Matt and his team have been consistently exceeding my expectations since I met Matt a few years ago. Field industries installed an air conditioning system in my home a very large hot water tank in my business and has helped at least 10 friends with their heating air conditioning and plumbing needs over the last 2 years. I recommend them without reservation. They came through for me again today. With many family members within an hour and a half of arriving to my house for a family reunion I noticed that my AC system was not quite making temperature I let it sit for an hour with no improvement. I called and left a message for fields not expecting to hear back for two days. To my surprise and satisfaction Dan called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message. Dan showed up within 40 minutes of that conversation and was gone within 40 minutes of arriving. Checked all my systems replaced an inexpensive part and got everything working perfectly. Having a house full of people and no air conditioning would have not been any fun at all. Im appreciative that Dan responded the way he did as quickly as he did and got me back up and running for the price that he did totally affordable and took care of the customer. As I said I recommend field industries without hesitation. Thank you.

Matt and Dan installed a new hot water heater in a small closet in my garage and repositioned, replaced, and labeled all old pipes and water shutoffs and the water meter which were impossible to see and reach behind the furnace vent. They are now in a much more accessible spot by the door making it easy to shut off the water in an emergency. They found and fixed a leaky pipe that caused water damage and mold and ripped out the moldy sheet rock. and insulation and cleaned up everything and the garage. They are both skilled and caring professionals who do excellent work. They responded in 15 min to my first call when my garage was flooded and explained the cause of the problem and my options and listened well to my concerns and tried to get it running again while I made my decision. The new pipe work and switches look like a work of art and take up less space. The hot water was ready to use in 1hr. I highly recommend this business and the people in it, including the warm, lovely person in the office who heard my panic and got me service right away and kept me informed throughout. The job was scheduled for Monday, but Fields Industries had a cancellation ... So they came Friday (we were having a heatwave). Finished the job in just a few hours and our AC was back up and running. What a relief !

Matt worked on a couple of pretty large projects for us. First, he swapped out all of the malfunctioning and outdated zone valves in our boiler system. The new valve kit & piping looks a thousand times better than what we had before and works great. We liked the work so much that we then followed up to have Field install new central AC systems into our home. We had nothing as a starting point, so this meant running all new duct work, ventilation, electrical, etc. throughout both floors. By the end of the project, everything looks and work great. Matt seems like a genuine guy who stands by his work. I would definitely recommend.

I called Field Industries on Monday morning due to a leak around my Water Tank. A few hours later a technician was at the door an diagnosed the problem. He said he would have to return tomorrow with a new expansion tank. He was here first thing Tuesday morning with the new part and quickly replaced the faulty part.. They are very nice and reasonable. I would recommend them!!

We were able to book an appointment with Matt at a moments notice during our final walkthrough for our home closing. Matt was extremely professional, and helped assess our boiler/water heater (which needed to be replaced). After closing on the house, we worked with Matt to install a new combi boiler (Also booked extremely fast). He walked us through everything there is to know about a boiler and we feel extremely comfortable with the maintenance and upkeep needed to keep everything up to date. Highly recommend.

My gas furnace developed a problem the night before I was flying out of town on vacation. I called Fields after hours and reached the standby technician. I explained the problem and he said he d come over when he finished his current call. An hour later he was at my door. He got it going but it needed a new gas valve which would have to be obtained the next day. They called the next morning and scheduled a technician for the afternoon. I had left but arranged for my daughter to let him in. The repair was completed in an hour and it s been working fine for the last two weeks. I wasn t a Fields customer before but had read many positive reviews on the neighborhood websites so that s why I called them. Highly recommended them. Steve R

Just had our boiler replaced by Matt and his crew and couldn t be happier! Matt was over for an estimate in just a couple of days and less than a week later it s in. They were efficient, friendly and did an overall excellent job at a very reasonable price.

Noticed on Christmas Eve that my Nest thermostats were not working and also I had no working heat from my baseboards on the 2nd floor. I have 3 zones. I put in a call to Field Industries around 12:30 am on Christmas Day and they were able to come out the same day, on Christmas, despite everyone being closed. Dan came out and was able to diagnose the problem within the two hours he was here. He said it wasnt our boiler, but that the thermostats were not compatible with the boiler we have, and that traditional thermostats work better. He was about to leave our house, but then he went back to our basement where the boiler is and told us that it was actually the circulator pump that wasnt working, causing us to have no heat on the 2nd floor. He stayed because he wanted to be sure what the actual problem was. He came back again today, December 26th, to flush out the water in the boiler and fix the problem and install a new thermostat to replace the old Nest that we had upstairs. We had working heat again within two hours. There was a problem with the amount of hot water running up the pipes to the 2nd floor. Both Dan and Matt showed up today and Matt came a little later than Dan did. Dan told us yesterday that there was an issue with the boiler exceeding its ideal temperature and with the valves. Our boiler is also almost 32 years old. But without them coming on a short last minute notice, on Christmas, we would still have no heat. They fixed the problem within 24 hours of when they first came out. We will definitely use them again in the future when we get a new boiler, possibly a new A/C system, and when we finish our basement. Would highly recommend them. They didnt have to come on Christmas, but they did anyway. Also, very personable, professional, and honest. Thank you to Matt and the rest of his company.

I contacted Field Industries when I noticed my hot water heater was leaking. Matt was finishing up a job nearby and came by within 30 minutes of my call. My water heater was old and it was time to be replaced. He said he could come back the next morning and replace it. His crew showed up on time and was done within 40 mins. They used drop cloths to protect my floors walking from the front door to the basement, and cleaned up after the job. Very professional, fast, and clean!

Just purchased our first home in November and it had oil heating, our neighbors told us to contact National Grid that we should be able to get connected to Natural Gas and sure enough we could. Matt just came and installed a new Natural Gas Furnace- we also decided to get a Central Air unit as well! Field Industries has super reasonable prices that we wouldn t be able to get anywhere else. He checked and there were no apparent problems, and he did not charge me. I really appreciate his quick response on a holiday, honesty, and not even charging me. He has earned all my HVAC business!

Matt came to our aid when our furnace died in the middle of the winter two years ago. Since then, hes been the best heating specialist weve ever had to our home. He has installed a furnace for us, come to our house for emergencies, and always helped us with any questions we have about our heating system. I cant recommend Field Industries enough.

I found Field Industries from a review on another company. I called and left a voicemail. It was immediately returned and Matt came out the next day. I have an older heating system and the part I needed was not in stock locally. Matt had it ordered and came and installed it a day earlier than the original estimate. I was nice and warm a short while later. I recommend Field Industries without reservations. They were fast, professional, pleasant, and very reasonably priced. Great experience with gas furnace repair with Field Industries. Tree fell on power lines leading into the house, when power was restored furnace blower would not turn on. It is an older furnace, expected sales pitch that I needed to replace whole unit but Matt nailed the problem, got the part in and repaired it at a very reasonable cost. 5 stars.

Can t say enough good things about Field Industries. I contacted Matt for a cleaning and inspection of our furnace. He came out and within 5 minutes determined that the furnace was in an unsafe condition and should not be running (i had no idea it was literally shooting a flame out of the front!) He was able to give us a really good deal on a new furnace and had it replaced quickly. He even came back at 11:45 pm when I noticed the new furnace wasn t running properly and he stayed until 1 am to make sure it was all good. I would highly recommend Matt To anyone.
