I have been buyings dozens of trucks over the last 35 years for my construction business and this may just be my best experience. Fred Orlando is not a truck salesman. Truck salesmen try to get more than they should. Fred is a gentleman. No end games with price or upcharges. He did everything he said he would and more. Delivered the vehicle on time,clean, a full tank of diesel(@ $5.45 a gallon) and 10 gallons of DEF fluid. Told me to make a list of any items that are not correct so I can come back in a few weeks to take care of any issues. Start your search with this company. Thanks Fred !

Eric and Tony, are great guys, always willing to help out. they both very trustworthy and reliable. i drive about two hours each way when i have bring the truck up for service. i don't mind doing that because i know i am going to get the best service possible, i have been to many repair shops and dealerships, and the quality of service we get at Jim reeds, is hard to get anywhere else

BUYER BEWARE ! I own a local family business in New York, and buying my Mitsubishi Fuso from Jim Reed was the worst mistake I've ever made. Within the first year I had to bring the truck to them almost half a dozen times for misc. repairs and warranty work. After Jim Reed's dealership having the truck more than myself I tried to find a solution to the almost monthly problems we were having with the truck to which I was handed off from person to person and thrown in circles until eventually I just didn't have the time to spend on the phone with them everyday so I just gave up. Now I have another problem with the truck where it is out of commission for two months already. After calling almost twice a week for the past two months, today they inform they will not have the part for at least another month. The truck is less then 3 years old and has already spent almost 1 year sitting for repairs. I contacted Jim Reed's dealership again today because I desperately need the truck for my business and again they gave me the run around, throwing me in circles and handing me off to the next person. They are not out to help the customer and not out to help local family businesses. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend doing more research and do business with other dealers.
Owner posted that I don t pay my bill I paid my bill and didn t even make it out of there yard with my Mitsubishi Fuso box truck and check engine light came on brought it back they had another 2- months told me it was repaired so I took it for a test drive with there technician went 4/ miles up Rt 9 check engine light came back on left truck there another 6- weeks told me truck was ready went down truck still wasn t right took to another mechanic who repaired the truck service manager Tony has no clue and the owner bill reed doesn t tell the truth his father Jim reed was a great guy dealt with him over 30- yrs

Purchased two trucks over the years only last about 8 years before they fall apart Last one lasted only I bit and had to dump 15 grand into it Stay away he use to know how to build trucks now builds with poor material and sells high
Full service dealer for trucks
We have been looking for a Yard Jockey Truck for sometime. Everyone was out of Stock and Fred over at Jim Reeds had some in stock. Gave us a fair price and we bought the truck! Delivered to us on Long Island by one of thier employees Ceasar who could not be nicer. Explained the truck and showed us how to use the Yard Jockey! Highly Recommended to use this company for all your commerical Truck Purchases!

If there was a way to rate no stars I would. They are so unprofessional, I went in on November 4 because someone hit my truck, all I asked for was an ESTIMATE!! they said they will send it till the same day. It s November 12 still don t have it. I have called in every day they said they will get back to me, Nothing. I spoke to the person in charge of the estimate he told me yesterday November 11 I would get it by the end of the day till now nothing once I find out his name I will post it up.. no one should go here if it was only for service, I would image how they are for sales.
