This is my second time bringing my car to Carapella's and again the work that they did was excellent. I was so pleased. I appreciate everyone that works there including the receptionist. I recommend Carapella's 200% even if you have to travel a distance to get there it's well worth the trip. I promise you will be very satisfied with their work!!

I like to to give a special thanks to Joe, Kathleen, Angela & the entire team at Carapellas Collision. I needed alot of work done out of pocket & on a budget. The team undstood the assignment and knocked it out the BALL PARK!!! From the time I walked in the building the team was kind, courteous & informative providing me the best options for my budget. I had a small amount of time available for the many repairs needed and still they exceeded my expectations by finishing early. To top everything off the final cost was cheaper than expected. I was travelling to New York from Canada and got into an accident close to where Carapellas was located. It was close to their closing time and i called was it was an emergency and being out of town me and family had no where to go. Kathleen was so caring and was able to secure us a towing company to assist us as well as her team stayed back after hours to assist with getting back on the road. The owner as well is such a wonderful guy and we are forever grateful to you and your team which helped us. Again thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guys rock!
My car was rear ended and had extensive damage. Carapellas did an amazing job guiding through the process of it ultimately being totaled by insurance. They communicated so well and I really appreciated all the care they had put into the situation. I'll definitely return for any work I may need in the future. Hopefully not another total though!
My friends recommended Carapella's to us, as they did a great job with body repairs to their vehicle. We went there to get some paint scrapes fixed from backing into a mailbox - we thought it would be a major process, as it looked like the paint had been scratched very deep on the rear hatch. Carapella's took a look at it and fixed it with a quick wipe, as it was just transferred paint on a plastic surface. The girl who ran the office was super friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with Carapella's professionalism and transparency in helping us out. Definitely recommend!
I hired Carapella's to refinish the front fender on my motorcycle and apply NOS stripes. They did a phenomenal job and had great communication. I feel like my business was appreciated. I highly recommend you bring any body repair needs to Carapella's Collision. You won't be disappointed.

They are the best!!! I had a serious damage on the hood (deep scratch exposing the metal + deep dent), and they originally promised for repainting. But, they fixed the dent as well with no extra cost!! I saved more than $1500 (compared to the quote from other nearby shops) by using their service! Please... please go find them if you need any bodyshop service.

They did an excellent job! Joe is the best around by far! Sometimes the smaller repairs are the hardest to fix, my insurance covered the repairs and Carapellas did the rest! I would challenge anyone to find where Rudolph ran into me! AAAAAA++++++
Took my 14yr old truck in to get rust repaired so I could give it to my son. Carapellas repaired the panels that were rusted & painted the whole truck. 4 months later, rust appeared in another area that did not show previously. I was told it could happen. They took my truck back and replaced those panels and also repainted. They did it at no COST !!! You just dont find Customer Service like that. Treated me like Family.
My commercial van needed bodywork done for rust under the running boards. Not only did they repair it, Joe padded an area to prevent friction and keep moisture from starting the rust to form again. This is a first-class operation. So appreciated friendly service and great price as well. All my repairs will go to Carpellas. Thanks, again!
Exceptional value, professionalism, friendly and very knowledgeable are just a few words that come to mind from my experience in dealing with Carrapella s Collision. My son recently got in an accident with his first car. Being a new driver, shocker! However, not his fault and no one was hurt except for his vehicle. After checking around and receiving four to five quotes, I later found that Carrapella s Collision was going to be my best choice. I had the benefit of being able to witness some of the work done on the vehicle, firsthand. It was amazing to see the teamwork put forth to complete my vehicle in such a short time. Sparing no expense to detail and perfection, it turned out incredible. It looks as good, if not better, than the day I purchased it brand new. I would highly recommend this exceptional body shop to anyone looking to repair or rejuvenate the life of any vehicle.

I wasnt going to post this, but I was reminded of my experience: I got some work done about a year ago from this shop. They replaced a bumper and some linings for me. When I got my car back it looked like garbage. The lining and inserts were slapped on and misaligned, and I noticed that there were missing screws. At the time I figured that was what a repair looks like, but now I know better. They took advantage of a young(Im 24 now), naive guy- absolutely disgusting. Those parts are falling off now. The worst part is that the full repair is cheap and easy. It was pure laziness on their part. Well, I guess we live and we learn.
They do quality body work at reasonable rates.
My wife Audrey and I have needed body work on both our cars a total of 5 times over the last 3 years. We have asked Riverfront Collision to do our repairs each time and have never been disappointed with the work or the price. We trust Rick and his crew to do a perfect job and have not been disappointed. The repairs look like new and the paint match has been right on each time. They are skilled, professional and fair.
We have had occasion to do business with Rick and his staff on a few occasions over the last couple of years and we have NEVER been disappointed. The work is always top-notch and the customer service is fabulous. Rick has a way of calming down the situation and the customer. My close friend and my daughter both raved about Rick and his staff.
