T&T Towing in Cohoes

Double charged for parts,diagnosed the problem wrong, the total repair bill was almost triple what was quoted ,never would talk to us,and it took two months to fix.

Left 3 messages and never a call back - Surprised theyre still in business!

Great prompt service and very informative.

The driver tried to tell me it was a cash deal in an attempt to get cash from me even though it was through my insurance company and already paid for.

We broke down on a cold rainy day very close to closing time for the destination where our trailer was going. The driver was very kind and helped us unload items from the trailer to the car.

Very nice people, very accommodating. My 16 yo son left his wallet in a uhaul that was being towed and the kind driver retrieved it and waited for us to come pick it up.... cash there too! Honest people.

They have poor customer service. They are double the price of any other tow company. They are disrespectful and unpersonable.

Shouldn t be allowed to drive in the streets !Driver drove me and my pregnant wife off the road dragged my suv for 50 feet didn t give a dam .stay far away from these guys!!

Was quoted one price and then charged twice as much. They have outrageous prices and dont properly communicate them to the customer.

John was able to get the job done that no one else could do I had them do back brakes on a 3500 box truck major Job TNT towing went above and beyond great staff

Way too expensive

When our heavy straight truck broke down, T & T came and towed us. The driver was top notch and couldnt have been nicer. Thanks guys and gals. Hopefully we wont need you again any time soon but if we do itll be you.

10 moles away from there terminal and 10 mi lj es on towing. 2000 dollars .600 dollars an hours an it took them 1.5 hours to come from that 10 miles tetminal.they rip you off with a smile. theafs that have access to your credit card

These guys are dishonest. I also dont really like how theyre doing sting operations with the cohoes PD. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Some of these are the ones who charge you the ones you want and the hours you want to talk to and talk to a lawyer and explain that each job has an estimated time and an estimated amount. That I can fight the pressure and make me pay for damage and preguisio and goes to social networks to take into account thefts.

Overpriced a tow - charged $1136 up front for a 10 mile tow. Then upped the repair bill after estimate given. They had the temerity to point to their professionalism as justification for it, too - laughable. Find somebody else.

Well, it was the least unpleasant interaction Ive had when picking up a towed vehicle, so I give one star; everything else was awful. Two-hour minimum to get my disabled truck towed a mile to my house, and need to pre-pay on website, but you need a fax machine, but there are two websites... before all of this was sorted out, Cohoes PD had them happily tow it across 787 to their lot, for $216.

Called in for a flat tire change on a GMC Envoy was quoted $500.00 yes thats $500.00 lol wow worst Ive ever heard.

T&T was called by the state police after my engine blew on the highway and I had to pull over. I had triple AAA on their way and was told no, we cant wait for them. T&T charged me for an accident when there was never an accident. I paid roughly $150 more than neccessary.

They did what we asked them to do. They are very, very expensive but they were the closest. And the worst out of all - we had to chase them down to get a receipt. They provided us with one - a week later ...

Police had my truck towed, TNT towed and I was shocked at how much they charge for their service! They didnt even have to go far at all, they also had to take something apart on my truck which the refuse to warranty if it ends up breaking in the future. Ill be contacting the BBB. DO NOT hire these scammers! I think they give the police kick backs.

Very professional operation ... service was prompt and they got the job done for a reasonable price. They seem to take safety seriously which is not something to take for granted these days. AOK in my book.

Absolute rip off, definite kick backs to the police. There was no communication on how much money it cost for storage. They show up tow your car and laugh at you later. How this place is legally in business is beyond me, maybe the news should get involved and do an investigation. What a joke.
