Just picked up and rode home a brand new ninja 500. The process was super quick and easy and never hesitate to ask questions before buying the vehicle you want. Nick and the crew did an excellent job. I inquired about the ZX6R a few weeks ago and they found out one was coming in. I checked the 40th anniversary edition they had in store and decided zx6r was exactly the one I wanted but I wanted it in black. Nick kept in constant communication about when the bike was supposed to be delivered and the day it was delivered he called and let me know it ll be ready the next day. What is a proping thing? See invoice from their service dept. i thought an outboard motor ideally planes at 5800 RPM. 4100 RPM does not get my boat on plane. incorrect pitch prop installed by them. The end result turned out to be a bad spark plug. Don t waste your time or money on this place. Big disappointment.

The guys/sales people at GT Toyz were great; friendly, very helpful, and professional. I went in their door with a fixed plan on what motorcycle I just had to have (Yamaha Tenere700), and walked out with a different ride (Kawasaki KLR650 Traveler) that turned out to be the perfect bike for me at this point in my life (69 years old). Instead of walking away deeply disappointed, Ive come away getting the best ride of my life. They even worked out the dollars to be a lot better than I had expected so happy all the way around. I went in today prepared to be harassed by pushy salesmen and was pleasantly surprised by Matt and the rest of the gang! Everyone was incredibly helpful and super friendly. I was honest about my budget intentions and really appreciated how respectful he was of it, which is not a common enough behavior in this industry. After throwing a few outside-the-box questions at him he was very honest about his own working knowledge and leaned on more specialized staff members for assistance. Leaving, I felt very good about the purchase I am about to make, and felt satisfied with the knowledge provided to me as well as the integrity of the crew as a whole. This is not a wow look at the cool toy I bought review, but rather a compliment to excellently trained staff who create a surprisingly relaxed environment for potential customers. If I had a sixth star to give it would be theirs!

Got some new tires put on at @ GT Toyz in Clifton Park. Made an appointment 4 days ahead of time to have 2 tires replaced on my Kawasaki. 2hrs into the service appoiment ,was told fedex hasn t showed up with the front tire yet Thanks for letting me sit around for 2 hrs before telling me. Anyway, had my wife come pick me up and told them I d pick the bike up today (first day off work) Service Manager apologized and said he would discount the labor rate for my trouble.. Things happen so I understand not having parts to do the job, but it s the most common tire size and I booked 4 days ahead of time. Picked up the bike today, to a soaking wet seat, rusted sprocket and chain and my tank bag water-logged. The shop apperantly left my bike outside over a rained filled weekend!! When I went to pay, was notified there would be a $17 service charge for paying with a credit card. Ouch. The manger did however keep his word and discounted the labor charge.. He discounted it by a whopping $4.95 I guess I got off relatively lucky, I couldn t imagine having this shop doing any important or major service on my bike. Live and learn, and boy did I learn. I don t recommend bringing your bike or other vehicle for service here. They didn t treat my motorcycle very well and charged me a premium price for Less than premium service #gttoyz #gttoyzcliftonpark

Bought KLX 230 from them last June 2021. At the time sales said bring in after 600 miles for free check up and first oil change is free. Call today and they were abrupt saying thats all on the owner. Sorry,,, maybe their policy has changed, that is what I was told. Also when I bought the bike I bought a lowering kit because the bike was to high for my legs. What they did not adjust was the head light and the first time I rode the bike in the dark the beams were in the trees. They did fix that for free.

Bought a great Arctic Cat Alterra 600 ATV with 50 plow attachment and staff was both knowledgeable and easy to work with. I added the compound bow rack and storage in back myself.

Wouldnt go anywhere else for my motorcycle needs. Whether it b service or buying parts and accessories. Awesome staff.

Worst experience ever! Did it to myself by going back after the first time. Don t know to much about there sales except that they didn t get back to me when I was interested in a trade but the two times I went to have work done on my motorcycle the mechanic put the parts on wrong and re wired my tail lights with electrical tape and no caps. Definitely wouldn t recommend getting any work done on anything that they don t sell you because they don t care!

In response to the GT Toyz response from the owner, lets be clear that I understand that errors/backlogs/etc. can occur, but I was in contact with your office all through the process and nothing was done to put our minds at ease until the very last minute. Regarding emails, my initial email to your office about the registration issue was on 4/27 and your response was that the registration should be on its way to us. Then, on 5/12, I followed up yet again with an email where I indicated that I had contacted the DMV myself and was informed that they havent seen anything on the vehicle and to check with your office. Then on 5/19 I followed up again with am email expressing some level of stress and frustration about the issue. So, with all of these emails, I was still keeping an open mind that it was in the process and coming soon. And. of course I was thanking you for taking the time to look into the matter in hope that it would have been resolved sooner than later. However, as time rapidly went by approaching the expiration date, it was then that your office finally/actually did something to resolve the issue after it had expired by a day. Also, if you mean you went above and beyond by personally delivering and applying the registration to my daughters car a day after the registration had already expired, it was the least that you could have done, but thank you for doing that otherwise I would have had to taken time off from my job (losing pay) to come get it from your office. Had this issue been addressed by your office sooner or timely, it would have reduced/eliminate the frustration I would have given you a 5-star rating. I am not arguing; simply giving my review. Glad it was finally resolved though it was late. Have a good day and be safe and stay well! ________________________________________ Extremely dissatisfied with the way they handle business. Bought a vehicle and was given a temp. registration for 45 days. Didnt get the official registration after countless follow-ups with the dealership and even the DMV (via email and telephone conversations). Two days (the Friday) before the registration was expiring I contacted the dealer again just to be told by the lady (cant think of her name) who handles the registration process for GT Toyz that its ok for my daughter to drive the vehicle with an expired registration because she has 48 hours after the registration expired where she can drive and not get in trouble if being pulled over and as long as she is being safe when driving she will be fine. This statement is unacceptable and unprofessional. The entire waiting process was extremely stressful for us, especially my daughter who is a new driver and always try to do right in everything she does. Ended up getting the registration a day after the temp. registration had already expired. Still waiting on the vehicle Title.

I purchased a 23 ft. Avalon pontoon, late last year2020. I was very happy with the sales, service, and training I received as a new boat owner from GT Toys. I highly recommend GTToys as a company that will work with you regardless of your boating experience. The pontoon inventory provided a large selection with many sizes and options to meet your needs.

What a wonderful experience I had with John Merchant. I am so excited to get my new ATV and use it for ice fishing on the lake.

Visited in January to look at pontoon boats. Found the Avalon make to be a good fit for us. Spent the next two weeks customizing the 2185 CRII that we ordered in early Feb. Greg was awesome in helping with selecting options for the boat. Boat was built and delivered on time. Greg invited us up to watch it get crane lifted off of the 18 wheeler from Michigan. Once it was lowered to my Load Rite trailer they prepped it. He then asked us to come down and water test the boat. We went out and Greg taught us how to drive and trailer the boat. Kristen hooked us up with a next to nothing % financing and we took delivery. Our experience was beyond awesome. If you are in the market for a pontoon boat these folks are genuine and deliver quality customer service. Thanks to Greg and Kristen. We appreciate the champagne!!!

Would definitely buy from here again. Everyone we met went out of their way to get the deal done. Weve bought from other (large) dealerships and always had some sort of issue - whether it be a last minute price change, poor service department, etc. etc. Our experience with Greg and his staff has been nothing but great. We ordered a Pontoon boat shortly before COVID hit and manufacturing in Michigan shut down. We figured we wouldt see our boat until late summer. But Greg pushed us through and kept us informed every step of the way. We had planned on financing through our local lender, but when they couldnt get the job done in time, Gregs finance team made it happen at a better rate. All in all it was a great experience, would happily refer and recommend GT Toyz.

Amazing quality used car inventory.

Good price on what we thought was a great car, until we found out it needed about $9000 worth of repairs when we got it home. And of course like any used car dealer, he didnt want to fix any of it and offered to split the cost of repairs (which is illegal). He did offer to buy the vehicle back from us, which was nice, but this was the car we wanted. Horrible business practice and a real greasy place to buy a car. I was in the business for 10 years, even ran a dealership for the largest dealer in NY, I have never experienced anything like this, no morals or ethics what so ever.

This is now Yamaha. They sell ATV s and very little vehicles.THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL RATING: JUST AN UPDATE.
