While on route to Buffalo NY a road hazard on Rt. 8 just south of Waterbury severely punctured our right front tire. We called for assistance and Carter from MakeSafe arrived a bit later. The blown out tire was replaced by our spare, but the spare was not good to travel at highway speed or go as far as Buffalo. Carter called several tire stores before finding one in Waterbury that had an appropriate replacement tire, then guided us to a place off the highway, brought the blownout tire to the tire store and brought back the new tire andf put it on our SUV. His concern for our safety was outstanding and the service was well more than expected. He was wonderful and we were able to complete our trip to and from Buffalo.

This place was top notch. We are a luxury car dealership and has a 2022 MC 20 that needed a jump start. Problem is when Maserati designed this car they made no way to access the jump point terminals if the battery is totally dead. This company Maserati sent spent 3 hours here, removed the entire frunk to get access to the battery. I called the Maserati Dealer and even they did not how to do it. This company was patient, treated the car with care and got the car started with no issues. Very few people you can trust jump starting and exotic.

My Roadside Assistance program sent Carter to answer my call for a battery problem. Over my 40 plus years in Public Safety I've dealt with a lot of folks but this young man stands out for his politeness, professionalism, knowledge & work ethic. Not only did Carter resolve my problem (despite access to battery issues) he also was kind enough to assist another motorist in need nearby. Top notch!! Highly recommend!!

After being stranded with a blown out tire on route eight dispatcher Jean was so kind and stayed on the phone with me until Mike arrived and Mike saved the day. I cannot thank you enough for getting us back on the road so quickly we really really appreciate it. We had a very sick cat and a child in the car and the previous company refused to come and help us because we were on the highway, after waiting an hour and half Mike’s company was there within 10 minutes of my frantic phone call truly cannot thank you enough they had us back on the road in five minutes. I was beginning to panic and thought we were never going to get moving again. They even gave their direct number in case I have any more roadside issues!! Thank you thank you thank you you guys are awesome!!!! 💜Sassy cat is so grateful too!!

My car's battery died just when we were about to head out from our Airbnb. Called Clarke and within 30 mins he showed up and jump start the car to save the day!!! Super friendly and upfront with pricing. He genuinely loves what he does, and he reassured us that if we need help throughout the day we can call him since he knows we're from out of town. One of the best for sure!

I recently Popped both of my tires on my Ford 450 Dually , I was Stuck at Town fair Tire after hours with no help .. I called Carter he came out very quickly, He got me back on the road and home safely. THESE GUYs actually care about the customer. Very professional on top of it . Carter and his team were extremely kind and went above and beyond. Our vehicle suddenly stopped about a mile and a half away from home due to the alternator. After an unsuccessful attempt with our car insurance company, we reached out to Carter around 10:30-11pm. His response was prompt and walked us through what to expect and estimated costs (which are extremely reasonable and a fraction of what others charge). They were able to jump our car and follow us home to ensure we made it back safely. He had his colleague come by to our home the next day to replace the alternator and battery (again, at a fraction of the cost). These guys may be young, but they know what they're doing and doing it with humility and honesty. We highly recommend anyone in the CT and serviceable areas reach out to these guys first.
