I dropped in recently to see if they could affix my bumper on one side of my car. Jeff Fitzpatrick greeted me and immediately called a team member, who quickly took care of it! All was done quickly and at no charge. Thanks for your professional and prompt service. I hope I don’t have a reason to go back, but if I do need body work, it will be the first place I go.
I had a check engine light appear on my 2022, 69,000 mile GMC Acadia. I called on a Wednesday and got Mike on the phone. He set me up for an appointment on Monday but they weren't sure exactly when they would be able to get it in on that Monday so I would have to get a ride. So I brought it up Saturday to leave it there so I didn't have to worry about getting a ride Monday. As I dropped it off they said it was slow because of the weather so we will have a time to look at today and a couple hours later they called me said it was fixed and I was able to pick it up. Their service department is open till 6:00 on Saturdays. I Had a great experience and would definitely recommend.
Overall great experience. I had a warranty rust repair for my Ram 1500 and everything went smooth and the new hood and paint job came out great. The manager Jeff handled everything and made it a pain-free process. Thanks! I will be back for any future collision repairs.

I brought my car to Goldstein Collision Center after a fender bender. Goldstein was an in-network repair shop for my insurance. There was a rental car waiting for me, the Collision repair expert verified all repairs to be done and I was on my way in a rental that was dropped off at Godlstein's. Picked my car up today and it looks great. Goldstein were clear in what repairs would be done, and when my car would be returned to me. Picked up my car today, she looks great, parked the rental in their lot and they dealt with the rental car. Simple smooth and great work. Kudos to Goldstein,

The work and repair on my hood was outstanding.They matched the Color of my vehicle perfectly. Every where I went in this building was so clean and well maintained.I could tell that these associates really cared.

My 2022 Subaru Crosstrek is my Sexy Bulldog, but she is also straight up CURSED. I hit a deer on I-87 last Thanksgiving, and didn t even make it a year before being rear ended on the Dunn Memorial the day after Labor Day this year! Goldstein Collision was wonderful both times - obviously the quotes for the parts & labor can trigger menopausal hot flashes, but the work done is stellar and I love how easy they make it to arrange for a rental thru Enterprise.

Just got my car back -- early! -- and in perfect shape. These folks made the whole repair process understandable and easy. The work that was completed here exceeded my expectations. I drove in with a lot of corrosion- bubbling around hinges, doors, even sides on the front hood. Thankfully this was covered under the corrosion warranty for my Jeep Wrangler. I drove out feeling like I had a brand new Jeep. A lot of work was put into making that look so good- thanks to Jeff and the whole Collision Center. All were a pleasure to deal with.

Worked with Jeff for a warranty repair. Even though the vehicle wasnt bought from Goldstein dealership, they were really nice as compared to Lia dealership, who delayed the warranty claim even after taking photos, and then completely denying even seeing my vehicle, agreeing to fix, and taking photos. I went once to Goldstein Collision Center, Jeff printed the paperwork, filed it for warranty and called me once the parts were in and replaced them in one day. No hassle. Thanks Goldstein.
Great experience-Jeff was the best my repair of Jeep Grand Cherokee hood for bubbling and paint chipping was fast, efficient and extremely accommodating- reduced down time without car by streamlining the work ! I highly recommend!
The service was great, and the body work on my car was perfect. The work was completed earlier than expected, and they worked with the insurance company. It was a breeze for me. The car rental picked me up right there and took me back to their site both when I dropped my car off and when I was ready to pick it up. I highly recommend them.

Jeff and the crew handled my corrosion warranty issues very well. Considering the parts issues my warranty was handled in a timely manner . My Jeep now looks like new ! Picture below is the new windshield frame which was one of the many areas of corrosion.
All the personal at Goldstein Collision went out of their way to answer my questions, to keep me informed of their progress. They were thorough and made the whole experience run smoothly and efficiently. They were pleasantly attentive, respectful, helpful and did everything to ensure the satisfaction of their customers. Rude and doesn t call you back.
What a shame the customer service is lousy because they do really great work. I had scratches that went down to the metal of my car and after the work they did it looks brand new. Thank you to Dave for being so helpful and updating my fiancé and I with all the updates on the status of my car. As for everyone else they seemed to not to be on the same page whatsoever. There was a difference in pay and they didn t even bother to call my insurance company to notify them about the difference in pay. They just weren t going to release my car to me rather. So my fiancé had to call the insurance company and do it himself. The receptionist said my car wasn t ready. After calling Geico and getting that situation handled with the insurance he called again and spoke to Dave who said the car was ready. Not being on the same page, when I came in to get my car Marie the receptionist had an extreme attitude. Insinuating that my fiancé was lying about my car being ready because when he called her she said otherwise. When I told her she had poor customer service skills all she could reply with is that she didn t need to deal with this and had been working there long enough. I had to call my fiancé in for him to inform her what was going on with my car.
Twice now I have dealt with Goldstein Collision Center. Both times they have done a nice job with the needed repair, though they can take a bit of time. Since they deal with Subaru so routinely, I would hate to have to bring my car elsewhere for any body work. If you decide to use Goldstein Collision Center, my best advice is to initiate your own check in with staff frequently to stay on top of your vehicles status. Jeff, the general manager was a good liaison during my last trip there.
This was my first experience at Goldstein Collision and I can t say enough about my appointment there. Jeff, the general manager, was excellent. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, professional and pleasant. From Jeff to the staff I personally dealt with, I was very pleased. Cindy at the front desk was wonderful and Ron, a foreman mechanic, was attentive and pleasant to deal with. All around, a very good experience. An update to my review: After my initial good experience, I now have to update my opinion. Not as satisfied as originally thought. After replacement of driver window, I ve returned once for a problem with mirror adjustment knob which wasn t replaced properly ; only to discover today that the window , and door, seals are not intact properly. This will mean a third trip back. After this is resolved, I would not return in the future, due to the fact that the job was not completed properly and created new problems (3 of them) which didn t exist previously. Very unfortunate.
Sent by progressive insurance as they partner for claims. Jeff was very unprofessional, short and rude. Would recommend choosing a shop who provides customer service and professionalism. Update: company responded and didn t even attempt to address employees lack of professionalism. Simply blamed their partnership with progressive who they choose to work with. Sad day when a company lacks accountability.

1 star only because otherwise the comment can not be posted! Very frustrating experience. No communication at all and please do not trust their words, they will take forever to repair your car. So pathetic job on the repair. And, you will drop your car to repair one thing but eventually will end up having few other problems that do no exist at all before. Try to avoid this place......
I will never recommend Goldstein Collision Center!!!! Brought my wifes suv in for rear-end collision repair. Two weeks later I was told the car was ready for pickup. No one spoke to me about what was done. No one reviewed the damage with me. The woman at the front desk handed me the keys and that was that!! When I started the car, the dashboard was speaking a foreign language, the emergency brake automatically kicked on, the engine ON/OFF indicated was on, indicating there was a problem and the backup camera was still misaligned. When I brought the issues up to the first gentlemen who came out to look at the car, he told me to take the car to Chrysler and have them calibrate the system. I mentioned that I was told this would be done after the car was repaired. He became a little annoyed, but then agreed. They kept the car overnight so they could resolve the issues. The next day when I returned to pick up the car, same scenario, no one speaks to me except the women at the front desk asking for the $500.00 deductible, which had already been taken care of by the insurance company. So now shes looking for the car, which is still being worked on. 10 minutes later she drives the car to the front of the building. She hands me the keys and says youre all set. I started the car, the good news is its now speaking in English and the emergency brake issue has been resolved. But I still have the fault ON/OFF indicator light on and the backup camera is still not aligned. The General Manager told me that these are now MY issues to solve!!! I would NOT recommend Goldstein Collision Center, and I will also discourage anyone from considering them!!
The quality of work on the things that needed fixing seems fine, but it s clear they had little to no regard for my car itself: it smells like motor oil and grease, multiple finger and hand prints all over the exterior i can t clean off, the inside of my windshield is FILTHY and smeared like they wiped it but made it worse. There s also a huge scratch down the middle of my wind shield that was not there before. I ll consider elsewhere next time. The process was unorganized and i can empathize with being busy but not when you show no regard for a customer s property.
Estimator was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, accurately estimated completion date, arranged for loaner and received its return, kept me very well informed of progress of the work, and I felt confident that all was being handled exceptionally well. Very pleased with the experience. I would use this repair shop again if ever needed, and would recommend it to others.
I recently had Goldstein Collision Center work on my car. I am very pleased with the work they did on my Jeep as well as speaking to them on the phone They were very good at communicating every three days (via text) letting me know where they were at repairing the car. I debated whether or not I should post this, but I decided to do so in order to warn others. I brought my car in for a relatively minor repair. The part that was installed was done lopsided, the trunk door was left with deep scratches, and they left my lights on until the car battery died. It was just a very sloppy job. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would not trust this place to fix any of the issues mentioned above without damaging other parts of my car.
Incredible Fast Service. The Collision Coordinator Cindy was friendly and very kind. She gave me 100% of her time as well as the other staff including the GM. I recently had my car repaired at cold steams. They told me it would be done on the 11th. Then they called back and said it wouldnt be done until the 19th or maybe later. Well, they finished it before the 19th. Thank you after I told them where to get the parts from my car. And they had them in stock if they listened to me in the first place. They would have had the parts. Before the 11th but the secretary there is the managers wife and they both play a game toget care. If anybody knows my name or not, this is William Boomer, I will never recommend them to anybody. Ill never recommend them to anybody. Ill never recommend that dealership to anybody. This place is a joke. You call up and tell him something. And right away they protect each other. I never see a body shop around like this. Never they take care of the customer. Thats number one because number one pager salary, thank you Yes, the parts were right down the road. Less than five miles ahead of my car from the twenty sixth of december until the nineteenth of january thank you There would not be a problem today. But cindy had to put two cents in and say something Then they both came out and protected each other. No more games no more games no more lies thanks goldstein I gotta say goodbye

I made an appointment in October after the Goldstein Ram dealership approved a rust warranty repair on my 2016 Ram 2500 for December 13th. I called the Friday before to touch base understanding scheduling problems come about to see if we were still on schedule. I was told no problem bring it in Monday and it will be done in 3 to 4 days. I called that Thursday evening just to check and was told that the truck wasnt even touched yet and were trying to get it in. Being winter in NY and the truck being my way to get to work and back I cant wait for whenever they can get to it without at least a loaner on their part at this point. Was told I would get a loaner when one came in after this issue, probably in 3 weeks, I took the truck back. I called 4 weeks later to be told that were still waiting for a loaner. Now were into April and still waiting. I called today and the manager is too busy to talk. I dont make a truck payment for it to sit waiting for warranty work. I understand things pop up, but thats why I called before the scheduled appointment to be sure we were on track so when I scheduled to be without my truck for a week it was the week it was being worked on, not sitting in their parking lot.
I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel I must. Great service needs to be commended. Riccardo and the team at Goldstein Collision Center took a look at my back bumper - which had fallen off - and fixed it during lunchtime. They did an exceptional job. It was fast and easy. Worst service i ever had to deal with had my wife s truck for 5 weeks + never got it fixed all they did is keep changing the pick up date and blaming parts would call they would say pick up is tomorrow and then turn around and say missing parts not available. No communication felt Like we were avoided!!! Terrible

I will share this to say that in a sparse attempt to make this better, they fell really short. There are some good people at this establishment who mean well including the general manager, Jeff, however it doesnt excuse the negligence that happened here. I even thought about not posting this granted they tried to make up for it, but in the event this could help someone else, here it goes... I brought my SUV to them in hopes to have a dent no larger than the size of a pencil repaired easily. I made an appointment as they required and they guaranteed me no more that 2-3 days for the dent as my initial thought of weeks. It ended up being exactly that: almost 2 weeks. Then when they sent a shuttle to pick me up when it was finally time to retrieve my vehicle, my shuttle was MY SUV DRIVEN by an EMPLOYEE. Then when we returned to the shop, my truck was damaged on the same door they were tasked to fix (picture below rear drive sideskirt) and they were going to return it to me, just like that. I was furious. I cant, with good conscience, bring my vehicles back here. I hope your experience is different. Only reason I gave two stars is one reason: they fixed the dent.
I used goldstein center because I purchased 2 cars from goldstein. But that was a big mistake and I will never do it again. Very poor communication. Multiple times told that I would get a call back and it never happened. Was told that the car should be done in 4 days but 2 weeks later still did not have my car. I called and I was told that my car was still being assembled and that didnt sound right. So I went in to find out my car had already been completed for a week. They would not release my car due to their own invoicing issues. My insurance company had already paid. If I did not push to get my car back they would still have my car. When I finally picked the car up I did not even get an apology. I do not recommend Goldstein collision center.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN A REPAIR SHOP. AVOID BY ANY MEANS. The lady in the reception is VERY rude and she doesn t even want to do HER job. They never deliver on their promise. I came for an estimate and left a deposit for parts and they gave an appointment. Before my appointment I called to ask if I can reschedule and they said OK. I came back to drop-off my car and instead of an initial estimate of 2 days they told me it s going to take 4-5 days. When I asked that lady in the reception why, she told me because of quality check and all non-sense. I asked her then why you told me 2 days at the beginning she showed frustration and told me I m doing my job. It got even worse when they found that they don t even have the parts yet and not expected to be delivered before 2 weeks WITHOUT ANY WORD FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW. If I didn t ask to check on parts, they would let me leave the car and keep it with them!!!!! I then asked to cancel the repair order and get a refund. She told me ok you leave and I ll do it. I told her I m sorry I m not leaving without ANY proof of refund or cancellation. Again, shows frustration and gave a document says I m getting a refund check in my mailbox. I (normally) asked when to expect getting it and the response was I can t tell you that!!!! And after the manager, Jeff, came and told me a week I said ok no problem and then that lady jumped in again (while I was STILL TALKING) in a very rude way and told me ok have a good day (to let me go out of the facility) without a single sorry for the waste of time caused by them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH. 1 star cuz there is no 0 star.
Very, very pleased with my experience at Goldstein. The entire process was smooth, hassel free and most importantly- my truck looked great! Melissa dealt with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. I know its tough these days with supply chain and employee shortages...but contact is the most important and she made it happen! She even facilitated non-insurance work with Ram dealer while my truck was in the shop. All my thanks for a great experience! Will definitely recommend!
Excellent customer service
I am honestly very glad I took my truck to this place for body work. They absolutely took their time, and they were very effective with the repairs. I recognize I just got it back a few days ago, but so far so great. My roll-n-lock bedcover is noisy (loud clicks) while shutting, but I put WD-40 and waiting. Not really losing sleep over it. In terms of customer service, there are bad apples everywhere, but Id still give them a 4 for that...

Called and left a message to schedule an appointment 6 days ago and have not received a call back. Went online and used their website to schedule an appointment 5 days ago and have not received a call back. I dont think anyone works here. This will definitely affect my decision whether or not to buy another vehicle from Goldstein.
One of the worst experiences Ive had with a body shop. Between parts being removed and not put back on (vehicle badges and skid plates) to the ill fitting and massive panel gaps I have now. The quality of work and attention to detail is just not there from a shop that was suggested to me by my insurance company. Eventually I got so tired of bringing my car back and forth I gave up on trying to get any kind of quality from them.
Incredibly frustrating experience. Dropped my civic off on 3/1/23 - was told parts had to be ordered and would be there 3/3-3/5. Okay, understandable. Very small dent in the front bumper. Call Monday for an update, told it would probably be done Wednesday but if not - call Thursday. Hear nothing on Wednesday. Call Thursday, Get sent to voicemail. Call back a few hours later, told only one person can give updates, sent back to same voicemail. Praying my car is done tomorrow, a full 10 days after dropping it off but cant say I recommend them based on their lack of communication and how long it takes to get things done.

Brought my vehicle there after a accident. It sat for more than 2 weeks without them doing anything to it. When questioned them about this they said they never received a estimate from insurance. This was totally false and the insurance proved they were lying. They also were told they would have to pay for my rental car because they were sitting on the vehicle without repairing it. When they finished the vehicle we went to pick it up, they never fixed the damaged brakes. Charged for a tire that the insurance paid and from them leaving the call sitting for so long the rotors delaminated and we had to replace brakes. Icing on the cake they said i could leave the rental car at their shop when we pick up my vehicle. 10 days later the rental car agency called me trying to locate there rental car because Jeff at Goldstein refuses to return their calls .

I have a Grand Cherokee L 2021 that got a phantom ding in it.. (I love people who are careless) So I came to Goldstein to get body Work and Paint done.They got everything done ahead ofs chedule . I had to wait for emblem replacement. Ricky seeing that Craig was busy took my car right away.and brought it back with a car wash and new emblem in place. Thanks for going the extra step guys. I will tell my friends.

Awful! Gave them my car after an accident a month ago. They have been giving me the run around ever since. Won t call me back and when I call they are too busy to talk to me about when my car will be done! The took my car off their lot to finish the repairs and now it s MIA!!!

Goldsteins is the only place where I would trust having certified work done on my Subaru. After an unfortunate accident where someone hit my back end, Goldsteins fixed my Subaru quickly, and promptly. Dropped it off on a Tuesday, and was able to pick my car back up on a Friday. Dont take it from me, look at the before and after pictures for proof of thier craftsmanship. I will definitely be using them again in the event of some other collision.

Why can t I give 0 stars? After a car accident, I brought my car into Goldstein s as they were a preferred repair shop with Progressive. When the car was finished, I went there to pick it up. I was told that the car was finished. After only driving for a few mins, I noticed my turn signal was not functioning properly (which was the point of collision). Called the next day and was told to bring it back in. I finally had time and I brought it back and they stated it was probably just the bulb and changed it, keep in mind that the turn signal is a safety feature and is required by NYS law. I left as it was working temporarily. I returned and the service adviser changed the bulb but this time with a different model number. I was very nice and thankful still at this point. After the second bulb was put in, I shook the service advisers hand as he thought this was all resolved. I left and noticed it was still not functioning properly. Ok now I m very upset. So now after the third time, they are checking and fixing it. By the way, it was a turn signal socket. If that was the point of contact with the accident, they should have known and fixed it before the third time. I asked for a refund and they said that they would not refund anything . Poor auto related service and poor customer service. Stay very far away from this place at all costs!
I recently needed a replacement mirror on my 2018 Terrain due to a parking lot incident. I brought my vehicle in for an estimate, and they got to it right away. It did take some time to receive the mirror and have it painted but understand it was a manufacturer issue not the dealership itself. I was given regular updates by Justin and told to bring it in to get the mirror installed. They did tell me to leave it because they were unsure if it would need to be flashed. Id rather have been told to leave it rather than wait because if there was an issue, who wants to wait there all day? My vehicle was ready that night as promised, the repair came out excellent, all mirror functions (blind spot, signal, defrost) work like before and the paint matches to a tee. In addition my vehicle was detailed inside and out. I was also privileged to have meet Jeff when I came in to pick up my vehicle. I am in a similar business so the granted me a tour of the facility. After seeing the facility, I can tell you that it is state of the art, clean, organized, and professional. My work that I had done was minor but there were some vehicles in there undergoing some major repairs. I would, without hesitation bring my vehicle back to them for a minor door ding or major collision. This is a facility to be proud of and customers should feel safe in their capabilities to make their vehicle like new again.
Friendly enough, love that they offer free estimates but they do not EVER call you back or follow up with you. Especially if you call/email/set up an appointment online. Very disappointed.
Had my car repaired here after an accident. After picking my car up, the bolt connecting the right control arm fell out on the highway. Fortunately I was able to pull over before the wheel completely detached. I was told by the shop that I this time had it towed to, that Goldstein failed to tighten down all of the suspension bolts, and the left control arm was close to detaching as well. Definitely would never go there again or recommend.
