What s not to LOVE? These guys are wonderful. We bought new wheels and studded snow tires and they took great care of us. Now they ll rotate them on and off no charge. Best care and attention! Bruno took care of us recently and he was the best! Everyone there is customer friendly and their service is unparalleled. Thanks Town Fair!

I ve been to this shop a couple of times, and I highly recommend it if you don t like making appointments. They re super friendly and welcoming, and you can wait a reasonable amount of time while they align your wheels or add new tires. The team is really professional, and I don t mind driving from Saratoga, where you have to book in advance for services like the ones they offer here. I ll definitely be back!

Great service had a tire that was bad had a nail in the side wall area put 4 New tires and a front end alignment in less than 1 hour great service thanks to Eric.

Overall great experience today, came in with a flat tire and was able to get in and out within an hour with no issues . The staff were very friendly and insightful. There is a nice little lounge area to sit while you are waiting with access to coffee, water, and a vending machine.

Stopped in for estimate, they showed me several options, the entire staff was awesome. Made appointment and was in and out in under an hour. If you want the best price and service this is the only place to go. Shout out to Eric and Ben.

I had a flat tire on my trailer and proceeded to call every tire shop around.NOBODY could do it today,maybe in the next couple of days.I was at the end of my rope when I called Beu in the Clifton Park branch.He said bring it on in, Brian can do it.They fixed it within an hour FOR FREE! What can I say? Then I found out the other side was shot too.They fixed that one too FOR FREE. Speechless.

I am unhappy with the last company that I got my tires from. They over torqued my lugs, to the point where two have broken off. I went to town Fair Tire in Clifton Park New York and worked with a gentleman named Bruno. He was absolutely fantastic! I had my tires rotated, well three of them, because one of them wont come off because of the before mentioned over tightening of the lugs, and they ran me through each process, torqued the lugs as they should be. I also enjoy the fact that you can watch the shop on a monitor in the waiting room. He gave me a discount for being a first-time customer and I Im absolutely recommending this tire shop! Great job! I will be returning for my next set of tires on all of my vehicles!

He said he would match the price of the online tires with an even better quality tire that they had in stock at the store. And he did just that, 4 new tires now and I m ready to go. I visited to have all four wheels balanced and the alignment checked. Ben addressed my concerns about the condition of my wheels and provided useful information. He even went the extra mile to find a shop that could professionally refinish them. After the service, Ben provided a printout of the before-and-after alignment measurements. The team also inspected my suspension and found that my tie rods were in poor condition, likely due to the harsh conditions in upstate New York. Ben recommended a reputable shop to resolve the issue. Despite charging only a third of the dealerships quote, the alignment measurements were accurate and fully within spec when compared to a previous dealership alignment. Initially, I was hesitant to bring my BMW in, as I had heard that they should only be serviced at the dealership due to their complex design. However, after working with Ben and the team, I can confidently say they provided professional, knowledgeable, and excellent service.

I can t say enough about how good my experience was with Eric today. He was kind and super helpful. I don t know a lot about tires and he brought several out and explained pros and cons. He didn t try to upsell me at all, and once my car was in, it took less than three hours, and I was a walk-in!!

I needed 4 new tires for my 2020 nissna frontier, I want sure where to go so I went to Town Fair Clifton Park NY . I talked to Ben the salesman ,he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me different tries to choose from and even asked one of his associates his opinion . I made my desion on cooper tires and got them installed in about 1 hour. One other cool thing is the camera in the waiting aera that you can watch the mechanic working on your car or truck. It was a fair price and they also give you life time free tire rotations every 5000 miles. I would recommend them to anyone !!!

Eric was very helpful and patched my girl friends tire which had a screw in the tire treads.

Called them up looking to get a new steel rim after I curbed mine and badly bent it. Spoke with Bruno who said there was a possibility they could fix the rim. Brought my car and the wheel to them and sure enough, they were able to fix it. Service was fast and they repaired the wheel without me needing to buy a new set of tires. Bruno was extremely courteous and professional. I will very likely be buying my next set of tires from them. Strongly recommend.

I explained my situation and they tried to patch my tire and when that wasn t an option they helped me with a reasonable priced tire and put it on. Fast and friendly!! DiLorenzos quoted me $300 they charged me $140 for the tire will take it back and will give me a discount when ready to change all 4!! Never had great service experience like this!! Weren t rude or hostile and made this experience enjoyable!!

I had a great experience. I called to schedule an appointment for four new tires on Thursday. Brought the call in the next day. The phone representative was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by Eric. He was polite, friendly, thorough, and efficient. Eric answered all my questions well and clearly had an excellent understanding of all the products. As promised the four new tires with alignment were ready in about 90 mins. This is such a refreshing change to a local, large dealership I have often gone to for service. Town Fair is a company still priding itself on customer service.

Although there was a small hiccup with my initial tire installation, Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and experience. 1000/10, for sure recommend, I will be buying future tires here!

Came in because I was having some vibration at highway speeds. We agreed on a rotation, balance and alignment. My vehicle is lowered on air suspension so some clearance issues were expected. Bruno and Ryan took excellent care to ensure that my car didn t scrape or get damaged throughout the process. They were incredibly patient throughout the process and now the car drives perfectly. Prices were very reasonable, and this was a great first impression of this newer business to the area.

bought 4 hankook new englander tires. They gave me a great price and a very good warranty. So far I like the tires a lot, smooth ride. Have to wait and see how they handle the snow.

Worked with Rich at the Town Fair in Clifton Park NY. Store was immaculate and service was the best I have dealt with in the capital region. Rich knew his stuff, and staff stayed late to finish our tires and alignment. Pricing and product knowledge was the best I have dealt with locally.

Great service however the TV to the garages are tured off they should be on when vehicles are in the shop .

What a great experience! I was greeted by Eric and his staff and was given great service. I did not have appt and an appt I was still able to get in and out in a few hours with a new set of tires at very fair pricing. Free coffee in the waiting area and very clean and I could also see my car in the shop being televised so I did not have to wonder . Great job and thanks again!

Visited the Clifton Park store on November 6, 2024. Very good experience. Rich was very helpful. they were prompt. Even though we had no appointment, we just walked in. Rich walked us through as they were putting the tires on the vehicle the camera was a nice idea because you can see your car as it being worked on.

So thankful for the helpful and patient staff! Ben was especially kind giving many suggestions on how to save money! The entire staff are ready to pitch in and help! Thank you!!!
