I wish there were more stars lol!! In my 60+ years and I don t know how many cars and certainly more than my share of collisions (none them my fault, of course) I have never experienced the level of professionalism that I experienced with KMG. Mario and his team were fast, accurate, neat, their communication was top-notch and the work done was perfection. I received updates almost every day, including a reminder to drop the car off and pick it up. At this point, I hope I never need them again but if I did, I would not let anybody else touch my vehicles except them.

I wanted to bring my car to my own auto body. But the insurance allstate insisted on these guys. My wife was hit in the back by a truck. The car was making a rattle sound which we told them was our number one concern. They gave us the car back with the noise and gave me a pat on the back and said its guaranteed. I called them the very next day and said the noise was still there and they said bring it in tuesday. The day before my appointment the insurance and this auto body shop called on three way and said dont bring it in because Its the sun roof and that has nothing to do with the accident. My wifes back hurts because the impact from the truck was So hard and it shook something loose in the sun roof I guess. They now say only the work they did is guaranteed not what they missed when they gave us the car back with the same noise we showed them lol. Our lexus never sounded like a hooptie. Should have went to my own auto body shop. I am so disappointed now. All my reviews for every other business are positive including my review of the auto body I wanted to go to. I wish this one could have been good but I feel they tricked me to get the job and they had no intention of ever fixing that noise. They basically want me to pay a lexus dealer two hundred dollars out of pocket and if they say the sunroof that never made noise before the accident is now making noise from this collision I can fight it with my insurance company. The actual repair from Lexus (to fix it the right way like it should have been done in the first place) is three hundred dollars. You see what they did to me right? I will tell everyone not to go here as often as possible. They act so nice and keep telling you not to worry lol.

My car was not fixed properly. They gave me my car back with a noise that I told them occured after a truck hit me in the back. When I brought my car in after my car was rear ended by a truck, you were informed my car was making a loud rattking noise that it did not make before. You gave me my car back with the same rattling noise. I brought the car back and you figured out what it was. Since the impact was so bad and I hurt my back, it shook a piece in the sunroof loose. Now since you didnt pinpoint that the FIRST time, now you are all saying that. My car DID NOT sound like a whoopti until the truck impacted my car. Now this is all happening. I told you qbout this noise when I brought the car in. You gave me my car back with that same noise. MY insurnace guidelines are fix EVERTHING that was damaged, including the sunroof.

This Body Shop is great! They work with your insurance company and keep you informed. The final result is like brand new! Its a pleasure to work with KMG.

All employees I interacted with were always welcoming and very nice. If you re like me and love great communication this is another great thing that KMG provides. Kim was great at answering ALL of my questions in person, on the phone, and by email. They also send text updates about your vehicles repair progress, which helped tremendously. When it was time to pick up our vehicle. It was waiting out front and looked just as good (maybe even better) then the first day we drove it home with only 5 miles on it. We will definitely be using them again for any repair, paint touch ups, etc in the future and will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you KMG for making the process from start to finish seamless and making our car look brand new!
