I recently had the unfortunate experience of my car breaking down and called Prompt for help. The service I received was outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. TIME: After making the call and true to their name, their team arrived much quicker than I thought, and sticking with their accurate ETA. SERVICE: The tow truck driver was professional and courteous even after I cancelled and called again to ask him to come. He handled my car with care and securely loaded and transported without any issues. PRICING: Before the tow, I was given a clear breakdown of the costs, which was the most affordable of all the places I called. There were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay. OVERALL: This was by far the most stress-free experience I've had with a towing company. The combination of quick response, professional service, and transparent pricing has made me a loyal customer. I would highly recommend. They also have mechanical services which I'll be sure to try out in the future.

I received excellent service and professionalism from this company. My recently bought car didn’t start and needed to go back to the dealer. I gave them the address and they came and got my car and informed me that it needs to me put on a trailer because of the distance of the dealership. They changed my flat tire , only took about 30 minutes. Didn’t have to wait long. Great towing service. Definitely recommend.

I had called 2 other tow truck companies before I called Jamie. They both could care less that my work truck was stranded and it was only 4 in the afternoon. I called Jamie and he instantly told me 1 hour he’d be there. He showed up in 30 mins. Super friendly and overall a good guy. Towed my work truck at a good price and didn’t mind the ride back with him at all. I highly recommend. And in case of emergencies I will be using him again. 5 stars. Had trouble getting stripped lugnuts off with a flat tire, called up, and they were there right away. Went above and beyond, helped me get the old tire off, I jacked it up, he took the tire off and put my spare on for me, tightened it up and even got his air machine out to make sure I had enough air. After it was all over, he charged me very reasonably. I couldn't thank him enough. Experience was an absolute pleasure. Would absolutely reccomend this company to anyone. Im not from this area, so hopefully this review gets the word out for anyone looking for help. Thanks so much!

I was stranded and needed emergency towing. I called several towing companies in my area and they didn’t pick up the phone or just simply refused to tow my car to the location that I needed. I called prompt transport & towing. I was very delighted that the owners picked up and offered to help me when other vendors didn’t. He was very professional, courteous and outgoing. He gave me solutions to my problems and offered to get my car to the destination that I needed. Thanks so much for being their for me when I needed to be rescued at 11pm. There could not have been a better name chosen for this business. After calling a couple places and getting super high quotes or long wait times, Jaime was able to get to me in 30 minutes! Along with it being affordable, Jaime was super nice and helpful through the entire process. If you need a tow I highly recommend Prompt Transport & Towing!!
