After, he was the same in explaining the findings. He also provided me with a printed copy of the report and enrolled my vehicle, a 2005 Infiniti QX56 into a lifetime Carfax report for my vehicle for as long as I own it. Made an appointment for several issues with the vehicle, indicating the need for a rental car as I have three children and work. I am completely understanding of the fact they don t have many to loan out and my apt was postponed. It has been nearly 8 weeks since that apt, I called to get an update as to where I fell on the wait list and was belittled by the coordinator that I was transferred to. She rudely said she has no idea or access to the fleet and will Call me back 3 days later still no call. I called. Again, rent with rudeness, and told the site was down I ll call you back ..4 days later still no call. I called back. Why do you keep calling? There are no vehicles to loan, 3 customers have crashed them leaving us with less! I was told. This is my 3rd vehicle here, and I have NEVER had this horrible of an experience with service. I used to rave about this location, I will NOT be buying from this dealership ever again. The quality of the vehicle is poor completed to years past and the service is unacceptable. Stay away.
Michael Bingham walks on water. He is so incredibly magnificent and patient with me and my beloved, cherished 2004 G35. He is detailed and thorough, and I completely understand his input, advice, and direction. I have bragged about him to everyone I know. My experience was wonderful. Sami Dawood met me immediately and quickly and competently set up my service. I had time constraints and Sami worked with me to add necessary services within my constraints. Sami kept me apprised of the service progress. He helped clean my vehicle so that I could leave on time. Sami explained all of the inspections and services. Finally, he set up my next service. I have always been pleased with services at Lia Infinity. Sami Dawood is a great addition to the service department.
Everything was handled in a professional manner. I was consulted and informed of both the cost and progress of work being done on my vehicle. The work I had done consisted of trouble shooting a check engine light, with the recommended service to correct the issue being: new spark plugs and injector cleaning. I also had the transmission serviced and a new belt installed. Update: Within a week, the check engine light came back on. It took another week to get an appointment. During that time, I found a torn vacuum hose. I was at the dealership for 5 hours while they did a relearn of the throttle body. It was not even a day later when the check engine light was on again. I decided to have Qx60 looked at by a highly recommended independent mechanic. He found a second larger vacuum hose torn on the left rear of the engine. He replaced the hose, and the car is now running fine. I understand the mechanics at the dealership are under a time restraint when doing work or service on your vehicle. However, verifying all work and service done should take priority.
When into Lia Infiniti for routine service and was met by service rep Sami Dawood. All I can say is I have never been in for a service appointment and met a rep that went completely out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with Lia Infiniti service. Great service, great rep Sami Dawood, I will for sure be back to Lia Infiniti for servicing my vehicle.

Wanted to get my vehicle Detailed inside and out and contacted Lia Infinity to confirm they did this service there and then, set up an appointment. For convenience, I wanted to drop of the afternoon prior and pick up when complete (they need 1/2 day with the vehicle). They made that easy enough. When I dropped off my vehicle, I met Mike Bingham. What a break that was... he is an absolute PRO! We discussed a few concerns I had and he assured me that they would handle everything. Great communication from that point on, until I picked it up the next day. Mike personally made sure everything we discussed was handled. I definitely recommend LIA for your automotive needs and MIKE Bingham in particular, for SERVICE. Ill try to find him wherever he goes!
My service was great. I worked with Jonathan Hayes. I came from Pittsfield, MA to have my car serviced. I received a prompt response. They have a nice and comfortable waiting area for customers. I didnt wait long at all. I came to get my filter changed out and that was great. Upon inspection and questions that I had, Mr. Hayes also ordered the parts that I needed for my car which was covered under warranty. I bought my car in Pittsfield, MA from a local dealership and the service department has been unreliable and didnt follow through on anything requested or recommended. I plan to come back again.

I appreciate the care and service I experience consistently with Rodney Curl at Lia Infinity no matter how big or how small or whether it s over the phone or in person. My calls are returned, a solution is offered, service is prompt and the return of my vehicle with a quick turn around is always amazing. Had a great and timely experience at Lia Infiniti. Jonathan Hayes greeted us and ushered us into the waiting room promising us that the car needs would be taken care of in an hour and a half or less. He was right! In exactly an hour and a half we had an oil change, tire rotation, a car wash and something that really surprised us...our car had been vacuumed out in the front seats. My husband and I were astounded...happily so. Overall we received excellent service from Lia Infiniti and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The engine on my Infiniti, which I purchased at Lia Infiniti several years ago, seized and had to be towed to Lia Infiniti for repair/replacement. The friendly, professional staff at Lia Infiniti were great to work with. They took care of everything I needed and did a great job. My service advisor, Celeste Hill kept me up to date on what was going on with my car and the status of my repair. She was also instrumental is getting my repair covered under warranty. While I was not pleased with the service from Infiniti Roadside Assistance (which was useless and nonexistent) or from Infinitis Extended Warranty Program, I could not be happier with the service from Lia Infiniti. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help them.
I would recommend Lia Infiniti to all my family and friends. Great facility and the staff are awesome. Jonathan Hayes is outstanding. He made us feel like we were their number one customer! We will happily drive two hours each way for Lia Infinitis service, and most definitely for our next purchase.

Celeste was very accomadating. I was in and out the door at drop-off. She called the next day and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. She actually educated me on catalytic converters, and answered all my questions. She had a million other things going on but was still able to focus on me and with a smile, I might add. My first time visiting Lia Infiniti for service since purchasing my Q50. I promptly went in the wrong door for the Service Department and was directed to the correct area. I met Service Advisor Sarah Edwards who told me that she would run and get my car as customers may drive right into a brightly lit garage lined on one side with offices for their Service Advisors. Sarah then reintroduced herself and we proceeded to discuss what services were appropriate for my car. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and made several suggestions that were appropriate. With that Sarah escorted me to a pleasant waiting room with coffee, donuts, water.... Sarah made it a point to update me and several other customers in the waiting area as to the progress and timing of our vehicles. I would recommend both Lia Infiniti and Sarah Edwards.
On this particular visit the vehicle was scheduled for tire rotation. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by my service advisor Sami Dawood very cordial and polite. Sami did give me updates on my cars status throughout the day. My car was returned to me sparkling clean as expected. All in all this was just another very successful service visit!!

I have owned 3 Infiniti vehicles in a row. Lisa Dugan takes great care of setting everything up for you. She is the only service advisor I will work with she is the best. You get a shuttle or loaner if you need it and the work is always done well and prices are reasonable especially for a dealership which can sometimes be expensive.

They are there to be of service to us, and it shows. Time after time, they work with us to determine what needs to be taken care of on our 2010 FX35. When all of the work is done, Lisa and her crew have checked and rechecked the work that has been completed. Helpful and price better than competition
Lisa Dugan as usual was great at detailing the needed repairs. She is GREAT, 5 stars for her! The timing of the work was not good, it took over a week before everything was completed (due to Covid absenses?).

Lisa Dugan has been our go to person at Lia for several years, and she has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
Recently, as a result of hitting a pothole, I damaged my tire. Frustratingly, I contacted Lisa and she told me to bring my car in and offered an assistant to take me to and from the dealership. This is my third Infiniti and when I need service, Lisa has always, with great professionalism, offered understanding and assistance. For this, I am grateful. Thanks, Lisa and Happy New Year!!!!!

I purchased this vehicle from another dealer in Florida, but the welcome I had was good. I have only had the car a year, and the DCU went blank. To my surprise, the fix would cost $4000. Mike was apologetic, and since I had no extended warrantee, there was not much he could do. He did promise to look into a program Lia has to help out customers like me. The car only has 49K miles, and to have to make a $4000 repair is a bit out of hand. Mike was very understanding.

Lisa Dugan is always a welcome sight at the service center at Lia. Got an upgrade to Apple CarPlay listed as a recall by Infiniti and a NYS inspection which Lisa had a coupon for and was therefor free :)
