My car died about 1.5 miles from the towing company. Told me it would take 45 minutes to get to me, actually took closer to 90 minutes. Tow trip was less than a mile and I was charged over $100. On the plus side, the driver did kindly offer to drive me further to get home, but I declined since I could walk. But overall I cant recommend this company.

This company will rip you off they charged me a whooping $207 to jump start my truck that was 3.2 miles away Im really disappointed , the driver was professional and on time so props to him.

Fast professional service. The estimated time of arrival of the truck was accurate and a lot faster than I expected. The operator changed my tire quickly and advised me about next steps. Then, their head office followed up with a printable invoice that was texted directly to my phone. It s no wonder this company is whole star ratings above their competitors.

I called at around 1am and they picked up almost right away and had a truck to me in less than an hour from when I called. The person on the phone and the driver of who came out to me were both very friendly and professional and took great care of my vehicle and transported it 40 miles away to the shop of my choice. They gave me a quote over the phone which was a much better price than two other places that I called beforehand. Thank you Kaylees for coming and helping us when no other tow company would our children were stuck in our car when our wheel came off Kaylees towing came to us in less then an hour were extremely friendly didnt damage my car anymore then it already was they brought my car home with a friendly smile then they put it up on blocks so my rotar would lock up and rust we were short 15 dollars and on good faith they let us keep our car and pay the last 15$ 3 days later on pay day look if ur in trouble and need help Kaylees towing is the place you call

Very good business they were fast and very helpful

They went above and beyond. I called for a tow, as my car would not start and I thought something was majorly wrong with it. Turns out it was just the battery even though it seemed like more to me and my husband. They saved me a lot of money by checking this after I had wrongly ruled it out. I ended up being able to drive it home. Will definitely be calling here again if I ever need a tow in the future!

Our tow-trailer broke down on a Sunday afternoon along an inconvenient spot along Rt 81. Little did we know until that moment, that our AAA membership would be of no help in the situation. Kaylee s answered the phone immediately and was on-site within 20 minutes. We were greeted and treated with friendly professionalism while the trailer was quickly loaded onto the flatbed and towed the 20+ miles home. Highly recommended and will refer to others whenever the opportunity arises!

I called a few towing companies in the area wanted over $100 to fix my tire and a 2 plus hour wait. I called Kaylee towing unbelievable service 15 minute wait and low cost. Very friendly on the phone and the driver called ahead of time and arrived at the estimated time. The drivers were very friendly and quickly solved one of the issues and was able to jump the car so that he could drive it up the ramp and then secure it. Will definitely use Kaylees Towing again for local calls.

The dispatcher was super nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was a bro and the price was on point. He went above and beyond to not make me feel like a dumba** for getting my car stuck. He gave me a ride, dealt with my horrible dad jokes/complaints of hunger, and pulled my car out of the snow like a champ. Super grateful!!!!!!
