Was given a convenient appointment time the next day. Car was finished quickly and the service advisor was very helpful in giving me details of the work performed.

Recently had my inspection done here and new tires installed. I worked with Tyler and he was professional and educated me on the different tire options.

Took my tire here for a patch, I was told they weren t able to patch it and I would need to purchase a new tire. Took my tire to my local vehicles dealership. They patched the tire. It s either they aren t competent, or they will up-charge to make a sale. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Id give this zero stars if I were able! Scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 12 p.m. (on their site obviously!) Walked in at 11:50 a.m., was told they dont have appointments at 12 (its their lunchtime). Well, sounds like a their problem (fix your website!) Went for one new tire, told me I needed another, so got that one too, and had an oil change. Took 3 HOURS and 20 min.! Not only that, but apparently someone spilled oil on my running board and didnt even have the decency to clean it up. Since I didnt notice it before leaving, ended up rubbing my calf up against it so that was pleasant being out in public w THAT! Save yourself a whole bunch of frustrating and avoid this place altogether! Now I completely understand why the 5 other customers there inquired of each of us how long wed been waiting, what time was our appointment, etc. That was the first and last time Ill ever set foot in that place! They need to get their act together!

Terrible communication. I went in to get brakes checked and was called hours later saying they replaced my brakes and rotors. Did work without consulting me first and expected payment. Didnt give me a price quote until I came to pick it up. Not the first time they have pulled this crap either. Will not be returning.

Showed up with no appointment ..my car on a AAA flatbed. Got a flat tire driving in from out of town. Sean took excellent care of me. He ordered a new tire and I had my car back within a few hours. Thank you to Sean and crew!

My stepson was home for Labor Day weekend on leave from North Carolina at Camp Lejeune. He needed to get new inspection on his car, two new front tires, and a wheel alignment. On short notice they were able to get us in and out the door in less than two hours Firestone also honored a 10% active military discount. Thanks to Shawn and Tyler and their unbelievable customer service and helping us get this done on such short notice.

Made appointment for 5 pm for oil change and tire rotation. I turned the vehicle in at 4:30 pm. The vehicle was not brought in for service, at 6:30 pm I demanded keys due to lack of service. The employees didn t make any effort to let me know that the vehicle wouldn t be taken care of in time.

They were fast, friendly, and priced fairly for my service. They were a little off on the diagnosis, which wouldve given them a ten. But they were helpful when it was time to have my car towed to the dealer.The dealer thinks all I need is a PCV valve, which is work they couldve done. But I also respect them referring me out since they were not sure. A nice experience - I wish I could hive 4.5 stars!

Went for two front tires, an alignment and inspection. I was told when I dropped it off by 8am it would be done by 10-11am. Received a call in the afternoon saying the alignment could not be completed and my car needed $3,000 in repairs to the steering. Tires had not been replaced yet. Let them know the repairs they specified i would do on my own for about a third the cost and to just replace the tires. I received a call just before they closed for the day. Tech said they were over booked for the day but would stay late to do my tires. What happened to 10-11am. Declined that offer and said as long as it was done by noon the next day it was fine. Eventually took my car to my regular mechanic. Explained to him the inspection failure. Put my car up on the lift. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my steering. Found the front struts needed replacing. So we did. The rack & pinion and tie rods Firestone said needed to be replaced did NOT. I have used Firestone for over a decade. I drive 50k+ miles a year for work. Average about 1.5 sets of tires a year over my 2 vehicles. Never have been treated this way. I will have to find a new tire shop. You cannot do business with an entity you do not trust.

Went for two front tires to be installed it took 3 1/2 hours, then about a few days later my tire almost completely comes off because the guy did not tighten the lug nuts on my right tire, almost got into an accident on the highway, I was almost thinking about taking them to court but Im just going to leave them alone like everyone else should

The service is always top notch and on point. The wait was not long considering the work I needed done. The pricing is comparable to other shops. The plus side is the coupons that are offered online. The staff is always friendly and inviting.

I was driving down from VT to NYC for a flight when my tire pressure light came on and I just got new tires so I wanted it my bolts tightened. I called because I was arriving at 6:59 and they said they could help me! Not only did they help me but they noticed the nail in my tire! We have been going to Firestone for years and have always had a good experience. Tabatha took care of us right away and since it was backed up, did the work herself. She told us how long it would take and she was done five minutes sooner! Thank you so much.

I needed at tire replaced due to puncturing it on the side of the road. It was about 30min before closing and they agreed to change the tire. Then when I expressed a concern over an engine light after work done somewhere else on my transmission, the person at the front (Tabitha) answered my question. Ive been to this location multiple times.and they are always very helpful.

Asked my wife to go to a reputable mechanic in the area as I work for valley paving, and there are honest mechanics that we do business with. She thought firestone was a reputable name and wouldnt rip her off. Well, she was wrong. They replaced everything they could find and charged her 800 + tax to replace 2 inner tie rods when they aslo had her sway bar links off to replace and the outer tie rods were 120 in labor, long story short they convinced her to pay 3500$ for and 2000 dollar job. We will be disputing this with the NYS repair shop enforcement, and they better have the used parts because it was just looked at by a mechanic that gave her a 2000 price that they did for over 3300. Never send anybody there who doesnt know what they are looking at because they are working off commission on labor hours. Place is a rip-off. They throw as many parts at a car as they can get away with.

THIS FIRESTONE PUT MY LIFE AT RISK.. If you care about the safety of yourself and your loved ones, NEVER take your car to this Firestone. See below. Took my car here because I couldn t get an appointment anywhere else in the timeframe I needed. My inspection was passed due and couldn t wait any long, I let them know my brakes had been squeaking here and there and to please pay special attention to them while doing the inspection. Well, they end up not passing my car because they said there was a crack in my subframe. They said there was nothing they could do, take the car to a dealership and they also verified that my brakes were okay at this time. I drove around here and there for essentials as I waited to figure out what my next move would be. Sure enough my car starts making an ungodly noise, clearly related to brakes. I took my car to a Mazda dealership where they verified the subframe was not only completely okay, but had just been replaced a few years ago when I took my car in for some other recalls. And turns out, as I expected, I needed a completely new set of brakes. I am extremely disappointed and downright appalled that they missed something as important as brakes.

Per manufactures recommendation. The spare tire needs to be secured in the trunk. Although my trunk is empty. They didnt bother to secure the spare. Just tossed it in there. Every pothole n ripple in the road ... bumpy bumpy noise comes fron my trunk. Now ... ill have to do it. Called to ask if they missed it n its something that should have been done. I got several different answers n three waffles n lots of i wasnt the one. In the middle of the excuses i was offered to come back or make appt. The CORRECT ANSWER IS YES THAT IS SOMETHING THAT WE DO AND IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. PLEASE COME BACK SO WE CAN SECURE THAT FOR YOU. Nothing else. Cmom guys. Do the minimum at least.

Wanted to get an oil change n get a noise checked out. It was my first time going there for my car. Had a very good experience there, the staff took take care of me and my car. Highly recommended

They are very expensive. The manager and technicians do not know what they are doing. I took my car for an inspection. It cost me well over $1,000 and it still had the same problem it went in there with. They wanted me to come in again so they could charge me more and still not fix it. They rely on a machine to tell them what is wrong. They do not know how to look at or listen to a car to tell them what is wrong. Never again! Stay away from Firestone Tire.

Needed a lifetime alignment done. As much would have it on the way to the appointment my cv boot opened up dumping grease on everything. I spoke to Mike and he quoted me a price that I was comfortable with. Called at the end of the day and was told it was done and the price was less as it took them less time than they thought... Great service and up front about everything. I would def go back.

I showed up right on time for my appointment, and it was 75 minutes before they even started. 90 minutes total for a simple tire patch.

Let me start by saying I have been going to this location for roughly a little over a year, both myself and my fiance have gotten our vehicles maintained here. One year ago I had come in due to warping in my tires.The manager explained to me that I would need new tires, which I purchased from the store. Fast-forward one year later, the same vibration as a year prior was happening. I was told that I needed new shocks and struts by the same manager. He informed me that after 80k miles they needed to be replaced. Well dont you know when I came in last year I was at roughly 80k miles. I had dropped my car off to have the service done which I was told would be ready by Saturday. I then received a phone call from a worker telling me that they had broke my shock mount trying to uninstall the front shock, (By the way if something is going to damage parts they are supposed to let you know beforehand not after they break it and expect you to pay) And that the place where they were getting parts from was not open until Monday, causing me to not have my vehicle for work on Monday.When speaking to the person on the phone he told me the parts would run 200$. Monday come around and my vehicle was ready. I was told the price was 400$ extra, When I complained that they had broke it and called afterwards they knocked off 200$. I then proceeded to explain that the reason for my 1 year old tires were warped was because they hadnt informed my about my shocks at the proper time. (they have a list of manufacturers suggested maintenance, but I guess not at that moment.) I was then informed that the manager would give me a good deal on a new set of tires if I came and spoke with him. I did not return to talk because I had already been charged well over my estimate price, and now they wanted me to pay for new tires which they are the cause of...no thanks. I would not recommend anyone use this shop, nor will I ever take my business here again. Steer clear of this place.

I had to get a new battery for my car. Called, and they said to come over, went right over, and in 45 minutes, I had a new battery. Great service and friendly.

My experience at Firestone Tire this morning was superb. The staff were courteous, professional, thorough, and fast. I had a flat tire and they replaced it in less than one hour. **I came in at 7am, first thing in the morning when they opened and would recommend this if you need fast service. Please note: there is new management at this Firestone Tire and they are doing an excellent job. Do not hesitate to bring your car here.

Something that I also appreciate is that I didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Since there is a stigma with auto garages and women being taken advantage of for parts/services that are not needed. I did not feel this way at all with Firestone and Sean. Firestone is not perfect, and cars are complicated, but I have been using the crew here in Clifton Park for about 20 years, and they always treat me well and fairly and do good work.

This shop is always friendly and transparent with all recommendations and repairs. More than anything, the management here (Sean is always excellent) understands the importance of rectifying unfortunate situations.

I had all new tires put on. After I left the dealership, all lights started coming on my dashboard. I had no problems prior to bringing my car there; I just needed new tires! I brought my car for an oil change a week before somewhere else and they inspected my car before doing it. They had no concerns except that I needed new tires. So I went to Firestone, who said I need new brakes (the place where the oil change was done and inspected never said one word about brakes) and since I left Firestone, my car has been driving like crap with all kinds of lights going off. I brought it back to Firestone today and now they say all the magnetic sensors are bad and I need to spend an additional $1700 to have them fixed. I told them I had no problems before taking my car to them for tires. They said they didnt have their master mechanic put my tires on that day and she didnt notice it. Needless to say, I am bringing my car somewhere else because they are totally incompetent and are trying to drain my finances. I would avoid this place!

Very honest people! I brought my car there for an alignment, oil change and tire rotation. I recently had new struts put on the car at a shop on Long Island while visiting my son and they didnt have time to finish the alignment. They told me to get an alignment done and save the before and after reports for the warranty. When I went to pick up the car from Firestone, they told me the car didnt need an alignment and gave me the report showing all green, meaning it passed the test. This ended up saving me over $100 and they didnt even try to push any filters, windshield wipers, etc. on me!! This was a great experience and the people I spoke with (Tyler and Aaliyah) are very helpful and honest people! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Last time I visited for a broken windshield wiper motor I was given a heads up by the lead technician my rear brakes looked like they will need to be replaced soon. I came in for my oil change and sure enough it was time to have them replaced. Tabitha really helped me out on a price for that motor last time and my rear brakes this time. The manager Sean did a great job of getting me in on short notice too. Will always recommend.

I made my appt same day on the website. They had my vehicle done within the hour. Sent me emails with photos/status updates as well as followed up with phone calls. The customer service is very kind and prompt The waiting service area is clean and welcoming although I hadn t waited there, I wouldn t mind doing so in the future. They thoroughly gave my vehicle a courtesy inspection of maintenance due in the near future. I was given the option to have the maintenance done but it wasn t oversold to me, which I appreciate.

After very poor service at another auto place, went to Firestone instead to have fleet car serviced. The front desk worker (Tabby?) was very kind/helpful, not only with me but also to the other customers while I was in there waiting. Service was timely and efficient.

Had front struts and sway bar links replaced. Said everything was great. Received Jeep back with excessive front end noise. Had to return to have both problems addressed at a later day. Told me there was 1 defective sway bar link and 1 un-tightened bolt on other sway bar link. Repaired both again at no charge. Not sure how they can let people leave initially with those problems not checked. Safety issues.

The team was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with.

We were in town overnight and had a screw puncture our tire unknown to us. When we went out in the morning the tire was flat. Not able to use our spare as they are unsafe for highway travel we called and spoke to Jim. He was very nice and understanding of our problem. He said he would fit us in and get us back on the road. We had the vehicle towed there and just within a couple hours they had a new matching tire installed and we were ready to go back home. Unfortunately it couldn t be plugged so to its location so close to the sidewall. A lot of people do not understand that all tires just can be plugged. It can be dangerous and the repair sometimes won t hold. A huge thank you to Jim and his team saving the day for my family.

Okay so I just want everybody to know and understand that I dont just give a one-star review actually I dont really give any reviews ever this definitely calls for a zero star review I just cant give it 0 Stars I went to this place about 5 days ago I had my front wheel bearing replaced now lets just get this out of the way wheel bearing is fine but my car went to the shop there were things that werent wrong with it that are now I hit a bump which steering wheel shakes to the left or right which tells me sway bar link now I have a hole in my exhaust pipe it did not have these things before it went back 150% I have a 2011 Honda Accord EXL that is in pretty damn near perfect condition for the year never go back to this place and I personally think things were sabotaged on purpose but thats just me you can believe what you want if you want to take the chance of your car coming out worse than it was when it went in...

The manager Shaun has been incredibly helpful every time Ive had an issue with my vehicle. There is no nonsense with him and he provides pictures with every issue to show repairs are actually needed and not some upsell like Ive dealt with many other shops. He did everything he could to save me as much money as possible and is honest through and through. Rare and admirable in autoshops these day! If you need work done head there and ask for him directly. I just had an issue with my brakes after an install there and he made sure the job was fixed and done correctly with no extra charges. I took my wifes car here. They took care of issues but made a mistake in another area. They realized and took ownership and did what they needed to do to make it right!! Everyone is human and owning the mistake takes integrity.

The staff at Firestone were wonderful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the glass door into the garage kept my preschooler quiet and well behaved the entire time!

Back in January Firestone did a Tune up on my VW, and a month later the car broke down. It was discovered that while doing the tune-up Firestone Stripped and cross-threaded my sparkplugs. I went through arbitration with them, eventually leading to a lawsuit that was ruled in my favor .9 months later Firestone still refuses to pay the judgment against them. I have reached out to Firestone corporate multiple times, sent letters, and had the sheriffs office serve supenas to no avail. I am a disabled single mother that has spent the past 9 months without a car and had to leave my employment due to not having transportation. Do not go to any fire stone.

Very fast service. Nice techs, they are very straightforward and tell you exactly what you need. No over selling or pushing you to get non essential labor / parts. Clean show room with a tv and chargers for any type of modern cellphone. I ll be returning next time I need some work done on my vehicles.

Tried to scam me big time for parts that weren t bad and labor

Work was great but dont ever get there credit card. Mother paid $100 and only had her bill drop 7 dollars on a $484 bill. Looking over the bill the card company charged her over $90 in interest. Its a shame that the credit card had now cost the company a family with now 8 cars future buisnes.

Went in for an inspection, found out something was broken.. Still had me out in a couple of hours. Very nice people!

The gentleman named Jim is extremely rude and disrespectful. They made me wait all day total of 7 hours only to tell me sorry we cant plug the tire . There was a nail in it . After making me wait he called me and goes we need a new tire for 149.99 Mind you I had two places the day before that said they could do it I just chose to do it the following day closer to my house . Anyways qt about 530p he calls me and I decline the new tire and just ask as a courtesy to please put air in it and I would figure it out. He says thats fine. I drive the car out and away, not only did he barely put any air in but he also took the nail out lol which as we all know you should not . Regardless what he didnt know is that I have a camera at the dash , back and sides hahaha. Saw them take it out after. Anyways I get stranded on the road right after. I call and respectfully confront him about it not mentioning the cameras showing him take it out lol, he argues with me saying he did not. So anyways I fix it myself with the Walmart plug a tire. Then I went to Mavis tire and get it all done for 90.00 q tire end up getting brand new tires all around. They lost almost 500.00 of revenue based on their dishonesty and disrespectful behavior. If anyone has a parent, child or anyone they care for , do not go here . They dont understand that there stupidity and lies can cause such damage in the long run. Makes me think of the mechanics that were involved with the limo crash not too long ago. Such bad people doing bad business. Unfortunate. I have a company contract with them which Ill be discussing further with my HR . Its a national account too. All our fleet cars get done there . They wont be happy.

They treated me with respect. And they checked on how I was doing, asking if I needed anything. They in my opinion went out of their way to make sure that I got any and all the discounts available to me. I would highly recommend them.

When I tell you the most customer orientated, customer attentive, willing to help manager of any industry I have ever had the pleasure to do business with Sean the manager is impressive and very detail orientated and willing to teach you things about your vehicle which is something that after servicing two vehicles with fire stone I had never experienced. He s not out to take advantage of you he values your business and I would recommend Sean and the fire stone Clifton Park family to anyone and everyone. Somebody please promote this one to corporate or give him a raise for sheer integrity. Yes I m hyping it up because the service is just that excellent.

Terrible service. They are just after your money. On a newer vehicle I needed an inspection and they told me it would fail because the tires had no tread left, and I would also new breaks, esp for breaks they told me they were in pretty bad shape and technically I didnt have breaks at that moment, also charged me for failed inspection. I took my car to the dealer the next day and it passed. Breaks were fine, tires were fine too. I can totally see lots of tread left on it. Seriously Firestone!!

It was Friday, on a holiday weekend and we went in for 6 tires. There were 5 people in the shop, hanging out. The poor guy doing our truck did all of the tires by himself while the others hung out, then left. It was about 2 hours, sitting in the waiting room and couldnt even use the rest room because it was so disgusting.

This has been the worst experience ever!!! I was strong armed into paying almost 1000 dollars for tiers. Went for an inspection and was told if I don t get these tires because that s all they have in stock They will fail me and remove my inspection sticker although I was going to another store with cheaper Tires less than 1 mile away. I have never been treated like this. I have been driving for years. Know the one and outs before trusting them with your vehicle!!! I would give a zero if I could!!!

Been coming here with my cars for the past 3 years or so. Really nice guys. However, recent experiences have forced me to never come back. Take a seat, this ones a doozey. I brought my car in for an inspection about a year back, they said front brakes needed to be done. Great! thanks for catching it, do the work. Fast forward 8 months, experiencing some rubbing in the rear wheels so I bring the wagon back into them to look at it and fix the rear brakes. They dont find anything wrong with the rear brakes (which mind you are rubbing VERY LOUDLY), but dontcha know the front brakes needed to be redone... again. I tell them that they just did the job they are telling me I need to get done, less than a year ago. Well, they warrantee out the brake pads at least ($30) but the rest of the $1,000 bill they cant do anything about. I let them do the work, after lots of inner turmoil. I then have to bring the car into a different repair shop to deal with the rubbing sound in the back brakes that they didnt fix, and had them check the SECOND front brake job... which was done incorrectly (again) and was corrected by that shop. So I am now about $1,800 into correcting the botched brake job they did a year ago. Thanks but no thanks, stay away from my car. Well be fine without you :)

I have been a customer here for over 20 years. Recently purchased 4 tires and an alignment. I paid and asked for the alignment printout that shows the before and after adjustment values. Long story short is the vehicle was never aligned. Had I not asked for the printout, I would be another unsuspecting customer driving around on 4 new tires and a vehicle out of alignment. After several subsequent visits to address the paid for but never completed work, I was refunded for the alignment and had the work completed elsewhere. I am exceedingly disappointed with the level of dishonesty, unprofessional behavior by the store manager and the unethical business practices. I attempted to keep my unhappiness private and just discuss with the corporate area manger but after 2 requests for a conversation and their failure to reach out, it appears that they could care less. Unfortunately, I will never trust them again to perform any work. In uncertain economic times like we find ourselves, you would expect businesses to go above and beyond to maintain relationships with customers. It appears not in some cases. Update - They clearly do not value customer service as Bryan would lead you to believe. No one from Firestone/Bridgestone has ever reached out and I spent considerable time trying to let the owners know the kind of underhanded business practices that are going on here. I did notify the NYS Attorney General, not because I want anything from Firestone but because I feel like someone should be alerted to the fraud that is happening. The Bridgestone Corporate Office was forced to respond. They completely twisted the truth and essentially said I had been informed that my vehicle could not be aligned and was refunded. Total fabrication. I was refunded only after I called them out on lying about aligning the vehicle in the first place. Ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years and this is the thanks I get.

After buying 16 new tires this year Firestone was our go to for any vehicle maintenance or repairs that we needed for our business. we Brought our new work truck there to get new tires not only did they not fit but the employees scratched our wheels currently have a claim in with their insurance department got the truck back center cap fell off while driving and no valve stem caps were on our truck. Josh the manager admitted to scratching the wheels and gave us a claim phone number to call to have them fixed/replaced. Talk to vehicle to 2 other locations and they also verified the damage and gave me written estimates on how much it would cost to replace the wheels and center cap. Sent all them to Josh. To date still have not received compensation for our scratched wheels on a $70000 truck weve called up numerous times and Josh refuses to take our call or tells us theres nothing he can do be ware of taking your vehicle up there because they do not care when they damage it. We are currently having a lawyer look into this matter and the Better Business Bureau as Well as the Attorney General of New York State because we are not the only ones they have done damage to and not compensated. We do understand that accidents happen but they need to be corrected and Firestone will not correct your issues if you have one regardless of how good a customer you have been to them very disappointed And please notice other people reading these reviews that the owner does not respond to most of these reviews so they honestly do not care about having good customer service

Waste of time

Took minivan in for oil change, inspection, and change out snow tires for regular tires. They did everything except for the oil change. So I ended up at Hoffmans anyway. Second time this has happened. Not going back anymore.

I was a bit suspicious last year when I asked for fluids to be checked prior to a trip and two days in realized there was no transmission fluid. The leak was too slow for it to have happened so quickly, but figured just one bad visit. Then today was told the car wouldnt pass inspection, but would have to pay for an oil change they did before the inspection. A bit suspicious. Plus, the wipers didnt pass, even though I replaced one a month ago and both worked fine when I tried them on way home. Makes me suspicious about the supposed 1000 dollar plus repair on power steering system supposedly required, though no issues with steering and no evidence of leak on driveway. Definitely not returning. As a follow-up, did not need the expensive repair or wiper blades when I brought it elsewhere.

First ket me preface that i am a long time customer, i travel for work and like the peace of mind that if something happens it can get taken care of. 2nd not all firestone are equal... i happen to live near one that is at the bottom of the list. I made appointment on firestone site for oil change , mount summer tires and free alignment cking got confirmation . For today at 8am. Dropping car night prior at 6pm. Next day at 9:30 no one had called so i call to be told they would get on it right away... at 10:30 i show up at the store to see my car in a bay but no one working on it. I then see one of the service writer go to my car and start getting the lift set up. That is when i go over and tell them not to do anything and get my car out. Asked why not even started no anwer given other than i am just trying to help tech not realy my job... he get car out gets out tells me, here you go , i start to say to him this is not right, he then rushes back inside, never saying a sorry or an apology. I normaly do not write a review unless exceptional or a slap in the face issue. This cliton park firestone has the later issue. Cannot trust what they say ,it is just lip service. Not looking to be of service...

Had service done a bit ago, something went wrong with my vehicle after and I wanted Firestone to look and see if it was anything they may have done during service. I got a ton of attitude in response, then told that it couldnt have been them because the ac performance check they performed is basically looking to see if my compressor is hooked up to the belt. Then he told me, My guys get a flat rate, do you really think theyre going to do something for .1 hrs on an AC check? Not going back.

These people saved us at a really important time. After 5PM on a Friday heading to the Adirondacks, one of our wheel cylinders locked up. We pulled off the Northway and started calling all the garages in the area. They were all too busy to even look at our van. When we called Firestone, Cory answered the phone and didn t hesitate to say, come right over, we ll take a look . When we got there, they took us right in and after politely checking with other customers in the waiting room, allowed us to bring our dog in the waiting room (it was a very hot day). Cory Shadick made us feel at home and after a quick diagnosis, had the part put in and had us back on the road. He could have but did not choose to attempt to sell me extra parts. We were very impressed. In addition, as we sat there, we saw several interactions with other customers with many happy returning customers. Cory found ways to apply coupons to their services to lower their bills, just another example of great customer service. We wished we lived closer so we could be regulars there but we were just passing through a long way from home. What a great place!

Great place for a quick car inspection, tire repair or oil change. Ive been going there for years. Recently they insist on reviewing your car, and present you with options for other services. I go to my regular dealer for regular maintenance and even when I say..just the oil change (dont inspect the car) they present me with other options. Ive always liked their service and will continue to go, but I dont like them presenting me with other possible repairs. Why waste time on services I dont want and will not pay for?

Firestone is the only place I will trust my car with. Awesome people working there who will walk you through every step of the repair.

Made an appt 2 days ahead of time including telling them i would be waiting. When i walk in im told its at least a 3 hour wait, so much for making an appointment. Then after getting told they will get it done quicker i get told that they dont even have my tires and need to reschedule. Guess who just lost my business.

Customer service was very courteous and took care of the problem with in a reasonal time frame.

I was very pleased with the customer service by Corey and the work done on my vehicle as well ..I will definitely be back and recommend to all as well

One of my tires kept losing pressure so I brought it in this morning. Firestone was one of the only places open, and I m glad they were. I believe the guy s name was Cody who helped me out. He was friendly and professional. They fixed with my tire with a pemamnent patch, and had me on my way in only an hour. Not bad for showing up on a Sunday morning with no appointment! I would definitely recommend them.

I evaluated several brands of Tire and decided on the Firestone Transforce AT2 for my truck. I could have purchased them elsewhere but this shop had the same price as a discounter and I figured they may have more senior techs. The appt. process was easy and I dropped off and picked up my truck at the prescribed times without a hitch. The service advisor did recommend some add-ons which I am usually leery of but I went for it and it wasnt all that much more so hopefully I get the benefit of failure avoidance and longevity. (Coolant flush, Brake flush, road haz. warranty) They were willing to disocunt all these services and I am satisfied. They also noticed the inspection was due (I didnt notice) and took care of it. The tech changed my air filter at no charge, they said they had one and I needed one. This was unexpected but a nice bonus. The truck drove better on the ride home than it had in long time thanks to the new tires and alignment check. I had no issues with this shop.

Drove my bf here to pick up his truck and he nearly crashed on the way home bc in their own words they used the wrong part. Either way something broke approximately 10 minutes after leaving there and his truck swerved left through traffic and went off the road. So no I wouldnt recommend these fine folks.

$500 to do spark plugs and wires. Took car in bc on check engine light. Left with check engine light FLASHING. So ya paid the 500 and in a worst position then when I went there.

Went to their car wash and paid $16 for the basic wash....the most ever. It didnt include undercarriage either. A fee minutes later I looked it over and found many dirty water spots it dried on. I get a better job at my local touchless wash for $9. Go elsewhere.
