I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Roscoes Auto Body Shop in Clifton, New Jersey! From start to finish, their service was exceptional, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The speed at which Roscoes Auto Body Shop worked on my vehicle was nothing short of impressive. I had expected to be without my car for several days, but to my surprise, they managed to complete the repairs in record time without compromising on quality.

Got into a wreck on a job after a 21 hour day. Was exhausted and desperate to get my car fixed enough to be drive-able so I could get to my hotel for 4 hours of sleep before heading back to work. Got recommended here by the nearest Honda dealership, and Im so grateful they did. Fair price, and when he saw the state I was in, graciously worked with me to get it done fast. He even let me hang out and rest while he worked. His work was efficient and impressive. The car was not only drive-able and safe, but looked great too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Gary is the best! Can t recommend his shop enough. Someone side swept my car damaging the bumper and side molding/door and not only did he fix it quickly, it was a job well done and he was incredibly reasonable price wise. Hard to come by great service where you don t feel like they re trying to rip you off- Roscoes is stellar.

Roscoe was such a sweetheart. I had a large dent in the back of my car and needed to repair it. Roscoe said no problem and did it under 24 hours. He did an amazing job and it looks brands new! My vehicle had a noticeable rub off of paint along the left rear corner. There was no metal damage. Roscoe did an excellent job matching the paint and completed the job the same day. The price was reasonable.

When I bought my vehicle the license plate cover had the screws set up wrong. Called some dealerships close to me and they quoted me ludicrous prices to adjust it. Gary helped us out with no issues and was very nice about it. Will definitely be going back if I need any body work done.

Gary has saved me from myself and my not too awesome driving abilities for years. We had a pretty long hiatus as I became a car owner for a while as opposed to a leaser. Nothing is more stressful than getting in a car accident-- except maybe getting in a hit and run car accident in Midtown NYC rush hour traffic when youre from a small town in Massachusetts. This was my story when I called Gary at Roscoes Auto Body. When dealing with the car industry, you never really expect care, concern, or patience..because lets face it-- its a business to make money. This was not the case at Roscoes. From the second I called Gary to explain my situation I felt calm and like everything was going to be fine. He knew I was trying to get back to Massachusetts and that I was stranded until my car was fixed and he dealt with all of my phone calls with professionalism and compassion. My car was ready in no time and not only did it look like it had never been in an accident, it was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I was even able to meet Garys Dad before leaving with my car and I can see that the apple does not fall far from the tree. If youre looking for an auto body shop that sincerely cares about its customers and its reputation and does A+ quality work, skip the bigger shops and stick to this family owned and operated business.
