Called at 11:00 p.m. after I got stranded on the side of the road. They were there within 15 minutes, had it hitched within 5, and gave me a lift. Very friendly, we even solved world peace during the ride

This company is highly unprofessional. They engage in predatory towing practices. The drivers sit around like sharks waiting for their moment to pounce. This company is run by a bunch of con artists. 5/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND! **EDIT after companies response: I was not parked for a very long time. They DO engage in predatory towing practices as they are not allowed to wait around watching to tow vehicles on their own accord, yet the driver told us he was waiting there. Their signs do not comport with the law and thus do not give notice in the proper manner. It is true that I did call the police, but the police DID NOT tell me the same thing as the driver the police told me to make a formal complaint with the department and the Better Business Bureau because they are scamming people. Further they charged the full towing fee, for decoupling which they are not allowed to do. Decoupling should be a lower fee. They tried to bargain between my friend s car and mine, my car wasn t even hooked up yet, this no decoupling fee should have been charged, yet I still had to pay so they would release it. They forced us to pay cash and gave no receipt, aka no paper trail of their predatory actions. Then the driver stayed there with his head lights and flashing lights in our face harassing us telling us to leave the parking lot because we were not customers. At that point we had been customers since we were forced by HIM, to use the ATM to withdraw money to pay him. But I didn t realize the tow company was also in the business of harassing people who were just trying to understand what just happened and trying to get advice from the police. I will be making all formal complaints as recommended by the police and looking into bringing a claim against this towing company for violating the NJ Predatory Towing Prevention Act!

They are genuine scam artists. EDIT*** post company response: I was parked in the spot for 5 minutes, not 2 hours. Hence why my car wasn t towed. And how do you know what I was doing? Were you being a predator and watching my every move & waiting for me while I shopped at 10pm on a Wednesday night? Your driver did say he waited for me to come back so I highly doubt he waited 2 hours. The lies you make up to cover yourselves as scam artists, it s incredible. It seems that your company does this quite often since the CVS customers all knew to give you cash to get you to go away. I can t imagine the amount of police complaints you ve received. And the police told me to file a complaint to the state since this isn t your first offense. Get your facts straight. Also this is impeccable customer service, I can tell you re very uneducated and unprofessional based on your response. Feel very very sorry for you. I mean scamming people for money comes easy for you, so I can tell you re pretty low class. WARNING PEOPLE - If they only have a hook on your car, they charge 250$ cash to take it off. They negotiated with my friend to bring hers down to $150. I m sorry, you re negotiating a 2 for 1 pre-tow. ILLEGAL. Please look up NJ predatory towing services, and educate yourselves so that you don t become a victim like my friend & I.

Today we had an issue with our car on Hylan Blvd staten Island. It was a dangerous situation and we were left for two hours before a tow company came. The first tow company was Next Level Wreckers said they coming and after an hour was texting negotiating a price. Towing is included in my insurance! So I called Allstate and was very upset and finally, after two hours, they sent Breen Brothers. They were awesome!!!! Allstate- not so much!!!

I called about 6 tow numbers on a late Sunday night needed a tow ASAP my car s alternator went got a call back from these guys gave me a TOA picked me up took me to my destination very profesional work, respectful people would HIGHLY recommend for their services!!! I spoke with the driver on our way to my drop off these guys are ambitious and ready to get the job done they know what they want!! Need a tow call them up!!!

I was on the highway on my way to a birthday dinner. My engine failed and I was towed to the nearest local road. I call this company, having no experience on what to do and no knowledge if they were reliable. The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. Talking to him made me feel a lot better. The tow truck driver was very kind as well. They gave me a fair price and drove my truck 35 minutes away. I appreciate the help and recommend these guys if youre ever in a pinch.

What a FABULOUS company!!! I had bought a car online that was located out of state and originally, I went with another towing company to transport the car to my place. They were absolutely horrible! Kept pushing the pickup date back and giving excuses. I needed this job to be done quickly so I looked and found Allstate 1st Choice Towing. They are EXTREMELY polite and within HOURS of calling them, I had the car!! They accommodated on such short notice and delivered the car all on the SAME DAY!!! When the car arrived, there was an issue with the battery so they provided a boost for FREE. I did not get their names but they were both amazing guys who provided such quality service. I would recommend this towing company to ANYONE who needs vehicle transport. You will NOT be disappointed!!
