I've had to come here twice in the last three years… First time because of my own stupid fault backing out of a tight space in a garage with lots of columns… And most recently because of some jerk who backed into me in a parking lot and left the scene without a trace… Both times the work has been swift and immaculate, and even though I hope never to have to go back, I know I will if I'm just that unlucky!
Craig is the parts and labor genius and joanna is the customer expert. They are the duo team. My car gets its finest details in the shop and i get great updates. I would not send my car anywhere else. They are amazing. Thanks for everything.

Had a minor dent on my new mercedes and I got 2 estimates for $1,100 and $2,400. I went to Nash and Craig said his dent guy could take care of it for $250. He said bring it in tomorrow at 9 and you can wait. I came in next day with a book. By 10:30 he served me coffee and the car was done. The repair was UNNOTICEABLE. “Gone”!! And they washed the car. Excellent work and great people. 5 stars plus.
Best Auto Body shop in the area. We service all of our cars here, as well as our extended family. All repairs and paintwork come back perfect. They are honest and to the point with you and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend their work!
I received my Audi TT back just last week and I'd like to share that i had a great experience with Nash Park Auto Body. The whole front end of my car was damaged: headlights, hood, bumper radiator and both fenders. They picked up my car and within a week all parts had been ordered and repairs were underway. The car was promised back to me between 3-4 weeks of being picked up and just after two weeks i had it back. They are certified to work with Plymouth Rock Insurance and inspected and ordered the parts themselves. They made getting over the accident and getting my car back very easy. I was very satisfied with the paint and mechanical work done on the car. I'd strongly recommend repairing your car here

Great AUTOBODY shop. I was recommended by Jack Daniel Audi even though I have a VOLKSWAGEN Passat R-Line. Great customer service and work. I was extremely happy.
I have used this shop several times over the past ~10 years. Each time I have been very happy with the repairs and service. Craig and Joanna are both very helpful and professional. Will continue to use them even though it is about a half hour drive from my home. Worth the drive for the quality work.
I called today to follow up on my car referred by my insurance company. The owner Louis (Lou) picked up the phone and gives me a very bad attitude and very poor customer service, when I asked about his name, he answered that he is Lou the owner and that I cant really complain to anyone about it.
I have used Nash Park Auto in the past with success...but no more. My car had some front end damage and needed a repair. Insurance came out and did an evaluation. The parts took 5 days to arrive (according to the repair shop) Once they did arrive, the hood came in damaged. The shop had me argue with insurance for a new hood to be expedited. The new hood arrived on Tuesday and no work has yet commenced. This is all despite being told my car would be ready by Friday (14 days after it was brought in) Now I am being told it may not even be ready on Monday (17 days) This is insane. Auto body shops should not be able to hold you prisoner as they fail to deliver on standard services made in a proper amount of time. My car should have already been repaired in the time frames provided should have been met. Im sure they did not place ANY priority in returning my vehicle to me. This is the LAST time Im using this repair shop. Too bad I cannot locate them on the BBB website. That would have made my day. UPDATE: I got my car after day 20! It looks great (it better) but 20 days is unacceptable. If you plan on rain in the forecast, plan on them being late as they have no place to paint cars. Also, the blonde at the front desk has an extremely pissy attitude and needs to be reprimanded by her bosses. You cant defend a 20 day repair for a non exotic regular car (G35x).
I have used this Autobody shop a few times and recently got rear ended and as usual my car looks like new! They are quick and always keep you informed if theres a problem with your car or insurance. I just read the last review and it is funny to me that this guy is complaining. I was there the sat when he showed up to ask when will his car be ready. He was told there was a hold up with the insurance and what not. Im sorry but to give a business a bad review bc your insurance isnt cooperating is kinda unfair. Especially coming from the guy who had no problem saying out loud he ran over a 7 year little girl (which infuriated me because I myself have a 7 year old). What kind of animal speaks about it without showing remorse and saying it was the little girls fault and he didnt see her...no...it was your fault for not paying attention. How you are not in jail after traumatizing an innocent child is inexplicable to me. Oh Steven if I could only leave you a bad review as a person that may just make my day.
We had a great experience working with Nash Park Auto Body. Lou and Brian are extremely professional and were very transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for any work needed on an Audi.
BEWARE INSURANCE FRAUD.. I took my car to this shop to get my driver side door repaired after it was involved in a car accident. The insurance company quote the job and after being recommend by a friend to go to this shop I took my car. The quote by the insurance stated a Not A Cost effective door with a part number. When I was told my car was ready and I was given my car back with a door with the vin scratched off (old door) the door is not aligned properly and the paint is pale in one part of the door. Unfortunately, I didnt notice this until I got home. By this time I had provided the owner with the check that the insurance company sent for the damages. when I took the car back to the owner he thought he did nothing wrong and asked me to do whatever I want.
Yesterday I was driving from Stony Brook University, located on Long Island, to Nash Park NJ to meet up with a friend. Unfortunately I experienced a 3hour delay on the George Washington Bridge. When I got to the large parking lot at Nash Park, I could no longer hold the urge to use the bathroom. I ran to the closest building which was Nash Park Auto Body. There were two gentlemen standing in front of the shop. I asked the gentlemen whether they had a bathroom facility I could use. One of the gentlemen replied, What for?. I replied, To use. He replied, Where are you from?. I was about to reply however he cut me off by saying, This is an auto body shop!. I replied, I know Sir, I just wanted to use the bathroom, he quickly cut me off again and said, Go over there across the park!. I was absolutely mind blown and wanted to reply however I didnt want to enrage the hostile employee. I have never been so ignorantly judged in my entire life and even now, a day after, I am still mind blown. Later after finding out that the shop closes at 5pm (I was there at 6:15pm) and judging by the manner in which that employee spoke to me while the other sat still, I believe that employee was the owner of the shop. Unbelievable. Thank goodness for the internet otherwise this vicious behavior wouldnt be accounted for. Hopefully they do not delete this comment (I noticed they deleted the other bad comments).
Just pick up my 2015 Audi A4 after body work after accident. Besides Nash being a authorized Audi repair shop people at Nash were great. Hats off to Craig and Joann. Repair work was excellent and the vehicle was returned clean. I would recommend Nash Auto body.
Thank you for fixing my Altimas windshield. The glue has cured, not a creak has been heard. Craig offered either the original Nissan part or aftermarket windshield replacement. I was unsure of the advantages of an original Nissan part. He thoroughly broke down the difference and gave cost estimates of both. After I revealed my budget and concerns, I went with his recommendation of an aftermarket windshield. As promised, it is the same exact physical part, including the upper tinting. Thank you! I was concerned about parking upon reading the earlier review, but street parking on the corner street, Hamilton Ave, was ubiquitous. I ended up parking less than one block away.
