This was my 1st time at The Tire Warehouse. Very pleased with service. Both service reps were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and informative about the service I needed. Definitely will return there for future service.

Horrible ! I have been going to the tire warehouse for years , I have 3 vehicles that have been through this shop and in all the years of going there I have never been treated like I did on Saturday the 10th of August. I had a huge screw in my tire I need to be addressed and have my tires rotated that I purchased there. The wild man behind the counter was incredibly rude mad, and didn t want to be there he wouldn t help me what s so ever. I have never been so mad or frustrated after this experience. Not happy at all with this experience.

I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i ve had so far. Thanks Tire Warehouse you guys are great <3

I took my vechile in for a oil change and tire rotation. I received a call from Joe that my vechile was damaged but driveable and that I could take my vechile to my preferred shop or use the owners friends shop and they would cover all the repairs. We decided to take it to Chevy and asked to have a claim number so that we were guaranteed the repairs. Their insurance company is not responsive and is giving us a hard time about chevys price. I called Joe back today and his response was thats what you get for going through our insurance and hung up on me. I have been going to this shop for over 8 years and am absolutely blown away that a $100 oil change has lead to almost $6,000 in damages to my vechile and this is how Im treated for their incompetence.

Joe was amazing. They didn t have the tire i needed in store but he was quick to get it delivered from the warehouse In and out in less than an hour with a brand new tire. I ve done business here in the past and they will ALWAYS be my first call.

***Edit/UPDATE: Still 5 stars from me! Can t recommend this place more. I went back because my brakes were warping (shaking/percussion when braking) but they re relatively new. Joe at the desk researched the work I ve had done and informed me there s a warranty on the rotors and pads so they ll replace them for just the labor. Seems fair! They could ve stopped there but they wanted to get to the bottom of what was causing the problem. Turned out it was a seized caliper but they had a really hard time finding the part for my 24 year old Honda. They discounted the work for my inconvenience, did a great job and had me back on the road in about 24hrs. The explanation, the detective work, the research to find the right part and the thoroughness from everyone involved 10/10 for me! I ll always bring my cars here! Original review: I drive an older car and I know enough to be able to maintain it well but since I m a woman, most shops treat me like I m inept. NOT THE CASE at tire warehouse! The customer service here is exemplary! I actually called in a panic the first time because I needed a job done ASAP so I could pass NYS inspection and they got me in same day! Another time a mouse decided to crawl into the cab motor blower to do some serious damage and they got me in the next day! Prices are fair in todays market as well and I honestly can t say enough about the team, the service and care at tire warehouse! They do so much more than just tires there. Thanks guys!

I like this place and would ve given them 5 stars until I met this rude employee. I went there for an oil change at 7:30am last Friday, I told the employee that I am sorry I don t have an appointment but I am a regular customer, he looked at me and said in a rude way, we are booked for the day. I told him I can come back later, he said no. So, I went to Adirondack tire and service and had it done over there. I am giving them 5 stars.

I came here yesterday to get a quote for tires. John took my information then stated I would need to come back as they only had 3 at this location and needed to get the 4th tire from Queensbury. I followed up this morning and was told come in at noon and it would be there. Once I arrived I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Everyone I spoke with yesterday and today was courteous and respectful. Update: Repeat customer here. I stopped in this week and spoke to JP. He was very helpful, not pushy and answered all my questions. I brought home all the information to review and came back the next day to make an appointment. I got an alignment and new tires installed yesterday. I can not believe the difference it made! I feel like I am driving a new Escape. Just like the last time I was here everyone at The Tire Warehouse was great to do business with.

I had awful experiences here in the past but decided to give another try when I was left with no other option. What I thought was my heat shield or muffler falling off was actually a stone (smaller than a dime) stuck in my rotor. I was in and out in 10 minutes, no charge and everything was explained GREAT!!!

Going here for decades, always great. Until today!! Saturday with appt to drop off to get tires. man named Joe running show was HORRIBLE. Yelled at me and husband, hung up on us both repeatedly and refused to do job. Had to drive on 3 very worn tires.Thankfully Mavis wanted our business. Noone like this man should be working with public! Sadly, think the issue was he tried to upsell us close to $1000.00 extra work that we didnt accept as things husband can do . Joe did not like that answer. Never again

Got me a tire cheap, didnt have time to mount it took it elsewhere to be mounted. Also picked up tpms sensors they were able to program them to my car.

I had no idea when I was looking for tires for my vehicle that Tire Warehouse offered so many other services . I was able to get tires, oil change and a NYS Inspection in one shot . Customer service was great and I am telling everyone that if they need any of the services Tire Warehouse offers they need to go there !

Down to earth staff they don t try to sell you tires you don t need. Hands down excellent service, affordable prices. They sold me a tire for 119.95 installed; as compared to others that would charge 140.00 plus installation (highway robbery) for the same exact tire. They have a new customer for life. Awesome job you all.

Excellent staff. I came in for tires. But they pointed out some long overdue maintenance needed to make my vehicle safer to drive. They even sent me photos of the car to confirm their findings. I wont get my tires from anywhere else!

I liked this place until they tried to quote me $870 for 4 tires because I have a rare sized tire . I did some research and I was able to get my tires and the installation with a road hazard warranty on each tire for less than $500 at Walmart.

This was my first visit, i needed a new wheel and tire mounted to replace spare, i left it for short time and it was done, i called some other tire shops and asked if they could mount it and didnt seem to wanna be bothered, these guys got the job done! Old school initiative has got style.

If I could rate this store below zero I would. I went into the store to get tires for my Suburban. I met with a guy named Joe who is the manager. He provided me with a quote for 4 tires and stated for me to call a day or two in advance so the tires could be there for install. I called and Joe is on vacation and nobody can say when he will be back. They wont honor the printed quote they gave me because they say there not in stock as they never were in stock because of the cost and size and brand of the tires. I spoke to a non customer friendly person in the store named David who was just saying anything to get me off the phone and stating he wasnt going to get fired to sell 4 tires. I have been in a customer service/sales field for 30 years and I have never encountered such an event as this one. They wont tell me who the owner of the store is. Joe the manager wont call me back. I would steer super far away, pay double to another retailer just to not have to do business there. Thanks for all the help, keep fleecing customers, great way to maintain a great business and happy customers.

Dont go here. Employees will take your personal information from their system and use it to creepily gather information on you. The owner will deny that there was any wrong doing and just a misunderstanding. You tell me, is it creepy to get the name of a customer from your companys data base then start looking them up on been verified? Yeah thats creepy and not okay, no woman should ever do business here.

Had a great warranty experience here. Joe and Don did a great job helping me out with a damaged tire. I highly recommend getting the road hazard warranty on new tires for your car.

I guess you have to be careful when getting tires, long short, they fix the problem no questions asked. Not really sure if Ill ever go back, I will have to think long and hard about it.

Usually I plan ahead when is it time for me to get an inspection. This time I actually forgot so I had to Scurry around to try to find a location. I was in and out fairly quickly but then again I was one of the first people that was there at 7:30 this morning. If you choose to come here either make an appointment or try to get there first thing in the morning. It is 8:45 in the morning and when I walked out the door there was a three-hour wait for inspections

Been going to tire warehouse for a while, around 20 years. For the most part Ive only had very good experience. For getting tires they are my go to place. I like the fact that I can get free tire rotations which I use. Ive had only one bad experience. They are up front about all the costs and get the work done fairly quickly.

I had never used the tire warehouse before, but I needed new tires and they were having a good sale, so, I scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change. I dropped my vehicle off before they opened and went to work. All day I never heard from the garage so when I got out of work (because the garage was going to be closing for the day in an hour and I needed my vehicle back) I called them. The guy said he didnt have [my make/model] vehicle on his lot and asked me if I called the right place...Then I got put on hold for 10 minutes and when the guy picked up again he said he found my vehicle in the side lot and it was done. Shortly after this appointment I discovered that I was leaking oil (my vehicle is brand new and should NOT be leaking oil) so, I took my vehicle to a different garage to have this checked and it turns out that the Tire warehouse never put the gasket back on my drain plug for the oil pan. Completely stressful experience. I will NEVER go back to the Tire Warehouse again!

Had a blow out the other day on the highway. I called multiple places asking for prices and availability and every last one was Overly Rude and passive. It was so nice to hear the plesent voices that answered the phone at Tire warehouse. I got there and they had me fixed and on the way in a matter of minutes at an unbelievable price. I need to now replace the other 3 tires on my car and I definitely know where Ill be going!! Highly recommend these guys weather in a jam Or not!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I brought my car here to get looked at for a squealing sound... he calls me and tells me I need new calibers rotors break pads and it s gonna be nearly 1,200$. He told me if I drive my car my tire could set on fire. I had my car towed to another shop for a second opinion he said everything was in perfect condition the noise I heard was coming from my window/door which only cost me 400$. Soooooo I m pretty sure tire warehouse doesn t have a clue on what they re doing or they try to sell you anything. I literally would have paid 1200 for nothing and still had a sound coming from my door.

I went here based on there comments to reviews; seemed like they care about hospitality. Im glad I went, and will definitely return. They replaced my tired with the same model, which they had on stock. The wait was reasonable, the staff friendly, and the price fair. I hate finding a new place to take my car, but Im glad I did. Update: took my car in for my state inspection, twice. The first time they gave me great advice on where to get the transmission checked first. Then the second time for the inspection, they were so fast! They were friendly, as always, and even put the new registration tag in the window too. I love this place.

I found the tire warehouse online on a Friday afternoon, submitted an online request for a quote and then called the location for faster service. My first over the phone quote was 358 but I was told I would be conversed the next day for confirmation and a time to come in. Afterwards I get an email with a different quote of 258 and all the correct corresponding information for my tire request. Saturday morning as promised I receive a call saying the tire was in and I could come in, I again asked what was the price and was told 258. I arrive give them my keys and my car is taken back pretty quickly. 30 minutes or so later I look up to see my car being parked out front. There was another 15 minutes of me sitting waiting for the office staff to finish joking around in the back before my vehicle being done was acknowledged. As I m getting ready to pay I am told my price of my tire after taxes is 390 I pull up my email and show the guy my online quote. I advise him that this is the quote I received after speaking to someone Friday and consistent to what I was told over the phone again earlier that morning. He goes into the back and then I guess the manager accompanies him and advises me that my phone call Friday was recorded and he can send it to me where he quoted 358. Here s my issue with this place...they misquoted me twice and took no ownership of the situation they caused. Then aggressively handled the issue as if it were my fault or as if I was trying to get over on them somehow. You would think businesses would realize that we are still in a pandemic and providing good customer service is their lifeline. I also want to be clear that had I been offered a discount of any sort since it was a miscommunication on their behalf I would have accepted it and brought them my other two vehicles for service in the near future. 100 bucks cost them the potential to make hundreds more and earn a long term customer. I would rather give the dealership my money than this company.

Fair customer service. First come, first served. Very reasonable pricing. I would definitely go back for their service work. A family member also got a good deal on tires.

Friendly staff, fair prices, decent wait time. Specifically asked them to remove my spare tire (mounted on the front passenger) and mount the new tire to the rim sitting in the trunk. This request was ignored and they mounted the new tire on my spare. Just very annoying as I now have to get the new tire taken off my spare and remounted to the rim it was supposed to be mounted on.

I knew I had a problem with my left rear tire and the place agreed to see me when I called them at 8am.They fixed it quickly and were professional and courteous. I gave 4 stars because my tire pressure icon is still showing on my dash and will have to return back to see them since this was done 3-4 weeks ago.. On 3/8/21 I returned to Tire Warehouse in light of no change in tire pressure light and explained the issue. I also requested they re-check all tires and they agreed. I was there less than half an hour, everything was checked and corrected. All was done at no charge so my rating is now FIVE STARS. This place doesnt disappoint...thank you TW!

I went to have a oil change and was told to come right there and waited fourth five minutes before they took my car in but two people behind me. The second person behind her car was taken in and I was still waiting.

I gave them excellent review and was abt to give them 5 stars but then this happened. Went there for all 4 tire change and break pads change. Liked their service until 2 weeks after the service , when I was driving to Ohio and narrowly escaped an accident due to break malfunction. My car was towed to nearby garage. When they took off all the tires, they showed me that Tire Warehouse had forgotten to put put back 2 of the bolts that holds caliper together and some of them were really loose. The garage guys told me someone will do such kind of job only if they want to kill me. I am Thankful me and my family is alive. Need to talk to them and figure it out.

I have spent thousands here on a few different vehicles over the years and so has my family. Im not sure what has happened but as staff has changed so has the quality of the service and standard if management within this establishment. Just sad.

Once again I feel I must try to overcome the prejudicial disadvantage auto repair places suffer on review sites. Its indisputably true, they are at a disadvantage. No one looks forward to their visit to the auto repair shop and then shares how special it was with their friends on social media afterward, as they do with restaurants, stores, and entertainment/recreation venues. If you are going to a car mechanic, things are bad to begin with, and people are going to be feeling negatively. This isnt fair to these establishments and people should stop and think before they vent ragefully in review forums (preventive maintenance can avoid those kinds of worst-case experiences). I expect dentists probably also suffer from this kind of prejudice on review sites. I went to the Tire Warehouse because I had a slow leak in a tire. I hoped it just needed to be patched, and it did. I came in late in the afternoon and had I needed replacements, I would have needed to come back. They counter people were up front about that, and fortunately, that was not necessary. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I was there less than an hour and my cost was less than $22. The lounge area was also nice, something that isnt always true with budget auto repair places (See Trevs Automotive). I am suspect of the spate of 1-ratings for this place. Dont be put off by them, check it out for yourself next time you need tires.

Long wait times, poor workers

David Blue sabotaged my truck after i brought it in and paid $1,100 for a new wheel system- he left the steering fluid tube unplugged- i bring it back- there s a gouge in my door and the alternator was not plugged back in causing my alternator to blow. I called multiple times to be told Joe would call me back- never got a call. I believe it was purposely sabotaged so they could make money off a woman with a truck. They have until tomorrow to respond to me or I m calling the police to report the damage and file charges for attempted vehicular manslaughter. My truck stopped at 55 miles and hour on the high way and almost killed my entire family. Now Joe blocked me after i sent him my vehicle report proving the damages were caused by Tire Warehouse. Scam artists!

In and out fast

Worste experience I have had in a long time , first the young man didnt understandfor ask how to use the electronic E brake just slammed the gas down until it broke loose, second my black rims have scratches all over them. The manager Joe Krause, he was no help at all and rude , who told me I did it. He said they can be repaired not replaced ..... I have a numbered car not a regular run of the mill. Joe Krause should not be the person who does customer service , oh and nothing was done not even 1.00 off nope full price. Worste ever

Tried like 5 of the major tire companies locally (had an emergancy flat) on labor day weekend ... no one had tires I needed in stock ... or 4 hour wait or were crazy expensive to mount 2 tires for me (one quotes $600 ... I walked in, dude at the counter at tire warehouse was friendly told me all deals and bam I was in like within 20 minutes .. outstanding .. now I know why my dad used to go to these guys for years . THANKS SO MUCH !!! (life savers)

Had a wonderful experience here, I needed tires in a hurry from running over a nail and I had a wedding to attend the next day. Waited over an hour to get my tire looked at cause it was loosing air only to have the low tire pressure light come back on the next morning.And they never put my valve cover back on.Use to go there all the time but seems like new staff now so wont be back

Really wish I could give a zero star review. Do not take your vehicle here. Just read the reviews and you will get an idea of how this place is ran. Absolute circus. I took my tire and rim here months ago because it was leaking and it sat outside for 4 hours and they never called me to tell me it was done. I showed up at 550 and my father put the rim in his truck thinking it was done. The guy scrambled looking for my rim. He walked out and told me no charge and that it was an easy job. They never touched my wheel and forgot about it. Then lied to my face and said it was an easy job. I decided to give them another shot today and took it there to get my 4 new tires put on, balanced and an alignment. My truck sat there for 4 hours and they called me at 515 saying they couldn t get it done in time. They offered to give me a deal on the alignment and it would be done first thing in the morning. I m not looking for handouts I m willing to pay full price for good service. Absolute horrendous business and the owner should be ashamed of the sham he is running here. They would rip off a blind man if they had the chance. I will never be back and would never recommend anyone going here. The owner will most likely comment asking if they can make it right. They could offer me free service and I still wouldn t take my vehicle back there. I have never once wrote a review about a place but this place deserves it.

Louis was very knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I had a 2.5 HR wait, but being as other places had waits of 5-6 hrs, I considered myself lucky. Great service.

Vehicle had very loud road noise that my mechanic attributed to a scalloped tire. Went to Tire Warehouse in Halfmoon and was prepared to replace all 4 tires. Sales person said that the road noise was attributed to a leaky muffler and quoted almost $400 to replace. Said I only needed one tire. I said thank you but I dont want a new muffler now but please do NYS inspection. He said I cant inspect with a leak in muffler as it wont pass. This is where he crossed the line from good sales work to sell a muffler vs. lying to me about the inspections. I took it to another shop and they inspected and passed the vehicle. Incidentally, road noise reduced by 75%. Having 3 more new tires would have reduced all of it. Not happy with being lied to and will not go back to them. Cant blame the whole organization but this particular sales guy was wrong!! Future business going elsewhere.

I dont know how anyone could give 1 star to this crew.. Some guy at the counter.. Named Joe i believe.. Was very funny and professional at the same time. Another guy Brian, very tall and slender..(he might be Irish) with red hair..also made sure my needs were taken care of and understood my time constraints. My car was diagnosed I am honest manner and fixed without hurting my bank account. Prices are always fair and the excellent customer service at the counter is a plus.

My family has been going here for years so they were the first place I thought of when my Honda began sounding like a diesel truck. I did some research and found out that most likely I had an exhaust leak. When I called for an estimate the guy was really rude to me on the phone. I understand that they can t give an estimate with out looking at the car but when I asked for a ball park estimate he hung up on me. Yesterday I brought my car in and had the work done which turned out to exceed every general estimate I got from the internet. Also they said that my brakes were completely warn down. I have been bringing my car in for two years worth of routine maintenance and inspections. You would think they would catch this long before wanting $900 worth of repairs (mind you my car is stopping just fine with no noise!). Also I will add that the belongings I left in my car now all smell like cigarette smoke which I m allergic to!

Poor service and communication. Called about having a tire mounted to a wheel to use as a spare. Was quoted a price and told it was in stock and could have it back the same day. Needed it for a road trip the next day. After dropping off wheel, was told it should be ready in an hour or so. 5 hours later I hadnt heard from them so I called back and was told Hes starting it now will be ready in 30 min. Figured Id wait an hour to be safe. Stopped back over in an hour and then was told the tire wasnt even in stock and they were waiting on the truck from Queensbury to deliver it. Was assured it would be done THAT DAY Was then called 30 min prior to closing and told delivery truck then broke down. Had to take different vehicle on trip due to not having the spare tire I was promised. Then when I went to pick up the tire a few days later, they charged me a Tire disposal fee on the invoice. Wheel was brought in with NO TIRE on it. This place clearly needs to get their act together. If they cant manage 1 tire properly on an un-mounted wheel, I would really worry about how they actually handle more intricate repairs. UPDATE: 10/22/18 Owner replied to my review as all can see and asked for me to contact him at the provided e-mail address. I responded right away, and as of yet, I have received NO response. Pretty clear that the management only responds on Google so it looks like they are addressing the issue, but they are not. (At least in my case)

I must say they honor their motto to guarantee the lowest prices in town and are willing to meet or beat any other advertised price on tires and they were very helpful and knowledgeable they had rare Tires of mine in stock in plenty at the lowest prices anywhere based on my own independent research and they got the work done fast. They have intelligent marketing tactics obviously and they meet or exceed any and all expectations so nuff said & PS: Thanks John especially for his excellent service

I will never go back. Got an online quote for $95 per tire. When I called it was $120. (I printed the original quote and the did honor it ) Took them two hours to put the WRONG tires on my car, which I only discovered bc they didnt put my summer tires back in the car. Meanwhile, they tried to sell me a brake job (second opinion coming up). Dont go here!

Worst customer service. My boyfriend went in two days ago to get his tires installed, and they were nasty and sarcastic to him. I called yesterday morning, they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back, and they immediately answered. John took the size of my tire that I needed and said he would call me the following day when the tire came in to get them installed. No call. I called this afternoon and they asked me information that was supposed to be taken (my last name, etc.) and the guy clearly had no idea what was going on. They said they would call me once John was off his lunch break. No call. I call back again to speak to John, and they put me on another hold. I waited ten minutes until it was clear that they had no intention of answering my call. I would never recommend this place.

I dont usually post complaints but this one is well earned. I dropped off a set of snow tires already mounted on wheels, previously purchased at TW. They were not holding air. I told them no rush (mistake) and they said they would call when ready. 8 days later, still no call. I stopped into the shop and they had no record, but the tires were sitting right where I left them. Promised me that they would call by EOD and would be ready. No call. Next day I called again with same response. No call. Stopped in 2 days later (total of 11 days have passed) and had still not done any work - again, will call by EOD. Finally, stopped by again on day 12 after being on hold for 15 minutes. In fact, when I walked into the shop I was still on hold. They were busy, but I just stood at the counter waiting for someone to pay attention. After about 5 minutes, I found my tires right where i left them. No more chances. I took my tires and headed out, NEVER to visit this shop again.

Poor Customer Service and Follow up. Recently my husband got a quote online to get our tires replaced, we get our quote back with the advertised time frame. Two weeks go by before Im able to call to make an appointment (this is the holiday season you know), tell the guy who answers that I got a quote online and wanted to schedule an appointment for the tires to be replaced. I was told no problem they can do it anytime, give my name and make an appointment for that weekend (a few days later). Arrive about an hour before my appointment time and am told that they dont have the tires in stock, but they can order them for Monday. Ill admit that I was annoyed but whatever mistakes happen sure I can make the next week work. They take my number and tell me theyll call when they come in on Monday. Monday rolls around with no call, Tuesday evening comes and still nothing so I call them to find out if the tires arrived. Nothing in stock but they would call me right back with an update on the order status. Its now Wednesday and I still havent heard from them, but Ive decided to take my business elsewhere. If a company cant call to admit they made a mistake there is no way Im trusting them with my safety.

Oil Change: Time in: 2:15PM - Time Out: 5:17PM....wife left sitting in the lobby with the kids. i feel like we have more patience than most people these days but cmon...Short Staffed, i get it, it happens. she was never notified that they were short staffed until SHE got frustrated enough to ask why it was taking so long...if its going to be over 3 hours to change the oil because of YOUR short staff, it might be worth letting your customers know...unbelievable

The brakes in my 2015 Subaru were in bad shape. Calipers froze , pads worn and noisy. I called the night before to make an appointment but the gentleman on the phone said just bring it in, well see what you need. I have been coming to tire warehouse for a few years already so I knew what to expect. Well I needed alot! I was given the option of only replacing the minimum but was offered the better way also. I dont take chance so we did the whole thing. They quoted me a figure and the final totally was right on. The poor guy who rang me out seemed genuinely apologetic about the how expensive it was. When you are facing a big bill and a long repair time you just need to be patient and understanding . I left the car with them to do what was needed...and they did. Couldnt be happier and am totally relieved that my car is safe again. I just have one question...what does the tire warehouse club do for me?

I bought 4 tires remind the and and when I got there they charge more than a quoted me on the phone. When my wife picked up the van all the tires are inflated at different tire pressures and they pushed her away not checking them. Really bad customer service. When I called to talk to a manager he never responded to me. I ignored me after I made several attempts to talk to him plus an email. I will never ever buy tires from them again and this is after Ive bought many tires from them. Everywhere else will do attire match price and youll get better service. They posted the response and emailed them to get it resolved but no response from them again. They dont care just to save face.

I drove to this shop with a emergency on Friday June 2, 2017. I had my 2012 Kia Forte ex start smoking from under the hood on the passenger side, along with my steering wheel very unmanageable when it came to turning. So upon arriving I was greeted by a non mechanic (secretary) who asked me to park it, which I did. When I walked into the shop a customer who had seen the smoke suggested my problem was the power steering. So after about 30 minutes a older gray haired man took my car to the bay to put it on the lift to be able to find out what seemed to be the problem. They informed me my high pressure hose for the power steering had cracked from wear and tear. Know mind you two weeks earlier a new engine was put in because of a recall, so I told the guys at the counter that with 80,000 miles on the car and a new engine just put in seemed a bit strange for supposed ware and tear.!!! They assured me that they see this all the time. So I said well thats good that its just the hose seeing the pump would be a lot more, they hemmed and hawed An said well sometimes the hose is more expensive then the pump.... I was beyond annoyed at this point. So long story short they estimated me for over 1,100.00 dollars for a hose and a power steering pump and labor. I said you guys cant be serious when I googled the parts I came up with 120.00 for the hose and 249.00 for the pump. I decided not to do business with them and left. I then Went to my local mechanic this morning Monday the 5th of June 2017 in mechanicville and not only was quoted half the price from these scammers at the tire warehouse but.... the old man at the tire warehouse left the cap to the power steering fluid on my engine !!!! It couldve caused a huggggg problem to my car!! Also my mechanic seen that the high pressure hose was never secured back in place when the new engine was put in, making this the dealships responsibility. So at the end of the day the dealship is paying Sheps Auto to do the work on my car, and gave me a rental vehicle till the car is done.!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY CHARGE 100 % MARK UP ON PARTS AND LABOR MEANING IF A PART COST 100 DOLLARS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 200 DOLLARS.!!!!! Hope they get put out of business for there horrible service and lack of decency toward hard working people !!!!

Great price, saved $60 over competitors and was in and out fairly quickly without an appointment. They enrolled me in their plate club which is totally free and I got additional savings on the spot. Why go anywhere else?

I have bought tires from the tire warehouse for over 15 yrs. and have always been very happy with the service and competitive pricing. But in the past 3 years something is wrong here. My last 2 sets of tires for my wifes car and my truck after getting home we notice one of our lug cover s is missing . This happened about 6 months apart. didnt think much of it at the time just a mistake and we did get them back . They even had to order mine from the dealer because they were unable to find it. My son bought set of 4 tires recently for his car and 2 months later after getting his car inspected he was informed by our mechanic that whoever put the tires on the car must have been drunk. The tires were installed backward with the wrong side facing out. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IN A TIRE DEALERSHIP ? My son went back and they did take care of the problem but of course he was treated like he was the problem. Where was the supervision or management in this issue ???

Honest people. I had a nail in a wheel. In another place in Clifton Park they said it was not fixable, and a new tire was more than $400. In The Tire Warehouse the new tire was only $120, but they said it was not needed because it was fixable. $20 instead of $400...

Price is fine but I sat in the waiting area for almost an hour before they told me that the tires they ordered for me were the wrong size. Now I gotta wait for them to put all my old tires back on the car and come back again tomorrow and so this all over again. These are busy times. This is not easy to deal with.

My experience was positive. My rear axle seal started to leak again after they had repaired it 15 months ago. Not under warranty at that point, but it should have lasted . Joe, their rep, took care of it and had it fixed completely at no charge to me. Zero. So, with all the negative comments I thought Id take the time to report something positive. As a business owner, I know too well that the angry people are quick to the computer and the happy ones sit on it. Plus, Ive gotten tires here many times and their prices are as good as any.

No better place for tires...no matter the kind! Just had a lawn tractor tire plugged. 10 minutes. Replaced my truck tire last week. 17 tire $154. valve, mounted, complete. Best price out of all tire places in area!

Let me start off with there is a reason everyone in this building doesnt have a name tags. They are all slippery snakes here.I was in today they broke a wheel study on 2 different tires then they told us it was our fault. I asked if they were going to help with the new problem they created and then they broke a tire sensor and told me i also had to pay for that my car had no issues prior. When i asked for a manager the man came to the counter told me it was not there problem and i need to pay and get the f out of his store while the work was being done. I did not feel safe when the man working on my car told me he was not going to balance my tires.i drove my car there SAFE with no problems they made me leave with 2 broken wheel studs. They also stole 2 lug nuts. Saftey should always come first and the fact that they dont care about safety needs to be known. I dont treat my dog the way i was paying cash to be treated i will never go back to clifton park tire warhouse nor will anyone i know... I recorded 3 videos the day i was in the shop.. I may post them on youtube or contact the news channel if i dont receive contact from the owner nobody needs to deal with being treated like this.

0 STARS!! The Owners of this shop DO NOT give a damn about you or your vehicle. I brought my VW GTI there to have my CV boot done and they recommend i have my axle changed. I agreed to having my axle changed so i payed for a new one and also had already purchased the CV boot previously. Then the mechanic says hes done . i get in the car with the manager for a test ride and all of a sudden my ABS light is on and i hear grinding. so we go back I look and the idiot left mechanic wire hanging off my shock which tore the ABS wire, then I find a ding in my rotor and ask what that was from. he says oh i dropped the old axle on it. so they order me a new rotor and then just rigged up the wire for the ABS sensor. now after all this Im driving down the thruway and my Axle comes out of my transmission and bangs up the tranny case. i have to get it towed off the thruway.. then tow my car back to where i live to the dealership i had just gotten the car from 3 weeks before hand and am still making payments on. then Tire Warehouse tows it back up to their shop and 3 weeks later they fixed it again.(just put a new axle in and didnt replace the tranny) the very next day the axle came out of the transmission AGAIN!!!!! I have pictures of all the metal shavings under my car and no bolts left. its been 5 months and I still dont have my car fixed and am struggling to get to work everyday. Im still working on figuring out how to get them to do the right thing but they refuse to pay for the vehicle to be fixed.

Do not go here unless you have a second mechanic to look at you car first before them! They will tell you that you need way more done than you actually do so they can charge you unbelievable prices for barely adequate work. I dont see this place lasting alot longer under the manager Rick. He is very rude, I work for a company who brings their vehicles here and when I was there to pick up a company truck I overheard 2 mechanics saying fix the axle of a car even tho it didnt need it because it had been a slow week for them and they needed the money ..... Wow. What a scam. Ive switched to Monroe Muffler on rt. 9 and they have been a blessing!

I wish they would let me choose no stars, if you go to any tire warehouse you will be sorry. They are all incompatant mechanics they try to screw everyone over. There is a reason why NYS Wont let them do inspections anymore, they are all scam artists. They charge you for things they dont do. Notice they dont respond to negative feedback.

I just purchased a set of tires and an alignment. Their prices were slightly better than some other local shops but they had the tires in stock. They said they would hand torque the lug nuts after lightly tightening them with an impact wrench. I checked them immediately after getting home and most were way over torqued. Im guessing they tightened them too much with the impact wrench and then the torque wrench clicked because they were over torqued. I had trouble removing some of them with a breaker bar and some were correct. That is a sure fire way of warping the rotors. They were friendly and easy to work with. I just wish they would pay more attention to the details.
