I rented a Toro Dingo and Chris walked me through the paper work and made the transaction easy. There was very little time wasted, go in the store sign the paper work, load up, and your out the door. 100% would rent from them again.

I rent a Dingo TX 1000 many times a year. I needed 1 for a week with only 1 day notice. They had 1 and I was able to get my job done. I usually go to Colonie, but I would also recommend their Clifton Park location.

Do not ever rent from these guys. There customer service is the worst of ANY rental company I have ever dealt with. If you meet the owner and make a complaint in a tone of voice he does not like He will CANCEL your contract on the spot and leave you high and dry. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Dont ever make a suggestion to him. He knows it all.

Nick Casale (VP Sales) personally called me about a billing concern and quickly refunded me even though contractually Casale Rent-All did not have to do this. The entire staff, especially Kristian, were always very professional and quickly escalated my issue to his manager then to Nick. There equipment is well maintained and there a great local business.

I have rented machinery at the Clifton Park location a few times. Every employee there is great. What got me to leave this review was the integrity of the guys there. I left my expensive knife on top of the machine I returned. Within 10 minutes of me leaving I got a call letting me know it was found and to come get it. There is one thing a person cant take from you and that is your integrity. You and you alone control whether you have it or not. Chris and the guys at Casale do.

Just purchased a well maintained used log splitter from Chris at Casals in Clifton Park. First time I ve been to their business and I found them friendly, professional and the location is clean and well organized. Today I rented a log splitter and Matt instructed me on the use of the machine. Got done in 3 hours and may I say, Great Machine. I returned it, clean and gased it up. Chris checked the return of the machine, put it away and even gave me my Military Discount. Casale, in my opinion is a great tool rental place. Friendly people and really well kept machinery. I rented a chipper to take care of a lot of downed trees in my yard. The team at Casale was great in assisting me in what size, down to the tow. Special thanks to Corey for doing such a great job explaining how to use the chipper on such a busy day for pickup.

Good selection

We rented a HUGE wood chipper from Casale for a weekend special. From making the reservation to the pickup/dropoff, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and COVID-safe. I dont have a lot of experience with giant wood chippers (this one was capable of eating up to 12 diameter trees and weighed 6400 lbs), and the guys showed me how it worked, answered all my (some dumb) questions, were VERY comprehensive about the safety aspects, and helped hook it onto my hitch. Knowing how easy it was to rent from Casale, Im planning some more projects!

Renting from Casale Rent-All was really a great experience from start to finish. I needed a skid steer for a weekend project-Stephen Gailor from their Clifton Park store was extremely helpful, their delivery driver courteous and their prices more than reasonable. The equipment was in great condition and ran flawlessly. I highly recommend Casale and will definitely rent from them again should the need arise.

I recently rented a floor buffer to clean up some time in my rental property. Kris was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous in helping me, and the equipment was clean and well maintained. Rates for the floor buffer were almost half of what the competitor in Saratoga Springs were charging. I am excited for my spring projects already because I found my new go-to equipment rental service.

Needed a piece of equipment last minute for a yard job and they had the right piece of equipment in stock and ready to go in minutes. It worked perfectly and made our jobs easier. I was most impressed with the customer service we received. They were friendly and helped hook up the trailer no problem and worked with us for returning it all at a low cost. Would recommend to anyone any day!

Actually this is Jeff Bethon. I recently rented a cement mixer and worked with one of the family owners Nick Thompson. Nick was very friendly and accommodating. I had some special time restraints do to my work schedule. Nick fully understood and worked with me so the rental rate would work with my schedule. The equipment was excellent, in fact Nick provided me with a brand new machine that was never used before. Overall satisfaction five star and would recommend anyone to do business with Casale Rent All.

Casale Rent-All has always had excellent customer service, their employees are always kind and professional. In our most recent interaction, one of the employees at Casales, Nick Thompson, went out of his way to prove this. I had two babies in my truck, it was raining and I just had to drop something off. He made sure I didnt have to worry about getting the kids in and out of the truck in the rain, he brought the paperwork out to me and he didnt make me feel like I was inconveniencing or bothering him. I couldnt have been happier with my experience. The equipment I rented was high-quality, the process was easy, and when I returned my rental Kristian D. got me unloaded quickly and actually helped fix a snowblower I had in the back of my truck (He knocked some stones that were clogging the auger). Ill only rent from Casale in the future and strongly recommend them.

I have been in the Real Estate Business for about 30 Years. When I recently needed to Rent a Sander for Hardwood Floors, the name that most people gave me was CASALE RENT-ALL in Clifton Park, NY. Being from Brooklyn, I decided to take a chance and hope for the best. I called the store first to see if a Sander would be available and was reassured by Matt Dotson that one would be waiting for me. When I arrived, I was totally impressed. This place was HUGE. One could imagine a Baseball Stadium could easily be built here. When I entered the Store there were about 8 people behind the Counter either on the phones conducting business or helping other Customers. I noticed immediately how Professional they were and how knowledgeable . They have any and all types of Equipment. They were Polite and Courteous. They thoroughly explained to me all the things that I would need and that anything that was not used would be Credited back to my Account. When I returned the equipment, they (Matt) inventoried all the Equipment and Refunded back to my Account anything that wasnt used. Where I was really amazed was there was some damage to a power Cord, NO CHARGE. ALL MY DEPOSITS RETURNED and they extended whatever courtesies where applicable. The Honesty, Professionalism, Customer Awareness, just all around Good Business Practices made me a Life Long Customer. Have rented equipment for years an always satisfied.

Very negative experience, horrible customer service. Heard around that the prices were decent through Casale. Long story short very very unprofessional business. I will never rent another piece of equipment from them. There are plenty of rental places nearby that offer excellent customer service and would never think of doing the things this shady company does. I have been renting from another rental company for some time now, when I heard the prices were a little b it lower through Casale I figured I would try them out. Worst experience of my life, I am back with the rental company I have been using previously and everything is back to normal. (Side note): Because of how Casale operates business the rental I rented ended up costing an extreme amount more than my previous rental company which is back to being my current rental company. The Owner of this company is also very rude (take a stop in and see how he treats his employees)

Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake of using this company. If you own a business and are looking for a rental place this is not the place to go. Numerous reputable places are around the area to rent from. Bad customer service, let me refrase that employees are great. In my business customers service is #1. In this business the owner is #1 and everyone else is trash. A very good friend of mine a very respectable local landscaper told me about their bad experience recently and advised me to use another company. After the experience he had and after my rental experience from this company never again. We have a local club of about 30 of us entrepeneurs, which is where I was informed by 1 of our members about this company. We have all decided to boycott this company and start informing people of the way this business is run. (I had to see for myself)

Machinery was good, service was ok

Very pleased with the customer service at Casale. Nick T always fills up my propane tanks and goes above and behind to help. Last week I was in a pinch and needed a forklift last minute, I called him at 5am and he was able to get me the lift before they were even open.

They are rude classless people. Never going there again.

I got a load of topsoil delivered and started spreading it by hand. I quickly realized how much time this was going to take. I knew I needed something but I didnt know what. I stopped in to Casales and they gave me a few options. I ended up renting a dingo. It saved my back and was much quicker than spreading by hand. Would recommend them to anyone needing to do some work around the house.

Great Service! I was helped as soon as I walked through the door. I was looking to buy a lawn mower and string trimmer. The salesman seemed to know quite a bit about each mower or trimmer that I was looking at and helped me pick one out. They set up the mower and trimmer for me right away. I was happy with the price but the service was top notch and is the reason why Id go back to them.

Long story short I had what turned out to be a minor problem with my Husqvarna chain saw. I brought it back to the store where I bought it, but they didn t have an answer and refused to let me return it. I called Husqvarna customer service and explained to them what was going on and they didn t have any suggestions. They told me to bring the saw to Casale because they were a Husqvarna service center. As soon as I walked in they asked how they could help. The man at the counter brought it in the back and within 2 minutes had it back to me fixed. It was a minor adjustment, but he said only dealers had the tool to fix it. He then showed me what to do so it wouldn t happen again. I asked him how much and he said no charge. He asked if I d write a review so here it is. They were polite, fast, helpful, knowledgeable and generous. The next time I need to buy power equipment I am forgetting the box stores and going to Casale. Thanks again Casale.
