It was a pleasure to see the service staff again. They completed a few spring time service interval items and switched the winter tires for the summer tires on on my Outlander Sport. As always, they completed the work in a thorough and timely manner while I waited. Now, with winter driving ahead, the service folks at Tony Mangino Mitsubishi again have my Outlander Sport ready for winter driving. Last weeks service appointment was completed to cover all needed work in about an hour. The service advisor and techs helped confirm the service tasks needed for the current service interval of my Outlander Sport. It was great to have all concerns addressed including swap of the winter tires for my summer tires. It is good to be ready for summer driving with the confidence of knowing that my vehicle has been given the comprehensive service attention by the techs at Tony Mangino Mitsubishi.

Bought a new car here. Was a fantastic experience, first time ever that I was able to buy a new car with cash so I have no payments. I got a 2022 Mitsubishi mirage g4 that gets 43 mpg highway and 37 mpg city. Car has a great ride, smoother than either of my Kids Niros. UPDATE I have had my car serviced many times and it has been refreshingly great. Easy in and easy out. Another update, service is the best here, I have personally seen times where many of the advisors could have taken advantage of a customer but never once have they. Exceptional service especially by the standards many businesses have today, it is refreshing to see honest business practices here. BRAVO!!

I am so unhappy. I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Trax in early February from David N at the car dealership. Since getting it, my brakes have been grinding badly and randomly (they told me twice the brakes are new , having a hard time wrapping my head around this one), my heat completely went out (they fixed it), my gas pedal is going up and down while accelerating (haven t figured this one out yet), there is some kind of engine smell (they sprayed a spray in there, temporary fix) and there was a rattling noise (they fixed it, it was plastic). In the 8 years I had my old car, I had minimal problems. They have fixed these issues out of the kindness of their hearts since I just got the car, while I do appreciate that, I cannot believe after putting a down payment of $5,000 that this is the car I get. TRULY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible place to do business. Your vehicle automatically depreciates by more than 10k once you leave the lot. Bought a car here and decided to go a different route 6 months later. Due to its automatic depreciation, it wasnt worth half of what they sold it for. God it must feel great to sink down as low as possible. These guys are absolute crooks.

Everything was great, but my old dealership would wash the car and vacuum the front part of the car.

After two years I ll edit my rating when i bought my 22 outlander one of the needs i had was a remote starter i was told the car had it. It does not and i feel so deceived. Once that little app trial is over it s well over $200 YEARLY for remote starter. Recently my battery died (after two years) no good. Anyways, i went to get it fixed with a bunch of codes that popped up after jumping the car, which shouldn t occur. Of course AJ Mangino sees me as a female and says maybe we jumped it reverse i know better than to ever think red would go with black and vice versa. I have every light on my dash known to man and was given my vehicle back with those weird lights with nothing done about it. My sensors do not work to tell me if I m too close to anything. My camera software was updated but yet still delays when putting in reverse. Just terrible. I once loved this car.

BEWARE!!! DEFINITELY BAIT AND SWITCH! Wanted to buy a car but wanted the price in detail before coming in person. Sales person keeps pressuring me to come in and I want to see the price in writing first. Went back and forth and gave all my information, still keeps pressuring to come in, but I want the price in writing. Then never heard back so I emailed the sales person again and he said to come in or he can just call me. I said no, I want the price in writing and he replies the car is sold and delivered. What a waste of time, I checked a week later, same car is still there on their site, just a bait and switch to get you to come in and waste time and money

Everyone is always very nice and accommodating. They go above and beyond other dealerships have done, I received a $30 coupon towards my oil change that I didn t know I had. That was a nice surprise!

They go out of their way to provide for the customer. Even though I own my cars for many years, they are still treating me like a valuable customer. I asked for an opinion on DMV paperwork that I wanted to know if I filled out correctly and was very politely walked over to their finance managers office where I received exceptional attention and advise. The dealerships finance manager is still helping me with this problem even though they may not be dealing with the car in question. I am fortunate and grateful to have Tony Mangino Mitsubishi in my area.

Went above and beyond at a recent visit, we went in for a battery exchange which was an easy process and under warranty. While leaving it was noticed that we had a flat tire, two employees took the time to remove my husband s tire, and plug the hole. Thankful that it was caught before driving home on the northway. If Mangino was the only place left to buy cars in the entire galaxy, I WOULD WALK. Lazy, unethical, dishonest. I paid through the nose at Mangino, Route 9, because that wasa the position I was in. Did not even get a single free oil change, but what I did get was an engine that squirrels had lived in and now I stranded in the middle of nowhere because my engine wont start. Havent even had the car for six months old, and I already replaced the battery and now it needs brakes and an ignition repair. MANGINO DOESNT GIVE A F. I have reached out, and was ignored. I sent a picture of the giant squirrels nest in my engine months ago, and was ignored.

I am giving a one star review only because that is the lowest that is giving, beware of this establishment as they are not forthcoming with details, they do not give out accurate information, and do not back their vehicles after purchase. Listed below are the facts that lead me to this: 1. Purchased the car (2019 Mitsubishi Mirage) in February 2024 with 80,030 miles on the car. 2.No mention of the transmission having any issues let alone that it was slipping at the time of purchase. 3.No mention of extended warranty being only 1,000 miles or 30 days. 4.Sold the car with snow tires but was told they where all season tires. 5. I drove the car for only 6,000 +. 6.October 2024 the car lost power on the thruway and the check engine light came on. I drove the car to my mechanic who said the transmission was slipping. He changed the transmission fluid to see if that would help but to no avail. 7.Transmission needs to be replaced in order to safely drive. 8. I called the dealership and spoke with Dave and he said that he would be Happy to sell me another car. He also said that he would give me 2,500 for my trade even though I just spent almost 14,000 in Cash for the car I just go only back in February. So, intimately, I have A car that is not running and the only thing the dealership is willing to do is sell me another car!!!!! Again I say BEWARE of purchasing from this establishment!!! Dealing with Tony Mangino Mitsubishi was TRULY one of, if not THE easiest car buying experience(s) I have ever had! Noelle, especially, was awesome! She was supremely pleasant, friendly, professional, very accommodating and helpful. Best thing, this is a NO PRESSURE dealership. Theyre very pleasant and respectful, and the vibe there is actually chill. Noelle even wen out of her way to deliver the car to me, since I live almost 2 hours away from their dealership. Talk about customer service! I whole-heartedly recommend Tony Mangino Mitsubishi! As for their service center, its even better! They do not pressure you into services you dont need, are always honest, communicative and respectful of your time. Plus, their prices are always reasonable. Brian is outstanding and AJ is absolutely incredible! They not only are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, but always go above and beyond to provide a top-notch customer service experience! Unfortunately shortly everything started going wrong on car. They brought it back. Now there was no warranty but Nick and AJ from service said let s take a look. Man did they go way above and beyond what we expected. They fixed the problem with windows and locks and seats. There were a number of issues and Mangino fixed them all. I ve experienced a lot of other service departments in all my years of purchasing vehicles but have never seen a department so caring in customer satisfaction. They really do try and make you happy. This is now the third vehicle i purchased from Tony Mangino Mitsubishi over the last 10 years because of the excellent sales and service. The price of the vehicles we purchased have always been excellent. But one of the main reasons is the service team I have been dealing with over that period of time. I have complete trust that they are doing what is best for my vehicle and have always been friendly, thoughtful and have provided excellent care. This dealership is one of my first thoughts when thinking about new vehicles, mainly because of the service department. I only wish Mitsubishi made a large pickup truck for hauling trailers because I will be in the market for one next year. Otherwise the sales and service department at Magino Mitsubishi have been excellent all the years I ve had my cars from them (going on a decade now).

Went to buy a pre owned Outlander. Everything was pleasant until after we signed the paperwork( it helped that I have a very very high credit score). I test drove it. Brakes were very soft. When I stated that to the salesman he assured me that the car would be completely gone through and it would be addressed. We signed. The salesman Chris turned to my wife and said Good thing the other guy(? ) wasnt here, you would have gotten the vehicle for 1000 bucks less. We were pretty floored like ok you screwed us? I go to pick up the car a week later on the scheduled date. Its not ready. It will be ready end of day, they had not gotten to it yet. I get the car end of day and brakes are still soft, gas tank empty. Go to put in gas- no gas cap not sure how that gets missed on a checklist. (The car shuts down without one after so many miles) On way to work, brakes are dangerously soft. The tire pressure alert goes off. All four tires have slow leaks. Brought it back they fix brakes and valve stems, it took four days as they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. I got it back yesterday. This morning, the TPMS alert on again. My experience has been most unpleasant. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here. It is clear that Service dialed in the original check of the car. One star because you cant give a zero.

AJ was very attentive both prior to my coming into the dealership, and when I showed up for my appointment. Brian, I do not believe I met in person however, he too is part of the team and I feel that everybody had a specific role and followed the protocols to the best of their abilities. When you have a business with high volume of customers and work, there can be at times, gaps in communication which is very understandable and, if you have any questions or concerns they are always there by phone or in person to address your concerns and questions. Again, in this day and age where businesses tend to fall by the wayside by putting the customer first, it is refreshing to know that when youre in this type of business, you absolutely feel 100% assured that the customer is the most important factor in making your business successful. My questions were answered and addressed without hesitation. I love it that I have an actual Mitsubishi dealership that caters to the Mitsubishi customer.

Everything went excellent. Both Sales and finance people were very informative and easy to work with.

Every time I bring my car for service it is done correct and in a timely manner. This time I had questions and received a phone call the next day with a detailed explanation and we told they were not going to make me get anything I didnt need done.

The customer service we receive here is top notch. Our Mitsubishi is several years old now and we do have other automotive manufacturer vehicles, but the service we receive at other makes dealerships never compares to what we receive at Tony Mangino Mitsubishi. Enough so that my wife considers trading her premium GM vehicle in for another Outlander. That says a great deal.

Would not hesitate going there again. If I know anyone that wants a good experience when buying a car it is a place to go.

I understand sometimes things happen that delay service, but being there for over an hour and a half was excessive for just an oil change. and its worse than the last time. I know how long it takes to change the oil and filter and top off fluids. I grew up around a garage.

The Service Department has always been friendly and professional whenever I bring my car in for whatever reason. The estimate for the work needed was well explained and the service advisor was exceptionally courteous. The time estimate given for the work needed was spot-on as well. Ever since purchasing my Mitsu, I have been very pleased with the Service Department and have recommended Mitsubishi to my friends and co-workers that have thought about purchasing cars, and this recommendation is based on the Service Department alone. While I like my Mitsu, again, I dont feel its an extraordinary car. But the Service Department makes it one. Thank you for all that you do.
