Just seems like if your vehicle is under warranty and your HEAT STOPS WORKING in FREEZING TEMPS they shouldn’t make you wait two weeks for an appointment. Kinda seems like the kind of problem they would take more seriously.

The staff was personable and respectful. I really liked a new feature in which the service department sent a video from the mechanic showing me exactly what service needed to be completed. I was able to click a button and authorize the repairs. My car was ready on time and I was able to check out quickly.

Traveling to NY, & I know nothing about cars! Goldstein had the lowest price on a synthetic oil change. Rick was kind, funny, & explained each steo with me! Lucas was knowledgeable & showed me how to change my nav screen! These guys made the whole experience a pleasure. If you are in NY, this is definitely the place to go.

Seeing that I lease my vehicle, Im very particular on keeping it clean, inside and out. Was in for my first oil change this morning, staff was courteous and prompt. However, floor mat dirty, seat completely changed, headlight switch off, scuff marks on interior door panel and drops of oil on hood.
