If there was an option to leave a 10 STAR review, I would do so! NightRider was back in my home today for window cleaning and power washing. Brandon, Nick and John were incredibly hard working, friendly, professional and thorough! My entire home seems so much brighter and cleaner thanks to their excellent work. They are a very efficient and tireless team, carefully moving furniture and curtains and meticulously returning everything back exactly the way it was. Their cleaning process is very detailed - removing, cleaning and reinstalling the screens, thoroughly cleaning the window sills, and washing both the inside and outside of the windows to a streak-free shine. They also cleaned my enormous foyer chandelier and 2-story high ceiling fan, removing every last piece of dust and all of the cobwebs.They remembered to clean the garage and basement windows as well. My entire home has been given a 10-star refresh and cleaning thanks to NightRider. Dealing with Duane (the Vice President of the Company) and Paul (the Director of Building Services) was a pleasure. They are both extremely passionate about the work that they do, proud of the business (as they should be) and are clearly very committed to providing excellent customer service and communication. As a return customer, I was treated like a VIP which I am certain is how they make all of their customers feel. This is how a business should be run and I am grateful to be one of their customers.
I'm the Property Manager at a senior apartment complex and we hired Nightrider to help out with cleaning the buildings due to short staffing and they were great, reliable professional and always friendly. We currently hired someone and no longer need their services at this time. I actually feel bad that we had to let them go. If we need any cleaning services in the future I will definitely contact Nightrider.

Night Rider's Painting Crew recently did work in my home and I was extremely impressed! Their attention to detail is superb, the guys are friendly, professional, hard working, thorough, and show so much effort and attention in taking the best care of your home. They made sure the job was completed perfectly and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was done. It was truly a pleasure to have them working in my home and I intend to hire them again for future jobs. I highly recommend Night Rider for any home improvement projects you may have.

Flexibility with choosing what satellite cleaning jobs fit your schedule. If you are a worker who does a good job and comes to work as required, you are compensated fairly. Able to easily request time off. Majority of employees are good to work. Bad apples, those looking to do minimum for easy money dont last. Company tries to keep the good workers.

NightRider has been the cleaning company for my office since September of 2018. In the 5 years weve worked together the company President, Jon, has always been incredibly responsive and great to work with. The COO Duane, has also always been very helpful. They do a good job cleaning offices, taking out trash, recycling, etc. They were also a tremendous help during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic. We were a company that had to continue to operate because of the work we do so their help keeping us sanitized and clean was so appreciated. I never expect a company to be perfect and know that no matter who I work with, especially over a long period of time, things are going to happen, go wrong, etc. Its important to me to work with a company that will talk about and address problems head on, which is exactly what NighRider does. Any time we had an issue with a cleaning Jon and Duane were quick to respond and ready with solutions. They never stop until my team and I were happy with the results. The only reason we are ending our working relationship with Nightrider is because were moving and our new office provides cleaning services. I needed a form completed, they were very responsive.
We had the exterior of our home cleaned (vinyl siding power washed, and stonework cleaned up), and all our windows cleaned inside and out, screens cleaned, tracks cleaned. It was a big job and it was done with care and professionalism. NightRider was responsive from my first contact to them, they arrived promptly to work, worked diligently, double-checked their work, and cleaned everything up. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work performed at a high level as well. We couldnt be happier.

Update: After posting my original review, the owner of the company, Jon, reached out to me to go over my experience and offered to return to do another cleaning as well as wash my windows and power-wash my house at no cost. I accepted and definitely recommend the window and power-washing services. If I had just booked these services originally without my experience on the cleaning side, that would be a five star review. The second cleaning was pretty good--a few smaller things were missed but had it been the first time, I would have given a four star review. I really do appreciate the follow-up from Jon and his willingness to go above and beyond to make up for my bad experience as well as solicit feedback to see how they can improve going forward. Original: I booked a home cleaning with Night Rider s counterpart, Dayrider. They do not appear to have a separate online presence, but both companies have the same phone number and URL. I chose this company because of their initial responsiveness and thorough list of cleaning tasks. Unfortunately, my house was only about 50% cleaned. I returned home to crumbs on the kitchen counter, floors that were not washed or swept, and shelves, baseboards and windowsills completely untouched. In addition, my garage door was left open by the crew and eventually my neighbor closed it for me. At first, the Director was responsive and after I sent pictures of most of what was still dirty, she offered to return to rectify the problem. I told her I would give them a second chance but was having company in a few days. Almost 48 hours and a follow-up email later, no time or date was offered when she sent a note confirming that the level of service was unacceptable. At that point, I had already cleaned myself for my visitors and said not to bother. The only saving grace of this situation was that they didn t charge me in advance, though I still received the invoice and have gotten no final response.

I cant give them any stars...regardless of how great they may be.Honestly? I dont care how good you are....if someone (me) calls with a list of referrals and hoping to find a good company to take care of my valuable and cherished customers (about 100 of them) with janitorial issues, you treat that person (me again) like a potential customer.How do you not know this? I reached out for your help...(pardon me for being a little awkward, I wasnt sure how to ask) and you verbally pushed me away like I was wasting your time...Nice Job , John...Youve got some retraining to do on the customer service end. Ill never call you....You are way too important for the likes of me.Get over yourself.

A janitorial company is a janitorial company, they are all the same...NOT TRUE! We have been using NightRider Janitorial Services for a couple of years and have never been disappointed. They show up every time, on time and professionally dressed. There has never been an issue, the office is spotless, the bathrooms are clean, the desks are neat, the trash all removed, the sinks are gleaming, the refrigerators are sparkling, no detail is overlooked. They leave nothing to chance: an account manager oversees the entire process, follows up with you to make sure you are happy, has a team leader on site that makes sure everything is up to YOUR specifications. They even have a notebook so you can communicate directly with the janitorial staff if needed. If you are not using NightRider for your janitorial services, then your office is not being cleaned and sanitized to the level it should be. Thank you NightRider, keep doing what youre doing!
