The staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to and explain the situation on drop off however the issue I took my vehicle there for was not fixed and after them having the vehicle for 3 days with no communication from them I had to go pick up my vehicle....I think the shop overall is OK but need to work om communication and actually fix the issue that the vehicle is there for.....

Editing my review: labor costs are through the roof for the work. How are wheel bearings 5 hours... And when they replaced a different part, my car no longer runs like it used to. Id look somewhere else for more complicated stuff than an oil change.

Quick and excellent service.

I have been going to these guys for about 15 years now. Never once had a complaint, they have always been good to me even during very rough times with cars. They are amazing and Stephen always remembers me even when it has been a while!

This was my first experience with this shop and I must say definitely not my last they were very thorough in finding the issue and did not overcharge me. The secretary Kathy was very polite and let me explain the issue as best as I could and kept me updated every step of the way. Steve fixed what Goldstein missed AND he has the new freon my Jeep Cherokee requires. Kathy is a phenomenal receptionist and she has such clear and precise communication. Steve himself is very kind, too. 10/10 would recommend!!

Good with any problem

The mechanics installed my wheel bearing on the wrong side. Even after specifically saying I need drivers side rear done. They did my pass side rear. When I asked how they would handle it shop owner told me to buy a new bearing and seals which is $100 and they would install. But he refused to cover cost of the part he installed on the wrong side. They are shady mechanics

I went here solely based on reviews and am so glad I did! They were awesome at every step of the way. We took my and my husbands car in at the same time. They called saying his was done, but my husband had mentioned to me that it was overheating. I mentioned it and they looked at it additionally with no problem. My rotor had rust on it. They could have easily replaced it and charged us extra and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they grounded the rust off and just charged labor. They researched tire prices for us and even fixed the light in my gearshift console after I forgot to tell them :) We will never go anywhere else but Hepps! Fair prices and fair people-- Stephen Hepp spoke to me personally like he had no other cars to work on and I was only his customer of the day. Cant recommend these guys enough!!

First couple of times bringing my car in was fine. Friendly. The last time I brought my car in for a small problem he told me I needed a new transmission. Next day I had the same problem after having kept my car for such a long time. Brought it back after spending well over $3,000 he showed me the problem which I already knew because one of his workers shows me the very 1st day I brought it in. BE AWARE , he will eventually give you the same song and dance .. it should have only cost me $97. And they keep my car forever. Now I know why there are ALWAYS so many cars in the parking lot.

WOW!! What a phenomenal place. I am so grateful to have FINALLY found a mechanic team that is so honest, personable, knowledgeable, etc. I ve had certain car issues for ~24 months, I ve taken it to other mechanics multiple times to no avail. I almost gave up on it. Luckily a colleague put me on to them. They fixed the issue within an hour. AN HOUR people. Thank you guys!! The entire team is just so warm, they make you feel right at home. They know how customer service works. Will absolutely be returning for every car need as long as I live Upstate.

The first time I had ever needed to get work done on my car not by the the dealership was here. I was very skeptical and nervous about how the work would come out but it was fantastic. He fully understood what I was talking about even tho I wasn t really explaining it clearly. I told him how much I had to spend and didn t even come close to it. The mechanics at this shop really know what they are doing, friendly and honest. Will definitely be going back next time I need work done on my car!

Ive taken my cars here about 8 or 10 times for various things ranging from oil changes and getting tires mounted to replacing an AC compressor and re-running brake lines. Theyre knowledgable, personable guys and Ive been happy with all the jobs theyve done for me - nothing has failed yet, had to be redone, or taken significantly longer than expected, nor have they mis-diagnosed or thrown parts at the problem. They dont gouge on parts prices, will install parts you bring in, and will even advise when a salvage part may be the best bet long term (e.g. AC compressors). Their ~$90 hourly rate is about par for the course, and I think they just charge by the book rate number of hours for things. Unfortunately, they dont keep very long hours; its tough to get in on Saturdays, and you may have to wait a couple days to schedule in a big job. Shorter 1-2 hour jobs can usually get scheduled right in same day or next day.

My family has brought our cars to Steve for a few years now. He and his employees are some of the most professional and personable guys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We have always had wonderful service at a very reasonable cost. It is so nice to know you can bring your vehicles to a business without the fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of. On the contrary, Steve goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are treated with honestly and respect. I highly recommend Steve and his staff.
