I can actually make that claim being that I own property in every major city and has experienced many of different body shops in my life time. This place is very organized, extremely professional, overly transparent, best prices [NO INSURANCE JOB] I paid cash to fix my bumper on my 22 Audi SQ8. I dont even want to mention the extra work and special treatment I received when it was just my first time coming. Not a repeat customer but I will be! Kelvin was an exceptional representative. He gave me a finished day despite all the changes that arised the price or date did not change. I was fished on that day cleaned and everything. The quality of work was amazing. They even pointed out and corrected the horrible job from another body shop!!! If you dont come to this body shop for all your needs you can consider yourself an imbecile!!! This place was amazing in fixing my vehicle. Only took a week to fix and they did an amazing job. Only had this car for less than a year and I was rear ended. They made it look like nothing ever happened. They explained the process to me very well when I dropped it off and pick up was nice and smooth. Car was cleaned inside and out. Really horrible experience. They damaged my car and then offered me a refund. Then when I came to pickup my refund the owner said I changed my mind and laughed in my face. I took time off from work and he could not care less. Evil. Dont support this business. Ivo is the owner. Rude human. Manager is really bad also. Couldnt care less about non insurance based clients. Addressing response from the Owner: 1) I absolutely never threatened the shop with a negative review so please dont lie. 2) My car was brand new and you and your shop scratched the car. When I brought it to your attention you decided to take zero accountability. 3) You told me to come pick up my check for $350 and then tell me that you changed your mind when I arrived. Then after pleading with you to do the right thing you reluctantly offer to pay the other auto-body shop but you will need a video of the repair being done, essentially making me jump through several hurdles just to get what I was already promised. Understandably the other autobody shop was not willing to provide me with security footage of the repair being done. Thats an extremely rude thing to do to a customer. 4) Your shop acknowledged the scratch that you caused on the back. Your pictures that I personally saw confirmed that and even members of your team acknowledged that. You never repaired it and only blamed other people. 5) Your shop clearly does not prioritize non insurance based customers. 6) Feel free to share the pictures and compare with mine from that day. You will clearly see you caused many scratches but never once asked to look. From the start you never took any responsibility and just blamed me and others. 7) In the end of the day - I am the client and you are the business. It is your responsibility to make things right. Instead what is very clear from any negative review - You always blame the customer. Ask yourself if this is the type of business you want to work with? Over $350.

New Trimble Auto Body, did an amazing job on bringing back my Honda Civic to its former glory after an accident. Justin, very professional and very informative in helping me the moment I walked in the office door. He gave me a complete rundown and had me quickly on my way. My car was treated as though it belonged to one of their family members. They kept me in the loop and gave me a reasonable time frame. They diligently called me letting me know when my car was ready. They washed and detailed ready when I picked my honda up. Thanks again crew.

I believe in miracles and heres my story... My suv had a huge scuffing on the bumper. I went and got two estimates. One was $375; the other $490. Both shops required 2 days for job completion. I found New Trimble and Christina took a quick look and said Ill be right back She came with two spray bottles in her hand. Within 1 minute she removed the black scuff mark from my white suv and said have a nice day! To me she was an angel sent down from heaven. I will forever be grateful I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. God Bless You Christina

Thankful I found this place. Quick and easy online booking. Text/call the next day. Facilitated the insurance process as I had to take my car in due to a small fender bender caused by another vehicle. They were able to insure the car, and get me a rental(through the affiliated enterprise) in 1 business day. Repairs took about a week with updates along the way. Phenomenal results, car is like new. Christine and the multiple gentleman in the front (wish I got their names) provided great customer service. If you want efficiency I highly recommend this autobody.

Ivo, the owner of this facility is by far one of the most honest, helpful and understanding car care professionals I have come across. I was involved in a car accident with my brand new 2024 Audi Q5. My car was initially declared a total loss by the insurance, then a few days later the insurance company came back and stated that my car was no longer a total loss and that it would be repaired. Soon thereafter, I was referred to New Trimble by several people. From the moment I made the initial contact with the business, they took on the situation and made it so that I can rest assure that they would handle everything pertaining to the repairs from thereon. Two weeks later, Ivo personally contacted me and advised me that the car s repairs were far beyond more involved than what the insurance had assessed. He was honest and he personally got in touch with my insurance to help me facilitate a solution to my situation. All in all, thanks to Ivo and his team my car was surely declared a total loss and I was able to move on with my life and replace my car. Thank you for your help and expertise through this process!

Brought my 2019 Trailhawk into New Trimble a week ago, just picked it up yesterday. It looks better than ever!!! I had multiple problem areas and Im so relieved to have the vehicle back to new again..The customer service and speed at which they repaired my vehicle was fantastic. In addition to the repairs that were made, they were able to deal with the insurance side of things effortlessly without me having to get involved. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will be returning to see them again, as I have an interior repair (headliner) that is waiting to be delivered. Unfortunately we live in a world now that things are taking time from a supply and demand end as well as transport. These guys are great, hence why my review is just another extremely positive one.

I will never go back to these people, if you plan to rent a car from there make sure to not drop it off at their lot. I believe this was a scam as the rental car I rented out so they can fix my car was supposedly broken into after I dropped it off, gave the owner himself the keys and he supposedly contact enterprise to let them know I brought the car back. They never did they left the rental parked outside and now I have to pay out of my pocket to fix the rental that was no longer in my hands because they are so irresponsible and enterprise is charging me not them. They also called the police to file the report which again I wasn t notify or aware what was going on because the rental car was no longer in my hands. Also Mind that I had to come back 3 times to them because they fix one thing and another problem would happen with my car. NEVER AGAIN !!!

If I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend this body shop. The first time I came to pick up my car the front bumper was not clipped in completely. I brought it back for them to fix and I noticed more damage on the body. I have a curved rim on my passenger front that they do not want to take responsibility for. I brought my car back early Saturday for them to fix my bumper and all the scratches on my paint. After waiting over 3 hours, they brought my car out to me and it still has damage on the paint. So now I am waiting again for them to fix their mistakes and still waiting for them to take responsibility for the rest of the damages.

Priced comparably and has great service with nice people!! Willing to work with aftermarket parts and if you pay cash the price can be negotiable. They made my baby like new!!

The people at New Trimble (Justin is the only name I can remember...my apologies!) were super nice and very comforting. I was so scared when I got into my accident. They assured me they can get it done, no problem. I was told there may be a delay because there is a parts shortage which I expected, however, it was done before they estimated! And OMG! They did an amazing job with my car! I was so worried it wouldnt look the same but its just perfect! It looks brand new!! The sensors and everything work like a charm. To top it all off the car was cleaned, inside and out. It had been wiped down and vacuumed, even inside the trunk! The tires were waxed and everything. My car was sparkling! Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job!!

After having my car for three weeks, they couldn t fix it because they couldn t get the part that was missing. Mind you, I had a loaner paying 13 dollars daily so I had to pay 300 dollars to the rent a car. Very disappointed

Went to this auto body shop to get body damage repaired towards the rear of my car and some exterior pieces painted and installed. Chose it because it was the highest rated, local, body shop. My car was complete and ready for pickup on a rainy evening. I couldn t make the pickup personally so I sent someone in my stead. The car sat all night until I could take a look at the work done in the morning. I had a few issues with the repairs. My drivers door would occasionally remain locked when using the unlock button on my remote and the lock was very stiff to turn, strange black residue on air condition vents, and most notably was my trunk being full of water. I remedied most of that problem by replacing old worn out taillight seals that were reused but also noticed a seam that was previously spot welded had come apart and was leaking as well. I couldn t fix this myself so I brought my car back since the work is warrantied. After explaining to the receptionist the issues with the repairs, I was told she d have to ask if they could fix the split seam under warranty because my car was previously repaired poorly on the same section they worked on. I found it odd that they would even question repairing it but in the end they did anyway. Picked up my car after a few days and looked over the repairs again. Seam was fixed but my door lock wasn t. Receptionist insisted that I never brought that problem up and it would take a bit of time to fix. I really didn t want to leave my car for a third time so that was that. These repairs were done a few months back but what compelled me to write this review today was looking at the overall quality of the finish. I came across paint that is starting to lift on a new body piece that was sprayed (rear bumper.)There is also a noticeable difference in the clear coat appearance of panels that were resprayed and blended , very textured and orange peely. I have attached pictures of an untouched panel versus a resprayed panel as well as the lifting paint on my bumper. I wouldn t recommend this shop, but if you do decide to go with it, invest in a breaker bar because they will also torque your wheels to high heaven.

I took my car in for an estimate, for a side mirror. Justin was really nice and friendly and came right away to check out my car. The estimate was very reasonable and he was honest about the wait time. I found this body shop to be professional and would give them my business.

I went through GEICO and chose this body shop (1st time) car came out looking nice BUT 2 things went wrong. I had aftermarket underglow lights on the car which I mentioned to the shop and estimator SO THEY KNOW TO BE CAREFUL. The day of pick up the lights weren t working correct , a few weeks later I took the bumper off to wire up my fog lights and noticed this. I understand the body shops job is to REPAIR the car but at least tell me you guys broke something so I don t damage or short any wiring THEY BLACK TAPED IT AND HID THE WIRING and left this OEM sensor hanging with broken clips which should ve been secured. I forgot to mention I left the shop with 1 windshield wiper missing the day of pick up thank god I didn t turn them on

On 11/26/19, a lady tried to merge onto my lane in Paulison Avenue in Clifton and hit my car. To make the situation a bit complicated, the lady who hit me had a lapse in her car insurance. She did not leave though. She stayed with me and promised to pay for the damages. We decided to look for an Autobody Place near us and we went to New Trimble to get a quote. Ivo was great and he quoted her a pretty decent amount. But, to explore other options, we decided to go somewhere else to get a second quote. The 2nd place was considerably higher than Ivo s so we went back and she payed upfront as promised and I secured a date to get my car fixed. It was in the shop for 2 days and I must say, I m very impressed with the results!!! Everything was perfect and they even detailed my car :) which was a total surprise. Overall, I was satisfied not just by the service but the level of professional work that was done on my vehicle was up to par! Thank you to Ivo and his team!

They had my car for 6 business days and I was apprehensive to pick it up, anticipating that work wouldnt be completed to my satisfaction. I was wrong. I couldnt find anything wrong with the work they did on my maxima. It looked brand new as the day I drove it off the lot. Very pleased with their customer service, their daily updates, and the pick up.

I ve been a customer since I first started driving in the early eights. Currently, I hadn t been there in a while. I had a unfortunate date with a pole as I was backing up. It left its reminder all over my red bumper. It was driving nuts as I am very meticulous about my cars. I gave them a call, they remembered me and in less than an hour. Without hesitation they took care of my mishap. My car looks beautiful!!! Im so pleased! I would not trust anyone else with my cars. The staff and crew at Trimble Auto Body of Clifton, NJ are truly the BEST! Now only if they could rub out some real bad dates!!

I chose Trimble because of their reviews here and was not disappointed. Christina was very courteous and arranged for the rental agency to pick me up when I arrived. The time estimate to repair was right on. The work performed on my Si was perfect.

They did an excellent job on my repairs and price was very reasonable. In fact, they had accidentally overcharged me but actually called me after hours to let me know they had made an error! Quality customer service! I am glad I went through them!

The process from start to finish was great. I recently got into an accident where the fault was 50/50 so I decided to fix the back bumper out-of-pocket. I came across New Trimble Auto Body and to be honest the positive reviews could not be more spot on about this body shop. Christina took a look at the bumper and she gave me an estimate, which in my opinion was fairly priced. They fixed my car and I could not be any happier with the result. I would definitely recommend this place for any auto body work and ask for Christina, she is great to work with.

New trimble auto body prices are very affordable..The body work is just impeccable i had a dent on my new 2018 honda accord ivo quoted me with a great price than others! Not only did they fix my dent so perfect and made it seem like nothinf happend but they also detailed my car i felt like i just got it out of the dealership they shined my wheels washed my car, and they vacuumed my car inside.. Just wow you guys are great thank you so much !!!

Where to even start? I had gotten into an accident and was so upset, my boyfriend told me of this place by where he grew up. We went there and right from the first second meeting the owner he was so welcoming and calming and reassured me my car would look back to normal again. we made an appt and he did the work perfectly ever detail was taken into account. From there I just had back luck side mirror getting hit on the street and another car hit me when my car was parked outside of my house. I swear looking at my car it looks BRAND NEW, he is a wonderful, fair, honest and trustworthy owner and everyone there is very friendly.
