I had a significant clog at home twice, and Bill responded within two hours of my calls. He is not just a Rooter-Man. He is the man. You guys have a great guy working for you.

We ve used the Rooter Man several times, and they are always quick and responsive!

I am beyond happy with my experience with this company. Tammy s customer service was outstanding as well as Bill s work! They were very quick to address my sewage backup basement issue and amazing on some follow up items I had. The lady that answered the phone and the serviceman, David, were very polite and professional. David also quickly and efficiently got the repair done And utilize the camera system to verify that the drain was clear out to the main sewer line. As far as quality of work, they are good and I do believe they will do a satisfying job for you. This is the second time that I utilized their services, the first being in October of 2019. I would not hesitate to recommend Rooterman. They are friendly and competent. Edit: My original review did state my disappointment in regards to their service call fee which they did not apply towards The final cost of service. However, the owner of the company takes pride in making sure all of his customers are satisfied and resolved my complaint satisfactorily.

We had an outside faucet with a leaking pipe. Tim was the plumber who came out. He was on time and called ahead to confirm arrival. Did a wonderful job and noticed another leak in the same pipe and fixed that too. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended!

After a plumbing emergency led to water pooling in our basement Rooter Man, was able to get to get to our house early on a weekend morning within hours of the call, diagnose the cause of the issue and fix it, all while helping explain what happened and what our next steps should be. Tim, was helpful, and informative and helped alleviate some of the stress my fiancée and I were dealing with waking up to the issue the morning before our house warming. The next time I have to deal with a plumbing issue like that, and hopefully, its no time soon, Ill be getting back in touch with Rooter Man.

Quick emergency service. Saved money recommended a cheaper alternative and saved me a bug expense.

Friends referred Rooter man to help clear our bathroom sink and shower drains since our attempts to snake the drains ourselves did not solve the issue. We have old pipes that will need to be replaced eventually but rooter man helped remedy the situation for now at a reasonable price.

A larger, plumbing chain came to look at our dilemma. They concluded major repairs were necessary to the tune of $3200. What a relief to find a knowledgeable and thorough repair person like Bill. Unlike the larger Plumbing outfit person, Bill inspected the situation and after a few trials concluded our line was no more than clogged. In a very timely and efficient manner, Bill finished the job much to our satisfaction saving us a substantial amount of money.

Great experience overall on job, but there is a small leak under pedestal sink connected pipes could use some teflon tape/piping thread. Bill our service tech was wonderful. Unfortunate on pedestal sink.

First time using this company after having to deal with so many disappointments. Finding someone thats good at their job is hard these days. Ive used many many different companys and its always a crap shoot. Most times you get the rookie and sometimes you get that 1 guy you wish you would get for every job. I was very skeptical when I tried this team. Got Tammy, didnt seem to know much about the pricing side but thats okay. It was pretty cheap for the appearance but a lot of costs for everything that is touched. Not sure if thats normal for these situations which added to my skepticism. I got bill who did the service and I wasnt there so I cant say I watched everything he did. He had a HARD and MESSY job which he seemed pretty okay with which to me is reassuring because it looked like a train wreck that most people would run from. He had to clean a main line in a tight spot. He fought with it for a good bit and at $200 an hour is where the nerves kick in right. Ive seen some crazy lazy work with companies that dont guarantee anything. The issue for me was that Bill realized he was fighting awful hard and realized there must be another issue. He found a pretty catastrophic issue that was actually the cities main line that was causing the problem, one they didnt even realize was there. This is why you pay someone that specializes with issues. Instead of paying someone every month that may or may not be cheaper. I can tell you for sure not many people would have found. Pay for the experienced person and pay them once. bill was excellent and earned every penny. Followup call to make sure everything went well which Noone does which was also appreciated. Thats how you know someone cares. I will recommend bill to anyone as Im confident he will get the job done.

I reached out to Rooter Man after a different company came to the house and was unable to fix our issues. The woman was very nice over the phone and made an appointment for the very next morning. Bill showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out the problem rather quickly and fix it. I am happy I found a company with great people! David was very professional,, personable and did did a wonderful job. I can t say enough good things about him and the job he did. However 900$/ hr was my mistake. $450 for 25 min. Job is beyond outrageous. Incredible customer service on their part would ve been hey, it only took me 25 min. Only gonna charge you $250 or even $300 . Would ve had customer for life and I even would have gave number to my friends.

Paid 800+ for nothing. Was supposed to come back to fix problems. They cancelled twice. 3rd time they were 4 hours late. Then said the job was too big needs a full day. Then wanted a deposit to hold a day... Not sure if they even had the materials to do the job to begin with.

The office misled me about costs. They told me that the 49 diagnosis fee would go into service if they could help me. First I was told that wasnt true. Then I paid almost 200 to get the diagnosis that they couldnt help me. Call the manufacturer and send them a picture ,I was told. This after I told the office exactly what type of faucet I had. Very disappointed. However, a very professional and friendly plumber.

Here is my experience with RooterMan. After calling around for estimate and appointment, I was able to get an appointment that afternoon with Tim. Service lady was very nice. When Tim stopped by to give an estimate, he said he could not give an estimate until drywall was opened up to see where the leak was coming from. He gave me an option to have the drywall open himself ($150.00 cost) or I could have it open myself. Tim was very flexible. I went to Lowe s and bought a drywall knife for under $10 and cut open drywall saving me money. Tim came back the next day and was able to quickly identify broken frozen pipe that leaked and replace with new one. Tim did a great job while working in limited drywall cutout space to get to the pipe. Thanks again Tim.

Owning an older home, I have used Rooter Man a number of times over the last 13 years. they are always professional and courteous. All pricing is clear and given up front. They go out of their way to practice excellent customer service from the time you call them until the job is complete.

Had a clogged sewer line....called at about 6am....they had a guy here at about 8:30am.....the service man knew his stuff....explained clearly what he was going to do & the price....did a great job and we are back in business....couldnt be happier....

I had service about a week or so ago. I thought my downstairs toilet was severely clogged. The technician was very professional, and kind. Thats why I gave more than 1 star. He arrived and didnt check to see if I had a public sewer or septic system. It wasnt till afterwards that he asked me to go to the neighbor and ask what they had. He also walked up the street to see if there was a sewer drain, which he should of done before performing any work, to save the customer any unneeded repair costs. So low and behold it cost me $620.00 to have someone tell me that I had a septic system that needed to be emptied. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could but this cost me Christmas money for my kids. Update. I received a call from rooter man this morning. After reading my initial review, they made it right, and lowered the cost for what they did. Thats what you call excellent customer service. Thank you to everyone at Rooter Man!

Excellent job worth the price

Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to install a new sump pump. When I called initially, I spoke with a receptionist who scheduled me right away and my sump pump was replaced within 24 hours. Great experience from start to finish.

Bill showed up before the scheduled time. He explained the work he was to do and gave me a written estimate. The work was thorough and well explained as he performed the task at hand. Professional and friendly service. Tammy answered an 8am call and immediately scheduled me for that afternoon. Bill was knowledgeable and helped to diagnose our outside drain issue by really getting a feel for our house and the way the lines work. We used a camera and a locater to find a crushed pipe. Wonderful, professional service. I got myself into a bit of a bind with my kitchen sink drain. Tim was able to come out that day, do a little creative thinking, and he had my sink functional again in short order. All for less $$ than the initial quote. And really, just an all-around nice guy. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

Was able to make it out in just less than 3 hours to deal with a clog. Bill C was super nice and answered all of my questions. It was a bit spendy but it was worth it for the domain knowledge. Also they threw in a boroscope sweep to check the pipe was clear to the septic for free, so that was nice.

Dave was a Godsend. I had a major root infestion in my sewer line. Dave was courteous, professional, and worked the issue until it was resolved. Dave Also went out of his way to explain how the roots get in and also offered up some follow-up suggestions. They are expensive but in the long run well worth the service.

I was, however shocked at the price of $250 during business hours to snake the kitchen sink that wasnt all that clogged, though Im sure he himself does not set the rates. Add in the $49.00 service fee and it was a pretty pricy call, seemingly above the national average. Will probably call around to try and save a few bucks next time.

My experience with Rooterman 911 was great from the moment the receptionist answered the phone to after the issue was resolved. They were very swift in getting a plumber out to our house, we had David R and he was great! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dave R. has been to my house previously for a service call. The service he provided then was professional and competent, which is why when the need for service arose again, we called Rooterman again. Dave arrived early and went right to work to check out and resolve my problem. He presented several options for different levels of repair and quoted prices for each of them. He did not push for any of them but explained thoroughly what each type of service would entail, and what the benefits of each level of service would be. I am thoroughly pleased with the service from Dave and Rooter Man. Dave was efficient, thorough and he left no mess or debris to be cleaned up. I would recommend Dave and this firm to anyone!

Bill C. has been at our home a few times, and each visit has been a pleasure. Our plumbing problems seemed immense but Bill C. has taken care of them quickly and with no drama. He is a credit to his company and allowed my 8 year old nephew to watch what he did. I had to call to request service late in the day on 12/23/18 and Bill arrived a little after 8 am on Christmas Eve. Rooterman 911 is reliable, reasonable and dependable. Theyve never let me down and I would highly recommend them!

Started to have issues with water around my washing machine. Did a small and found out it wasnt the washing machine, but a clogged soil u trap. Called Rotor Rootor and they were there in a mater of 30 minutes from the time I call. Bill C. from Rotor Rooter was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. He unclogged the drain withing 5 minutes. It was 23 years of grease that had solidified. He put his camera in the u trap and went as far as 110 feet out to the sreet. Everything looked clear of roots or anything that could prevent the liquid from going out smoothly . Bill was informative and professional. He recommended a bio clean product which will help keep the pipes from clogging up. Shouldnt have a problem in future as long as I do not empty grease the sink.

Bill C was professional and extremely helpful. He found the problem with the main line and quickly identified the problem, tree roots, and then remedied the problem. We will definitely call Rooterman again whenever we have a problem with our plumbing.

Rooterman911 was super prompt, honest, worked hard to fix the problem we had. The fee came in under the quote. Bill was a pro, polite, thoughtful of the cleanliness of our house (under the circumstances). I hope this issue never happens again, but if it does Im using this company.

So so so grateful for Bill C and Tammy! Tammy was so helpful and pleasant on the phone. She and Bill worked together to try to coordinate the Rooter Man visit in a way so I could attend a toddler valentines party I was going to take my daughter to. Although I didnt make the party because our pluming issue was too complicated, it meant a lot to me that they valued such a simple appointment on my calendar and tried to get me there. Bill is so knowledgeable! As a woman home alone, I felt completely safe with him in my house. He also has a calming presence which was a nice touch - as I was about to lose my mind before he arrived. Price seemed reasonable. I couldnt have asked for anything better!

Amazing Company!!!Had an issue Monday morning. Called and spoke to Tammy at 9:15am, very polite and helpful by 10:15am Bill was here. First impression, very polite, explained everything he was doing. We also needed a new pipe. Thats when we met Tim. Everything was explained to him already by Bill and he came here prepared to do the job! Everything was cleaned after they were completed with the jobs, nothing for me to clean up after. New not only will I recommend this company to everyone I know, I will definetly be using them for any future needs!!! Cant say enough good things about all of them!!!

I needed a plumber and found Rooter Man in the yellow pages. I called and the girl that answered the phone was very helpful. She was the reason I made the choice to use Rooter Man. They sent me Tim Munk, he was very helpful and gave me, upfront, what had to be done and the cost of doing it. He gets a High Recommendation from me.

I called Rooter Man in the morning, and I had a service provider at my door by noon. Tim M was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. He fully explained the situation prior to doing any work and gave me an up front price, which was the actual price I paid. No add-ons or extras. The job was done quickly, and everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend this this company, and Tim in particular.
