This company can write the book on CUSTOMER SERVICE! Knowledgeable staff, and they offers quality suggestions! Totally fabulous experience.

SCAM ARTIST!! Very friendly at first when he overquoted us ($3,200) on a new entry door and asked for a $1,500 CASH deposit. When questioned as to what the $1,500 cash deposit was for, he flipped on a dime and became irate before slamming the phone down on us. Everyone knows, (including Tom) that you NEVER pay for work before the job is done. After Tom slammed the phone down, we called a glass company who came out the same day and said that only the glass needed to be replaced and not the entire door. The work was done on premises that day, and the cost was $500, a savings of $2,700. This week's Walk of Shame goes to Tom. Only eight reviews (before this one) and only two gave a description of the work (another red flag). Should change the name to Able's because he's able to pull a scam. Buy yourself a LARGE size jar of Vaseline before doing business with this crook!

The guy who owns this place is seriously the nicest guy you'll find! I've never been treated so nice with this quality customer service! I think this guy loves what he does! This is the place to go right here!

I bought a decorative mirror of the NY City Skyline on Saturday. On my way home with it, one of the points of the mirror cracked in well over 12 pieces. I called Able Glass on that Saturday just before 5 pm and Tom answered. We spoke and I texted him pictures and he said let’s meet tomorrow, a Sunday at his shop. I called him Sunday morning and he said he was on his way to his shop. Within minutes Tom made the mirror perfect again. I was beating myself up all Saturday for damaging the mirror. Thank you Tom. You sure made my Sunday better!
