C&N Customs in Colonie

Stopped by CxN Customs after being highly recommended by a local car friend. I stopped in to get some new Ark Lowering Springs installed on my 2023 KIA EV6 GT. Dropped the car off and picked it back up same day. Cade did the work at half the price of most other local shops and shorter notice drop off. Upon traveling back from the shop my car bottomed out multiple times on the struts and uneven wheel gaps on the front making the car very unsafe to drive leaving me stuck at home. Upon doing some of my own investigation I found that the batch of springs I received from the manufacturer may have been defective and soft causing these issues. Cade hopped into a chat I had going with the manufacturer to provide evidence and reason to why I was having my issues and the manufacturer sent me a new set to try. 48 hours later I received the new springs and went to get them installed not 15min after to confirm my suspicions. After installing the new springs and trimming some of the bump stops to comply with the new setup the ride was now even on both sides and not longer bottomed out on the ride home like before. Cade did not ask for payment after returning for help even though he did the job almost all over again but I still "tipped" him for the help as a thank you. Extremely rude over the phone

Cade did an amazing job on my Audi. Came in with a boost leak and he was able to find where the leak was coming from. He also did my water pump and thermostat. I would highly recommend going to CXNS Customs for anything from tint to full wraps and custom work!

Did a great job, my interior was SPOTLESS! I had a paint spill in my trunk and he got that too. My car smelled amazing afterwards and I'll definitely be back again soon.
