1. Had to reinstall the rear valance myself because it was not installed properly on two occasions. 2. Shop said they would install roof rack, but when I took time off from work to bring car in, owner said “he’s not interested” in doing the job. Next time don’t agree to a job and then turn customer away when they come for a scheduled appointment.

I can not speak highly enough of the team here. I had an emergency issue with my truck and had no idea where to begin. I called Adirondack Offroad up and Ben was able to gather enough information from the few details I could provide. They were kind enough to take the time to fit me into an already jammed schedule to diagnose and repair the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the service provided, pricing, and timing. My vehicle feels exactly the way it did when I first got it. 10/10 would recommend doing business with them and will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Had my truck bed bedlined with line ex, they did a great job with it. They did get a little overspray on the lower bedside corner but they swiftly took care of it once I was able to find time to get back to their shop. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot speak highly enough about Adirondack Off Road & Line-X. Last week, Margie and I were nearly 3,000 miles from home visiting family in upstate NY and needed some real front-end attention on our JT. Imagine being hung up and not knowing where to go... but I saw Ben's sign the day before and took a shot the next morning that they'd be able to help.... and they did just that! They dropped what they were doing, pulled in my Gladiator and tightened up our steering. They took care of the issue and more importantly, they took care of us and got us back on the road safely. As someone who has been if the automotive aftermarket business for over 45 years, I have heard alot of stories about poor or incomplete service. This was just the opposite! I was thrilled with the service and attention given to me...all on the spur of the moment. Just Fantastic! We're in Utah now, haven't had an issue and look forward to finishing off our trip safely.... all thanks to Ben and the team at Adirondack Off Road .... Thanks Guys... We appreciate it!

I ended up at Adirondack Offroad in Queensbury NY looking to have after market lift kit, drag link, and tie rod installed onto my Wrangler JKU. I was met by Tim, one of their techs, out front and discussed the kit and extras I would be buying. He gave me a price quote and assured me there would be no issue with install. After receiving parts I dropped vehicle off to have installed and unfortunately the new springs were missing. Tim worked with me and my wife while we sourced them and had them overnighted to him. in the meantime I asked if he was interested in installing bumpers and sidesteps since the Jeep was already there and we waiting on the springs. He said sure. Needless to say he did amazing work and handled the hick up with great professionalism. Making the anxiety of missing parts much easier on my wife and I. In the end we couldn't be happier with attitude/atmosphere and quality of service from Tim and the Adirondack Offroad team. Thank you all. We will be back for more work!! 5 Star and then some!!

They installed my line-x liner in my new Ford F-150. The did an amazing job and I am 100% satisfied. The owners were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without any reservations. To be honest they will be the only company I will use for my truck and future trucks.

I have a hard shell rooftop tent that I wanted to have LINE-X'd. Called them up, they gave me an incredibly fair and affordable price quote, helped me offload it off my truck, and did the job quickly for me. The quality of the work is quite good - tape jobs were all good, and they helped me load it back onto my truck and I was off. Incredibly happy with my experience there and will go back to them for other needs in the future.
