees I blame Walmart and these rude costumers.
If you have any hopes of getting a prompt Walmart+ delivery, then you better go to another location, as this one is terribly unreliable. The drivers are consistently not available, late, or seem to disappear in transit from the store and resurface much later on their way. I have had food that has clearly been sitting in their cars while they are making extended deliveries elsewhere, and I have had to reschedule the same order multiple times or change to pickup a different day, or even cancel and reorder from a different store on multiple occasions. If it is so hard to get delivery people, please stop taking so many orders. People pay money for this service and then end up not being able to use it when needed anyway. Also, the pickup is very disorganized and chaotic, with so few people working that it hardly seems worth the effort. Go elsewhere or go in the store and do it yourself. You won't regret it.
“My experience at the Clifton Park Walmart was excellent. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The variety and availability of products were impressive, and the self-checkout system made shopping even more convenient. Definitely planning to come back!”
This store is awful! Apparently they need a new manager! The shelves are constantly empty. The self checkout is only Express and the checkout area is annoying. There’s no more to put any items. If there’s more than 2 checkouts open you’re lucky! Sometimes there are nice cashiers but don’t count on it. If you need any of the items that are now in a locked case, forget it! You could grow old and die waiting for someone. This store is closer to my house but I’ll drive 12 miles to go to a different one.
I was there to get some items and the store shelves were empty. plus the prices are getting worse and higher all the time. Plus I have been trying to get incontinence pads for a month and they dont have them, going to contact corporate.
Everything you need in one place
had what we needed. Dont like the reciept checkers. Open more registers instead, and whats with everything being locked up?
Great prices and very clean store
Its Walmart, very large and everyone is very helpful
Meh. I prefer this store over the other Walmarts. But they lost a tire order and i showed up for an appointment and they failed to contact me the tires werent in yet. Not the biggest deal but would have been nice to get a phone call saying dont come in yet! Also, prior I tried calling to make sure the tires were in days before but I couldnt get anyone to answer the phone in the Autocare dept.
The cashier was the most miserable person I have ever had take care of me, I will never return
Like this store has Every thing I need to buy
Its walmart what can I say... Its always busy and they have almost anything you could possibly what.
Walmart itself isnt that bad its the rude and inconsiderate people that shop there.
Sketchy dudes going around working for spectrum harassing and annoying customers
Recently this Walmart decided to make their self checkout lines 15 items or less. Normally this wouldnt be an issue except that this Walmart doesnt want to staff cashiers properly. I used self checkout today and scanned 47 items in 90 seconds. Meanwhile, if I were to wait in 1 of the 2 lanes they have open with cashiers, I would have been waiting 10-20 minutes in line alone. You created self checkout so you didnt have to staff your stores, then you want to create a bottle neck for customers to check out by limiting who can use self check out.
At&t never works in there.. otherwise the store is pretty much good
Love shopping early on Sunday... not crowded, easy in and out
Poor management they should be watching the staff on their phones instead of doing their work and very rude to customers
Friendly people
I dont know if this place is normally that packed, but that was ridiculous! Im talking people had to park in the overflow parking at the end of the parking lot! I couldnt easily go down a single aisle without waiting for people to move or having to push past people. There was hardly any staff other than the cashiers, and they were out of a lot of things I needed. Maybe its because it was a Saturday afternoon? I dont know but I wont be going back there any time soon, ill stick to Target and Hannaford even if I have to pay a little more. Its worth it not to deal with crowds like that. Even the one in Albany isnt that packed on the weekends!
THIS STORE with front desk and deliveries SUCK.you cant get any help and you call Customer service, they SUCK worst.Im done with Walmart and their so called membership
Its Walmart ... nuff said
Teach your employees to keep their hands to themselves and get it together. Edit: they still being quite invasive
Check your bank statements! Twice in the month of December someone tried to make fraudulent transactions from WALMART.COM on my bank accounts. My bank reached out, cancelled both cards and issued new cards. Companies need to do better protecting consumers against fraud!
Clean and organized, great selection of products.
Saratoga store f rated sporting counter down for over a month no license sales, gun sales,or ammo
Clean place need more friendlyness
I hello I love ur Walmart the one thing that would make it much easier is repairing the atm there has been a couple of times I needed to leave in the middle of my shopping because the machine was down an it still is it s been months still not working
Ive been doing grocery pick up for awhile. No one ever comes to the window of your car anymore to make sure they have the right person. Half the time things are thrown in haphazardly
I go here for everything.
If you want me to check myself out stop asking me to show my receipt at the door. And can somebody please tell me why 24-hour shopping is still not available since COVID. Im sick of going there during the day when its busy and having to fight to get around the people that are stacking the shelves its absolutely ridiculous
They do not answer the phone for any reason I ve been trying to call them about an order that s been delayed for days already If I meet out to customer representative, they lie that the product was assigned to a driver and then by the end of the day it says delay
Online order was cancelled on third day of delay. Called store to figure out what was happening with the order and the call was never answered, just rang endlessly.
(Its Walmart) One of their cashiers is super amazing! Shes so friendly, she cheers me up every time I see her.
The intentional disregard for the customer is shocking. 30 min wait on the check out line. Uninterested and rude staff. Molded blueberries and green grapes in the display case. No on answers the phone. Out of stocks. It is just not worth the few pennies you save. This Walmart gets worse and worse and is ( in my opinion) a reflection of management. Until shoppers go elsewhere it will get worse. I bought a pre-cooked roaster chicken. It was uncooked and raw on the inside. Called store repeatedly for an hour, no one answered. Called National 800 customer service number they said nothing they can do. I took photos and offered it to them- not interested. In my wildest dreams I never expected such danger to the general public would be flippantly ignored. BE AWARE , CHECK YOUR PRECOOKED ITEMS TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY BEFORE CONSUMING.
Dont expect your grocery order will be fulfilled on time. Too much mismanagement at this place.
Order was marked ready at 2:45 pulled into spot right at that time and still waiting for order at 3:45. Pick up here is an absolute joke. They mark that it s been given to you before they do I suppose to make it seems like they aren t running behind.
Love it
Considering it is a few days before Christmas most everyone there, customers and Walmart employees, made it as pleasant an experience as it could be. The set up of products is different than other stores I am more familiar with so it took some time to find things but I did not use a store map to help.
If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. I have always loved the Clifton Park Walmart until about the last year or so. It has gone downhill. I don t know who s managing it, but they need a new manager. There s never anything there, they re always at a staff, their pick up is a Disgrace, half the time they re out of stuff or they give you stuff that you didn t want when you said no substitutions. Then they started a delivery and I started using that and that has been an absolute nightmare. I ve never had any of my deliveries on time. Have all the items I wanted. The bottle return is an absolute disgrace. None of the machines work. It s an absolute nightmare.
Convenient location, giant Walmart. Very clean and a large parking lot.
Honestly should take the supercenter off the store because a super center has more than four registers open on Black Friday, two days before Christmas and honestly every major shopping time period during each and every week. They are making us suffer in line with frozen food so they can save money and they will do so until people start forming a line to complain about the lines.
Returning Christmas packages is difficult. Seriously am I going almost out to the door
Walmart Supercenter is a popular retail destination that combines a wide selection of groceries with general merchandise, offering shoppers a one-stop shop for almost everything. Here s a breakdown of the typical experience when shopping at a Walmart Supercenter: 1. Store Layout & Atmosphere Walmart Supercenters are typically spacious and easy to navigate. They are designed to offer a wide variety of products, including groceries, electronics, clothing, home goods, health and beauty products, and more. The store layout is often organized in distinct sections, making it relatively easy to find what youre looking for. However, some stores can feel a bit cluttered, especially in the high-traffic areas, due to their large inventory and wide aisles. 2. Product Selection Walmart Supercenters are known for their extensive selection of products at competitive prices. They offer everything from fresh produce and meat to clothing, electronics, and automotive supplies. They also carry exclusive store brands like Great Value, Equate, and Mainstays, which provide good value without compromising quality. Many stores have expanded their organic and specialty food sections, catering to a broader range of dietary preferences. 3. Pricing & Value Walmart is often seen as one of the most affordable retail chains, known for its Everyday Low Prices philosophy. Most shoppers appreciate the value they get from Walmart, especially when buying in bulk or shopping for essentials. The store frequently has clearance items and rollbacks, offering even better deals. While it s rare to find high-end luxury items, Walmart is a great place for budget-conscious shoppers. 4. Customer Service Customer service at Walmart can be hit or miss depending on the location and time of day. Some stores have helpful and friendly staff who can assist with finding items, while others may lack sufficient staff, leading to longer wait times at checkout or inquiring about products. That said, Walmart s self-checkout stations provide a convenient, faster alternative for those who prefer a quicker, more independent shopping experience. 5. Online Shopping & Pickup Walmarts online shopping platform is robust, allowing customers to order groceries, household items, and general merchandise. With options like curbside pickup and home delivery, Walmart has made shopping more convenient, especially for those who prefer not to enter the store. The website and mobile app are easy to navigate, and in-store pickup is generally fast, with friendly associates bringing the items directly to your car. 6. Cleanliness & Organization While this Walmart Supercenters is clean and well-organized, some locations may struggle with clutter, especially in high-demand areas like the grocery section. However, the cleanliness can vary depending on the store and time of day. In general, larger Supercenters do a good job maintaining order, though smaller locations or those with higher foot traffic might experience some disarray. 7. Overall Experience Overall, Walmart Supercenters offer an efficient and cost-effective shopping experience. It s a reliable place to find just about anything at competitive prices. While the experience can sometimes be inconsistent depending on the store s layout or customer service quality, it s hard to beat Walmarts convenience and affordability. The wide selection of items and budget-friendly pricing make it a go-to for families, bargain hunters, and those looking for quick, practical shopping trips. Conclusion This Walmart Supercenter is an excellent choice for anyone looking to save time and money while shopping for a variety of products. While customer service and store cleanliness can vary, the sheer convenience, competitive pricing, and vast selection make it a popular and dependable retail option.
Great prices wish there could be less oos. But item usually shows up in store within a few days
The pants were all over could only find 2 pairs and the employees were so rude
Its Walmart!
Nice walmart really good selection always come to this when when Im up in the area from Pennsylvania
Sporting goods section is a joke, I m on attempt number 5 trying to buy two boxes of shotgun shells. Every time I go midday they tell me I have to come back at a different time later in the day, then I go back later and they tell me it s too late (6:30-8 pm). Cannot wrap my brain around it
Curbside pickup is horrible.
Average thats all Im saying
Nice store but not enough cashier. Self checkout.
Bad service. No one was there to help at 8pm, it felt like deserted, only customers running around to find if there is someone who can help with their questions... and the employees were there only for restocking shelves. They had no clue for their merchandise
This is definitely amongst the worst Walmarts Ive ever been two. Surprising its in Clifton park... its totally unacceptable I keep buying items that are completely sealed and supposedly fresh only to find food missing. Every time I shop there there is a problem with missing food for some reason.... you cant even call human resources or an operator because there isnt any!! They say there is but that is a lie. The reason I know this is because I have tried calling for the past 2 weeks about three times a day just trying to get my money back for 36 eggs which only came 34 which is beyond alarming since the eggs are packaged and completely sealed in plastic... Im finished paying money for things that are completely false advertisement and its strange its like these weird and competent workers are stealing food and then stealing it its really shady and sketchy so I will never shop there again. And I will continue to try to contact them for my refund. Dont buy into Walmarts tricks of getting refunds if youre not satisfied or a food is missing literally..... because its complete lies
Such a JOY!!
Black and Brown people shop elsewhere! Dont give your money to Wal-Mart because they will NO LONGER SUPPORT RACIAL EQUITY AND RACIAL DIVERSITY, stated by CEO John Furner on CBS Mornings News! The highest % of the workforce has always been predominantly white males and now it includes white females due to white females being the highest recipients of DEI and affirmative action policies. Now, under the false pretense of belonging or normalcy (which is really white fear and white anger) Wal-Mart will no longer intentionally seek out and include diversity, the disenfranchised and the marginalized in their workforce. Instead, Wal-Mart, one of the largest employers, will keep their highest percentages of employees, suppliers, third-party sellers, contractors, board members and corporate officers as white heterosexual men and white heterosexual women. We all dont have equal chances and equal opportunities in America! If it were not for Federal Laws, especially the Civil Rights of 1964, Black and Brown people would not be protected from discrimination, unequal treatment and unequal rights based on the color of their skin. This is white-minority resistance to Equality, Equity and Diversity and a surge to protect white interests and white communities in the workplace. BLACK and BROWN COMMUNITIES SHOP ELSEWHERE and not at Walmart-Mart!
I have never encountered such rude individuals as I have at this location! There are never enough cashiers, the store is constantly a mess or out of stock, and you get accosted by greeters who demand you show them a receipt as you leave. New York law does not require shoppers to stop at store exits to have their receipts checked, unless the store suspects a crime has been committed. I was chased out of the store by the old man at the door yesterday (12/6/24) after checking out work a cashier! I do not use self check out because I am not employed by Walmart, therefore, I will not check myself out. I also should not have to bag my own groceries!! That used to be part of the customer service experience in retail. If I could give this location negative stars, I would!
it says the store opens at 6 so I showed up for customer service but they don t open until 7?!?!? also there is no extension nimber when you call the phone number to reach customer service what a joke and highly unprofessional, why is it so hard to just post accurate hours for this billion dollar corporation
I am a self scanner who has shop0ed there since 2004.Tires,oil changes, big screen tvs,I pads,bikes,groceries...you get the picture. I understand you have shrink problems but it isnt me.I now only buy 15 items exactly and head to self checkout.Last week I left and stopped at Malta Price Chopper and finished my shopping and gave them $109 instead of you.
Ordered groceries for pickup yesterday, pick up time was 9-10pm. I arrive at roughly 9:30pm and it was POURING. Shouldn t be a big deal, they have 6 spaces under a roof designated for pick up orders right?! WRONG! Of the 6 parking spaces CLEARLY LABELED for grocery pick up under the roof 4 of these spaces were filled with EMPLOYEES VEHICLES only leaving 2 for customers, which were both taken. Not only was I stuck in the rain loading groceries but the employee was as well. I asked about the parked vehicles and it seems these employees do this often and they are almost certain it is the stockers parking there. Not cool at all, very inconsiderate.
Just bad, rude staff included
Lacked certain frozen fruits, prepared BBQ chicken wings, and other stuff which means it wasnt one stop so for me
Needs cleaning especially parking lot and bathroom
I am a regular customer and have rarely experienced poor service, however I do want to give a very positive review to everyone in the pharmacy, from staff, to techs, and the pharmacists. If my MD calls in a Rx , I usually receive a text within 30 min letting me know my medication is ready for pickup, also I receive a reminder call when my refills are due. Ive received my vaccinations with no problems.
Well! its walmart lol
I walked up to the self-checkout and there was an order on the screen. When I pressed to cancel it, and the cashier came over and said you cant use this, you should have seen there was an order on here. I told her I tried to cancel it and that it wasnt my order and she said well, we cant cancel it, you should have seen you cant use it. There was a manager standing next to her that said nothing. The entire place needs an attitude adjustment. They treat paying customers like thieves and let thieves walk out the door with cartloads of stuff. The Clifton Park store has become trash over the past few years and isnt going to get better any time soon. If you want to get treated like a thief and snapped at by staff, this is the place to shop.
Hard to find stuff in store now with the remodel
Everyone needs to be made aware that if you buy something and forget a coupon, they make you return the item and repay using the coupon. Their ancient and archaic system apparently no longer allows a difference back. Every time someone shoplifts here, I applaud them. Eat the rich!
Great
I get delivery from this location as well as Troy and Latham and this location seems to have either the dumbest or unhappiest employees packing the bags. Recently got my delivery and they literally piled all my canned goods on a pack of hamburger buns they packed at the bottom. Don t like your job? Then work somewhere else.
Please have your employees use the regular bathrooms and NOT the family bathrooms. If this was a one off I wouldn t be pissed but every single time I go to this walmart and go to use the family bathroom with my toddler there is an employee doing god knows what in this bathroom for more than 10 minutes. I literally had to bang really loud on the door today and 5 minutes later a guy comes out in uniform. I use the family bathroom because I can not corral my toddler when I am in the stall so he doesn t crawl under AND i refuse to change my son in front of whoever is in the bathroom, women can be SO s too, I don t need everyone seeing my child s Private parts. Walmart and your employees, do better.
Check out lines on a Sun. AM took forever. Im not a frequent shopper and didnt notice a sign that limited the number of items at the register. there was no room on the counter to place my 40 grocery items. I was shopping alone and had all I could do but to empty my cart and pack my items as quickly as possible. The cashier randomly put items in my bags- produce at the bottom. A three year old couldve done a better job. Entirely disgusted shopping there. I wont be back anytime soon.
Love this store!
There were no price check machines in areas. Marked for price check. Prices on location were lower then at the register. Item i was picking up fir someone else . moist wipes. Pack of 5 packages equate blue and white . sticker in front of items was 5.88 but at the register they were 6.28. 40 cents higher per set of 5.
Paula, a white older lady at customer service is extremely rude. Not just to me but to all the customers I saw her attending. Managers should take notice of this.
What can you say, I love Walmart everywhere USA
Walmart is walmart. Cashing out still sucks. 22 registers and 12 self check outs. Long lines and waits in self check outs cause employees arent hired to run registers anymore. But theyll hire morons to harass me over a receipt to leave
Love this Walmart as almost nothing is locked up
People here are lazy
Walmart is Walmart. Busy with lots of options!
This is one of the best Walmarts to go to nobody chases u out the door for ur receipt nor does security follow u around like route 50 does.
Typical walmart. Christmas stuff is already out.
Always excellent
Its 2024 who doesn t have tap to pay especially a company the size of Walmart I have to bag and cash myself out as it is
Very short staffed and getting dirty
I can t finish my shopping every time, the stuff is of good quality
Had what I wanted...where the other stores didnt. Checkouts were fast too.
Update 10/2024: No improvement. Terrible customer experiences. People yelling in line. This used to be a four out of five star experience at this store. Now this store is almost entirely registers for 15 items or a less. There must be 25 of those registers but generally only three registers open to allow people to check out more than 15 items. It takes anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to check out. The only way I would visit this store again is if I have less than 15 items. Does not seem like the greatest business model.
They have some mediocre employees and some fantastic ones. Which Ive run into in my own life as I require an aide.some are great, some are there just to collect a paycheck.they should all be given one of those item finder boxes
Love shopping in Walmart
Great prices
Quiet and found everything I came for
Some of the employees are helpful, most are not, cant get auto hours anywhere online, or when you call, also I dont know what kind of moron put one entrance and exit in a busy place like this, a nightmare to get into and out of.
Since Walmart closed down the large self-check-outs, if you have more than 15 items..it has been terrible to shop there. The check-outs with cashiers for items over 15, is crazy busy long lines and the cashiers just throw your items in the bags, not really packing them properly. Walmart tried to save money by getting rid of employees and putting in self-serve, then found out how easy it is for thieves to steal, but the honest people are the ones being penalized. Looking to find another alternative than WALMART!
Make sure you bring your physical credit card they don t take any tap to pay and their stupid Walmart pay doesn t work half of the time!!!!!
Its much better than Glenmont walmart
Has digimon cards.
If you do your grocery shopping at Walmart, you must try the scan & go app with Walmart plus! It s worth it ..trust me!
If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. This has been our local Walmart for 3 years and every time we go someone is rude to us whether it s on the floor, at checkout, at customer service. Our main concern is that the people who work at customer service are so incredibly rude. I ve come in happy, kind, bubbly and every time Paula is working she s extremely rude to me or my partner. Doesn t greet us or ignores us when we greet her. She s very snappy as well. And the team lead is just as unpleasant if not worse. She argues with customers, she wouldn t refund us when we got spoiled chicken breast in our delivery order. Told us there was nothing she could do when it quite literally reeked and other customer service worker said we were the third ones in that day complaining of spoiled chicken. I m absolutely baffled that people this rude and unpleasant keep a job for so long. I m absolutely done going to this Walmart and I will drive the extra miles to Saratoga Walmart where we re always greeted with a smile.
Need more motorized carts!!!! Need more space for electric carts to clothes shop..
I dont enjoy shopping at walmart anymore.
I recently bought motor oil for my car from Walmart, and I am extremely disappointed. When I opened the bottle, I discovered it was used oil! This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to return it, the store refused to accept it. I cant believe Walmart would sell a product in such a condition and then not stand by it. I wont be shopping here for my car needs again.
Always clean and well stocked
Just have to say, your employee...Rita, long brown hair, looked in her mid 50s, working at the self checkout on 7/16/24 around 4pm..is extremely rude when she did not need to be. I didnt deserve to be treated the way I was over a self checkout misunderstanding. I will be calling to speak with the store manager. Thank you Jamie at another checkout for being so nice.
Much better than the Latham Walmart.
To busy a lot of people
Johnathan in elections was awesome ,helped me through a problem and was very helpfuldul and knowledgeable
Clean and well organized store but honestly people need to put more effort into their job!! The guy (Herbert) checking the receipts saw me and my husband trying to push out our black stone and he s sitting on his bum asking me for receipt like seriously Herbert maybe you should get up and get the receipt since it s your job to check it and not me and my husbands to try to keep our cart balanced and hand you the receipt! So u professional and disappointing!!
Rude is a understatement, two cashiers and the rest is self checkout with 15 items or less. Left and went to aldis and spent less money.
I met a super nice cashier, Dilshad, I hope I didnt spell her name wrong. She is so sweet and warm and makes everyone feel welcomed! The store is clean and neat with unmatched variety and low prices!
Its wallmart they have much of the household items i use, and its well priced.
Good groceries and good prices
I Hate that I am not wealthy enough to never shop here. But I limit when I do.
Best place to buy groceries
Walmart has gone downhill. Anytime you can actually find a worker to help you theyll point to a direction of where you need to go if they even know themselves. Very rarely will you find friendly, personable workers there. The few cents you save with their pricing is not worth the unfriendly, slow staff they employ.
Always find what I want. In and out, no fuss, no muss.
As far as Walmart goes, I guess this location is typical, nothing over the top. The staff that I interact with have been friendly and helpful. Their craft department is truly lacking, and small selection, especially the yarn! Im a crocheter, and I rarely can find the yarn Im looking for. I know Walmart is a go-to for Red Heart yarn and their own brand Mainstay, but even the selection of those is quite limited. You may find what youre looking for, but the experience may be uneventful at best.
This is a superstore , so many departments . Staff is very helpful , plenty of great prices .
I am constantly watched like I stole something, and I have to prove my innocence.
I verified in store that my TV was in the store then placed an order to be picked up later that day . When I got there to pick it up they said It wasn t available for pick up . I spoke to the electronics counter and customer service neither of which was helpful at all. Honestly they both seemed bothered. The whole time I was looking at the tv in a box on the shelf and being told I couldn t have it . I had to cancel my pick up order causing me to wait days for a refund . Then I had to go back to the store the next day and buy it at the electronics counter . Of course I was able to leave with it because as i mentioned I verified the tv was in store before placing the pick up order and was staring at it while being told I couldn t pick up the tv ???? Seems silly right ? No consideration for my time or the $1100 tied up for days in a refund process. If I could give zero stars I would.
Around the corner, I went rolling with a cart mind if its own wheels are turning and its going sideways. I ran into a lady in the parking lot. Her car tire was going down. Race turned the shopping cart going round the park.
Im handicapped a electric cart was charged and accessible
Do not like going thete it is never clean and no workers have any idea what they are doing / clifton park store
Its Walmart. Except for Bonnie, all the employees suck at life.
Good service
Great place! Only thing is a bit small for a large group
They usually have what it is that Im looking for.
Terrible customer service and parking exit situation.
Going through a standard return at customer service is NOT a fun experience. Staff at the counter tells you the exact opposite thing compared to when you initiate a refund on the app/web and will do what they can to deny your refund (even when its already been granted by the app/web and you have a barcode for them to scan). Do yourself a favor and just send returns back via mail.
