A professional and open crew. Our project had an unforeseen issue that made the pipe coating take an extra couple of days. They were polite and courteous both in communication and on site. Do yourself a favor and schedule with a few days of leeway in case something comes up.

Our experience with Trenchless Today was very positive. I would highly recommend them. I called mid morning on Monday and Morgan, the dispatcher, sent Edgar, the technician to diagnose our problem Monday evening. Morgan called me several times to keep me updated on Edgars arrival time. Edgar was totally professional, but also friendly. He cheerfully answered all our questions. He diagnosed the problem correctly and returned to do the repair Wednesday afternoon. I received a written estimate by email Tuesday morning. After approving the estimate, the appointment for repair was scheduled. Again, Morgan kept me updated about Edgars arrival time.

Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and nice. Everything was explained in a manner that we could understand. There were no surprises. The service took almost 12 hours, which was a long day for all, but once done we could use water, shower and toilets. Thank you Trenchless Today!

There was a remaining issue from a prior service. Trenchless sent their plumber Edgar out who did a great job. He diagnosed the problem and immediately went to fix it. His work was clean and correct. Great company! We are a large General Contractor and after having an issue with a plugged sanitary drain that had gotten debris in it, the plumbing contractor was not able to snake out. From recommendation of a colleague, we brought in Trenchless Today. They were able to solve the issue and clear the drain piping which saved us much time and cost had we had to cut open the concrete floor to repair the piping. They did a great job and were great to work with, highly recommend.

I had Trenchless Today re-line my deteriorating sewer line to the road. All of their staff was extremely professional and friendly, from the person coming out to diagnose my problem to the person who came out to perform the work. They took great care in making sure that my inside house was covered so that when they left, you would never have known that they were there performing the work. Although the technician ran into an issue which required him to work longer than expected, the price quoted was the final price. Great company with great workers!

I had what looked like a tiny sewer pipe leak that turned into what ended up being a major sewer pipe replacement ordeal but because of the Trenchless technology and the expertise of these guys, the problem was solved with my lawn and sidewalk intact. Although it was costly, it would ve been even more had I gone any other route. I d recommend this company to anyone I know with a similar issue way to stick to the job despite any obstacle.

Trenchless Today was a fantastic company to work with. Our main sewer line leaving the house collapsed. It is under the concrete cellar floor of our raised ranch which is a totally finished living area. In 3 days we were back in business. I had 3 other companies look at our project one said it was to big for them, the other two described the work they would do with all the destruction that we would incur involving 3 areas of our home (which we would be responsible for repairing after they completed their work.) Trenchless Today made a hole about 12x24 in the back wall of out laundry/1/2 bath which I repaired quickly after they completed their work. They were energetic, professional, on time and extremely CLEAN, a pleasure to work with. Our work was done the first week of January which could have been an issue with some companies not these guys!!! We were without use of our plumbing about 4 hours each day which wasnt a problem and they made sure we were able to use it when they left each day. They kept us up to date with their progress showing us the problem areas we had and describing what they were going to do to resolve our problem.We were left with pictures of before and after and a video of the finished relining of our sewer line. We would highly recommend them to anyone that might need this type of service. One last note although the process is not cheap if you factor in what the alternative are and the destruction to your home that would have to be repaired after the work is completed we feel this was the best alternative and possibly the cheapest. Thank you Trenchless!!

The workers were very friendly at the sight. Made everyone very comfortable the few days there. We were able supply some lunch even some late night supper at the sight while a church meeting was going on. We had our restrooms just renovated and you would have never know they had done any work there. Everything left in perfect order. Drains are working fine once again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service this company provided. Any sewer line replacement is a huge investment and even before accepting their bid, they were on top of every question and concern I had about my home. Incredible onsite team as well!

I am very happy with the results of the work done by trenchless today. Using them saved me a ton of money on all new pipes for my laundromat.

They came my house and looked at a plumbing problem we were having. Gave me estimate for $800+the $200 for initial visit and was guaranteed this will solve my problem. Well after paying $1000 still have exact same issue. I called and told them and did send somebody out. Well he looked it over he said here is problem and estimate of another $650. Sorry but that is just wrong . So now I have to go to laundry mat to do my laundry and Im out $1000 for absolutely nothing. I worked for a service retail business for over 20 years and their policy was people before profits.

The crew was great, they came, reviewed the issue and gave us a solid estimate of repairs needed. They gave us a date time they would come do the job and were here exactly when they said they would be. The technology itself used to re-line our sewage pipe is amazing. We had old orangeburg septic pipe, we would have spent $15000 to dig up the yard in a traditional replacement, with Trenchless, there was only one small 2 foot hole in the ground that they did all their work from. Also we didn t have to leave the house while it was being done and we only couldn t flush the toilet for about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend!

I am across the country and dealt with Jake Gregory via phone. He arranged work at my sons home in Troy NY and from what I am told, the necessary work was done in a timely manner and will hopefully remedy the drainage problems they were having at our jointly owned home. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the work done. I felt the employee who did the work went over and above. It was a hard job but he stayed after dark in damp weather until he fixed the problem. Thank you. Highly recommend!

If you have a bad drainage pipe in an inaccessible area, call these guys immediately!! They fixed a serious plumbing problem in 1 day and saved me a minimum of $7,000 while doing it.
