I recently purchased a home that needed mold remediation. Daryl and his team were able to schedule and start the work the same week I was able to close on the house. The team kept me in the loop on the work that was happening. When I went to the house on the last day of work I got a full update from Steven and was shown all of the work that was done. Everyone was very professional and explained everything that was done, Steven also gave me recommendations on future work. I would 100% use these guys again, they were awesome!

The two gentlemen who performed the water extraction from our carpet were thorough, professional, and helpful with advice on mold prevention. Every time I called them, Daryl always answered the phone and was polite, flexible, professional, and always answered every question. Used Restoration One for mold remediation and water damage cleanup in my basement. Stephen and his team were communicative, professional and punctual throughout the project. INTEGRITY and FAST!! It is so hard to find a good contractor these days that can respond to your needs in a timely manner, but Daryl Menton, the owner who answered the phone did that and much more. I needed some mold removal and repair in my basement and Daryl and his team came to my rescue. Daryl made an appointment for the estimate around my busy schedule and had his crew out within a week after we agreed upon the price and the scope of the work. His crew was very friendly, polite and professional. They were very careful not to track anything around the house on a wet, soggy day. It turned out that the damage was not as extensive as thought and they did not need to replace any studs or joists. Even though I was supplying the lumber to help reduce the cost of the job, when the crew called in to report the job details, Daryl instructed them to take $300 off the price. Can you imagine anyone voluntarily reducing the price on a job?? If you need restoration work done in the Capital District you must call or email Daryl and Restoration 1 of the Capital District FIRST!!

Our house required mold remediation in the basement and the team fixed the problem and did an excellent job. They were professional, polite and skilled. Daryl Menton, the manager was extremely knowledgeable and every time I contacted him with a question or request, he responded promptly. We also contracted to have the basement floor cleaned and painted and the whole room looks great. Almost looks brand new and the house is 50 years old!
