Even though I am going to go with WHB to fix my car Lance is a nice guy really takes the time with a potential customer which is appreciated will definitely use him in the future
I've read the various range of reviews and several were experienced over the course of a month. I needed lay out what occurred with my car other than to say it seems to be a business in decline.
Zero stars. Made an appointment for a simple RV inspection a week in advance. When I arrive there wasn’t a sole to be found. After shouting “Hello” several times , a gentleman came from the back and said no one is here to do the inspection. The owner was on his way to pick up a camper and the office worker took the afternoon off. He suggested I call the business number and with that I was told “let me call lance and call you right back. So here I am waiting and left because no ever called me back. Lack of respect for their customers time, inconsiderate and blatant disregard in every way. Apparently, they don’t care, assume responsibility or need your business. Move on people. WHB AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION awesome
Definitely not the best service!!!! Waited on parts for 5-6 weeks, wrong part delivered originally, ended up paying out of pocket for a rental because insurance only covered 30 days. This part is understandable, we get that it takes time for parts to come in. We were told the car was done and to come pick up at 3pm. We ended up sitting in the parking lot for over 2 hours (after closing) with a 6 mo old baby in the car as I watched them put my car on the lift and piece it together... why was I told it was done?!?! By far the worst part, my car smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, as did their entire office. If you want to smoke inside your business, okay, do what you want. But in and around customer's vehicles? Come on!! It's taken weeks of airing my car out and it still smells. This is our family vehicle that 3 children ride in daily!!!!! On top of all this... my check engine light came on a few days after FINALLY getting my car back and Cobleskill Collision told us it had nothing to do with the repairs, and referred us to Chevy. We've had vehicles repaired here before without issue. This time, I'm not a happy customer!!! Won't be seeing our business there again...
Have gotten a UHaul and a safety inspection on my Subaru from this outfit. They were quick, polite, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Lance and LeAnn are awesome...not only did they get the job done in a timely fashion. LeAnn has a tremendous help with making sure our insurance company was not dragging their feet. The car looks fantastic. Highly recommend...you guys rock!!!
These guys are so helpful and got the job done quick. My van was not starting without jumping and they found the issue quickly. It turned out to be a faulty part I'd purchased elsewhere. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I'll definitely trust them with my van in the future!
I went here for uhaul. They were nice, helpful people who accommodated me several times, making it easy on me to do things on my schedule rather than having to take time off from work to move. They were honest and they didn't tack on any charges other than the rental fee. Thanks.

Extremely rude and incapable staff! Ive had multiple friends and family go here and they always mess something up while charging the insurance companies max price on parts that arent even OEM. I recently got a quote from them and got the work done for 60% less somewhere else. Do your self a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Nasty people.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Tried to charge my daughter who goes to SUNY Cobleskill $600 for a $100 part to fix her power window. Trying to take advantage of a young female college student!!! How pathetic!!

The work truck was acting up and i happened to be delivering to a new customer. These guys took time to give the E-350 super duty a good look thru & got me back on the road.

I had my truck towed there on a Saturday and gave them a call on the Monday they were suppose to be open. Called twice. First time I had to leave a message and second time I got an actual person that said they were closed due to a member of the family in the hospital and i would get a call Tuesday by 1. Tuesday passes. No call. Wednesday passed. No call. I called then once Thursday and then called twice Friday. I had to leave messages all three times. Finally decided to give up and get my truck towed to a different mechanic.
Charged me over 400 dollars to tow my car 10 miles. Worst company Ive ever had business with. They kept my car because I didnt have over 400 hundred dollars. They charged me for two tow trucks and thats not on me. I had to give them my title and they kept the car. A total loss.
Being a person who was raised in a garage and has done quite a bit of body work as well as mechanic work I have been extremely impressed with Cobleskill Collision. Ive had two vehicles repaired with body damage and they did an excellent job while there I also needed some mechanical work done so I asked if they did that as well. Not only did they do a great job on the body work but they did an excellent job on my Mechanicals I cant say enough about Cobleskill Collision I would recommend them to anybody. I ve been going here for years for any repairs needed on my car. Lance does great work and is always super accommodating!
DONT USE THESE PEOPLE ! Had my car towed here TO GET some work doneall I needed were the control arms. The guy who picked up the vehicle assured me that they had no business and my car would be complete by friday. The next day I call to get a qouteand was told that they would know by 1 that afternoon. After calling multiple times after 1 with no answer I have up. The next day comes and I start calling at about 8 am I got no answer untill 5 pm and when they did answer they still had no qoute stating that the parts werent in (all I wanted was a quote I never gave themn a go ahead to work on my car) . So the next day comes and its Thursday I call all morning no answer. Finally about 1 pm I get an answer and I ask for theqoute as my car had been there 4 days now the guy tells me hell look at my car and give me a call back . 2 hours go by and no call . At this point I call again and tell the guy to park my car outside that Ill have a row company come and get it , the guy throws a fit tells me that if I didnt call so much hed have time do something and says my cats already on the lift and he has the parts I NEVER TOLD HIM TO WORK ON MY CAR I STILL NEVER GOT A QOUTE !!! So never use them horrible business and they are scam artists ! Towed my vehicle to J&M Auto and got a qoute the NEXT DAY!
DONT USE THEM !!!! My car sat there an entire week and they couldnt give me a qoute ! When I called to figure out what was happening the guy have me a rude attitude. Bad business etiquette Bad people!

Sat in waiting room with employees for 2 hours and they barely even acknowledged i was there. They asked once what was wrong and didnt reply when i told them. Terrible service will never go back
