H Loucks Body & Fender Works in Delmar

I wanted to get my car out of that shop but he did not respond and kept it over the holiday charging $125 a day for a quote storage This exceeded what my insurance would pay for and now I am stuck losing $1,600 because he would not answer the phone or respond to the insurance company so the car could be moved.

Good guys working here. It's not all about money with them and they seem to care about others circumstances.

If you want misaligned panels and shoddy work come here. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Kurt went above to make sure my insurance covered all the needed repairs not just the surface stuff.

Very friendly, but unfortunately they never answer the phone. I had to drive to their location just to talk to them about my car. My insurance company tried several times to call them and they didn't get an answer either.

Loucks does quality work. Curt is good at what he does, and is willing to walk you through what is being done to your vehicle. He has talked me out of a more expensive repair for an alternative solution that still yielded the same result. Sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with the shop but it’s a busy place. If you keep trying, you can rest assured your car is in good hands.

After getting hit by another car Loucks “stored” my vehicle. They failed to secure my car (the windows were broken in the accident). They never secured my car or the windows- which over the 6 days that they had my vehicle allowed a family of raccoons to move in and completely trash the inside of my vehicle. They were paid by my insurance company to secure my car. Also- over the 6 days that they had it they didn’t answer they’re phones, which is why it was not removed from their lot sooner. This only added insult to injury.
