Called in the morning for a quote for 4 tires,(purchase ,install,mount, balanced and alignment) and an appointment. Joe said come right in when I can and they would take care of my car. They took the car in pretty quickly, and service was really pleasant and no miserable attitudes like I experienced other facilities, like the employee didn't want to be there doing the job they get paid to do and I was putting them out. But in the Clifton Park facility everyone was really nice and polite and helpful. The only thing that was some misunderstanding was the alignment was not done and would cost me another $109. I will have to go back another time. All other aspects of purchasing tires there were all good.
I had a great experience. They were very nice. The inspection and oil change was done quickly. I would highly recommend.

The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and my opinion they did not try to oversell me on work that needs to be done. Kyle asked if I was having issues with the engine RPMs when coming to a stop, by looking at the air filter he was able to explain what my vehicle was doing without my telling him. He was spot on. I’ll be back for a tuneup in the near future.

I purchased a set of new tires from here a few months ago and Im glad i saved my receipt because I failed my state inspection due to them stripping a few of the lug nuts. Im not a car person but I heard this was most likely due to rushing the work. When I went to have it repaired, they did take care of it free of charge, but were fairly rude/defensive about the situation which is understandable but if Im paying $800 for new tires it should be done with care. They also tried to blame another autoshop just because they were the ones who found it. Id rather just hear Our bad, and find a solution.
