Ordering work for a house can be nerve-wracking and full of pitfalls, but Affordable Roofing, and Andrei in particular, were confidence-inspiring. Andrei was excellent at keeping track of everything he had agreed to do, so I was able to relax and let them get the job done (which they did carefully and well).

Andrei is great at explaining what needs to be done. I had another contractor who completed a new roof a few years back and had some issues with leaks. The contractor did not get to the root of the issue, which was a leak that kept leaking. Affordable roofing assessed the problem and the job was completed correctly. Looking back, I wish I would have hired affordable roofing to replace my roof.

Andrei arrived when we had scheduled and was very thorough explaining our options to us. The estimate was very fair and accurate. We paid exactly what we were quoted would be. David was great in helping us schedule a day that worked for us. The crew arrived at 7am and were finished around 5pm. The roof looks great. The security that comes with the Owen s Corning warranty is a nice feeling. Overall, I would recommend Affordable Roofing without any hesitation.

Beyond impressed and grateful. Andrei was our salesman and he was very detailed, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He went through every fine detail, explained the process from start to finish, and gave us our quote the same meeting. From that point, we dealt with David on the finishing details of the service. Both Andrei and David were very professional, patient, kind, and helpful. They have a great demeanor and it was peaceful with all conversations. David was patient and helpful as we waiting for a home equity loan to process, we locked in a date, and unfortunately (which you will with all roofing jobs) we had to push our date a few days for weather. Once the day finally came, Andrei was the site manager and oversaw all work and runs to the store for any items that may have been needed. They were on time, which isnt as common as one wound think with contractors, and got to work at 7 AM sharp as they said. They had a very deep and detailed crew. Throughout the day, they had a ground crew constantly picking up debris and nails and items. They were helping supply the workers on the roof. The roofers above were non stop working and very patient and detailed as they replaced needed plywood. Andrei was very good at maximizing the materials so there wasnt wasted wood or materials. That was a relief. In the contract we budgeted a certain number of sheets and he was not being wasteful. We had a large roof, a gazebo, and a shed to be done. Everything looks amazing. The attention to details of the workers on the gazebo was a site to see. They took their time and made sure it looked good. At the end of the day, they made sure, to the best of of their ability, to put everything the way they found it. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service, work ethic, and attitudes of everyone we encountered. From start to finish, and we had numerous quotes, this was the best experience. Price and quality was on point for what we were trying to achieve. They worked almost non stop from 7:03 AM until 8:23 PM. They did what they needed to be good at their craft,not didnt feel rushed and it didnt feel like they were slow workers. Everyone worked hard. I contacted Affordable to repair some minor storm damage to my vinyl siding. I found them to be very responsive, thorough and professional during the entire experience. When it comes to home repair personnel working (especially climbing) on my home I want an insured company like Affordable doing the work. And true to their name, I found them to be very affordable. Affordable Roofing did a great job! David and Andrei were great to work with - good communication, easy scheduling and competitive pricing. When the roof install had to push slightly due to rain, David reached out right away. The crew worked well and left our property in great shape. Since we have a young child and a dog, I wanted to ensure all nails were picked up since its hard to get all of them on the first pass (note that the crew was very diligent about running over lawn areas multiple times with the magnet rake), I picked up my own magnet rake to use afterwards which picked up a handful of nails - not a big issue, just my recommendation if you have concerns. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had recently bought a house built in 1961 with an addition that was added later on. Once the summer heat hit, the attic overheated setting off the smoke alarms. We contacted 2 local roofing companies, Affordable Roofing 1 of them. Affordable Roofing replied quickly, and within a few days inspected the attic and roof. They discovered the ridge vent was covered completely on one end, and the addition had no ridge vent at all. It was stifling hot and humid. They offered practical solutions and shortly after replaced / installed a new ridge vent. We also opted for an electric attic fan, which they installed and our electrician will be doing the wiring shortly. The men who did the work were very nice and quickly did the work. The showed us photos of before, during and after. The workmanship was fantastic. We could feel a difference in the house right away. This business was responsive and in contact each step of the way. We never felt pressured and the costs (we felt) were reasonable. We would highly recommend this business.

i realized i had a leak in a portion of my roof. i contacted Affordable about it and another repair i needed. they came within a couple of days to give an estimate and i went with the repair part. they came back with a few days, repaired the intersections of roof parts where the leak was in a way that looked like there never was a problem. theyll be back in the spring for the other job. very easy to work with these pleasant guys.

We hired Affordable Roofing and Exteriors to replace some of our cedar siding that had rotted away. Andrei came out to take a look at it and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable.
