I never thought I’d need a vacuum store, but these guys are fantastic! Friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend to bring your Miele vacuum for repairs. The best around.

Stopped in just to check it out and came out with a refurbished Kirby - I feel like I won the lottery! The owner was so helpful and knowledgeable and there were so many choices. It's good to know there are still businesses who know their products and provide true service.
Bought a Miele vacuum from here a few years ago. After my dog chewed through some cables, I had it repaired here. Still very friendly staff, offers used parts as a cheaper option to new parts. Fair pricing as well.
Fantastic business. I brought a pellet stove ash vacuum in one Friday morning and got a call a few hours later to inform me that the job had been completed. Moreover, the work was done at a very reasonable price. The owner is friendly and courteous. I'll be back.
Bought a Miele vacuum about 10 years ago. Took it in this week because it was noisy. They did the repair to quiet it, fixed a couple small broken parts, replaced filters and cleaned the whole machine. Had it back the next day. Works like new! They are a local business. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Love this business. Chad is so knowledgeable and helpful. We have had our old vacuums served there - great job. We bought our Miele there. I love it!! When I wanted a upright that was light to carry upstairs, Chad suggested the Simplicity. Wow another winner. I also purchased a soft brush attachment for my hardwood floors and Chad sold it to me for an online price. I wish I could give Elite more stars. I certainly would. They are an A+++ in my book. Service and product. We highly recommend them.

We bought a Simplicity from this store 10 years ago and it runs like new. Our house cleaner is constantly sucking up things she shouldn t. When she gets it messed up (no fault of the machine..user error), I rest assure because I know Chad can fix it. He has always been able to fix it like new. He s put a new cord on it when our house cleaner ruined that. I am planning to buy the canister vaccum because we have a new L shaped couch that isnt easy to move, so the canister is a must. I just told my husband last night that I want to hide the one from the cleaning lady. If your not sure the price of the vacuum is worth it- it is worth every penny and more. Treat yourself to the best vacuums available because they last forever.

Ive been to the store 3 times. Each time the owner has been very helpful and professional. This last time he went out of his way to help me and during a previous visit went through our central vac to help find the issue with a weird noise. Highly recommended.

Chad was great and quick fixing our lesser known brand vacuum in time for a family event. Very reasonable price and went above and beyond to temporarily fix the vacuum while waiting for a part to come in. You dont usually get this kind of customer service anymore. I strongly recommend this company!
