Yesterday I had the best customer experience of all time. I was home all day and began to notice our AC go out. The house became 90 degrees. Around 6pm we realized it was officially not working. I randomly called All Week Plumbing/Heating/AC based in Garfield as they were open 24 hours. Here was my insane experience. *First off, they answered the phone. No Voice mail. *They said they could come to us in 20 minutes as they had a tech in the area. *Within 5 minutes I received a personalized tech telling me the name of the tech who was coming, all about him (which I thought was so funny and personal), and a way to track him to determine arrival (rather than sitting for a 5 hour window wondering). *Within 15 minutes he and his partner were at our house. *Within 30 minutes they had serviced our unit, and found the problem (friggin animals building nests and stupid homeowners for not servicing our AC - like ever). *Priced reasonably, just the hourly fee and parts fee. * Communicative and personable representatives of this company. I simply have never had service like this. Can't recommend them enough! They will be servicing our AC and heater regularly now! While I thought I called the Clifton area group as that is what we are near his card said Garfield so not sure which group. Either way service was great.
Alex Romeo was so responsive to my emergency call. He came over the weekend on a Sunday and fixed my AC right away. He was very pleasant and he recommended a few tips for taking care of my air-conditioning and he fixed the problem immediately! I’m grateful that he came out on a Sunday and I cannot thank him enough. Great service, professional attitude and good prices. I highly recommend them!
Alex Romeo was great! I called at 8am Sunday of 4th July weekend and by 10:30 he was here fixing our AC. He was so informative and told us what to do in future to avoid replacing the unit(s) entirely. Highly recommend!!
Alex who fixed our central air conditioning did a very nice job. He was courteous and friendly and seemed to know what he does. Very prompt and immediate service. I always use All Weeks services and will call upon Alex for any more cooling or heating issues.
My central air was not working on the hottest day of the year and I received a visit from Alex R within 2 hours of placing the initial call. Alex was very knowledgeable, thorough , and had the AC up and running in under 10 minutes. Alex R was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him to others.
Alex came out at Noon on Fathers Day and before he arrived we knew our 22 year old non name brand unit was shot, repair technicians have been telling us that for years. Alex evaluated the system and then ask to check the air handler in the attic as changing to the new Freon would require changing the handler. He made the evaluation and then noticed that the attic stairs were not wide enough to get the new equipment up. No problem he said, we will take them out and the put them back..... I said you sure that can be done..... he said yes. I said OK we have intense heat coming this week, when can this be done. Alex responded I will have my team here in the morning, a crew will start to disassemble another crew will go pick up all the parts we will be done by tomorrow afternoon. I was shocked, Everything he said happened in the timeline that he said it would happen, he followed up with a call to me Monday after the job was complete and again on Tuesday afternoon to make sure everything was working properly. Incredible service from an incredible team at a respectable price and by the way it’s a carrier unit all the way around one of the best names in the business, I would recommend him to anyone

I am easy to please, yet, this is the first time I have ever given a bad review! 1. I called 8/17/21 around 02:23 am for an emergency repair. I told the lady that I am hearing impaired and would prefer a text message as a response. 2. I followed up again at 09:37 am, then again at 10:03 am. No text for either. 3. I called again 8/18/21 at 01:37 am, I explained that no one text back after I followed up twice. The lady said, what is your last name, I gave her the first letter of my last name due to a bad experience with giving out my full name in the past. And she said in a defensive tone, WELL, SOMETIMES YOU GOTTA DO WHAT YOU DONT WANNA DO. From there, I just ended the call, feeling my customer service experience was ruined. Wow, just wow. There was no empathy, no apologies, just that snap response. I could not believe it! I would not want to use that company even if they offered to do it for free. This pained me to say this. :-(
TERRIBLE Beware ! was told on the phone there is $150 charge plus price for any needed part , Tech came in was very rude and he want to charge me $1400 for something not more than $300 when i refused he charged me 275 plus tax came to 293 even though he did not give me any part or fix the problem ! RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THEM call any other company at least they will be honest and NOT RUDE
Alex R is the best. Came out on a Saturday at 9pm when our AC unit fan stopped working. We were bracing for bad news. Alex found a loose wire and it came right back to life! Instead of telling us we needed a new system, which he easily could have, he fixed it in a snap. He was awesome! When we do need a new unit (and we eventually will) there is no question who we will call All Week! Thank you Alex R.

My central air conditioning unit broke down during the height of the summers heat wave....words cant express how nervous I was because Im very heat sensitive. Im so thankful that I called this company - they completely eased my mind and provided the most impressive results! The great customer service starts within the office with the manager, AJ - he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional and all of my concerns were immediately addressed. AJ is outstanding and has the utmost integrity; and he enthusiastically followed up with me throughout the process and the work was done perfectly and extremely efficiently. The men who installed my air conditioning were among the best technicians that I have ever dealt with - Cal and his staff and their great teamwork (which was refreshing to watch) are extremely talented, highly skilled, hard working, responsible and polite ....they are amazing! They completed the job in the most efficient, timely and professional manner - its clear to see that AJ, Cal and the team take pride in their jobs and are impeccable in their efforts. I absolutely love my new air conditioning unit - its powerful cooling ability provides such a happy and comfortable home!!
