My husband passed away in July didn't know the first thing about finding someone one to trust to take care of my car but they are absolutely great love them very honest and reasonable and do great work! So I highly recommend them! Plus I believe it is the owner, is very nice to look at! They will always have my business!

Moved to the area last year and have been using this spot for routine maintenance and inspections. Making an appointment is straight forward. Ken an Al are nice to deal with and give honest advice.

This mechanic was so helpful and thorough and I really appreciated his help in a pinch. Late on a Friday afternoon, while speeding along route 88 to New England from Pennsylvania, suddenly a wheel started coming off my car, as I later discovered. I limped to the nearest exit, and called AAA. I thought I could drive a couple miles to a mechanic so the agent gave me the name of Duanesburg Auto Care and I arrived an hour before closing. I think his name was Ben (not sure) and he immediately put the car up on the lift, figured out the problem, tightened the wheel and all four wheels. To top it off, he wouldn't charge me, at all. This situation could have been a huge disaster in so many ways. Duanesburg Auto Care was Johnny on the Spot and had me back on the road in no time. Finding a mechanic when in unfamiliar places and in an emergency, can be really difficult. AAA and Duanesburg Auto Care came through.

My vehicle broke down while travelling out of state. I had no choice but to have the needed repairs. This shop worked me into their schedule immediately and went the extra mile to get my vehicle back on the road. Pricing was fair and work was quality. When I thanked the shop owner he said he just treated me like he would want to be treated in similar circumstances. The Golden Rule...you don't expect that much anymore!

Very friendly staff, especially Al. The prices here are very reasonable. In most cases they beat Walmart prices. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here to support a local business. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Another auto shop told me my car needed a repair. I made an appointment to have them do it, but when I went to have it done they had no record of my appointment and had no time to do it. A friend recommended Duanesburg Auto Care. It is very conveniently located for me. I made an appointment, telling Al the problem that needed to be fixed. After inspecting my car, Al told me they couldn’t find the supposed problem. They could not find anything wrong. He could have easily charged me for the work and I would have been none the wiser. Honesty from an auto shop, especially when you are female, is extremely hard to find these days. I was very impressed with my first visit there. I’ll definitely go back.
