My car was brought in for warranty work as well as an oil change and filter, tire rotation. When we picked the car up in the evening shortly after driving not only a mile down the road the left front tire air pressure light came on. The service department was already closed so I did call. Left a message that evening with our service rep Sami. regarding the light coming on. The next morning when I went to go to bring my son to school I had a completely flat tire. I called back our service rep was initially helpful in trying to find me a way to get my car to a shop to get the tire off and find the cause of the leak. I was quite frustrated because I missed a day of work as a self-employed therapist And receive no call back once we brought the tire as instructed to a shop to see why it was flat. It ended up being a valve stem that was not tightened properly as a completion of our service. Both my Husband and myself called to express our frustration and concern and received. No phone call back. UPDATE: I did shortly after this review hear back from our service rep Sami. He apologized for the impact the tire issue had on my work, offered a free oil change upon our next visit.

I came in for a routine transmission oil change on March 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM. I was made aware of multiple maintenance issues that were not major but should be addressed. As with any preowned vehicle there will always be issues that you need to fix, my car is an 08 FX35. Once the vehicle was finished being serviced, the service employee contacted me on the highway to notify me that they forgot to put a latch on the transmission oil panel which I have a recording of, ultimately leading to all the oil that was put in to leak on the highway, my vehicle then proceeded to get worse and not turn on. They came and towed the car away back to Infiniti to fix the issue, my car has not been the same since the incident, I ve been contacting their office to get an incident report and they have been refusing to provide it to me, because hirer ups is on on medical leave and stated that they need to make sure the incident report has the correct verbiage . Highly disappointed and will be following up in civil court.

Do not. Do not. Do not. Bring your car here. I actually took the time to make an appointment after explaining why I needed the appointment. So, an hour and a half late,r past my 1 hour diagnostic, which is now $200.00.I take upon myself to look for Billy who was supposed to have let ma know about the diagnostic test within that hour time frame. Hes checking other customers in and looks at me and says give me a minute.15 minutes later I go back out to have him tell me they dont have the parts, and i would have to pay for the parts and then schedule it when the parts arrive and settle up on the labor. Never in my car maintenance experience have I been asked to pay for my parts and wait a few days to have it done... Ahhhhhhhh, is this a Dealership??.... Mind you Ive been in contact with the service center and canceled bc i wanted a second opinion and then proceed to give them a chance figuring they know what I need l should be in and out.they know i have already had the car diagnosed. Total failure, no parts, must pre pay for parts and well fit you in when your pre paid parts come in. Like Really.?.?. Last I checked, I call, you confirm the parts I need, I bring it in and after confirming its the parts I need you dont have it.. Why bother to keep calling me to reschedule? Oh an easy $200.00 dollars.. Thanks for absolutely nothing but a waist of money and time. As if you didnt know I was coming from a distance further than your shuttle provides service for... Funny thing is there was another unsatisfied customer going thru it and I was there for almost 3 hours.

Financed a 2019 Q60 with 17k miles after my lease ended in 2022 through Lia. In November of 2023 after getting an oil change, I was told there was a leak. Scheduled an appointment with Lia and it was diagnosed as seepage from a valve that should take 3 - 5 days to fix. On the 5th day I called to get an update and was told the engine needed to be fully replaced and it was on back order. A loaner was provided. 5 months later the vehicle was ready. In case anyone was wondering I received exactly ZERO calls during this process. Not when their initial estimate changed, not to provide an update of any kind, not even to return my phone calls where every time my service tech was busy, and I was told I would get a call back. One time I got a hold of the service manager who explained there wasnt much they can do since the engine was on back order, which I understood but a 2 minute phone call every now and then couldve gone a long way to at least keep me out of the dark. I found out the vehicle was ready during one of my phone calls to them seeing if there was an update. About 3 weeks after I got the vehicle back it went limp while driving, the car was on, but it would not accelerate. Have it towed back to Lia, was told a valve was stuck open and an adjustment was made. For the next month the car randomly goes limp, about 5 lights turn on, sometimes if it sat for a bit, it would turn on fine, but it could randomly go limp with no acceleration in the middle of driving, so I have it towed back again because obviously its not safe to drive. Was told I needed a new throttle body, which is a little surprising being that I just got a completely new engine put in. About a week or so and no phone calls later I call to get an update and am told its ready. Same exact result, for the next month it continues to go limp, so I have it towed back again. This time they said there was a pin that wasn t properly fit when they changed the throttle body. The repair was done promptly, but at this point I was pretty over the process so I attempted to speak to anyone who I thought might care, called the service manager and the GM, anyone want to guess if I got a call back? Fast forward 2 months and I go get an inspection and am told there is no cooling fluid, so I have it filled and am told to keep an eye on it. 5 days later and theres no cooling fluid, likely due to a leak somewhere in my radiator and back to Lia I go. Cant wait to see how this is handled. Cant help but wonder if the engine replacement was really needed after initially being told it was just a valve, saw the bill to the warranty company so I do see the incentive to do the work, but I am pretty confident all of the problems Im experiencing are directly related to that work. The vehicle has 22k miles on it.

On August 29th we Bought a used car from Lia Infinity with 80,000. We did not get the extended warranty. Within 2 weeks it needed 1700 worth of exhaust work. After playing the back and forth game Lia picked up the cost. Last week (after 30 days) it needed 5,600 worth of valve work! Lia refused to do anything as it was past 30 days. After going back and forth they finally agreed to 25 % off a joke really. We fixed the car as it was useless and not drivable otherwise. I am left feeling so disappointed in Lia. I know what that paper work-said but how about doing the right thing??? I will never do back to any Lia and will share this story to anyone who will listen.

Infinity in Latham is the worst. They will damage your vehicle in a heartbeat when you bring it for service. I brought my vehicle for service. It was fine when I brought it in. A day after they serviced it, it sounded like a motorcycle it was making so much noise. I brought it back, turns out it was a pipe they split open. They then wanted me to pay 3000 to have it fixed. Silly rabbit trix are for kids. I had someone fix it for 100. No thanks to them. They are scoundrels in the service dept. Better off fixing things yourself.

dropped my qx80 off for an alignment and tire rotation. Every one of my four rims inner wheel hub where the lug nuts come out where scratched up my tire light is now stuck on and my rear back passenger rim has black marks all around the rim.

I went with paperwork to prove that I had coverage to get an oil change and the service advisor was rude as hell.There was alot of confusion as to if I was covered when I clearly had paperwork and also contacted the dealership whom provided me with assistance from a whitesplains infiniti dealership. The service advisor at the Lia location clearly was annoyed and impatient with the situation, was unhelpful. I honestly do not recommend anyone none the less an enemy to come service their car there...its just a welcoming experience. I recommend this service advisor Bingham gets customer service retrained and possibly reassigned because he is not a people person nor displays multitasking skills.

I know lots of people complain about Infiniti but I m not one of them. I love my QX50 and I think their service department is as good as it can be considering how almost every place you go nowadays is short staffed. My car usually comes back to me pretty clean. They take care to cover the seats to keep the car in as close to the original condition and I love that. I haven t had any major issues with the service department at this visit, but nobody is perfect and I have had some issues in the past. I do update my reviews whenever I have service and this time was decent with no complaints.

We came in last month looking to upgrade, We dealt with a sales man who seemed to know the business. A few things that really killed the deal was the firmness on the price even when we had a large amount to place down, the low trade in-value given (6k below what we eventually got at another dealer, even with the carfax history) and lastly, the lack of an Veteran/Actve Duty member program. They did work a few things in the deal to make it more of a better deal but sadly, we wont sold on the deal vs how much the vehicle meet our needs. Im sure its a great establishment, we just had a less then stellar interaction.

Worst experience ever. I bought a 2019 Infiniti QX60 from them in 2022. A few months after the purchase I start having issues. I schedule an appointment to get it looked it because I had hot air coming out when turning the air conditioner on. I was told the car had too much freon and was charged $187. I pick up the car and its doing it again. I had to take the car back and now I get told is overheating. I had to leave the car there to get it fixed. A few months later Herr is my next issue. It rained and I had water coming in my car. I take it to get it looked at and was told that it was coming from the sunroof and that the car warranty will not cover it. I was told that I had to pay around $2000 to get it fixed, which I refused because I had bought the car a few months ago. Finally, I was told that they will cover the cost and it gets fixed because I was pretty upset with everything going on. A year later my car is getting wet again. I take it in to get it looked at. They returned my car to me with a wet carpet, but did not disclose that my weather tech mat was placed over. Now my car smells like if I had a wet dog in there. I also noticed that it felt wet under the dash. I call the dealership back and get it back in and askedthem to pleass clean it since it smelled so bad. They look at it and tell me that they couldnt find anything. I go pick it up and it was never cleaned, the side of pillar was taken apart and never put back together. I also noticed that while it was there they damaged my door paint and actually dented my door. I let the service advisor know. He tells me that he will talk to the service manager. I waited patiently and finally I emailed the manager myself. It took a while to hear from him. After I heard from him, he asked for pictures. I sent the pictures in an email and then I offered to take the car in to them so they can take their own pictures. After those pictures I get told that they will get an estimate and let me know. Here I was waiting again. I reach out and get told that he needs to resend the pictures. I decided to get my own estimate and drop off a copy to the manager. A week later I write an email to him again, but no response. I go in and speak to another manager. I was promised that someone would call me back on Monday, but never heard from anyone. I also purchased new tires from them and the day I got them installed with them, I drive down the road to have to turn back around because the tech didnt put enough air in one of the tires. I would have hoped that for the amount of money I paid for the car, I would have received better treatment from this dealership. Needless to say they got away with damaging my car and not paying a dime back to me for it.

Grandma showed up at 8:30am for a 9am oil change appt. At 11:00 she calls me to ask how long an oil change should take. At noon the service advisor scares her into thinking her car wont drive out of there due to her cabin filters, chopped tires, ect. She forwards me the estimate, they said everything needed urgent replacement, thousands of dollars. We just got her new tires and got all her maintenance done a couple weeks ago so this was very unnecessary. She got the oil change package when she bought the car, I reviewed this package and its an aftermarket warranty that can be used anywhere. After looking over the car again we confirmed nothing needed service. The service advisor will not speak to me when I try calling. These people will scam anyone they believe doesnt have knowledge on cars. Do yourself a favor and support your local small business because these guys are worried about hitting their bonus, not honest work.

Was sold a lemon, somehow they managed to get my car to pass inspection, upon having my vehicle looked at after numerous times being here for the same problems nothing was ever fixed, and they lied about doing work. I took my vehicle to another mechanic which confirmed my suspicions of them lying about work getting done/needing to be done, within my 30 day 1,000 mile warranty I asked for the car to be taken back because it had too many issues. Was told only way it d be taken back was if I took a loss of 2,000, because they would have to put work into the vehicle . I should ve walked away on the day of pick up when multiple concerns were still not taken care of by them.

I have been dealing with Lia Infiniti for over the last 5years and Lisa was great. This last visit was awful waited almost 3 hrs for an nys inspection and all they replaced was a bulb for $60 and wipers for almost $60 which I m sure I didn t need. But at that point I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of there. My appointment was at 8am I didn t here anything from the service tech until I txt to see what was going on and it was about 10am at that point. So I ended finally leaving at 10:45 and I believe that s because I was visibly upset. Otherwise I would ve still been waiting. Update:Let me correct you because you responded with incorrect information. Infiniti did my brake work so it was your fault it didn t pass that s why I wasn t charged. So don t act like you guys did me a favor. He got in presses the emergency brake and according to him it was fine idk how much more of a diagnosis you need to do for something you said wasn t broke. I needed wipers and a bulb and not even to pass inspection. So I don t know what they told you but that was incorrect. Next time speak to your costumers because when we are spending this kind of money better service is expected.. Also I was left sitting there for 2 1/2 hours I m pretty sure while they worked in other people vehicles. Service department is horrible so is the sales team but that s a review for another day.

They ignore you (they have caller ID) they are threatening in tone when you are asking about your vehicle.The manager s behavior is the same. They charged me $734 for a diagnostic test. When I call they pick up and put you on hold over 4x while picking up and putting on hold again. This is ridiculous!!!! Sad and something needs to be done about the discrimination there!!! Period

I brought my car in for the 5k service plan which includes a tire rotation, an oil change, and a multi-point inspection. When picking up my car, I noticed that they did not rotate my tires, yet I was charged for that service. I have different brand tires on the front and back so it was quite obvious. When talking to the service consultant he said that the tech wrote the note on the back of the sheet that she didn t rotate them so they didn t see it. I was refunded my money so it was made right. However, it is clear there is no oversight after the tech finishes their work and before the vehicles are given back to the client. After that, I wanted to check the oil which I found to be egregiously overfilled. When we looked at the bottom, the oil drain cover was hanging on by a zip tie. Upon further inspection, the rivets holding the cover to the car were pulled out, and 2 of the 3 bolts were cross-threaded in and the heads broken off. I m honestly not even convinced the one bolt that was on it came from my vehicle, it seemed to be too short. The service department was apologetic and assured me the next service is free however I cannot foresee myself going back for further service, and I cannot in good faith recommend that anyone brings their vehicle here for service.

On April 14, 2023, I had my 2009 Infiniti M35x serviced by Lia Infiniti in Cohoes, and had such a bad experience I ve been unable to stop thinking about it. For almost ten years, I ve been bringing my Infiniti for service at Lia, and have been generally satisfied with the quality of service. However, this time, I was devastated. In prior years, the person who was my service rep was Lisa, who was always courteous, respectful, and helpful. Yet, when I came for service in April, I learned that Lisa was no longer with Infiniti and got to interact with the new service staff. The new person s initial interaction with me was a bit skeptical as if I was a suspicious character and this person was also a bit disdainful as if I wasn t good enough to come to Lia. As I begin conversing with this person, he became increasingly smug and disdainful, and when I demanded that he treat me with respect and courtesy, he attempted to turn the situation around and accused me of being hostile and disruptive. Indeed, he went to the neighboring office, and attracted the attention of the service rep there to support him in attacking me. At this point I demanded to the see the manager, who was somewhat more respectful and reasonable than the front-line service rep-- but even the manager failed to apologize for the first rep s behavior or identify the source of the rep s rudeness. I went to the dealership for service because there was a check engine light. To diagnose the check engine light, they charged me $340. On prior visits to Lia, there was no charge for reviewing a check engine light, but apparently this was no longer the policy, and the manager was unwilling to waive the fee. I asked why the diagnostic charge was so high, and the manager said it was for two hours of labor at $170 per hour. The manager provided me a list of nine separate necessary repairs, totaling $8,308. I then asked him what was the trade-in value of the car. He didn t seem to want to tell me, but I persisted, and he told me that if the car were in excellent condition, the trade-in value would be around $4,400. I asked him, Does it make sense to you for me to pay over $8,000 to repair a car who s trade-in isn t much more than half-that? He said that he couldn t predict when the various conditions that needed repair would cause the car to break down, but that it was important I get the car fixed sooner rather than later. I then said to the manager that, since the cost to repair the car exceeded its trade-in value, I wouldn t repair it. Instead, I d like to look at buying a new car. I asked him if he could connect me with the sales department. The manager refused, claiming that he couldn t do that. I paid the $340 for diagnosing the check-engine light, got in my car, and left. I let some time pass and tried to forget what happened to me, but I couldn t. Eventually, I wrote to the dealership about my experience, and they called me to apologize, but other than to say that they were sorry for my poor experience, they didn t do more than that. I drove the car for several months. Eventually, the check engine light once again came on. The car seemed fine, but I decided to take the car to some mechanics I know in New York City. They identified five necessary repairs, of which four overlapped with the nine identified by Lia. For those four repairs, Lia s cost for parts and labor would have been $4,200. However, the NYC mechanics charged me less than $1,800 in parts and labor for those same repairs. I m still deeply disturbed by my bad experience with Lia Infiniti in April. On the one hand the service reps were actively hostile to me; on the other hand, they refused to take me to the show room and let me see the new cars. The cherry on top is that they wanted me to pay them over $8,000 in repairs for a car worth around $4,000; and the whip cream on top of the cherry is that their charge for parts and labor was nearly two and one-half times the fair cost of those repairs.

The other week I took my fiancés car in for a simple state inspection. The service was fine, and the car needed some very minor work (wipers, of course), but this is not why I decided to leave a review. Although the service department was adequate, what really brought out the best of this dealership was the Sales Manager Gary. He constantly checked in with me as the simple service to our vehicle took far longer than expected, and treated me the same as if I was a customer buying a $200k vehicle in cash that day. His demeanor was pleasant and caring, and he went above and beyond in every way for something as simple as a state inspection for someone who wasnt even buying a car. I applaud the attention to customer care here from Gary and whoever he leads at this dealership. I never once felt forgotten or like just another service appointment while I was in his store. Kudos to Gary, and I will be visiting again!

This place is imploding. After selecting and agreeing to purchase a QX 60, we arrived to find out they sold it on us. The salesman informed us he had a similar model available on the lot. After inspecting this vehicle, I was concerned that the tires were at the end of their life and tried to get the sales team to install new ones, which they refused to do. In fact, they promised me that the tires still had thousands of miles left on them because the vehicle passed Infinitis comprehensive pre-owned vehicle inspection. Upon our first oil change, the service rep informed me that I needed new tires. In fact, he stated the two in front were dangerous to be driving on. I could only shake my head because this was approximately 3 months after purchasing the vehicle and only driven a few hundred miles. Also frustrating, I contacted service several times (both by phone and email) and received no response. In fact, I didnt hear back from them until I copied Gary (manager). They claimed that they didnt get my emails. When service finally did call me back, I was very clear that I didnt want the tires installed unless they were at the end of their life. They were installed without my consultation. We were also extremely disappointed that the spots on our upholstery were still not cleaned. Service claimed that they made the appointment on a Wednesday because that is when the upholstery guy is here. We were incredulous when the service manager told us that the upholstery guy was not present for our appointment and doesnt come on Wednesdays. Service also asked me if we would be waiting for the vehicle or dropping it off. I stated that my wife would be waiting. When she arrived Wednesday morning, she was told that the upholstery would take a long time and was given a ride home. My wife was finally scheduled to bring her car in for the upholstery cleaning and was promised that her vehicle would be picked up at our residence and left a loaner. My wife emailed the service manager to confirm, yet received no response. The receptionist finally called the morning of the appointment and stated that there was not a loaner car available. The place is just a mess! Unfortunately, I could provide several more situations of aggravating, untruthful, and just horrendous service. Most significantly, we just dont trust that we will receive the quality of service that we once had. I also have a colleague who owns a QX 60 and is so frustrated with the service team, she vows to never return.

Beware of this dealership. Very unprofessional Kevin McCarthy, promised to replace 4 tires and give my 2019 Infiniti QX 50 a brake job, before it was ready to pick up. Even asked us to delay a day so this service could be done. Picked up on 9/12/23. After driving the car we noticed air leaking out of all 4 tires. Naturally I called Kevin. He said it was Normal for new tires to lose air when temperatures drop. Except I was going to Stewarts every other day to put air in the tires.I called again and he says to have service dept look at it. Mike Bingham Service advisor tells me that there is a nail in right front tire (that was never there before) and I need 2 NEW front tires. Not saying that the tire could be plugged. If, new tires were just put on in September, why would I need 2 new tires? Not good. I go to a well respected localTire shop and dont even mention that I was at Lia Dealership the day before. The manager shows me that all 4 tires are BALD. Shows me the date on the tires! 2018. The original tires! They were 6 years old! I call Kevin McCarthy and ask why he didnt replace the tires as promised. He told me he never said that. He said I was lying. I have a witness, my husband. Why would we make it up? I had my old car (Ford Fusion) for 13 years, and thought buying a certified used car would be a good experience. Not at Lia! Theyre willing to let you drive away on BALD tires and the brake job then lie about it! Is this what you call SAFE? Thats what LIA calls safe. They showed where their priorities LIE. lies are their M.O.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - This Dealership severely lacks any business integrity I was not treated with respect and honesty with this dealership s service department As the service department is a very poorly run operation and severely lacks integrity in many aspects. There are few absolutes In this world, and one of them Is the fact that I would never ever go to this dealership again, myself, my family, my people, my corporation. Their approach to business is tremendously unsavory, and it amazes me that people go there, perhaps people just don t know any better, sort of like me, and my ignorance, but I have learned the hard way unfortunately. It s a shame because I was actually walking around the showroom, and I saw the QX55 and I was considering buying, but this experience has soured me completely and if I did decide to buy another Infiniti, despite knowing these vehicles have very limited durability, I would never ever buy from this dealership because trust has evaporated completely. It should be noted that the service consultant was very kind and friendly and she was extremely knowledgeable. But The mechanics however, are really very pitiful, incompetent and dishonest, and yes, times are tough with labor since Covid, and I know it s a continuing and ongoing challenge with Labor these days, but it s become immensely frustrating dealing with people who Behave in this sort of manner. I went there foolishly for a front end alignment though It is absolutely disgusting that the mechanics would not bother to check the basic front end parts before proceeding to conduct an alignment - which is an alignment that wasn t even proper because a tie rod replacement is needed - but like they said - they didn t notice it until after they did the alignment??? which doesn t even make sense - but I guess I m the idiot - because they were determined to get that $140 out of me for the alignment no matter what the circumstances- so they said well you ll just have to replace the tie rods and the come back and do another alignment! That s crazy - It should never have been done and I m the fool who got taken for the $140 And the car drives about the same as when I brought it in, with a shimmy and with the steering wheel in a crooked position - see that s just bad business and then we have the inspection matter to top off this horrible and distressing experience because I said no to the replacement of a wiper for $60 in order to do the inspection - Because $60 is a crazy ripoff of course for a windshield wiper - so ya know what they did to me, these miscreants - they actually scraped the inspection sticker off anyways so when I drove away I had NO inspection sticker - again I m the fool for bringing my car to this sleazy dealership for an inspection, which was really extremely imprudent I m completely disgusted and horrified to ever think about doing business with folks like these people at LIA Infiniti ever again!!! - To scrape my sticker off out of spite or to try to force me into a $60 windshield wiper is horrible business and I m amazed that they get away with doing these sort of unscrupulous things but I will be certain to let this circumstance me known to all and any Avenues, as we consumers, deserve better, to be treated with respect and dignity!

Very knowledgeable friend and retired United Airlines maintenance instructor recommended I look at the Infinite for value, longevity, nice ride...on a whim stopped in Lia Infinite. After circling lot picked out White Porsche Cayanne and Mocha Almond W/wheat interior Q50. Very friendly and professional sales person Sammi Daewood took all the time to work with me over the following week handling every small detail:. Insurance cards DMV.... When I went to pick up my car it was waiting for me all shiny and gorgeous on the Showroom Floor. They say if you meet a good lawyer and a good car mechanic, youre set for life. I havent had any experience with the sales department but the service department staff were amazing. Transparent and very very kind. Dan OConnell walked me through what was being done and what I will need to replace immediately and what can wait. I called Lia Infiniti yesterday, September 12, 2022 to place an order for a part needed for my wifes car. Prior to placing the order, I called Lia Infinitis parts department to verify the part fits. I was asked for the last 8 of the VIN and I provided the information accordingly since my wife and I were home. I was the told the part fits the vehicle so I placed the order, which was on queue on my phone. I received a voicemail today (9/13) from Lia Infiniti asking for me to call them so they can verify the part fits. I called the parts department and spoke to an individual by the name of Nick. I explained to Nick I had called yesterday and it was confirmed the part would fit. He replied, Last of 8 of the VIN. I told him the vehicle was not home since my wife drove it to work. Note: We were home yesterday given he just had a death in our family. Nick stated he couldnt verify if the part fits unless I gave him the VIN. I shared again I called yesterday and it was confirmed it would fit. He replied, Well you didnt put it on the order. At that point, I indicated to him that I was not trying to be difficult, but I didnt have the car and I had already confirmed the part fits. I also shared with him that I just lost my nephew over the weekend. Without any acknowledgement of the death in my family, he jumps right into trying to explain again the VIN was missing from the order. I indicated to him I just shared we lost our nephew over the weekend and he had zero acknowledgement of our loss. He responded with, Oh well, Im sorry. [The most disingenuous response and tone anyone would expect]. He proceeds to tell me he will go ahead and process the order. I asked him for his name and he simply hung up. Note: I didnt catch his name on the initial call. I immediately call back and press zero hoping to speak to a Manager or someone in a leadership capacity. As luck would have it, Nick once again answered. I asked for a Manager or any leader available. He replied, They are all out to lunch. I asked, Theres no one available? He responded, I mean, it is lunch time. I asked if he was the individual I just spoke with moments and he confirmed it was. Nick is a great reminder of why people boycott places of business. He is a great reminder of someone who has no business being in a position that is customer-facing. He is the epitome of absolutely terrible service and the perfect example of how organizations can lose tons of business. I must say he is the most insensitive, heartless, uncaring and disrespectful service employee Ive ever spoken to. I wish any customer luck if you ever find yourself choosing to do business at Lia Infiniti and end up interacting with Nick. I hope he finds the coaching and development necessary to help make outstanding service a hallmark of Lia Infiniti. He is currently the polar opposite. I would rate this experience zero stars if that was an option, but my future vote is predicated on not supporting this organization going forward.

Update: Our recent service experience at Lia Infiniti has been quite satisfactory. The new service manager offered a great customer experience. We would like to recommend Lia Infiniti to those looking to get their vehicle serviced. We had a warranty issue with our vehicle with one of the part which they had to order from factory, but after not hearing back from them for 6 weeks, we tried reaching out to the service, and in spite of leaving several phone messages, they still didnt get back to us. Finally, after a lot of frustration we were able to connect with them, but then they gave us an unreasonable excuse that the part was back ordered, but in reality the item was readily available(per Infiniti). After sharing the information that we received from Infiniti, they were finally able to get the item in shop for replacement. However, they did NOT expedite the service even though they knew that the delay was caused due to their mistake. As of today, we are still waiting to get the item replaced, over 8 weeks now since the issue was first reported to Lia. Overall, we had a bad experience. They could have easily corrected this issue in less than half the time. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Just purchased the QX60 and am so happy with the buying experience that Lia Infiniti provided! Initially I met the general manager, Jeremy, as I was walking around the lot looking at vehicles. He was kind, helpful, and not at all pushy. He introduced me to a salesperson, Bill Kane, who met me with the same professionalism and kindness as Jeremy. Bill was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and a pleasure to work with. Arriving to take care of the paperwork and take delivery of the vehicle was a breeze. To start off, I live about an hour from Lia Infiniti (but it s the closest Infiniti dealer to me) and I didn t buy my car from there. I did, however, get a card in the mail the other day from Lia with an offer for a discounted oil change on my Infiniti. I figured, since I had some other things to do in the area of Lia and I was in need of an oil change, I d take them up on the offer and see how it went. I made the appointment online a few days ahead. When I got there the first person I encountered in the service area was Dan and he was incredibly nice. He explained everything to me and asked if there was anything else I needed to have looked at while I was there. I waited in the waiting area while the work was being done. Dan offered donuts, coffee, and water and made me feel super comfortable. Just before they were done he came out and asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash before they were done. I said sure. I think they even vacuumed my car too! It was very nice. He was very friendly and professional. I was really impressed by the level of service i got especially since i wasn t a regular customer and I had never been there before. I wouldn t hesitate to come back for future services!

I received a notification from carfax that I was due for a brake inspection for the rear brakes so I scheduled an appt. Dan a service advisor waited on me. After the brake inspection Dan informed me that I would need to replace the brake pads(3 reading) and the rotors looked good and can be resurfaced. I explained to Dan that I just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago 11/18/2022 and mentioned to Bill Kane, who sold me the vehicle that the carfax states it been over a year since the brakes/pads/rotors were inspected/changed. Bill Kane/Dan replied, you cant always go by the carfax because they dont have accurate service records. Little did Bill Kane/Dan know, I called down to Circle Infiniti before I purchased the vehicle, where it originally came from and spoke with a service advisor who went through the service record with me and explained that the rear brakes/pads/rotors are due for inspection/replacement. Bill Kane stated the rear brakes passed inspection and read 4 and they wouldnt have to be replaced until it read a 2. I took him at his word. I explain to Dan that I also need to have my racks put on and that Bill Kane stated I can come in anytime and have that done. Dan asked if I had the hardware, I replied check the glove box. After checking the glove box Dan stated there was no hardware and he would order the hardware, at no cost to me, which will be there by the time of my appt which I scheduled a week later. I asked Dan how much would it cost me to replace the brake pads/rotors resurfaced and he quoted a price which included tax. I said ok thats fair considering I just purchased this vehicle and questioned Bill Kane about the rear brakes beforehand. I show up to my appt and Sarah Roberts, another service advisor waited on me. 2 hours later Sarah informs me that the rear rotors were so worn and rusted that they replaced them. I said to her Dan told me they only need to be resurfaced. She looked perplexed, as was I. Sarah then informs me there is no hardware and they will have to order new racks which come with hardware at a cost. I became very irate and told her what Bill Kane told me, and I am not paying for anything except what was quoted to me by Dan. She said OK. I apologized to Sarah after my outburst. Its not her fault that her colleagues are liars and devious. Sarah Roberts remained professional and accommodating at all times and I should not have taken my frustration out on her. Again I apologize Sarah. My experience(purchase) with Lia Infiniti felt rushed to buy and dismissive after paperwork was signed. However my service experience with Sarah Roberts was a 5 star rating. You would think you give the parts department the Vin number affiliated with the vehicle that you are working on or trying to get parts from and they give you the incorrect parts but then when you go back to return the incorrect parts they charge you a 20% restocking fee for the incorrect parts they gave you and they refused to waive the fee even though it was their fault very unprofessional do not recommend this business to anyone looking to get parts for their infinity

I love the Infiniti dealership in Latham and my girl Lisa Dugan is the best!! I feel like Im right at home. They really take care of you. I called and left several message and waited 3 weeks for a call back from the service dept. I finally got an appointment on 9/14. Was told a part needed to be ordered for my vehicle. It ll be in within a week. They ll call me to bring my car in to replace the part (which btw they messed up to begin with and failed to tell me). It s more than 7 weeks now...still waiting for Service to call me. Received a call from a new member in the sales department..wanted to know how things were going with the vehicle, etc. I expressed my concern about not hearing back from the Service dept. He assured someone will get back to me immediately. Nothing as of right now... You disappointed me Infiniti!!!

The best thing about going here to get stuff done is their warrenty and loaner car, now that they dont give out loaner cars to cars getting work done there is no real reason to go here. Everything I had done here had to be brought back to be done twice, break rotors and pads, hydraulic steering pump, TPMS issue. If any work on your car is done by a third party, they will automatically blame the third party and not look for any other causes.
