I went in for new brakes and left with a missing caliper and a broken heat shield. An absolute nightmare experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Fast, honest service. No upsells. Nice waiting area and great location. Business like but friendly.

Had a 11:30 apt for a oil change and inspection. After an hour an a half my car was pulled out front no new inspection sticker. They pulled it back in to put a sticker on it and after 20 more minutes still waiting. Still waiting coming up on 2 hours. Terrible service.

Had a nail in tire. Stop in Mgr. checked it out , nail didnt puncture tire , no charge, l drove out with piece of mind my car was safe to be on the road. Big Thanks to Warren Tire.

They charged me $40/tire to mount and balance, and chipped the powdercoat on my brand new wheel.

I called to request a repair on a compact tractor tire. The manager told me they had tubes in stock after I read the tire size to him. After waiting over 2 hours they informed me that they did not have the right size tube I stock. They were either incompetent or lazy and wasted my time. The manager was not apologetic and instead responded to my frustration by telling me to go somewhere else.

While pumping gas I was shocked to see a nail sticking out the side of my rear tire. I brought the vehicle to Warren Tire and they needed to order the replacement. It is an expensive high performance tire. They called when it arrived and I dropped my car off. They called back in 15 min and asked me to come back. It was a roofing nail that was stuck in the tread and didnt puncture the tire..... They easily could have ripped me off but they didnt. THANK YOU

Today I came her excellent staff they even catered to my 4 year old which I had to bring with me putting on TV for her. Friendly staff as well informing me of extra products and services also educating me about the tires I bought management here is lucky to have such good staff.

My tires have been finding all the nails and screws this summer. After another surprise flat on a heavily scheduled day, I stopped at Warren Tire with my flat tire. John Giargiari and Rocco Crola were immediately helpful, informative and got me back on the road asap. I will be back for snow tires and future needs! Thank you so much!

My tire went flat the day before leaving on vacation. Luckily I was right down the road from this location when it went flat. When I called, the service rep was so friendly and told me to bring the tire and vehicle down as soon as I got the spare on. Even though I didnt have an appointment they took my car back as soon as I got there. They were honest and were able to patch the tire instead of replacing it. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great, fast, and reliable service...something rare these days. I highly recommend using their services!

Not impressed at all... I am in the process of moving up here so I scheduled an appointment to get 2 new tires. I gave them 1 week notice to get my tires. I got to shop 15 minutes early. they brought the truck in to work on it. I also requested an alignment and an oil change. 15 minutes later, they com.ot to tell me I ordered 20 inch tires and I needed 22s. R u kidding me?? I spoke to you, we discussed the 22s, I gave him a picture of the actual tire with the size.. What a waste of time..well, I can get them tomorrow if you want . I told him, no thanks, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.. I went up to Malta and they said, well call u when the tires get here. They called me at 1:30pm I was out of there by 2:30pm with 2 new tires.. They lost a $1000+ job and I will never be back...

Spent five hundred plus to have rotors and brakes done lasted less than 11 months before uneven wear and shaking. Unreal. Its one thing if they asked me what do you want to spend on the rotors (quality), but no they just went ahead and put on junk.

The young man that helped me was amazing. I was told I needed a new A/C compressor at another garage so I went to Warren Tire to get a second opinion. Not 10 minutes into being there the service manager said it was just a simple A/C relearn. My bill went from $1400 to zero because of his honesty. I will always recommend this garage to anyone I know.

Had an tire off of an old tractor. I got the tire off the wheel so figured I could get the new tire on there. Well that plan backfired. Warren tire got me in right away and put the tire on the wheel in less than 5 minutes. Thank you billy when my vehicles need tires, I will be coming here.

I went and got 4 new tires here shortly after they opened up. I also got 2 studded tires for winter. They did a great job. They helped me pick out the size and had them already in stock. Studded tires work great in snow. They didnt make me wait long at all! absolutely no problems and i have nothing bad to say about them! good job at this location!

My truck was brought here from a third party. The inside of tires were worn out and assumed in need an alignment along with new tires. After two weeks of an alignment and new tires, I noticed the cords showing on the inside of both front tires. I stopped into another company who put it on the left and noticed I had a inch of play in my front wheels and the bearings were completely shredded. Really not sure how your technician missed completely gone bearings while doing a front end alignment. Now $424 later for a new set of fronts and a realignment. There is no reason anyone who changes tires would miss an inch of play on both front tires, especially with an alignment. The money is one thing, but the potential for serious injury since this a towing truck is unacceptable. No excuses for missing something so blatant and rarely do I write a review like this unless I feel it s completely warranted.

Seems like a fake rating when I type this. Im absolutely thrilled with thier service its the best I have ever had. They have great stock and if they dont have your tires they will get them rather quickly. They showed a visual I could understand as far as needing a mount and balance. Thier prices arent too bad either. I believe they have warrenties on all or most ties so long as you have tried and depending on duration of the estimated miles for the tier you choose. They offer rotations with the Tues free for the life of the tire.

I brought my car here to get the tire sensor light off for an inspection and I had to bring it back to have them re-do the service because my light was still on. Again after the second visit the light was STILL on so I took it to another shop after pretty much flushing $117 down the drain because I was too frustrated to bring it back a 3rd time. I only give them 2 stars because the guy at the counter was nice.

Fast, efficient, and no hassle. Didnt try to hard sell or steer me to any particular tire. Answered all my questions. Waiting room well configured for the longer wait.

Stopped for a simple flat repair and was asked if I had an appointment then told it would be a 5 hour wait.

Dont visit these clowns. Messed up the tire worse than it was when i came in. Wont own up to their mistakes either. Terrible service, waste of money.

Was recommended excellant snow tires, and then great all season tires. Friendly receptionist. Wasnt happy about going back to have the alignment corrected, all my radio settings were gone and some electrical buttons immediately had an issue as I drove off down the road like my cruise control wouldnt stick. When I called them they quickly made an appointment and fixed the alignment quickly, apologised and got me back on the road in no time.

Very customer oriented, good service

These guys are quick and fair. Its nice to know theres a place in town thats honestly and transparent about what they do. They noticed an over tightened oil drain plug and would not proceed with breaking it loose, out of fear that the threads would strip. They gave me options and pointed me in the right direction even if it meant they didnt do the oil change. Thank you Warrens!

Fast, thorough, and friendly service! Brought in my car for a tire repair and asked if they could replace a rear wiper while I was there. They also noticed my inspection was (long) overdue and took care of that while I was there as well. Each and every staff member was super friendly and helpful to myself and probably 10 other customers that came in over the hour I was there, so nice to see during these crazy times. Highly recommend!

Went in for a transmission flush and oil change. My Lexus requires a special tool to do the transmission flush which I didnt know. Im not a car guy, they COULD have charged me for the work and I would have never known the difference. Very honest and trustworthy people here, and the work is done quickly and professionally!!! Would highly recommend giving your business to these guys!!!

Been a customer of Warren Tire in CP for over 15 years now. Other than warranty items covered at the dealer, I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Honest, friendly service and they stand behind their work. The former store manager Eric was a pleasure to work with and now Rich is just as friendly and also great to work with. Just had them install 4 Goodyear Assurance tires on my vehicle. Always competitive, fair pricing. Highly recommend!!

I go to this Warren shop for Goodyear tires, free tire rotation, state inspection. So far so good. This Warren opens on Saturdays. I can make appointment. Clean store. You can watch TV, read magazines at customer lounge, or get out to nearby restaurants, do shopping.

Ran over a one inch screw and needed to get it removed and fix the tire. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, no appointment and they were able to get me out in about an hour. $25 plus tax...not terrible. Clean showroom, ample seating, coffee and water available complimentary.

I used to go to this location all the time...Had great knowledgeable people...Something has changed in the last year...You walk in for service and the staff seems confused like no one knows what s going on...John told me he couldn t get me in one day for the tires I needed and sent me to there new location right up the road and the manager took me right in and took care of all my auto needs..Clifton Park Warren tire lost my business but there store in halfmoon gained a life long customer...Very professional and courteous..

Im one of the hottest days of the year I walked into Warren Tire with a flat tire in hand and a baby in the other. I asked the man at the front desk if he could fix it, he looked at the tread and said nope I wont fix tire with so little trade. Bummer! He wasnt rude, he was just short with me. Obviously it been a hot and sweaty long day. In the end I went to Adirondack Tire 3 miles south of Warren Tire, and Mike at the front desk was able to give me the time of day. By him taking care of me, I ended up buying two new tires from Adirondack tires.

We were having an issue with our trailer tire on our way to Lake George and stopped at the shop. The team helped us right away, were super friendly, fast and reasonably priced.

Very helpful and friendly people here, and an amazing manager. Work is quick and high quality.

Luckily and mechanic came out and helped us put air in a car tire and then we found a screw in the tire and Im working and the mean lady inside made us feel like we were dirt and she just didnt have time for us not even an effort to try to make something work. when the mechanic open the side window to check on us she shooed him off like he was a peasant and that his voice didnt matter. Ill never come back here again unless its recrutr there employees

Was told to drop off over night for a 8 am appointment. Didn t end up getting the car until after 3. Even if you make an appointment you ll have to be fit in to their schedule. If you like wasting time for subpar service at an mediocre price than go for it. Otherwise I would suggest looking else where. Rich was very nice to deal with but unfortunately you have to deal with Rome and another women picking the tires up. Both where very rude and condescending. Tried to charge me for waste disposal when I was keeping the old tires. Bottom line DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Customer service was great, and everyone I delt with was very friendly. This was my first time there, and i had 4 new all retain tired installed on my Ram 2500. The technician was very meticulous with my truck and it was very appreciated. I would return for future service.

Crooks. Only go here for the tires. Dont ever use them for other work on your car. I took my car in for a diagnosis after I had slid off the road last winter and slammed the face of my wheel into a curb. They quoted me with a $1505.40 bill and gave me a list of everything that needed to be replaced. I didnt believe them one bit. And when I said Im going to take my car home. They tried persuading me out of taking it home by saying that its un-drivable. Which is false because I drove it in there myself. Once I took it home and took my wheel off. I found that only my lower control arm was bent and my CV axle boot was ripped. Which were only 2 out of 6 things listed on my invoice. While I was there the mechanic told me that both of my struts were massively dented and cracked. Once I got home and took a look for myself, there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Never going here again. EDIT* I was just contacted by a worker from Warren Tire consulting me on this review. Not with an apology or asking for more feedback. They called me to tell me how the estimated price I had originally posted ($1900) was wrong and that only 4 things were listed on the invoice. However, on the copy that I was handed, a worker had jotted down in pen, 2 additional parts that needed to be replaced, adding an additional $511 to the original invoice. I apologize for my inaccuracy of the price, but I do not revoke my review of this place. The point of this review is to show that this garage lacks integrity. Whether the price be $100 or $10,000 is irrelevant. Warren Tire is still (and most definitely now, after you had the nerve to call me on my cell phone today) the worst garage Ive ever dealt with. I guess if youre going to write them a bad review, be prepared for them to track you down and nitpick you.

Best front end alignment place

Customer service here is awesome. I witnessed the assistant manager very patiently helping an older gentleman to understand what repairs were required as well as the cost despite there being very clear language barrier.

Had tire in stock similar to old tire. Reasonable wait time. (My tire completely destroyed & had to change tires on side of road. Warren Tire had the size I needed in stock, mount & balance, & replace spare in trunk. I was pleasantly surprised that entire kit for changing tires was reassembled & put away how it belonged) Only negative, guy moving car was much taller than me & reset my seat, which didnt want to hook in place after readjusting.

3 hours to get to get two tires replaced. Had a appointment. Will not be back and would not recommend.

Good place to get Tires & Service

I wish it was possible to give no stars. Its hard to begin to say just how incredibly bad the service was. I had an 8am apt. for 2 cars, the first car was getting 2 tires, the second car was getting 4 tires. They said the tires would be there for my Monday apt. Not only were the tires not in he didnt tell me and my cars ended up being with them from 8am untill 5pm. I had to keep going back (getting a ride) and the assistant manager John was rude and kept giving me the run around. He also told me I needed a 69.99 oil change i told him i only wanted the basic but he still did the 69.99 when i questioned it hed already put my card through and refused to refund the difference. They also told me AFTER the bill was paid my tire rim was damaged and claimed it came in like that but I know for a fact it was caused by them because they had trouble getting my rims off. John said oh well you cant prove it. All in all a horrible experience!! If you want your car safe and not be ripped off stay clear of Warren tire!!!! This was the Clifton Park location.

I went there for an oil change. Service was friendly. They told me my brakes were shot, which was three months after my parents mechanic assured me that things were still okay there. As in, supposedly my brakes had more wear in three months than they did the entirety of the previous year.

They are trustworthy. I was a walk-in; they had a full staff at the front desk and were able to get my car in there quickly. I felt the people I spoke with were more experienced and friendly than competitors in the area.

One of my tires was losing air quickly and Warren Tires found the issue within a day and called me to give me recommendations. I ended up buying all new tires, but they had to be shipped in from out of state and they were priced high. I was easily able to talk down the price by showing them a competitors price and the car had the new tires on it by the next day. The overall experience was easy and seamless, but I would suggest doing your homework beforehand to get the best deal.

I had issues with a prior repair that was performed at Warren tire. When I contacted them and explained that I had not brought the vehicle back due to some medical and work issues, they called me and offered to come pick-up my vehicle and check out the issues I described to them. It was determined that some of the issues were a result of the prior work and some were new. They staff were friendly and professional. All issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am more tha pleased with the response I received. I highly recommend Warren Tire for any and all automotive service.

I desperately needed tires and despite many companies claims to beat everyone elses prices - no one could TOUCH or even MATCH the price Aaron @ Warren Tire got for me. Not only were they the most cost effective, they were also the nicest, and got back to my e-mails SUPER QUICK! And they werent pushy about any upsells.
