Bought a used car (less than 25,000 miles on it) from them a few months ago. They didn't disclose an accident report until after I had signed the paperwork and they had no details on the extent of the damage. Just looked into it and realized the vehicle has the wrong bumper on it. I wouldn't be so pissed off if they hadn't hosed me on the price. They gave me the full sleizball used car salesman deal. Not to mention their horrible financing and extra fees the manager added and then changed after I had asked about it. Tires and brakes were also never changed. They already need to be replaced less than 6 months later. Overall terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.
I have wanted a Pickup Truck for some time. Being retired I had plenty of time to do research and check out dealers in the area. When I stopped in Clifton Park RAM there was no high pressure and I felt very comfortable. After several trips there I was offered a deal that I could not say no to. After I purchased the Ram 1500 I was treated better than I could have expected. I was in the Auto business for many years and this dealer excels at customer service. Alex was a wonderful Salesperson that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I bought a car here today with the help of Derek Stevens. I got into an accident just over a week ago, and saw a vehicle online a few days ago that I liked, and went there to see and got his help. He helped me check into several vehicles that would be quick to purchase, safe, and lined up with my financial goals. He worked with my crazy schedule incredibly well, sent me information on vehicles that were exactly what I asked for and never pressured me into making any decisions. He is incredibly knowledgeable about a wide range of makes/models and he pretty much did everything for us without us having to spend hours and hours there. Thanks for all the help, Derek! Sales people were friendly and good to chat with when I was in for an oil change. Other places people won't give you the time of day if you're not looking to buy. All my appointments have been a breeze so far. Very happy with them.
Scheduled an appointment and they said they would get me a rental as they would may need my vehicle for a few days worst case scenario for a safety recall. They informed me they would call me if they had any issues. I did not receive a call and showed up for my appointment. They asked if I had a ride…… I reminded them they were arranging a rental with the manufacturer. They said they never called and they also over booked. They stated at the time they would definitely need to vehicle for 2 days minimum. I called the manufacturer and they said they would not have a rental for at least 48 hours. At that point I had to cancel and reschedule when I would have a vehicle arranged. I reached out to the manufacturer and they reached out to make arrangements still no resolution. When I spoke with them again they are now saying the recall only takes an hour…If that is the case why dis they send me away saying I need to arrange transportation needing it for 2 days. If the update goes accordingly an house it a very very small possibility however if it does not go smoothly (best case scenario average repairs for the recall are a good part of an entire day with this recall) worst case and the hybrid battery needs to be replaced parts need to be ordered and replaced, could take far longer than an hour. There is no accountability with this dealership and they dropped the ball.

Unreliable and dishonest. scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance to mount snow tires and install new splashguard for oil pan. was assured parts were ordered and appointment was made dropped off my vehicle 8 AM Tuesday morning. 2-3 hours of labor scheduled in advance, surely not a problem I was assured. Got a text message (lack the courtesy for a phone call) that my car wouldn’t be ready until the following day. When I called and inquired about the status of my vehicle, I was offered little in the way of apologies and was simply told I could wait until the following day or reschedule for another time entirely. Initially agreed to wait and then decided to take my business elsewhere. Arrived and found out they ordered the wrong type splash guard when I specifically stated it was for my oil pan so my vehicle wouldn’t have been ready anyways! Hardly any apologies, no resolution. seems they couldn’t care less about not honoring the appointment or ordering the wrong part. Have been coming here for 6 years for my seasonal tire swap and even left a tip in the vehicle each and every time for the technician w/note. Still got treated poorly :(. You’ve lost what would have been a lifetime customer…
I was met outside as I backed into a parking spot at the dealership by Ojay with a smile on his face and a warm good afternoon and how can we help you today! Right then I knew I had the right salesman! I explained to him I was interested in the truck i had looked at earlier before the dealership was open ! He asked if I would like a water or coffee and sat me at his desk , and said he would go get the truck and bring it around for a test drive for me ! I took the truck for a nice drive, then came back to do the paperwork! I was very impressed at the speed in which the whole process took ! I was in and out with my new truck in two hours ! I would highly recommend Clifton Park Ram to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent customer service experience! And I can only believe everyone is as nice as Ojay !

Discovered a major problem with a vehicle during the test drive that they already knew about. Drove over an hour to see the car, total waste of time. After the test drive, I read some negative reviews about this dealer, so my bad experience is not that unusual.

One year later update: The corrosion is now coming through the paint (see photo) and is on all 4 doors. Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Clifton Park could use a local Chrysler approved body shop to fix this but chooses not to and washes their hands of these problems. The manufacturer even called them to repair my doors but because they are independent the can and did refuse. Over 1000 people have seen this review. Im sure at least one of them went someone where else to buy their Jeep because of it, so was it was it worth it not fix my problem that was under warranty? Bought my Jeep Wrangler JLU here new. $47K. It now has corrosion on all four door hinges. Even though it is still under the corrosion warranty their service department will not repair it because they dont have a body shop and dont contract with any. Ive called every other Jeep dealer within an hour of me and all say that they are so backed up with these that they cant do it and that it is the responsibility of the dealer that sold it to me. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Clifton Park.

WARNING: IF YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DO NOT PAY THE $2K RECONDITIONING FEE THAT THEY TRY AND SLAM YOU WITH. If I could rate 0 stars I would. From the sales department to the service department, it has been nothing but unfair customer service. I recently bought a 2021 VW from this dealership about 2 months ago. Which comes with a 3 month CPO warranty. When negotiating the price of the vehicle they said they had a $2000 reconditioning fee which is standard when you buy a used vehicle. I have bought several used vehicles in the past and have never heard of this fee. They explained the fee was because they went through the vehicle and replaced any old parts/tires/brakes etc. that needed to be replaced. 2 months later, I notice the front brakes are worn down, and now I am having issues with the start/stop system. 3 different times the vehicle turned off while I was in traffic on the thruway, which is a VERY unsafe. I spoke with a technician in the service department and he said it is most likely the battery is low and 3 month CPO warranty would not cover that. EXACTLY , WHAT DID THEY REPLACE WITH THE $2K RECONDITIONING FEE?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I will be sure to repost this rating/review on every social media platform I can find.

Bought a GMC Acadia 2018 back in October my car started having issues in January. Took it took a mechanic who said to go to a transmissions specialist. The transmissions guy said my oil cap was loose and I lost almost all my oil and it was black and gunky. The dealership during thier routine service didn t screw the cap on all the way and now I need a new transmission that s gonna cost me 7,000$!! We have been in contact with dealership and Mike and Carl are clearly avoiding us even tho they said they d work on helping us get it covered. They denied it was thier mistake tho. We ve even been hung up on.

Bought a 2021 Pacifica awd. Found out a while after the transfer case didnt work, through the service team we got a loaner car while we waited for the new unit. Annoying situation but the dealer took care of us and made good on it. Overall would recommend
Sold me a used car with a dead battery, then told me service department wasnt certified to work on foreign cars. They dint have same tools. Also charged me more than agreed upon price. Currently talking to attorney general. Be very careful of these people
They had my car for a week (over a holiday) to perform a recall. At check in on Monday, they said that they were worried about the temps being too low, but didn t suggest I come back. I told them I had to have the car back by Friday afternoon and they said that shouldn t be an issue. I had one other problem I wanted them to look at. I got a single text on Thursday saying that they hadn t figured out the other issue yet, but no update about the recall. I called around 4pm on Friday for an update and was told no work had been done on my car. They agreed to have it ready for me to pick up by 4:30. When I picked it up, I asked when I could bring it back. They said it would be warm enough the next week, but they had no openings. I can schedule an appointment online for the next week, but I won t bother because I want a dealer that communicates and is honest.

This dealership has been bought out since my last transaction there. I had a wonderful experience last time but this time was significantly different. The sales man I worked with was great, until I signed the paperwork then the customer service went out the window. After everything was signed and I got in my vehicle to leave I noticed there was only 1 key, my fiancé went in to ask the salesman about it and he stated they were at the liberty of what the previous owner traded it in with, this was not mentioned to me prior to the purchase. I then noticed that the key fob was broken and the physical key inside the fob that you would use to unlock the car if the fob battery died, was missing. My fiancé went back and approached the sales man s desk to inform him of the issue and he rudely stated I m with a customer making it clear that now that we finalized the purchase we were no longer customers. They finally agreed to make us a new key. I left with dealer plates because the dealership didn t have the title for my vehicle from NYS yet, this also wasn t mentioned to me until after my purchase. The finance manager had ZERO customer service skills, and had other customers personal financial information up on his monitor while facing it towards me to ask me to confirm my information. He also asked if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty or if I was on a budget, when I told him I was on a budget he said ok never-mind then without even explaining to me the pricing or options. I will not be purchasing future vehicles from this dealership or recommending friends/family to do so. Editing this to state I later found out the finance manager submitted a credit application to a bank without my approval. I specifically stated I only wanted to apply with my credit union, no where else. I got notice of my application from the other bank yesterday. I went to the dealership and asked the finance manager (Benny) about it and he stated they try to find all customers the best rate. I informed him I only gave permission for them to apply with the one bank and all he did was shrug at me. I asked the salesman to speak to the business manager and he said the finance manager was the business manager even though he introduced to a different man as the business manager the day I test drove my new vehicle.
Salesman Sam has been incredibly helpful to me and my family whenever I needed his services very supportive. And always on task with everything!!!!!
OJ is an excellent representative of the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He spent time providing me with all the changes of the new Jeep Cherokee He went out of his way to assist my husband. The experience of buying a new car with OJ was truly a ten star.
This might be the sketchiest dealership I ever stepped foot in. Buyer beware. 3 year old van with 30k miles 2 pirelli tires in the front 2 Firestone tires in the back. There s no reason for this other than an accident. They say carfax is clean It smells like someone smoked 4 cartons of cigarettes in it and the rear end bounces. Here comes the kicker. I ask to take it to my mechanic before I buy and they looked me dead in the face and said no because he might drop it off a lift. You can t make this stuff up! If anyone ever tells you that run! Both my mechanic and this used car are insured. This place takes the cake for skeevy car dealerships! You buy here I feel sad for you. Con artists and scammers . I visited 6 other dealerships that week. All 6 said I could bring the car to my mechanic. I didn t even let the salesman finish his lies I laughed in his face and walked out, have more respect that your customers actually have a functional brain and hire some people that aren t liars.
Just one piece of advice - whatever the overpowering air freshener it is thats being used in the show room, is absolutely nauseating. Please be mindful of people who are sensitive to odors.

Have been taking my wife s vehicle here for 6 years to swap her winter/summer tires. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for that same service + a new splash guard. Dropped off the car at 8am with the expectation that it would be done the same day - should be no problem for something so simple as per usual. Instead, they text my wife at 2pm to tell her she can either pick up her car or wait for them to maybe finish her car the following day. Not wanting a disorganized or overworked shop to rush on our vehicle, we decided to pick up our car and splash guard to complete the work myself. Only to find out they didn t even order that .resolution? Tyler says you and 6 other people. reschedule. Customer service is dead, especially here.
Complete joke of a service department, dont ever bring your vehicle here. Had a Promaster van under warranty, 1 year old with 7,000 miles on it, wouldnt start. They said they were a week out for service so I set the appointment for the following Thursday and had the vehicle towed there. The day after my appointment I called to ask for an update, and they said they hadnt looked at it because their tech was at training that day, but they would get to it as soon as they could, so setting an appointment there is meaningless. A few days later I checked in for an update and they said they did look at it but couldnt figure out what was wrong and needed more time. Fast forward 10 days later, after multiple calls and no return calls I went there in person to find that the van hadnt moved from where I initially had it towed (there was still snow on the roof and surrounding the van from a storm a week before) so they lied when they said it had been worked on, and then said it could be over a month before they get to it.
I test drove the vehicle and had them take a look at my extremely clean, low mileage vehicle with a trade in value on KBB and NADA around 21k and change. I sat down with the sales guy and sure enough the $1,995 refurbish fee was tacked on and they offered me an insulting 17k for my car. No problem walking out on that one as Jeep dealers are not hard to come by in this area. Read the reviews before wasting an hour or more of your day.

The vehicle has had issues since the day I drove it off the lot. My multiple calls/visits (with detailed messages) to everyone from sales agent, manager and service techs have gone completely ignored or at best pushed off to later dates. Purchased car about 3 weeks ago and have been complaining about tire pressure since day 1 not until I contacted the BBB did anyone attempt to do anything. Before that, they literally had me drive out there (leaving work early) only to send me away saying someone would call me. No one did as stated earlier until BBB was contacted. Had me come in four days ago wait over an hour just to tell me hole cant be patched and I have to again wait for them to get a tire in for me. Something fell off the bottom of my car while driving on the highway, no one returned that message. Check engine light has been back on since day 3 AFTER they did something to shut it off while I waited a week for them to service before I could even pick it up, because that light was on when I initially saw the vehicle. Car continues to run periodically after key is removed from ignition constantly draining my gas, in response to that Ive been told just to keep the appointment made by ME at Hyundai to fix my recalls. The worst part is the continuously having my calls/concerns ignored. I believe theyre trying to wait me out pass the 30day lemon law time frame. They have a wonderfully helpful and professional finance guy though. I wish I could upload the video of my engine continuing to shake and rumble AFTER key is removed! Im wasting gas like crazy and these people couldnt care less. A week in and STILL waiting on a tire to come in I had to add on to this review this car has NEVER given me 3 months without an issue! PLEASE do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from these people. Theyre literally selling you someone elses PROBLEM. They offer no type of compensation/repair. I have poured so much money into this car this past year. If you can afford or have the credit for a more honest reliable place GO TO THERE NOT HERE;

Stopped in to look at a used jeep which the sales person tried offering me less than wholesale on tried sneaking extra fees in the structure, and even after I asked how to use the navigation on the vehicle before I drove it, I got a I dont know youll have to figure it out response I have done everything in the automotive industry except sell finance, and I would not recommend going here for any reason
Nothing bad to say about the sales team, they were very professional and accommodating. Jay was great. However watch out for the finance manager. He would not show me the break down of what I was paying. When I dug into it I discovered he had added a 2,500 dollar dealer option which I explicitly said I didn t want, a 1,995 dollar recondition fee for a used vehicle, and straight up added 1,405 dollars to the listed cost of the vehicle as if I wouldn t notice it. When I went back the next day to confront him he refunded me all of those costs. I would also recommend obtaining your own financing because as is common practice he added 2% to my interest rate. They do this because he makes 75% of all the extra money I pay on that additional 2%. He was overall very dishonest. I ve bought 6 cars over the last 4 years and this was by far the most ridiculous experience I ve ever had.
The salesperson, Alex was great! Everything else was not!!! Still waiting on refunds on overcharges! I will probably not buy another vehicle here and neither will friends and family members that live near the dealership after knowing about my experience.
Long story short, they tried to take advantage of me. Do not trust them, and I would advise you to go elsewhere if you are looking for a vehicle. I could list about 20 shady things they tried to do to me once they got me into the finance room. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE

We were very pleased with Eric as our sakes representative. He was very efficient. There was only a little lack of communication with the financing department but it was taken care of quite easily. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice experience.
This dealership is extremely unprofessional. Had my car here for 2 months getting worked on. Picked it up and 2 weeks later, the engine had a catastrophic failure . I paid my $555 bill for them to tell me that my DEAD car that I had towed to them isn t working. Cue to today - I sold my Jeep. I came yesterday to settle my bill and get my key. They told me that they couldn t find my key So here I am today. Standing in the parking lot next to my dead wrangler ready to meet my buyer - no keys. NO ONE here can find the keys. STILL. I miss Zappone
Be careful at this dealership. They are friendly - but they are deceiving you. Very deceptive pricing They advertise a price then when you sit down they add $1995. for reconditioning. That should be figured in before advertising a price. The finance department - Benny - is very deceptive and does not work to find you a good rate. We had over an 800 credit score and he stuck us with a high rate and unknown lender. Now I have to wait for the title and refinance with my lender. Always get financing in order before you go to the dealer. Do not use their finance department to get a loan. - and do NOT FINACE THROUGH the dealer! I found out through the lender they marked our loan up a full 2% which goes back to the dealer. Get your financing before you go to the dealer. They will insist it is much more convenient but they will try to mark up the loan. Google it - Its a real thing that makes the dealer more money. I have bought from other dealers and it was a much better experience. These guys are very deceptive from sales on up. DO NOT TRUST THEM. No wonder some car dealers have a bad reputation. if your looking for a Jeep go elsewhere! Not sure how they sleep at night.

My name is Sean, I just wanted to thank one of the managers, his name is Carl Harris, he was test driving a service vehicle and saw me broken down on the side of the road with a flat tire, and the gentleman did not hesitate to get out of his vehicle in a shirt and tie and fix it for me seeing that i was in a sling. I just wanted the people who are above him in the company to know how wonderful of an asset he is to your company, and hopefully you have more employees like him. Edit: I called the number they posted in their response and they still did nothing and ignored me. Completely unprofessional. Bought a jeep for my mother as a surprise. Before buying the jeep I asked for pictures of any defects. The woman (Caitlin maybe?) Said shed send any if she saw any but it was in great shape she believed. She did not send any. When I saw the jeep, she was right, it was in great shape. When I test drove it, the jeep was fine. After purchase and all the paperwork was done, the dealership pulled it back around for me to drive away, and the driver side mirror was broken. I told them it was not like that on the test drive and the girl and my salesman (luis) both said they didnt notice it either. After days of arguing with management they told me they had pictures showing it was always broken. They still have not sent me the pictures and refuse to respond to me and it has been 2 months. The jeep also ended up needing balancing and the service department was not sure if they could cover that under the warranty and would not call back or email to confirm if it was. Most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with and would recommend any other dealership honestly. End rant.
Alex couldn t have been better! I live 3 hours away and he was so responsive! Everything was completed long distance, and the only time I had come up was for the pickup! I waited a long time to purchase this particular vehicle, and he understood my excitement! Would definitely refer people here and purchase from them again!
Update. Ok. In for my first of 2 free oil changes. If it was not free I would not b here! Asked for service manager, Tyler, to ask why my ignition button frame broke off 5 months prior and he called to tell me they did not have the part but as soon as it comes in, I will call you . Well, again, 5 months, never called. When I asked to speak with him, he came to counter went to separate computer a never acknowledged me. Never made eye contact. Said nothing till I approached him and asked if he was Tyler. No apologies. Nothing I then go to parts to see if they have a touch up paint pen for my car. He said he d check but they do not have every color. Ok? He now goes through computer then goes to the old stapled together pack of papers. Sorry , nothing on papers either!! Doesn t even know the name of the color! I ask for the paint code and go sit down. Within 3 minutes I ordered a paint pen on line for my car. These people have no clue what good service is. I m really not looking for a lot. Keep your word and communicate. Greet customers when they come to see u. It s 2024. Why isn t the paint color for a car that came out the end of 2023, in the computer?? I was told I could check again next time to service my car. OK. Thanks for the help . Sorry, but this place is just sketchy. Not sure if its all car dealerships but,..... from salesman to sales manager to the service department.. Just seems like they do not care about the customer. Business must be good! But, not sure how much repeat business they get. I know I will not be back based on my interaction with them.
Show up for a scheduled test drive and the car had 5.0 miles of gasoline left for said test drive Dealer told us to just drive around the block lol 39k for a vehicle to just test drive around the block lol

I just purchased a new used car. The first time my husband and went we were met outside by Ojay! From start to finish he was amazing!!!!! There was a pretty deep scratch in the tail gate that he made sure was fixed before I drove it off of the lot. I wish I could give 100 stars!!!! By far the best dealership I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with!! Ojay was the best salesman I ve ever dealt with!!! Thank you!!! I purchased new tires from this dealership in October 2023. This was after purchasing the vehicle from them in January 2023. Took the jeep in for service on 6/20/24 and was told that my tire studs were sheared and would need to be replaced. Weird since they have been the only ones to look at my tires and nothing was mentioned to me about this during the new tires being put on in 10/2023. They are not willing to admit their wrong doings or do anything to assist me in this process. When I called to talk to the service manager he just kept repeating our programs are down I cant look anything up. He didnt offer to look when the system was up, instead just telling me to come pick up my vehicle. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received, and they couldnt care less about the vehicle they sold to me 2 years ago or the fact that they most likely damaged the studs themselves and wont admit it.
I feel cheated because they charged $850 just to diagnose a problem I had already identified I know jeeps as I have owned r 8 over the years . My car had new problems with suspension that were not there when I brought the car to this incompetent shop. Will never go here again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. !!! So lets start with this I bought a 2016 Acura MDX a with 103.000 miles for for $18.000 out the door $23.000 after 2 days the check engine light came on and front brakes were sticking and car vibrating. they fixed the front caliber and said to take it to Acura dealership to have it diagnose for check engine light and vibration .. Acura dealer said a knock sensor and tie rod end needed to be replaced ! Keep in mind Ive only had the car for a couple days in about 250 mi on it THE CHRYSLER DODGE DEALER. Said ((((. NO. )))). To fixing ANYTHING so I called the general manager he told me because it has over a 100.000 miles there not FIXING ANYTHING !!! After taking $20.000 dollars for me to go kick stone it my problem !!!! Add where it says kick stones .. have your lawyer contact our lawyer. Way to go GENERAL MANAGER GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE !!!! And he OWES the dealership salesman man told me ..

Saturday of Memorial weekend my Jeep was making an unusual noise. I called the service department and spoke with Anthony Corbin. I was a bit nervous about having to drive my car out of state the next day with worrying about a possibility of a breakdown. Tony explained his service team was booked but offered to look at my Jeep and run a test on it to see if anything showed of concern. I arrived 230pm and Tony immediately ran the test and looked at the engine for me as I was concerned for a loose fan belt (?). He also did a quick check on my tires as I know they will need to be replaced soon. He was so kind and informative and I felt confident I could drive my Jeep without concern. I was able to make the trip without a problem and no further issues noted. I have to give Tony a 10 STAR REVIEW for going above and beyond on a busy Holiday weekend. Note: I do keep my vehicle well maintained and have been a customer here for years. This was the first time I met Tony.
I know theyre under new management. Dealt with them in the past they did do me Wrong on my 2012 Dodge Ram, when it went in for a recall in a tune up oil change and a few other things. I sent it in. I spent over $2500 getting work done on it that day. I drove out of their shop down the road. And had to call them because my motor started knocking. After leaving the shop, they would not do anything for me. But that was under the The former owner this time Ive been there. Made an appointment for a vehicle to Be bringing for a New York State inspection for my fiancé. I made the appointment 2 weeks before. I went in there to do it. They told me they had no record of it. Come to find out their appointments are made through a third party in Florida and they screwed it up. But they would not let me get the inspection done. I ended up leaving the place. Cause they would not do the inspection that afternoon on my way home. I got a ticket from the New York State Police for lack of insurance. I tried to explain to him what happened. Seem to care l o l, So that was a pretty expensive mistake on their part for me again. Just be careful when you use them. My truck still is making the knocking noise at the time. It had a warranty on it and they would not change out the engine. Or repair what they did come to find out. They broke a spark plug and it fell in the cylinder. And it destroyed a cylinder on the engine. Thank you for doing Rap for me. Almost an eight thousand dollar fixed for myself yeah

Sales/Financing department is just rude conmen, sold me a warranty stating i could use it anywhere even out of state well that was a lie as i try to use it at a dealership in albany only to find out it has to be with them. prior to that tried to cancel it and get no return calls from Finance person i talked to (Benny or Denny i dont remember exactly) after calling a half dozen times or so i show up in person to resolve it and hes not there, i talked to a different person only to find out it has to be person A to do it. i have no issues with the service department, thats the only reason i dont give them 1 star. after coming here for 9 years im done with this place and will be taking future business elsewhere.

Steer Clear! Do not use this dealership! I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them. I agreed on a price with the salesman and sales manager. Went back 3 days later to pay and pick up the Wrangler. I saw the price was more than what was agreed upon (in writing). The Business manager told me that he couldn t sell it for the agreed price and we had to renegotiate. Prior to pickup I asked for full inspection to include brakes, joints, exhaust etc. I noted to them that the heat didn t say right. They advised everything was good to go and all cleared checks. They advised full point inspection. I got home and found the heat wasn t working again. It had no antifreeze fluid! Empty! I added some and head still didn t work. I replaced the thermostat myself and now works. I then noticed a burning smell when I would get out (2 weeks after buying it). Took it to a local shop and the Jeep needed all 4 brakes. Front calipers were seized. Do you think they really checked out the vehicle as part of their used vehicle full point inspection if the brakes are seized and the fluid levels are empty. Very shady dishonest dealership. This is the first time I have ever left a review anywhere! Stay away!

I had the oil, fuel/water separator filter, and tires rotated. I got home, parked my car, and woke up to significant oil and diesel stains on my driveway (both about the size of a paper plate). I looked under the vehicle only to see oil all over the frame rail. Under the hood, same deal. Oil everywhere. As a prior business owner, I get it - things happen.. Mistakes are an opportunity to show a customer how committed to their satisfaction you truly are, so I called and was basically told we ll try harder next time . Very lack luster after spending $65k at the dealership less than a year ago.
Eric was great. Not pushy at all. We had worked out a deal with a certain payment. When time to sign with the finance department, the payment was much higher than anticipated. I know rates are crazy right now but I wasn t expecting that at all. Some things I discovered after a week with the Jeep . Seems like the floor/carpet was replaced. It was done poorly. Comes right up. I also had to add some weather stripping to the driver side door. The first time it rained I had a puddle on the drivers side floor. All in all I love the jeep, it drives nicely. I wish a little more attention to detail had been paid.

All the canned responses to people who complain. After dealing with them it does not surprise me. I went to test drive a vehicle and they started the dealership dance of which I knew the came. The vehicle had a few issues and I made an offer to a salesman I was passed off to. And said if you want to talk we can do business, If not I would go elsewhere where. You guessed it I took my money and business elsewhere. Overpriced vehicle and they think coming down 400 dollars is a deal, wrong! I emailed the original person I was dealing with and no response, again no surprise. If you dont know the business they love that fact and will take advantage of you. Complete waste of time. But it help me find a better dealership where their price are fair to great and way better than this place. It a bit of a drive, but in the end the sales people are straight up and dont believe in putting customers through the dealership dance. I got a better vehicle and save 4500.00 dollars along the way. Thanks CP for not doing business with me as I made out better with the other dealership. Oh, when you go look at a used vehicle they say is clean, really look at. Get under, look down the sides etc. for any body work, dents and so on. One was said to be clean and the way the picture were taken it hid the fact the fender had rust forming under the paint and just starting to have pinhole rust rising out the through the paint. In a year or so you will have a nice rust spot and peeling paint. Ive worked in a few dealerships and know what goes on behind the scenes, as well as what they pay for vehicles (Yes, I understand they are in it to make money) and they make a lot of money off people who unaware the games they play. On one vehicle when researching the history they paid one price and over the next few weeks raised it approx 16.9% and then a few day later to 13.9%, while it sat on their lot. Retail phrase Markup to MarkDown and it is still listed above what it came in for and fair market value. Go see Nicole @ Krystal Jeep in Queensbury, better vehicles, better prices and they dont play games and go the extra mile for you! Updated 9/19/23, As you can see about canned responses, I got one as well, not surprising. To speak about Krystal Jeep/Queensbury, after the test drive I brought up various issues ranging from noises, damage etc. and this was even before I signed anything or put down any down payment they brought in the shop and started addressing the issues. The truck now has new tires, new calipers, chipped windshield fixed and more! This is called meeting and exceeding expectations! So with that I am bringing my fiancée to look at buying a vehicle over the weekend. Update 9/28, I went to take the vehicle out one more time to make sure everything fix was fixed. Had an issue repeat and they held the shop tech until I got back. There was still an issue but as soon as I got back he took it in the shop again and fixed. This was all done on a Saturday, again going above and beyond. I dont see this place doing anything near what Krystal Jeep has done! Price are at least 2k lower than here and other than a canned response here, I have not heard back from any of them. No surprise there. The fact they fixed everything prior to any agreement or exchange of cash was a big a chance as I could have walked away. All in all thank you Clifton Park for time wasted and money saved, you lackluster attitude cost your dealership over 60k in sales, nice job. People please look around, go see Nicole, use cargurus, carfax etc to see how much over they are on with their used vehicles as well as new. You want a dealership that stand behind their words and customers and not one that is into game play and using buzz words to sucker you in! Come in and make sure you tell the receptionist you are a V.I.P., Nothing important about you other than how much money they can get from you! You want a dealership, not a stealership! Update 10/23/23 Bought a second vehicle from Krystal. Imagine letting 62k walked out your doors as you rather play games!

Update: dont be fooled by the customer service response to my review, suggesting they want to make it right. Over a week after explaining AGAIN what happened, I havent heard back. The comment here is just so others will think they care. Had brakes and rotors replaced and within a year they were already worn down from normal driving and commute. Had then replaced elsewhere, they suggested the pads were used when installed or they could not have been worn down so quickly. Trying to resolve the issue with the service manager. After 2 weeks of no response by email I called and was told it must have been my fault and they would not refund for the original work.
ZERO STARS ZERO ZERO ZERO !!!! customer service horrible. People are rude. Rush you out of there. Brought in a 17 renegade UNDER RECALL FOR OIL CONSUMPTION. (29k miles) they refuse and refuse to repair the car. We are paying 25k for a car that is burning a quart of oil every 1-1.5k miles. They said to my girlfriend it is normal. No its not. This is an almost new car and to be burning oil on a CLEAR recall and we have the recall paperwork that we got with the car for future issues. This place will never receive mine or my families business ever again. Shut this place down!

i went to buy a 2022 nissan murano dealing with mike who was somewhat pleasant.first it started with low balling on my trade in, then came in with a two thousand dollar cleaning fee stating that they price there cars low. Then why not price cars as they are valued,wheres there ethics ? So then they without asking me put in a warranty not giving me any information on the warranty, i thought they were giving it because of the expensive cleaning fee, it even gets better i drove 2 miles from dealership and the low tire pressure light came on, i quess it wasnt included in the cleaning fee. I called several times to get information on the warranty finally got alittle information. beware if you buy a car here look over the paperwork closely and good luck because i would never deal with them again.how do they sleep at night?

Very over priced. I would not recommend going here because of how much it costs. $160 out of pocket just for a diagnostic that said the battery was dead. They wanted $1000 to replace the batteries. Advanced auto parts and YouTube was less than half the price.
4 hours for a scheduled oil change. They were supposed to give me a write up on the horrible paint on my truck for me to give to Mopar. They said they would do it but when I picked my truck up they said they dont do that there. Ill never buy a truck from that place again and I definitely wont be bringing my truck back there for a trucking thing.

In fact I purchased my 2021 because they have always had good service. In March 2021, they intalled new lower ball joints in my older 2005 jeep. We use this car to only drive short distances. We had only put 5k miles on it in less than 2 years. In December 2022, the technician and mechanic claimed that it needed new lower ball joints again and an arm and claimed that the current ball joints were generic and not installed by them. It has taken until now to get the new parts and I had to pay upfront for them. My appointment is this morning at 10am. Something didnt feel right so I went searching thru my receipts and found the receipt for the march 2021 work that they did!!! The ball joints are suppose to be under warranty and last approximately 70,000-100,000. This car has only been driven 5,000 since the ball joints were installed! Im going directly to the service department this morning because I dropped the car off last night and I want answers as to why I was told the current joints were not installed by them. Was I charged for ball joints that were never installed March 2021?? And how can they claim they didnt install them when, in fact, they did!!! Until I get an honest an

WARNING if you have a heavy duty truck looking for service. I came here a 2-3 weeks ago to schedule a recall service on a Ram 2500 diesel with Anthony, the service advisor. I grabbed his card. Anthony set the appointment. I explained all my concerns with the truck other than the recall. Since it would be in the shop, he told me they would need it for a few days to do the recall, and I asked to do a complete checkup on the truck to ensure everything was running as it should. The day came to bring the truck in, and the person I made the appointment with handed me over to another guy (fine). The guy started acting as if I had just come in to schedule a new service appointment, telling me they needed to order parts and couldnt check the issues I had concerns with, like the transmission slipping when put in drive. I asked him why I made an appointment two or three weeks ago and was told it would be in the shop for a few days. I removed all the ladders and a 200-pound aluminum break on the ladder rack for construction. Just to be told, we cant service the truck and go somewhere else. Why didnt they order the parts when the appointment was made for a scheduled date 2-3 weeks ahead? I expected them to have the parts to perform the repairs when I brought the truck in.. Very disappointing service. There are too many useless service advisors and not enough technicians. Its like me telling a customer here is a date we will start your construction project without bringing materials to do the job. new motto for them. All roads lead Away from this local dealer of Clifton Park going to another deal.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a brand new Ram 2500 from them last year. They REFUSED TO MAKE REPAIRS THAT ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! 17k miles on it and I need an engine tear down to repair it. They just want you to buy a car from them and go away. I will now be shopping and having repairs done at another Chrysler dealership.
I went in for an oil change and have been here for over 2 1/2 hours with no explanation of why it has taken so long???? They sell you on the oil change programs and then treat you so poorly that it isn t even worth it! Please don t get sucked in! I ve asked Why it is taking so long and all I got was I don t have an answer for that . Very poor customer service!!
Buyer beware They care more about their building appearance and makeover then selling you a car up to standard! They make everything appear perfectly on their record although it s not the case. Purchased the vehicle pre owned (which means nothing here) certified in July. It is October currently. First week called about vehicle shaking They immediately started giving us costs for repair. Cost?!? We just bought the vehicle. First red flag. We then started feeling the brakes spongy so we thought the shaking could be from bad brakes. So made an appt. Brought the vehicle in and they said the brakes are fine. Any good mechanic would ve saw worn tires. They sent us on our way and the shaking continued. Called again. No appts avail for quite some time. They did not document. But now it s on us bec apparently we need to make sure they document and confirm it or they can say they never got the call. Called again to complain of shaking and set up oil change. Again appt pushed out bec nothing available. In the meantime we found all four tires are worn inside which means an issue such as alignment they have no openings so push it off way longer although they said the tires could be causing the issue We bring in to have tires checked and they said they pass inspection but handed me a quote for new ones This is unacceptable for a vehicle we have had three month and a couple weeks. The manager came to speak to me and defend that the vehicle passes inspection which is barely if it is. He told me I put too many miles on and what is he supposed to do give me tires when I put 7000 miles on? He put it all back on me as though I caused all of this in that short time. Unacceptable! My mileage works out to be about 500 per week. They claim the tires were passed and fine when I bought despite the issues for the start! I should not be having to buy tires in three months for a clear issue if all 4 are bad. Red flag should ve been when they accidentally included full warranty in my purchase and made the vehicle almost unaffordable then when we caught it they acted like they had no idea! They are rude pompous and unprofessional with no customer care in mind from the start! Will never step foot in this place again. Bad business practice Reporting to better business Update: funny after my review, they leave a message like contact so we can help for a fasad. I called this guy numerous times with no response. Took the vehicle to another dealer who confirm original tires in 2019 are still on. He said the tires passed inspection by the dealer bec of only looking tread on one side, but they don t pass due to the inside completely worn. They skipped seeing that part. He said the vehicle is out of alignment and that this wear was not done in the time I had the vehicle. And put my family in danger in the road!
major lack of communication skills. from salesman to salesmanager... just not good. I bought the car one weekend. told them Id be back the following Friday to pick up the car. walked in expecting to get the car only to be told that they needed other paper work from me because I was from another state.. OK? Why didnt someone contact me over the week to make me aware of this?? I had to go home, get info together and come back an hour later. Process should have been an hour, took 3... Also, was given little to no instructions on the new car. I am still learning new things 3 weeks later.
Really poor experience, I recently purchased a truck from here and when it came to financing they really pull some shady tactics. They disregarded my request to work with one bank and ran my credit thru multiple others, tried to tell me my credit was not good and I would need to accept an insane rate, only when I threatened to get funding thru my bank they all of a sudden were able to get me my quoted rate. Post sale was just as bad, could not get anyone to call me back for warranty work, I finally after a month got them to schedule an appointment but they would not loan me a car or even drive me home for all day work. Since this I went ahead and called another dealer and had everything addressed. I have tried to call the manager but leave messages and no response. I called and left countless messages with the customer care manager as well with no response. I waited to post this and file a complaint about my experience but after giving them countless opportunities to make right, they have not so, I learned buyer beware but if you re in the market, steer clear.
I leased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and have been waiting for a part for 3 months to correct the death wobble. Paying for a vehicle I cant drive out of Clifton Park has been ridiculous. Do not recommend.
04/2023 - Michael Kawola, was very professional and made the process of purchasing super efficient and easy. 03/2024- I have a Ram1500 Bighorn that I am having serviced here at our local Clifton park dealership. I sent it in for a malfunctioning Uconnect unit, which my Extended warranty does not cover. I was pretty bummed out BUT .. the representatives at CDJR of Clifton Park had my back and walked me through the process of contacting RAM care and getting a new unit covered and installed at RAMs expense. All I had to pay for was a diagnostics fee. Which is worth it considering the price of these units and cost of install. The unit is in the process of being ordered and will be installed here soon I m hoping. Please excuse me for not remembering the Woman s name at the checkout desk for kickstarting the process of getting my issue resolved. She was really great. She was genuinely concerned about the issue I was in with my truck and observed I wasn t happy about it and didn t turn me away. I also would like to give a big thank you to Carl Harris for expediting this process. He is a very down to earth human that understands the frustration of problems that come along with vehicles. Looking forward to getting the unit installed and having my truck back to new again. I m very impressed with this dealer standing behind the customer.
They were very efficient and quick in getting me in and out
